I have recd the cover from kotak bank on 24th of this month ur courier boy not visited to my residence simply he has written on the cover door locked how is he has note like that we r retired person 24 hours i'm available in the house and ours is gated community here all visitors recorded in cameras and registers inform me who attended for delivery don't do like this instruct u courier boys and even though so many kotak branches r therenearer tomyewsidence y he has delivered atvanasthalipuram it is too far from my plac 35kilometers 2 hours journey from here on what basis they have deliver d there it is not concerto me my account is in saroj nagar i have giv n complaint to kotak bank also please clarify on what basis u hav delivered there

But evrry time they just say it wil b delvrd by 3 pm.. 6pm... Fr sure it vl b dlvrd tomrow by1pm.
God knows y dey r giving fake assurance
Though i asked soo manyyt times... Give me your ofc address.. Ivl come n collect my prcel!!!

I ordered clothes from stalkbuylove and my waybill no is [protected].
Bluedart was supposed to attempt delivery on 29 july and in the morning around 11.30 am the package showed status of delivered while nothing was actually delivered to my place.
Such companies make us feel ordering prepaid is very risky and are ignorant and careless about our hard earned money, also, they dont provide proper tracking.

As i requested to bank for cheque book. They have send the cheque book by blue dart. As today i did check status my delivery. Courier boy have updated my address is incorrect. Same address i have received so many courier in past.in this i have no recieved my phone call from courier boy. This is wrost service in my life. Pls improve you delivery service.

It's is too pathetic that your delivery person of rajahmundry, andhra pradesh. He denied to delivery to my grandparents. What's wrong with him. He dailed to the registered number and i given consent to deliver and collect id proof from them. Mr. Kumar babu ([protected]
Kumar babu +[protected] is the delivery person. My delivery shipment number [protected]. It is my permanent address and the delivery person is so rude. I'm working with kotak mahindra bank as deputy manager and courier is of my credit card. You can't just deny delivery on my instructions.

2. Why your courier guy's no called a single call for the courier deliver or find the address???
3. How many day's and how many courier returned from your negligence???
4. Why we suffer all that such thing due to your courier guy's or your mis-management?

I have applied pan through NSDL Air Way Bill No [protected], Name Shakuntala.

It has been returned to mumbai without any information. All of my applied pan card Send Via Indian Post Are Recieved
But Via Blue Dart Not Recieved.
Indian Post Is much Better Than Blue Dart.

Icici bank shipped one parcel at my home address when i tried to get in touch with pune office of blue dart no body picked phone in entire day, however when i called toll-free number all were told was bullish things, when tracked online shipment number they have updated status that attempted delivery house closed for three days, however all the three days house were open none of delivery boy tried to deliver but updateed wrong status.

I will suggest not belive on blue dart services it is pathetic.

My courier awb# [protected] has dispatched on 26 th of july from axis bank. It had already reached to jpnagar chunchghta branch. But entire team members are behaving so much irresponsible from past 2 days. No proper resons from them branch senior is using volgur words with for asking for delay. Very ridculous behaviour. Same has experienced past time also. No response for callstried to call coustmer care nobody is responding. I never felt this much rude behaviour from blue dart jp nagar chunchgatta branch. Please take proper action on this. This is not only my problem for others also same thing happening.

Dear team my consignment no [protected] is pending at blue dart office there is no attempt by courier person at communication address neither they call this second time they updated the status that consignee shifted .
I want that take corrective action against this n also contact me [protected] as I have urgent need of my courier.

Only 2 time, but both were horrible experiences to me by blue dart. I have a complaint against one lady brenda (Must be fake name) and courier person with cell no. [protected].

First time this person, called me where he was to collect the parcel instead of delivering at home. After lot of followups and complaints, he delivered the parcel at night.

Second time this person, came to the building but did not go to home. My daughter and maid were at home. I was with doctor (I have liver cirrhosis) and could not attend his calls. But why did not he deliveredat home? We called him up not less than 45 times but he did not answer. We called up customer complaint numbers. They said it will be done next day. Second time when we called up to customer complaint to know the status, this brenda communicated extremely rude. We were shocked to see that such horrible people are working in blue dart. Extremely, really extremely horrible experience. Now she is telling us the rules that the person collecting should be 18 years and above and that he/she must have govt. Id proof. I know it is like having a revenge against the complaint we have lodged.

Is there any use of writing this?

Even a local courier services are much better.

I m not able connect with customer care..."all line are busy this time"... And other numbers in kolkata they mannerless... Srif gol gol ghuma raha hai... Faltu service hai.. Awb[protected]... My shpt [protected] is in transit and still not received. On 22nd july got message on mobile my house is locked, no phone call received. Again on 25th july got the same message ang i myself was at home all the time. Also they provided two nos [protected], 2221136 to contact. I think no one is there to receive calls as i tried at least 20 times at different time intervals.

I have given courier vide ref no[protected] dated 23/07/2017. Your site has no info on this no and neither recipient has recd the same till date.

I have received a message from axis bank saying my credit card has been dispatched through the blue dart. The delivery guy came to my office when i was in the cafeteria, so my colleagues asked him if he can wait for 2 minutes but he left without saying anything. I went to their office and found out they will only deliver it to the office address and not give it in my hand. The next day he came without even calling and when he came i didn't have my id card except for my office id. He was not willing to accept my office id and left the place and updated in their database as "i refused to give id card". I called him today and asked him whether he will deliver it today and he said he is not delivering it and hung the phone.

This guy is so rude and i am fed up with his behavior. I am wondering if i will get my credit card or they will send it back.

I live in trivandrum, kerala and the blue dart franchise dealing with my courier is gandari ammankoil road, statue, trivandrum.

I am mukund kanani i recived ome curiour at in blue dart but they dont delived it and return my curiour to head office when i gone to office they talled me we return thos curiour. Noone call or contact me and noone gone for deliverat addresh. My dettails are us under.

As per tracking details, shipment item delivered at delhi bludart office on 24-july'17 and till date keep at same place. Courier man never call me on mentioned number. But they updated in status as "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed" and "no such consignee at the given address". I called customer care two times, but no one responded positively. Please look into this issue on priority basis.

My blue dart courier waybill no : [protected]. This courier returned to origin place without informing me on mobile. I did not receive any call form blue dart courier and they have returned my important courier. I called in customer care but i did not get satisfactory answer. Customer care told me that they generally not inform on phone to customer but i know not even blue dart courier but every courier services always inform to customer on phone

Vide this transaction id, an article was sent from amazon.. But the delivery agent said to collect the article from the office.
Why should i go and collect when i have already paid the shipping charges?
The reason uploaded in your website is that the address need a a landmark. Well, who won't know a reputed institution like nerist being a local resident in that place?
And the response over phone was that the parcel is big and they can't come for the delivery.
Sir, this is not the 1st parcel being ordered to this address. Previously many orders were delivered to this address by india post.
If you can't deliver to the door, just pay me the transportation charges to collect it from your office or send it via india post to my nearby post office at your own cost.
