I ordered a dlink wifi router on paytm today order was attempted delivery by one of your courier boy actually i was in office its near to delivery address not more than 500 meters he said i cant come u come to our office and collect parcel... This is not a good cuatomer service he has to respectful to cuatomers

Hello, I have sent a courier from GZB to FBD via blue dart and i must say services are very bad. It just not service but the counterpart of blue dart in FBD was a cheap and arrogant guy which was using abusive language and threatened me to return the courier. My father visited him to pick the courier when he denied to deliver it at home, he misbehaved with him.

I had sent two cartons and a trolley bag from Bluedart, Thaillavaram, Chennai to Patna, Bihar on 15/05/2017 via AWB no. - [protected]. I received the package on 20/05/2017 but it wasn't the boxes and trolley bag which were sent. The packages which were received were two cartons and one backpack. Raipur me Blue dart corriar ki service achhi nahi hai document ko ghar tak pahunchate nahi hai or call bhi nahi kiya jata or office me collect karne jao to hame dete bhi nahi hai ek hi document nahi sabhi logo ke document la ke nahi dete or wapas ja se aaya hai wahi bhej dete hai apne record me dikha dete hai ki call kiya gaya hai jis karan hame bahut hi asuvidha ka samna karna pad raha hai.

I ordered an mi redmi 4 mobile phone on 23/05/17 and according to my product tracking it was at my city on 25th and on 25th my tracking says c'nee shifted from the given address which is a false statement.
