I was waiting for a courier sent by icicibank and to be delivered by blue dart services. I waited for a week and then came to know that they have returned it back to icicibank by giving the reason that could not deliver it to me and my house was locked. This is not correct. I didn't get any call from blue dart services nor any note from them in my house regarding the missed courier. I have noticed the same problem 3 times in last 1 year. It seems the delivery boys or blue dart people have a bad attitude towards customer. They don't bother to call us or sms us that they are coming to deliver the courier nor do they leave a missed you note in case the door is locked. I hope somebody from bluedart service read this and try to improve their service.

    My awb no is [protected] and not yet got any call from the bluedart end, but you have mentioned as delivery attempted and it was closed on the first day itself.

    Even though i called the delivery person mr. Kannan ([protected]), he is not at all attending the call.

    Customer care number[protected] is always engaged or congested between 9 am to 9 pm and remaining time they won't support.

      This is happening more frequently, until raise complaint, we haven't receive our documents from bluedart which all hdfc sent couriers.

        As per tracking my parcel, today it arrived in pune location. But still it not reached to me.in current status it showing incorrect landmark. How it possible other all currier reached at same location also they intimate mi for the same. But still not any contact by bluledart and they update on portal incomplete landmark. Worst service provided by bluedart

            Shipment suppose to get delivered on 22nd oct.. But wrongly updated on tracking details.. That unlocated address in spite my contact no mentioned.
            On 23rd raised a compliment twice and promised the delivery will be within 6.00pm, which not happened after 6 again they confirmed to delivery within 9.30pm which failed and updated again wrongly as probhited area that to in bangalore koramangala...
            It's not first time it's repeated by blue dart services. They are not for customer service...

              Hello,
              Myself Arvind Kumar working at Custom House Chennai as Tax Assistant, I have a complain against blue dart courier services Parrys Chennai, they are having my card which is issued by a bank they recieved that card on 17 October and they should deliver it by 20 October but still every evening they sending a msg that delivery attempted premises closed even I given my office address how office can close in working day even they didn't call me any single time...such a very poor service...

                I have not received my package awb#[protected] from axis bank yet.
                It has to received on 15/10/2018 but due to your negligence i did’nt received it yet.
                I called to your customer service yesterday and she told me that u will surely receive the package tomorrow ie 23/10/2018. But today also i did’nt receive the package. This is so unkind o[censored]r service.
                In future i will never prefer ur courier service as it is not reliable.

                  Hi,
                  This is in regards to my courier bearing AWB #: [protected].

                  There was no attempt made to deliver the courier, but however, it was updated as 'Consignee not available'.
                  After that multiple calls to Bluedart went waste. Please stop publishing the number[protected] if it does not work. It gets dropped after just 1 second!

                  Also, after I finally got through to BlueDart by calling the head office, I was told that Bluedart will never deliver/call for delivery. The consignee has to call the Bluedart and schedule for delivery. In short, consignee has to track the shipment, once it arrives in the nearest office, consignee has to call the office and schedule the date & time for delivery.
                  Is this how your company works? I, as a recipient, has to keep track of my order, and make the call to schedule it?
                  And even though I called and scheduled for today, no attempt was made. What's the point of calling even!

                  Most of your phone numbers do not work; customer care team says Bluedart will NEVER deliver the order on their own unless the customer calls, even the first time; and even after getting it scheduled by calling them, no attempt is made to schedule it!

                  Amazing service I must say!

                  I have been calling the customer care every single day, and I keep getting told that it'll be delivered the next day!
                  No delivery attempts, no follow-ups from Bluedart at all!

                    My order was supposed to be delivered by 21st october.. The status on tracker is showing as not delivered due to consignee not being at home and second time as incomplete address.. Both of which are completely wrong.. As i was always at home and the address is complete.. I called the customer service to which i was told to be replied soon but no response is received yet.. I need my parcel to be delivered as soon as possible

                      This is the waste courier service which i never used it before, there is no proper response and suppose if the customer is not available at his address then try to reach him a day after at least but here courier will go directly to the source (The address which courier is coming from) and the final status was written in the blue dart like customer address is not valid this is the service i got from bluedart...

                        I missed a call from the delivery boy and he delivered the courier waybill no.[protected] to god knows who. When i called him back he said he has returned it, when checked it on tracker the status was still, delivered. I took my grievance to customer support few days later. The delivery boy called me very next day and said he delivered it to the neighbour while none of my neighbours get it and now he is dodging my calls. Such an irresponsible behaviour. When the receiver is not at home, the parcel should be returned. Moreover he delivered it to an unknown person and marked it as delivered to self. Such a disappointing behavior.

                          When ever i track, they make an excuse that my address is incorrect or they extension number. We don't have any extension number here. I mailed them twice. Tried customer service too. Btw to inform, the customer service number doesn't work. They will ask the waybill number. Tell u that they will let you talk to a executive and then no answer and after 7 minutes, they will cut the call. Wtf is the use having customer service then?
                          *truly disappointed*.

                            HI, I'm a consumer waiting for my product from very long!!!
                            i had very bad experiance with this courier company
                            the particular bluedart comany do not delevier the produt on time
                            even afta giving proper adress and and phone number to deliver the product
                            without even attemd to deliver the product the are updating the text as consignee is not available they and previously also did the same
                            later i tried to call their customer care were they charged 2rs for a call were without even picking up the call and they charged just for an ring of a call later i tried calling to the location were the shippment arrived but they wer also not able to connect this is clear way were the company is treating the consignee in very bad way they are trying to put the liable on consignee were we have go collect the product from their hub

                              He has denied delivering my package and started shouting go and complaint against me i have seen many like you.
                              I request you to take action against him.

                                Never attempt to deliver the product instead making an excuses. The shipment never attempt to deliver instead i got a message and saying that consignee refused to accept. But i never refused to accept it instead i am waiting my order to deliver. I am very unhappy about this service. And when i track my order it mentions that necessary charges pending from the consignee.. The shipment never give me a call to deliver my order and today i call the customer care and they responds me by saying that you are failing to give the money.. The shipment never attempt to deliver i never refused to accept or fails to give the money for my order.. I am waiting to deliver it.. I am very unhappy about the service

                                  I had placed an order in body shop and bluedart agent has to deliver but never attempt to deliver. On top of that i got a message and saying that the order is cancelled but i did not cancel the order instead waiting to deliver it till today. And shipment never attempt to deliver, never give me a call to deliver... I am so unhappy about this service... I want it to deliver and waiting for it.

                                    Dear blue-dart,

                                    I am taking this effort and i hope it changes things. If not, i will have to request american express to change delivery partners because even at amex, they know what to speak and when to speak. But this does not happen at the last mile with blue-dart
                                    3 non-stop frantic calls during business hours by your delivery executive, in-between my ongoing business call, lead me to interrupt a very important conversation and attend to him. His arrogance was evident the moment he walked inside my office asking for a “who’s chirag”.
                                    He should have asked someone if he doesn't know the address rather than bugging me during my working hours.
                                    I lost my cool completely. I don’t deserve this and i expect some professionalism or basic manners if i am asking for too much.
                                    Either you do something about this or let me escalate.

                                      The awb no is [protected], it should be deliver on 18 oct, but deliver did not deliver even i did not get call, i provided address again but did not received parcel yet. Its really poor service i was getting from blue dart. Its happen 2 3 time with me why they did not call on register no. I receive approx dailly on same address. So they why could not able to deliver.

                                        Please let me from which time to which time your courier service is available. I got a courier from paytm from i can see they were updating out for delivery after 10pm after 30-40 mins. They were updating as customer unavailable at the time of delivery. Can u give any proof that either subramani or magesh kumar call me or check with me. Why you won't available during day time?
                                        When i tried to calling to those delivery guys mobile number it says busy alert.
