Please note i received a package on 22-7-17 through bluedart for which i was supposed to make a payment. I was not having change ₹1550/- at that time so your courier person shiv charan suggested to make an online payment so i made a online payment which declined at that time as he was getting late so i managed and have given him payment in cash. But after 15minutes of his departure i received a message that ₹1550/- has been deducted from my account. For this i called shiv charan immidiately to return my cash payment as online payment is done. But he refused he said he had entry of cash payment in his books so my deducted amount will be returned by company itself. But still i am standing on date of 9-8-17 chasing mr anil since day 1 and he is saying that cheque is not made and now he is saying that cheque is made but manager is not there to sign the cheque. I am facing this problem since 15 days. I dont think bluedart is a fraudelent company and provide such services. My pacakge reference number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue because i have others work to do other than chasing people for my money. I am giving contact numbers of both the contact persons with whom i am contacting since day 1

I was at home at 3.25 pm .but blue dart did not come till 4 pm.they do not call before they come.I am yet to receive the letter, I am very upset.l call and deliver soon.

    It's shown as delivered to my address with signature. But i have not received the item. Somebody from your courier company has misplaced or stolen the item, that's for sure.
    Earlier also, consumer has issues in delivery by bluedart in that particular area, moran.

    Please look into the matter serilously, as it creates bad impression of your company.

    Matter is not resolved even if i talk to your executives from the particular place, moran & guwahati.

    Please do the needful before i go to consumer forum.

      Hi all, i am suppose to receive pan card from blue dart courier. Unfortunetly i have wrong awb number which is [protected] (Sent by pan card department). However today i received a call at 12 p. M by number [protected] who is courier boy from blue dart. When he called i was in a meeting and told him that i will call him back and with in a minute i called him but he dint respond. I have tried till evening to talk with him but he dint answer the call. It is very unfortunate that because of some people blue dart is getting a bad name. I reside at gajularamaram. (Hyderabad). My pan card is must be in balanagar branch hyderabad. So please help me out.

        about not providing home delivery and asks to visit its office for parcel.

        Home delivery option is available in my home town but still blue dart courier service which is responsible for amazon's parcel delivery in my town, doesn't go for home delivery instead call over it's respective customer and ask them to pick up their parcel from courier office.         Booked from beawar, rajasthan to noida, u. P. Still not delivered since last 9 days.
        This type of service was not expected atleast from blue dart.
        It was rakhi inside the consignment. If it is delivered till today then will be fruitful otherwise i m sorry to say that i will not avail the facility of blue dart in future.

            I am ordered one powerbank and delivery will be from blue dart. But your carrier boy made a signal call and when I redail he not picking the call. And when I called your customer care the agent talking like its not our mistake and rushing to finish the call. Is it the way you guys are providing service.

              This is with reference to blue dart service not delivering my dd from hdfc bank since 5 days they updating status as out of delivery and dept/ext required.. They have never called me and when i taken ref. No from bank and ask them to update my number they have not updated and mr. Ashish customer care with emp id: t10379 asking me to forget ur parcel and will deliver it after 2 days.. They behaviour toward customer is not satisfied.. When i ask him that ur delivery boy not called me in 5 day any reason.. He said bank instruct them not to call customer. I request blue dart higher authority plz look at customer satisfaction level is very poor.. Because of all this iam asking my bank to cancel my loan as i not get money on time. And now iam paying processing fee without any use of money.. Bill no.. [protected].

                I requested cheque book from axis bank and they dispatched in same day by bluedart and received on 3 august morning. From same day they r not delivering to me as it is a more important document, i called to their customer care service 5 6 times but no sarisfaction at all and not giving any contact no. Atleast i can call them.. Its a very bad service due to this i had to postponed my most important work to monday that shoud be completed on thursday.
                I want to compensate my loss.

                  Standard chartered bank yesterday by sms informed me that my airway bill no [protected] wilth blue dartis awaiting delivary. Upon tracking the same i found that the consignment reached trivandrum on 3rd, but till now nobody has contacted me, i tried to reach the blue dart office in ghandhari amman road by phone, no one is picking, please ensure that the consignment reaches me today.

                    I did not receive my shipment that was shipped from Lucknow and was expected to be delivered to me. In the shipment status the status of the shipment is showing as delivered but I did not receive it. It has been delivered to someone else. Please look into the matter immediately as the shipment is of much importance.

                      This is regarding a order[protected] tracking no [protected] order from website talash.com (Rakhi with sweets). This order was out for delivery from 31 st july and not yet delivered. The reason provided is location not locatable which is not appropriate as the receipts phone no has been provided to carrier and no one called receipt if they were unable to locate the address and there was never delivery issues for orders delivered through amazon or haldiram. This issue should be taken seriously or else we will never trust this carrier service going forward. Last time they deliver rakhi and sweets day after rakkhsa bandhan with spoiled sweets. I and my parents followed up multiple times more than 15 times and every time the bhubaneswar branch[protected] but every time they told it is out for delivery. Please do something to get the above order delivered in time

                        Good logic.

                            We ordered a product from max and bluedart was supposed to deliver the product ([protected]). The status of the delivery is coming as "delivered", but we have not received anything. We are trying to resolve the issue but the customer service department is of no help. Nor they are providing the number of the person who came to deliver the product. Absolutely zero professionalism they have showed. Not only i want the product to be delivered at the location but i also want an apology or compensation for this irresponsible behaviour.

                              Today at 2.30 the delivery boy called me to collect my courier and i said ok come to my place, he was just 1min away. I was waiting for almost 50 he din come yet.
                              I don't know where did he went.
                              I was calling him he is not picking up my call and just disconnecting it
                              I had call in bluedart office there also nobody pick my call.
                              Very poor service by u people.

                                Really fed up with the service of blue dart. It's been 4 days my parcel is in noida but they are not delivering it. I called customer care around 5 times and they all replied one and the same wording in same pitch "sir, you will surely receive your parcel by tomorrow in between 10 am - 6 pm". Blue dart thinks that we don't have any work to do. They can't share the details of delivery boy (I can understand that it should be as per rules of bank) but neither they exactly know where the parcel is. Someone said your parcel is on the way, someone said your parcel is in the office. Today i visited sector 63, noida blue dart office and person sitting there is too rude. He said the parcel is with us but we deliver only from 4 pm - 6 pm. Is this a way to greet the customers. This is happening not only with me, there are lots of people there for the same complaints. Then also i thought, ok they will deliver today but today also the same thing happened no call no delivery. I am fed up with there service. Please do something. I want my parcel today and i want to call from blue dart informing me that my parcel is with delivery boy and i will receive it shortly. My number is [protected].

                                After i logged this complaint i got a call and then i have to update this as a new complaint.

                                I got a call today morning twice. And people over the phone wants rupees to deliver my parcel.

                                They asked me my atm details so that they can deduct money from it.

                                Is this how blue cart deliver the parcels by taking money from the customers.

                                When i refused to provide the details the guy over phone said "now you will never get your parcel".

                                Is this the way to speak to customer.in simple words they are asking for bribe to deliver my parcel.

                                I will post this in fb, insta, whatspp, twitter and all the social websites i know.

                                I want my parcel today only and i don't know how "consumer complaints" website will help me out.

                                Blue dart company is fraud..

                                How can they ask money to deliver my parcel. It contains credit card and i think pin too. Now i am worried what if they misused it.

                                Please help me out from these bribee or we can say cyber attackers. When i visited blue dart office of sector 63, noida. There are lots of customers there for the complaint of not delivering there credit card. I think they are doing something really bad.

                                Please investigate this matter. I don't trust these blue dart guys anymore. I want my parcel seal packed and in the secure way.

It has been shipped from surat to betul (Madhya pradesh), but when i tracked down the package, it only shows some mahaipalpur hub and insted of betul it was shipped to patna which is not what i said. When i tried to contact a bluedart employee, he only says"your package will be delievered in two days." as the tracking service says"mahaipalpur hub (Delhi) on hold for regulatory paperwork", then how is it possible...

                                  I have a shipment that is taking me crazy with bluedart. Firstly it got rejected because of pin code issue. Now it again comes back with a reason that the delivery premises is closed. The so called premise is a 24/7 working organisation, where it never gets closes day and night. I would request bluedart not to come up with reasons that are # like this, as we are not fools waiting for them to arrive. There were not even a single call that came from their end, nor there was a contact number that was provided to me by a sms atleast. Now i believe it's high time for people to start thinking how bluedart has grown to this level, who doesnt even have a common sense to keep their customers posted with updates.
