I ordered a product in flipkart and it should be delivered on 24th october. When i checked the status in blue dart, it was showing as attempted delivery-premise closed without even coming to my house. I was there in house for entire day. After re-attempting the delivery on 26th, i got a msg at 9.30 p. M as out for delivery. When i checked today morning for the status, its again showing as attempted delivery - premise closed. Looks like they didn't even come to house and telling as attempted delivery.

They should be having my number. They should have called me if they come to house but they didnt even call. I am not sure whether they have the product or missed somewhere and updating falsely. Customer care also not attending the call. Tried many times. Worst service.

My waybill no is [protected]. When I tracked my parcel it shows "Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day". I asked your delivery boy it has to be delivered at my residence he said okay then also he marked it as holiday. And your customer care no is either not reachable or busy all the time. I'm seriously very disappointed with your services.

I got a message that my credit card will be delivered on 26october2018 but i didn't get any call from them or any message about delivery executive. On 27october2018 i got a call but didn't attend that later when i called back there is a voice saying that this is about bluedart return ee apologise as we can't talk to you now. How can i contact them now about my credit card?

I ordered from amazon, but the courier boy refused to deliver my product at registered address, asking me to collect from their office, it's better to shut down your service as you people harassing customer in the name of door to door service, there is no service at all, i supposed to received my product by yesterday, only because of your poor service, i have to collect from your so called office

Courier boy mentioned wrong comment he called me from mobile number - [protected] talked with him and informed him to come at this place... Then i give information and he said ok... Then he didn't come and i called him 2 times he disconnect the call every time... Not at all recommend such person.

Bludart is not delivering parcel at prohibited area /entry restrictions area then why bludart taking such parcel.wasting time of customer as well as company.and once you attempted and customer approaches to office by tracking parcel, you people refused to give such parcel even after showing identity .then why bludart wasting time of customer.

My order from flipkart with blue dart is awb# [protected], i am chythanya i have placed order on 14th oct 2018 and the item delivery date was on 24th oct 2018 but till now i have not yet received my ordered material and on 26th i got a call from bluedart person that he is coming to deliver but waited upto night at office but no-one had come and after waiting for such a long days suddenly 26th midnight i have got the below message that your order has been cancelled by you, and y i should cancel my order and i have waited for such a long time for this, and this is seriously not acceptable so please take a serious action regarding this issue and
I need my material should be delivered immediately.

This is a kind of service i ever seen, and it is not at all acceptable.

Hi team,

I couriered my salwar suit via blue dart. I ordered a salwar suit in shopper stop online and used cash on delivery option
It was delivered today around 12 pm to 18, 6th cross extn, anna nagar, puducherry - 605005. Butt only tops has been delivered. Bottom and dupatta are missing in the package. Package says it weighs 800 gms but it weighs only 200 gms. I suspect something went wrong in transit. I need the missing pieces as soon as possible. Please help asap to fix the issue.

Hi my credit card is not delivered by Blue Dart.
My address is right then also its not delivered.
Such a poor service. All other courier are delivering on same address but blue dart is having address issue. There customer care is also not help. No one person called my Mobile number.

Blue dart was not called me for single time and putting different different reasons. I was called multiple times but still same thing happening. Last time, i was same problem with bluedart regarding ddelivery. Cunningham bluedart doesn't works properly. If i order pizza or food, it comes in 25 minutes. This bludart service is disgusting. Now i don't option to get it.

My courier no [protected] has been not delivered for last 3 days.

It has address, i requested to the sector 26 chandigarh branch to deliver it on alternate address - plot no 136 ind area phase 2 chandigarh mentioned on the courier.

Since many request has been made to them on call, they always agree to send tomorrow and not delivering it. Also they are now not evening picking the call.
It is total harassment.
It would not request to take the serious action against the staff.

Dadu pawar and sunil saawne not receiving call and from several they have not solved my issue

We are using your service from several years but now we switched from magento to custom.
But dadu pawar and sunil sanawne they don't receive our call and always provide partial solution. Without understanding what exactly is wrong.

I ordered a package from nykaa cosmetics. Bluedart was their delivery partner. I checked into the nykaa website and my package showed delivered. I was shocked since i did not even receive a phone call from the delivery boy. Later i complaint to nykaa and they shared the proof of delivery to me. There was a fake signature on it. I reached out to bluedart office and asked them "where is my package and tell me whose signature this is?" they sent the delivery boy to prove their point and he accepted in front of me that he did the signature and he had given it to his girlfriend after we applied some pressure on him. Even when i reported this to his superiors they did not revert back to me or follow up and finally i got the refund from nykaa. Bluedart just ignored this issue.

A Credit Card is sent to me from SBI Gurgaon through Blude Dart vider their way bill No. [protected] & REf. No. EV[protected] on 20.10.2018. The same reached at Amritsar on 21.10.2018. But the same has been Deliverd to me till date i.e. 26.10.2018 14.52 P.M.
I contact Amritsar office of Blue Dart Mr. Rajinder Cell NO. [protected]. He said that he cannot deliver the document and i can take document from their office. I further Contact Mr. Lalit Head of Branch at Amritsar on his Cell NO. [protected] on 24.10.2018 to till date today 26.10.2018 . He said that he will get deliver the document, but till date the same has not been delivered. It may be that he has no old on his staff and they give no ear to him.
Please help me and get deliver the document at the earliest and oblige.

My credit card is blocked due to new card issued. Bank holder sent a new card through blue dart service on 15th oct 2018 from chennai. Expected delivery of my new card is 16th oct 2018. Still now they do not delivery my new card. Bank holder sent my new card to my office address located in mindspace, hitech city, hyderabad. I called every day to blue dart customer care number [protected]. Customer care representative said today you will receive your card but i didn't received the card. Every customer care representative said like this sorry sir for this delay we are delivering your card today itself. I argued very day getting same reply but my card is not yet delivered. I ask him to raise a ticket for this issue but they didn't raise any complaint. I am very much frustrated about their service.

Month end came i don't have enough my money to buy my needs. Because of them i am unable to purchase my needs. If i have my card am able to fulfil my needs.

I would like the commission to intervene in this and get us justice and i want the blue dart to take resposibility of the timeless delay and the pain taken by us by calling them over phone every now and then.

I need the blue dart company to bear the expenses of phone calls, penalty for non delivering of the document on time etc and make then pay an amount of 10 times of the courier charges which is 200 x 10 = rs.2000/-

Hello, bluedart is supposed to be a courier company. That means to deliver the products at the mentioned address. I wonder is it a supermarket or other shops? Everyone have to go there and stand in queue (Or a mess) to get something sent to their address!!
What is the point in purchasing online and sending things if you have to go out all the way to a shop and collect it??

I am supposed to receive my package - [protected] on 15th oct 2018, but without any notification, if i see tracking details of the package its showing ' delivery attempted-premises closed'. None of the blue dart representatives have contacted me regarding this, and the status is simply getting updated. Tried calling customer service, no one is there to answer the call.

My Awb no is [protected]. From one week Every morning blue dart delivery guy at morning called me that they are coming for delivery and they did not come. I called customer service 3 4 times & they are also giving me same assurance. I am already did all the payments online and this parcel I needed ASAP. Highly disappointed service from blue dart.
