We made sure that everyone stays home (Pity) and our phones are on. But no one from bluedart came to deliver. Neither did they call us to inform about their delivery. We called their office 10 times and emailed them twice. We gave them 3 different mobile numbers to call and shared the address using google map. Even with all that, no one came to deliver and they updated the status to "undelivered shipment held at location"

This is happening second time

They wrongly mistaking the locked house in-front of my house in the same floor of the flat, and recording as attempted.

Chrompet branch is not doing their duty religiously very bad service

There is a courier which was delivered on Saturday but till date courier not delivered. The status was showing invalid address but nothing like this .
No courier boy call me to pick your courier he was just updating wrong information.
Too much bogus service of blue dart.
No one gives courier boy no on customer care
All the person's are irritating .

It was scheduled to be delivered till 29th of november 2018 in mathura to sunil gupta. It's been 3rd of december and it's not yet received. Please provide me with mathura office contact details of blue dart office so that i may contact them personally. It's urgent. Blue dart is not expected to be delayed in it's deliveries and it is very much disappointing.

Though i had selected the delivery time as 12:30 pm. Delivery boy tries to deliver it after 3:00 pm i was in meeting so requested to come after 30 mints. After 1 hour boy goes to some other wrong location which was not mentioned as delivery address. I was very much in need of money so wanted my card so eagerly. But still after 4 days i could not get my card because of his irresponsibility. Understanding the maturity of blue dart it was not at all expected. You can not handle your own employees.

I had placed an order from one plus on 26/11/18 and was dispatched on 28/11/18. Itâ€™s expected delivery date was on 1/12/18, but now itâ€™s 3/12/18 and my itemâ€™s status is stuck from 30/11/18 and no further updates it states â€œshipment further connected air hub in siwâ€. I would be delighted if you could solve this issue asap. Thank you....

My way bill no. is [protected].I am from Vita District-Sangli, Maharashtra. Worst service given by Vita bluedart branch. They won't give delivery of any products to doorstep . They will call us and rudely say if you need your parcel then pickup it from bluedart office.I didn't get my parel yet.Really worst service from bluedart.

We ordered the product. It is supposed to be delivered yesterday but that didn't.in the tracking they mentioned that they are unble to find the address. For the delivery the item they should call for the address verification but they didn't. It's very very bad experience. Flipkart, amazon, paytm etc all the vendors are finding the address and delivered the items but blue dart didn't. Bledart delivery people are lazy to call the customer? Very very bitter experience with the blue dart. They are sending the tracking details but not mentioning the delivery boy phone number to track our product.

We have not left home vacant from last one week but site is showing status as delivery attempted _ premises closed is wrong.
If delivery agents can't reach destination, they set status like this.
Please ask the concerned to call [protected]

Icici send credit cards through blue dart, reached agra at 09.09 am on 30/11/18, i am living in centre of city, as well as location of bluedaer office and my home is 1km. You can see in tracking details that wrong pichde is the cause of not delivering the courier. I made a call on landline number on 30/11/18 and 1/12/18 but nobody picked my phone. Personally in evening after doing my job i went to office and picked my courier. I am attaching the pic of courier envelop where you can see that my home address, pincode and my contact number was clearly mentioned. It was very painful experience and not desired by the brand like blue dart. Do the needful and take necessary action against those are responsible for the scinerio.

Hi, i got a message saying that a parcel will be delivered from hdfc and no one has contacted me for my address. Waybill# [protected].

No one has called me on my mobile number.

Now got the message as undelivered for address related issues.
I am not about the location he was searching for but my address has been clearly mentioned.
I am waiting for the parcel since morning and it has not been delivered yet. This is really important and strict action to be taken on these courier people.
