Customer care number is always frustating. No customer executive picks the call. Even regional office people dont attend the call. They cut the phone.

The consigment was sent by air and its very important. Still such response. Whats the use if consignment dont reach us on time by air. It was sent on 13th dec and delivery is showing 17th dec.

Customer care executive are unreachable. Very poor service. Kindly resolve.

    I received my parcel on 13 dec 2018, my tracking i'd for the smart wrist watch which i have ordered is [protected]. The watch which was ad retired is completely different from the watch which was delivered. I have bought the watch for inr 2100. So i am not satisfied with the product, hence i want to return the product amd expect a refund of my money as early as possible.

      My courier has been un delivered stating the premises is closed. But the person is available throughout the day. Its really painful to see people giving wrong information and un delivering the courier. There's no contact number for the branch to connect with. Even the person who comes for delivery should have connected over the phone. No calls either. This is very unprofessional.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I was about to recive card today 12/8/2018 but i got to know the card is already reached SBI Gurgaoun. The Delevery executive said saturday i wil come and deliever due to unavailabilty of me at the address in week days.

        Hdfc bank send a debit card through bluedart to my office address.. But bluedart attingal office not ready to deliver the item into my office adress because of my address area is out of service area. But in bluedart location finder my pincode (695144) is in service area. Why you accept the item if my pincode is not in your service area and update your location finder if it is out of service area. Please deliver my shipment as soon as possible

        I ordered from lenskart and the product was delivered through blue dart on 28th Nov. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st December 2018 but I haven't received it yet.

        Tracking number of the product is [protected].

        While tracking it shows it have arrived at designated address by 4th Dec.
        I got massage from blu Dart Dispatched my parcel but still I don't know where is right place.

          My american express card supposed to be delivered on 8 dec 2018 and your courier guy is not delivering to my mentioned location even after informing him about my timing, and also even after calling him 100 times he is not responding, it's really pathetic service that i have seen from such courier service company. Please look into it and i log out from the office around 3pm and same has been communicated to courier guy.

            I ordered type c otg and cable on paytm. Delivers through blue dart courier service and expected delivery was 27 nov 2018. I paid total cost when purchased but they didn't delivered my order but they send me invoice that shows item was delivered. Then i e-mail complaint to blue dart, they didn't reply. So i ask help for paytm but it didn't work. My paytm order no [protected] and blue dart awb [protected].
            I think blue dart courier boy take my order for himself. So please help me

              Blue dart servise is good but in andhra pradesh currier people they dont know english. Even hindi also dont know.
              How i will communicate with these people... Please give bussiness franchise to person, who knows english... Because in andhra so many people from other state.
              Atlist one english person should be there in department for better understanding of the customer need. Communication is must important in your field. Other no buddy will entertain your service. Thanks vinay minj

                My debit card from hdfc bank supposed to reach my home long back through the bluedart couriers however due to incorrect pin (504001) it was reached in different location in telangana state. When bluedart courier called me and asked about the address i told her to reach the correct address and pin should be 500089 then she has told 4 days back that she is sending that courier to the correct address but when i checked the status it's showing as consignee not available.
                Please look into the above issue and solve asap.

                    My name is ashishkumar patel, my icici courier awb no. Is [protected].

                    From last 2 days, i. E. Yesterday and today, 10.12.18 & 11.12.18, i was available at home full day.

                    Bluedart is updating status as consignee not available.

                    I registered complaint for the same on 10.12.18 but blue dart executives not doing work well and not taking complaint in favour of customer.

                    Again today i have raised complaint in morning, still i am unable to receive my courier.

                    This is very poor service and action need to be taken against delivery person who is updating wrong status that consignee not available.

                    Call me on [protected] and resolve my problem.

                      I have been trying to contact the blue dart many times to ask myself about the debit card that is not getting delivered but they keep updating in tracking details that shipment is unable to find address.They don't contact me nor try to deliver my debit card and when i try to contact them by calling them they don't respond .i have even tried sending them a mail but they reply back with giving me a number to call where they made me wait for 20 minutes telling that they are connecting my call.my waybill number is [protected]

                        Blue Dart office in Bahadurgarh doesn't provide delivery for any shipments. Based on the type of courier they call the customer to collect it from the office itself. In the case of Bank Cheques, it is a very problematic situation as they don't even call for days. Details for this time are attached in the photo, but to explain he has not delivered a bank cheque for 2 days now and stating cause as premises closed whereas this is a business address and operating time is from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please resolve this matter asap as we encounter this problem a number of times and then cross-check from the client side and it is disgraceful to have such a conversation with them.

                          I got an order from momoe express via sham trading delivery.. I dint not place the order and it was delivered to me.. It costs 1499.. It was an anlogue fastrack mutlicolour combination watch box. The watches are of fake brand. I dont want the watches. I want to return the order. How can i get the refund?                           A letter with Ref [protected] Delhi-Mumbai 03/12/18 booked for 10:30 am delivery 04/12/18 @550/- was instead delivered at @16:00hrs which is not as per booking condtion

                            I haven't received my courier from bluedart even 5 days after they had shown the status as shipment out for delivery. Shipment out for delivery was updated on 6th dec 2018 and today is 11 dec 2018 and i'm still awaiting the courier. I have received no phone calls from bluedart regarding this till now. Meanwhile status became need department name/extension number and now it is undelivered shipment held at location. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please do the needful

                              On 24th nov i got call from blue dart delivery boy regarding my debit card delivery. Unfortunately i was not in town so i request him to deliver it to me on other day or on coming saturday. As they want to deliver the parcel on home or permanent address only. They no call from bluedart for reschedule the delivery.

                                This regarding non-delivering of my ICICI bank credit card at the Udaipur ICICI branch, sector-11, Gitanjali Manson, Udaipur, 313001.
                                Blue Dart Parcel containing my credit card having AWB No-[protected] supposed to deliver at the above mentioned ICICI branch.
                                As per the Blue dart tracking status of parcel has been delivered at the mentioned branch on 3rd-Dec-18, when i enquiry at concerned branch they have not yet received till now, even i have called blue dart customer care representative for confirmation but still no one has responded.

                                hence requesting to confirm once again my above mentioned shipment.

                                  My Way Bill No is [protected].

                                  I couriered from Pune to Kota on 30th November 2018 and till date my parcel is not delivered. I am not getting any response from the Customer Care and neither they are telling me if my parcel is lost. Because on daily basis it says Out for Delivery and not delivered at the end of the day. Those documents are really urgent for me. It also has a DD inside it which was supposed to be sent for my Visa Purposes. Please return it back to me. I will use some other logistics but please its my request please return it to me.

                                    The way bill no is [protected]. This packet contains confidential and important documents from kotak bank sent thru blue dart courier. Bank got the message that the packet has been delivered and the bank staff continued to follow up. But i have not received the basic details of the way bill no as part of sms or mail hence could not track from blue dart. I have to follow with the bank to get the way number. After getting the number, called customer service and one ms. Kumari answered from chennai. Per her, no communication would be sent to customer by blue dart if there is any problem from blue dart side (Very surprising process).in this case the problem is from blue dart side (Bandwidth issues in the location) and hence no communication was sent from blue dart and also the packet was held up in the location for past 5 days. When asked why is it so, she did not feel sorry about it, instead argued with me that this is the procedure of blue dart and questioned me on what i expect her to do now. Pathetic service and arrogant and pathetic response. When asked her to connect me to her manager, she said she operates out of chennai and the location of delivery is in hyderabad and refused to connect stating that i should explain her what is required. Finally i have to disconnect the phone as the call was unproductive (I stated this to her and also told her that i will lodge a compliant). I would strongly feel that the executives of blue dart to be trained well on communication etiquettes before putting them on the job. I am deeply concerned as she had no clue what is the status and no clue what and how to talk to a customer.

                                      My courier way bill no.[protected]

                                      It delivery to nearest hub on (Minjur) 07.12.2018 till date i don't receive the item. Delivery people are don't come. They are sitting somewhere update to undelivered on at location. Bluedart dhl is always don't care about customer. They are not provide customer care also

                                      I did not receive my order from Sophocles by bluedart courier service. No one call me and inform me about and order and later i receive message from courier service that you not available so your order undelivered as courier could not contact you. So this is the [censored] and not proper way to delivered someones courier.
                                      One of the worst service i have never seen. Place a order and it should deliver on time but the agent who works for blue dart or the customer service agent are irresponsible.

                                      Without informing customer the order went back. I am going to inform to all of my friends to do place any order via blue dart.

                                      That's really irresponsible and company should take action against that lack of management and work efficiency.
