Hi, i need to complain in delivery person, who is very rude and ill-mannered i need to take serious action on this as i could not fine details of deliver person in the order details. I need this person to apologize for his behaviour on customer and his should never repeat this again to any customer further and also i request to provide his details so i will complain to his manager to escalate this issue

My product is supposed to deliver on wednesday (17/10/2018) but i got a message stating that due to address issue its not delivered. On that day i didnt receive any call. Next day i called the helpdesk and informed the same issue and gave them another alternative phone number also.
But still the product is not yet delivered.
Today is 4th day, seriously its a very bad experience.

This is avinash here i was about to receive the imp document (Waybill no [protected]) today but he has written fake comment that i have shifted from the address.

He didn't call once on my mobile no also.

This is extremely bad if you don't want to deliver the packet say truly.

Expected date of delivery 12 oct 2018
The package should delivered on 12th oct 2018. So far not yet delivered.
Also, they will update the wrong status "consignee not available".
Poor service from bluedart. But i am not sure why banks are using this company. Instead they can send this through indian postal service and it will delivered atleast within 5 days.

Icici bank dispatched atm card through blue dart wide awb[protected].
But guntur blue dart courier is not delivered. L am vegited 2 times your main branch, courier boy not phone to me and he is not came to my house.
Two massages are came from icici bank delivery is missed and call customer care
So please purse awb[protected] as early as delivered...

Even address is correct sent back as in complete address. Almost whenver hdfc courier to same address, 1st time simply sent back& after many complaints to bluedart dispatch to correct address.

The product was ordered on 16th oct 2018 via ferns and petals and was supposed to be delivered by 17th october 2018.
It has not been delivered till date and even after constant follow ups.
On top of that they have mentioned wrong status that the consignee was not there at home to receive the package although we were at home the whole time.
I hope blue dart's unprofessional-ism could be improved.

Sbi bank send me a credit card through blue dart on 4th oct... But on 18 oct i recheck status.. Status show shipment delivered.. But i did not get my product... Shipment delivered to worng address... Awb no [protected] expected to be delivered to me on 17 10 2018 was not delivered to me. The tracking details in blue dot web site says that - delivery attempted premises closed. This is blatant lie the delivery person without attempting to deliver the item has falsely reported that my premises was closed which is not the case. Please arrange to send the item atleast today

These people are unable to find vit university location in the given near by pincode 600048 even if you say the address to google assistance it can show you the location. I think blue dart people are not committed to work if you are not willing to work please stop your service at least at that time this mi people stops giving parcel service to you.
