      We ordered a product from max and bluedart was supposed to deliver the product ([protected]). The status of the delivery is coming as "delivered", but we have not received anything. We are trying to resolve the issue but the customer service department is of no help. Nor they are providing the number of the person who came to deliver the product. Absolutely zero professionalism they have showed. Not only i want the product to be delivered at the location but i also want an apology or compensation for this irresponsible behaviour.

        Today at 2.30 the delivery boy called me to collect my courier and i said ok come to my place, he was just 1min away. I was waiting for almost 50 he din come yet.
        I don't know where did he went.
        I was calling him he is not picking up my call and just disconnecting it
        I had call in bluedart office there also nobody pick my call.
        Very poor service by u people.

          My waybill number of blue dart is [protected]
          Really fed up with the service of blue dart. It's been 4 days my parcel is in noida but they are not delivering it. I called customer care around 5 times and they all replied one and the same wording in same pitch "sir, you will surely receive your parcel by tomorrow in between 10 am - 6 pm". Blue dart thinks that we don't have any work to do. They can't share the details of delivery boy (I can understand that it should be as per rules of bank) but neither they exactly know where the parcel is. Someone said your parcel is on the way, someone said your parcel is in the office. Today i visited sector 63, noida blue dart office and person sitting there is too rude. He said the parcel is with us but we deliver only from 4 pm - 6 pm. Is this a way to greet the customers. This is happening not only with me, there are lots of people there for the same complaints. Then also i thought, ok they will deliver today but today also the same thing happened no call no delivery. I am fed up with there service. Please do something. I want my parcel today and i want to call from blue dart informing me that my parcel is with delivery boy and i will receive it shortly. My number is [protected].

          After i logged this complaint i got a call and then i have to update this as a new complaint.

          I got a call today morning twice. And people over the phone wants rupees to deliver my parcel.

          They asked me my atm details so that they can deduct money from it.

          Is this how blue cart deliver the parcels by taking money from the customers.

          When i refused to provide the details the guy over phone said "now you will never get your parcel".

          Is this the way to speak to customer.in simple words they are asking for bribe to deliver my parcel.

          I will post this in fb, insta, whatspp, twitter and all the social websites i know.

          I want my parcel today only and i don't know how "consumer complaints" website will help me out.

          Blue dart company is fraud..

          How can they ask money to deliver my parcel. It contains credit card and i think pin too. Now i am worried what if they misused it.

          Please help me out from these bribee or we can say cyber attackers. When i visited blue dart office of sector 63, noida. There are lots of customers there for the complaint of not delivering there credit card. I think they are doing something really bad.

          Please investigate this matter. I don't trust these blue dart guys anymore. I want my parcel seal packed and in the secure way.

            large delay in delivery of package

            My waybill no. Is [protected]. It has been shipped from surat to betul (Madhya pradesh), but when i tracked down the package, it only shows some mahaipalpur hub and insted of betul it was shipped to patna which is not what i said. When i tried to contact a bluedart employee, he only says"your package will be delievered in two days." as the tracking service says"mahaipalpur hub (Delhi) on hold for regulatory paperwork", then how is it possible...

            I have a shipment that is taking me crazy with bluedart. Firstly it got rejected because of pin code issue. Now it again comes back with a reason that the delivery premises is closed. The so called premise is a 24/7 working organisation, where it never gets closes day and night. I would request bluedart not to come up with reasons that are # like this, as we are not fools waiting for them to arrive. There were not even a single call that came from their end, nor there was a contact number that was provided to me by a sms atleast. Now i believe it's high time for people to start thinking how bluedart has grown to this level, who doesnt even have a common sense to keep their customers posted with updates.

                Bluedart courier service is not at all good in our capital city like kohima nagaland. Those people working in bluedart dont care to deliver our package. They are less bored abt our package where it s frm and where to reach them and dnt even call the customer that the package has arrive if they dont want home delivery even after seeing the proper address in the package. They return our package without knowledge which is one of the most insulting. They dont talk to customers politely. We dont want such kind of attitude people and such a worse than worse ever courier service in our city.

                      I have made several complaints regarding bad service by our concerned branch before as well.
                      I am receiving consignments since last 5 years but this time they are giving a strange update that consignee address is incorrect... I come can it be incorrect when i have been receiving consignments all most daily... They didn't even bother to call me if they had trouble to find the address.. Kindly get my consignment delivered if possible and take some action to make concerned bluedart branch function better

                        Number[protected] to gajuwaka, visakhapatnam 530011, ap. They have misplaced and now claiming to deliver it to one ramlal on 25/7/17, who does not exist in our hospital. How can the said courrier agency is such irresponsible in handling pan card delivery and why this courrier should not be black listed and action must be taken against him.                           My refund for stockbuylove order (Ordernum :[protected] is not yet done.
                          It was a postpaid order, delivery boy has swiped my card, the amount was dedecuted from my account. But he said he has not received the money. He went without giving me the parcel, and said that money will come to your account in 2-3 days.
                          Its now been more then 2 weeks, i have not got the refund.
                          Please process the refund immediately. And call me on my cell : [protected] if any further details is required.

                            Please don't take the trouble of being engaged in revising your internal procedures at the expence of the valuable time of public, in other words you should practice a much smarter procedure that resolves where the addressee pin code is not listed as of that date.
                            Please be sensitive to others delays being a courier company... I am not receiving a courier in my life first time!!
                            1. No tracking was possible with blue dart.
                            2. No phones were attended by any one in your thrissur office
                            3. No mobile nos. Were available against you insistence of such nos on every courier cover,.

                                Hi, this is kavita, currently residing in tanzania. I recently visited dehradun india (My home town), and ordered few things from amazon online shopping. I almost got everything before i left for tanzania, except one shipment, which was supposed to delivers by 26july 2017 (Tracking no.-[protected]), and still pending for delivery at their dehradun office (Got to know from one of blue dart employee). When o contacted blue dart at given no. On 27 july, first nobody picked at their given landline phones, then i called, at mobile no given on website, which was picked by mr. Neeraj from blue dart, according to him my shipment was lying at their dehradun office and he promised that he will email them (As he was not at dehradun office that time), to deliver that asap. Since i didn't get any delivery or any response i wrote an email to customer care about this in detail, which was replied very promptly by ma. Vandana, wherein i was again told that it will be done at the earliest. Now it's been 2 august, and i have not received my shipment as yet. This is very upsetting and disappointing, the way these guys from bluedart are responding. Hope to hear from you soon😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

                                  Complaint redarding aw bill #[protected] and #[protected]

                                  This two items haven't been delivered for three days in a row and customers care is unable to give me a valid reason. Each day i call and they tell me that the packages are out for delivery. Each day i wait, i call them for update and each day it is not coming. I checked the address many times, gave them all the necessary informations. I never received a single call from the person responsible for the delivery.
                                  The address location is navigator building, level 4, itpl business park in bangalore which is very easy to find so i don't understand the reasons behind this issue.

                                    I was reading news in that about research in medicine using some fruit to control diabetes and reduce heart attack problem something suddenly that page directed to medicine order asked for news update alert and i gave mail id my address was loaded automatically and order placed. It asking for 6000 amount its completely fradu. There is no cancel option in that page and cancel policy alone there. Stupid website www.nutralyfe.in
