My way bill number is "[protected]". My parcel did not delivered to me and full one week wasted. Many times i visited blue dart office but really very disappointed there. Nobody attended to me there. Staff is really unprofessional. Never pick my phone. Blue dart amritsar serviced really very bad. One day company will big loss for this. He did not care customers. My parcel is very important for me but blue dart courier boy never called me and status was there "unlocatable address" in the end of the day. If my parcel not delivered to me and going back to company than really i will knock the door of consumer court and harassment case on blue dart. All responsibilities for this only blue dart.

    My mom's pan card was to be delivered by blue dart but they held the courier for more than ten days updating the reason address not found. Even though contact numbers were given no one even bothered to call back to confirm address even once. And now they have sent back the courier. Pls take the necessary action and do the needful.           Hi my name is krishna kudupudi and my way bill no is [protected]
          Im trying to locate my consignment since friday as im not available at my home so i requested them to deliver it at my office. The lady at the call center 1st told me it will be delivered with in 48 hours by monday afternoon. On monday the consignment didnt turn up for which i again called the customer care and they told me that it has arrived today and will be delivered on tuesday. And today on 11th july i tried to track my consignment which showed me incomplete address if it was incomplete then they should had ask me before or atleast called me.
          Now i called the customer care again were i was given hard time even hungedup my call once and lastly i spoke to girl vaishali who very arrogant from the begining when i told her that she is rude she is teaching me how polite she was i dont no what type of courier service blue dart is providing but hoping that i will get satisfying feedback from bluedart

            I requested for pickup of documents to blue dart on last friday from pin code no. 421003. To banglore 560001. Following up from last 3 days and have mailed complain also many times. No body have come for pickup.

            Pls ref. Pickup ref. No as mentioned in subject.

            I have called 10 times and mailed complain many times. Every time i get assurance that it will be resolved and pickup will be done between 5pm to 7 pm.

            Can not expect such service from a company like blue dart.

              A courier wide airway bill no. [protected] arrived at greater noida on 08.07.2017 @ 9.25am and every day it showing courier out of delivery but it has not yet delivered, in the evening some messages are showing on tracking website "prohibited area-entry restricted" or "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed" which is not justified. I believe the courier is intentionally not delivered by the delivery team.
              Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              As name of blue dart courier famous for it's service but I m from bharatpur Rajasthan here services are poor even management misbehave WD customer even not delivered product...what hell...they just demolished blue dart courier tag...not provide good services...I request please take some action..against them...
              After more than one week i didn't received my courier yet and while trying to contact all the blue dart office i was unable to connect any of them.

              Really poor service.

                I have ordered a product in amazon and blue dart have taken the product to deliver to the customer but the courier boy from blue dart was delaying it. However i have spoken to him several times but he is not caring my words. Please just take it as a complaint.                 I got a pan card from nsdl . but your persons not brought to my house, and called me to their office to collect it.my consignment no [protected] from NSDL. Give good service .I am also complaining the same to NSDL OFFICE.

                  I am not happy with you, because it's my personal experience with you that every time my courier getting by me within 10 days, your executive come at my premises but dont check its closed or some one available inside the flat. My premises having 6 flats once flat always closed due to no body leaving there. Once again your executive come by yesterday and return back. Now i am trying to connect your indirapuram centre...

                  Dear sir,

                  I have applied for pan card online by filling the form 49a at pan centre managed by nsdl. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on 10 july, 2017, i got the following message:

                  Your pan card has been dispatched on 19-jun-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 29-jun-2017.

                  Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at bluedart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 29 jun 2017 with a remark "returned to origin at shipper's request".

                  The reason for non delivery was indicated as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".

                  Let me bring to your notice that we do not live in a prohibited area as claimed by blue dart. Further, we receive courier as well as mail deliveries on a regular basis from flipkart/amazon/myntra etc and there has been no problem whatsoever.

                  I would like to also highlight that there has been no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                  Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                  Status is showing that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" whereas I am staying at the given address only.
                  Plz deliver the product as soon as possible to the given address only .
                  The behaviour of delivery boy behaviour is too worse worst guy pls warn him he used worst words and he is unable to accept 500 rs for 499 rs order he is so wired pls tell him to behave properly

                    The blue dart company is not informed to me about my pancard are to be come so i am not happy of the service of blue dart.. I was checked pancard status per day they are only information is pancard despatched in shortly but when i was check on 9th of july there a shocked information for me which is your pancard is delivered on 3rd july and at the time i was check the reference number so the information is that show your pancard is delivered back to nsdl i have not receive any calling about it and also message i am very afraid of the service

                        Blue dart is really hopeless and the delivery guys do not want to drop the package at the given address. they act like they are not being paid for the #### and they even misbebave. seriously amazon stop using blue dart. blue dart sucks. bunch of damned #######. still not delivered.

                          In last three days two of my packages have not been delivered and returned stating that address not found. The excuse is pathetic because the address lies in cantonment area of bhopal and the delivery boys do not wear helmet because of which they are not allowed entry, and they give the easiest excuse that address not found despite of guiding them telephonic ally.

                            I was allotted a SBI credit card and which was to be delivered to my address by bluedart. The envolop arrived in Udaipur and the envolop no. was EV[protected] but was not delivered to my postal address and rather sent back. I did call the branch there had a talk with Miss Deepika. She told me the envolop would be delivered shortly to my address. I reminded her for the same 3 times on different dates and all three times she said the same. Now after a long wait of 7+ days I finally got to know that the envolop has been sent back to the bank. This is really humiliating. Kindly take some actions and get my envolop delivered.

                              I had ordered MI phone and it was to be delivered through Bluedart Udhampur- Pin Code - 182101. I tracked the status and it had reached Udhampur office on[protected]. Till[protected] I did not get my courier. So I myself reached their office on[protected] and I was told that they had uploaded the Return Back status of that article as my Mobile no was unreachable. Even they tried the given number in my presence and it was very well working. The article was physically available at their office but they refused to deliver me and told me to contact the Mi company to revoke back the status. I contacted MI customer care also and they told that bluedart can deliver you the product and can revoke back the status. But the Counter boy at Bluedart Courier was very rude and arrogant. He was not at all willing to help me to get the article and was giving silly excuses. I visited their counter two times but they shipped my order back to the sender company. Even he told that they return the undeliverd articles after 7 days but they returned my courier with in 5 days only. It was a prepaid product and was very important at that time. I request you to look into the matter seriously. My order details are as follows:

                                Delivery executives can come when they feel like and we should be available for them. I've waited all day for the courier and at the end of the day, the status says "consignee not available". Customer service is useless as they refer to the same status information and ask us to wait for the delivery person to call. We should not have any job than waiting?

                                It sucks to wait all weekend for one shipment. They think delivery executives are Gods. They can come any time and expect you to be available. I don't know why they do not share the delivery person's number in the tracking message. What conspiracy we will do with that? Its like waiting for the Rain.

                                Blue dart is the worst courier service so far. From Chennai to Bangalore it reaches in 1 day but with the same city and area they take more than 2 days. Shame!!

                                  Way bill no of order item is [protected]. Item order on 27.06.2017 and expected date of delivery is 30.06.2017. item arrived at surat on 30.06.2017 .they kept item undeliver and on 04.07.17 they diverted another centre stating pin code is wrong, on 5.07.17 again diverted stating pin code is wrong, on 06.7.17 they changed status "customer has requested to future delivery and item held with centre.
                                  I do not understand whats wrong with blue dart, i never request to future delivery and add and pin code is correct.
                                  let us see next excuse of blue dart for non delivery of item
