My icici bank debit card was dispatched from bombay on 10-aug-2017 and reached coimbatore on 12-aug-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i. E, 12-aug-2017.

I put leave for getting this courier. I have checked status frequently. Suddenly the status changed to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed".

No body attempted delivery of my product. Because i am waiting for this courier. Also no one contacted me on mobile. But just send me sms, stating that the product undelivered due to address issues. The address i provided with mobile no is very clear in my icici bank address. Last 10 days back i received icici bank cheque book through india post to this same address. Many times i received several products by different couriers. My area is very main and popular, street name and door no. Are very clearly located with board. So i can say surely, your courier boy has not attempted delivery of product at my address and also did not call me. My address is also very well known to everybody and easy to access.

My first question if he is not able to find the address so why that guy is not contacting me in my phone number? So this i understand you are not attended delivery, you just send sms regarding address issue. If you will deliver after one month also not a problem. But why don't you give such a false information. And then why are you sending sms like this, "to update address and contact icici bank". My address is very very clear in bank profile.

After this i never ever suggest blue dart to others...

Finally after i talk to customer care, i conclude, you did not attend delivery, already you planned to attended delivery on some other day or not interest to come to attend deliery, you just cheat customers. Dont underestimate customers.

I have not got my passport which was sent by canada embassy to me through courier. I have paid the whole payments still i am not able to collect it.

When i am asking them to trace my courier they are not responding the call and also not picking the landline numbers.

I am from chandigarh sector 51. The coverage of my sector is under the mohali sector 74 branch. Please guide them and tell them how to treat with a customer.

Bluedart please get rid of your delivery boy's rude behaviour to the given shipment. How could a person be so rude by declining my request to deliver in my office address which i gave as secondary address? And he start cutting my call. After 5min i got message with shipment unable to deliver due to address issue. If this is how bluedart deliver service, then sorry blue dart you don't even deserved a single star rating.

I have requested to return my product purchased from amazon on 24th july till then the fake messages by blue dart team i received to pick-up the product but no one showed up for 7 times they fooled me and this way they are forcing me to deliver the product to your mehsana office which is 23 km away from my location now who is going to pay me this shipping expense and hassle with wasting lots of time, it is your company's responsibility to come and pick-up and give proper schedule time if not possible then say no why to send false pick-up schedule and waste customer's precious time, this way company is spoiling it's image.

Nsdl sell says bluedart updated wrong no & it require 7-8 working days to correct the same as i dont know it is the mistake of bluedart till it require 7 -8 working days to correct is so what s my fault that i get the delay in my application & no one is take the responsibility for the same

So i request you to take the necessary action immediately & deliver the pan card on the same.

Sir, there is one of prepaid order from netmeds.com the courier agent in my town is not delivering my courier from last three days. And not only my he does this with all other prepaid orders. I request you to kindly take some action against him. And yes as i am complaining about him that he did not went for delivery or he did even called me once he is going provide a simple excuse for it that sir Apka No. Nhi lga me kya karu.

The address i provided with mobile no is complete and on given address i received many times several products by different couriers. So your courier boy has not attempted delivery of product at my address and also did not call me. My address is also very well known to everybody and located in main city near government medical college hospital. Hence they are asking for additional address is totally nonsense. As i can not provide any addition to my address. Which is itself complete. This issues happaned previously also by your courier only. Hence lookup the matter and take necessary action against the guilty.

It's almost one week since i am facing issue with blue dart. I have a parcel from british council about material of ielts. British council send me message on 3rd august that parcel is dispatched on 31st of july and i will get it within 2 days. But when i track my parcel on 5th august, i saw that my parcel has been delivered to ravibhai successfully, which is wrong address and wrong person. Even i don't know any ravibhai and he is not my neighbour too, i visited my nearer blue dart office, they give me number of courier boy, i contact that boy. But they are not give me proper replay, every time they tell me i will give you your parcel tomorrow. But still i didn't get my parcel. Parcel is important for me, because on 26th july i have ielts exam. I want that book in any situation.

With reference to the above subject i would like to share my bad experience with you because after that i want to know that how you care about your costumer. From last six month i am staying at jarod village, at vadodara deistic at gujarat. And this is wall developed area in gujarat for pharmaceutical and other industries. From last 6 month i purchase so many things form flipkart and also delivered successfully at here by blue dart. But in this 6 month have feel two bad experience from your courier boy. He told me that “you have to collect your parcel from me at main highway, i have no time to come at your place, if you want then come to me otherwise i am not free for you”. I have face this two time form your courier boy. I feel it is very bad. Blue dart is very big company, and to reach at time with right place is his signature. Then how can it happen. I just want to give my experience to blue dart i can’t do anything but expect loyalty from you, expect costumer satisfaction from you. Nothing at all…….

Rude behavior

Most of the time we need to pick up the items from courier centre by self i. E "blue dart" [itanagar ]... But this time they sended the guy to deliver the product but the guy response was not good and the way to deal with his customer's was totally unsatisfactory. Im really upset with the delivery guy because he ruin my day.. No idea how to deal with his customer

My credit card was dispatched from rama road on 05-aug-2017 and reached noida sector 63 on 10-aug-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i. E, 10-aug-2017.
The status changed to "delivery attempted-premises closed" and then to "undelivered shipment held at location".

I need the shipment asap to my office address.

Hello Team, This is informed you that I didn't get my courier against AWB#‎[protected] yet but information is showing that it has already delivered. I request you to please take this on urgent bases as this envelop has DD of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-.
I am following with the staff since 3 days but still no luck. This is quite urgent and scaring of misuse of the same as this is big amount.

My shipment of credit card from standard chartered bank from navi mumbai dated 03/08/2017 airway bill no. Is [protected] to jaipur. Address is same as delivery address on shipment. Status on tracker is un deliverd shipment held on location, prior it status is receiver address is incomplete, on dated 10/08/2017. When i call to call center system says this no. Is not exist. No any call came from service provide (Blue dart) while my phone no. Is noted on it.
And before it in the month july same bank was send me courier on same address.
There is 7 days go pass no any information of my shipment. I am also send mail to customer care, but they did not solve the problem.

Dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment awb[protected]. Bluedart delivery boy was called for delivery he simply said address not cleared... What about phone number. Iam waiting for my credit card from last week...9th aug i received one message (Your product was out for delivery) but till now it was reached to me. Pls deliver the item.

An envelope containing a cheque was never delivered to me/my address by blue dart on 8th july 2017, by its garia/kolkata delivery office. But the website showed it as delivered with my signature. Upon investigation i discovered that on "track sheet" my signature was forged. When i tried to impress upon its "call centre" that the letter was not delivered to me the person/s disbelieve me. On my insistence they took my official complaint. However, blue dart executive in kolkata ms debjani chatterjee repeatedly challenged my claim of non-delivery. Her behaviour was unprofessional and remarks were caustic and not easy to digest.
Blue dart has not revealed the action it has taken against the erring delivery office/person and has tried to hide its dishonest way of operation.

Hi i received a call from the blue dart courier service man to deliver my axis bank credit card. The mobile number of the person is follwing [protected], i told him the way to reach my residential address, he asked me to come and pick up the courier to a particular location. As i was in office i couldnt able to go and pick that up. He denied delivering the courier to my home.
