Hi team,
I have been chasing down with blue dart representative named priyanka to deliver my debit card issued from citibank to my mailing address. She is showcasing various policy constraints and not delivering the card to me.
Initially when i called her then she said that delivering the card outside the office premise is not allowed then i talked to citibank to grant them to make a call to me once they come to deliver the card. But now these courier people are not billing to call me also. They are saying directly now that they won't deliver the card at this address.
Please sort it out at the earliest as i am really fed up now. Writing you with a huge hope.

Kindly note, that blue dart tracking number, which you provided me, it was not delivered me on my address, and i have also wrote the same on my mail, i have visited bd office 3-4 time but, they said it was already delivered, they dont give me the exact detail of receiver. Bluedart awb# [protected] is the number... I got a text message stating"axis bank credit card dispatched through bluedart awb# [protected] has returned undelivered".. How this could be possible?? None of the executives from bluedart contacted me about the card delivery... Bluedart often doing this... How could you take back my card without informing me???

Worst service ever experience... No proper response...

See i need to know where my card is... Else i will complaint higher authority...

My way bill no. [protected]. My shipment deliver was as on 17/07/2017 at my address but we are shifted from other address. Field executive was call me and i was going near field executive but he is gone. And he was also told me he is deliver at my new address. But today he is not received any call. There m. No is [protected]

And also not recieved faridabad branch any call i am trying since 3 hours but no response from faridabad branch contact no. Location[protected]

How to track my shipment and recive my shipment please help.

I was allotted a sbi credit card and which was to be delivered to my address by bluedart. And the envolop no. Was ev[protected] but was not delivered to my postal address and rather sent back. I did call the branch there had a talk with blue dart office. He told me the envolop would be delivered shortly to my address. Now after a long wait of 7+ days i finally got to know that the envolop has been sent back to the bank. This is really humiliating. Kindly take some actions and get my envolop delivered.

I have to receive a product from new delhi vide ref no [protected]. But the product was tobe delivered on 15.07.2017 as per tracking information and sms. But is undelivered till date. The local rehabari office has not called me once and now falsly claiming that they have not traced the address. But lots of parcel came to me at this address including bluedart in the past also. Kindly resolve the problem and take stringent action agsinst the careless staffs.

but delivery person says no swiping machine only cash why explain.
but message says go digital pay via wallets cars, upi or net banking .

I have submitted my complaint on 14.07.2017 against of blue dart courier.

Now i have received call on same day. That person was saying he is calling from delhi he is shop keeper now that person asking about my personal information regarding my atm number (My pin code & my atm number) his number is : [protected].

On 10.07.2017, i have online order on turboshopp picker [mobile phone k-tel 3310, order number t34763]. I made this purchase on turboshopp picker]. Unfortunately, this product has not performed well & charger was also tore from the wire. It was without head phone. Company hides the name of own which is k-tel, in advertising nothing showing k-tel they only mentioned 3310. The mode of payment was cash on delivery.

Fraud person (Shop owner) sent this to me by courier. The name of courier company was blue dart courier. Tracking number is “[protected]”. Routing code zkp / zkp. When we visit to blue dart office of zirakpur & we asked about the number of sender he didn’t provide to me. He was just saying this is our prime & regular customer. Blue dart person was saying. “he gives us business i can’t help you in this case. You may do whatever you want to do.

My humble is request to you please help me to solve my problem. If you are not supporting me in that case i only have one option to solve my problem through court.

18th june i had block my all bank debit and credit cards, as i lost my bag.
Hdfc i was holding account from last 8 yrs and my till date address is same. So hdfc dispatch my debit and credit card, from which as per blue dart both got delivered, but i never received my debit card, i only received credit card, so i call hdfc and blocked my debit card, hdfc had dispatched again and now as per blue dart consignee address is incorrect..

. After repeated attempts to get in touch with the company through the toll free no. The courier still hasn t reached. After rescheduling the delivery time on the call, still no response. This is a highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company or the people who pick customer calls, their is no coordination between the toll free no people and the delivery staff.

The consignment number : bd[protected] has been not delivered by blue dart to me. I had ordered for medicines from a homoeopathic clinic which was required urgently. But the status of the consignment has been showing premises closed multiple times even though i have been present all day in my residencial complex. I have called in the office at which my consignment is but they are not even picking up the phone even once in 5 days. Customer care people make baseless promises to deliver it at the end of the day but are not even giving me details of the delivery person. These people have made customer fools with their fraudulence. Please make my consignment of rs 1500 reach me. Or else i will be forced to go to consumer court.

I got portugal visa applied & was assured that i will get it today on 15th july 2017, as courier work on saturday. Then i came to know that bluedart delivers this.

However noone received calls on any mumbai & pune blue dart numbers. And i did not get my passport today. I have now missed my portugal business trip because of no contact tp courier.

09_july_2017. Jo abhi nahi aaya hai. Mera mobile pani me gir gya tha. Jo number pan card ke liye diya tha. O phone kharab hone ke karan do din tak sim band tha. Isliye pan card ka message phone par nahi aaya tha. Are wapic nsdl mumbai chal gaya hai. Please sir mughe medical shop open karna hai aap see request hai ki mera pan jaldi se bhejwa digiye. Please

I had been to rajajinagar (Navrang) bluedart office on 13/7/2017 by 10:00 am to courier the gift for my husband who stays in army for his birthday on 14/7/2017 when i asked the office person he promised me that for sure without any doubt the product will reach the location and will be delivered within business hours on 14/7/2017 with overnight shipping but today is 15/7/2017 still the order is not out for delivery and this person had just screwed my surprises and my army mans happiness.
When i gave a call to that person he said that the fe reached the place by 5:30pm on 14/7/2017 but was unable to deliver, for the kind information the tracking shows the product sent to lucknow only by 15/7/2017. Why the #* these # should lie when they can't do it.
It is a matter of feelings, commitment, hard-work and love mainly

I have paid rs.720 for not delivered product

Now i need my money back and no need to deliver the order as the eatable which was prepared by me inside is all spoilt and not o[censored]se

We sent passports through the courier and paid RS 100 extra for the purpose.The delivery boy without searching properly for the addressee or making a call to the addressee or sender, the packet was simply delivered to Yogesh, security guard and left.At least if he has telephoned and alerted the sender or addressee it should have been better.

They take extra charges for shipping of pan card at my home in the name of company on[protected]. Please tell me about the your term and conditions. They were telling me that if you are not giving 50 ₹ then you should collect your pan card from office. Please tell me... Is your services are not for home delivery???
Or is there is any change in your rule???

It was 3rd time facing problem from your company.
Your company deliver person nvr deliver my courier on time.
Always i went ur office and complaint.

This time i also went to ur office they said it will deliver. But still pending in your office wit useless reason.

Can you tell us that when it will deliver.

This is my 6 time complain for very bad services from bluedart express, i realised bluedart express service means harassment because without harassment of customers not possible for bluedart to shipment delivered to customer.
I provide rating to bluedart services: 1/5
Let's come to the point my way bill no. Is [protected] about this shipment i have called customer care that when i receive my shipment but not response very well so i have complained for this shipment.
