I have applied for PAN card by filling the Form at PAN centre managed by NSDL in Kurukshetra, -136119, Haryana, on 31 May 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card.
Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 01-Jul-2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one came at my door from Blue Dart even. It’s urgent for me to have my PAN Card to operate my account to receive my research Scholarship.
Sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my PAN Card at the earliest.

Someone call me from[protected] and asking me about my ATM Card no. by giving reference of Consumer complaints forum and told me that they will delivered my PAN Card within 24 Hours. Is it possible or its a fake call ?
I REJECTED THEIR CALL.

    Blue dart is always massaging me your shipment is shifted today. But the shipment is not received. I am calling after day. The customer service says that your location is not correct.         Today I received a message saying my credit card will be delivered. But it was not mention any id proof is require from blue dart . And the person who came for delivery has such an attitude he order me so rudely to come out from my office n collect my credit card . And asking me to provide him my ID card .I ask him n he is making excuses of his vehicle parking outside the street . Plis do the needful it's so disappointed experience.           Dear sir,

          I have applied for PAN card by filling the Form 49A at PAN centre managed by NSDL in vijayawada, andhra pradesh. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status on I got the following message:

          "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 15 Jun2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 25jun2017."

          But today i checked the status of pan i got following message:

          Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 29-Jun-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee shifted'.

          Sir, please arrange the courier at the earliest

            Max Life Insurance Company send me my policy document through Blue Dart Courier. AWB No: [protected].

            However it is not recevied by me.

            As per record, documnt is received by Mr. Sudke.

            Signature detail of same is collected from Blue Dart Customer care office.

            and verified with Mr. Sudke.

            And signature not matched.

            How blue dart is giving such a false signature to verify.

            I need my document with proper justification.

            Otherwise I will go for FIR against Blue Dart.

              Date of Incident : 5th July 2017.
              Client Number : AWB#9839955.
              There was a order placed with Myntra website on 27th June 2017, the order has not been delivered yet to the mentioned address However, I have already received a SMS to my number saying that order has been delivered.

              This is really not acceptable and it requires me to contact the nearest blue dart courier office and still there is no response or action been taken on my request.

              The blue dart service has completely lost its trust and assurance in delivering the products ontime.

              The delivery boy even not bothered to pick up my call for requesting him to deliver my parcel on time.

              SMS Received on 5th July:
              Order Delivered : we have successfully delivered part of your order for Sanfrissco Men Brown formal (order no :[protected]-7880003).
              Thank you for shipping at mytra.

              This message has really made me not refer your service to any of our friends etc.

              If bluedart really cares about its customers, then please make sure atleast the order is delivered by tomorrow.

                No one try to reach me, to deliver my package, and return that back .
                even i had visited to Blue dart office at sec 16, and they have declined to deliver my package to me, they are saying that they will deliver that to me at my official address not at their office .
                but they had not came to my office nor they tried to even call me, and return that to origin again .

                    Hi, I see Blue Dart is not providing services as per expectations and screwing the public with irresponsible behaviour employees. I was expecting delivery from Blue Dart from past week and the delivery area address is shown in tracking as not reachable area. I didn't get any information from Blue Dart and no one contacted me with the info. Then I checked delivery status and got to know it is not able to deliver contacted customer care people twice and they then said we don't have service for this address. It is minimum responsibility of the blue dart to let customers know the status. After calling thrice they are saying it will be delivered today/tomorrow and replying arrogantly no we will not deliver if you want come to office and take it. Is this the way you provide service to people remind you are getting paid for the service its not free. Because of the judicial system you guys are behaving in your own sense and don't care about business ethics. Very pathetic service with this kind of services we India are lacking in the business after paying more and more taxes something to be implemented with strong rules before government ask for taxes from people like GST.

                      I was expecting a shipment of a credit card today, 5th of July 2017, (waybill no.[protected]). Bluedart did not provide me with the local contact no of the delivery person due to which I did not know the exact time of the delivery and had to wait at home as retrieving the delivery if missed would be a complicated process. I had to completely rely on there calls informing me about the whereabouts of the parcel which was very inconvenient.

                      My basic suggestion to the company is to please provide a local contact no. of the delivery person so that coordination is smooth and the parcel will not be missed at any cost.

                        This service u r giving, in which a custumer don't get his order... This time i also dont call from the courier men... Solve the matter asap.
                        They don't care what customer says they simply listen and ignore .I ask them to change my pin ..they didn't they kept on delaying my parcel...worst customer care Bluedart services provide.I will never going to use Bluedart services again in my life

                            I had ordered Michelin City Pro 2.75 -18 42P Tubeless Bike Tyre, Front on 20th June 2017 through Amazon. The item reached the local warehouse(Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh) on 26th June 2017. The local courier of Blue Dart asked me to collect the item from their delivery point. when I asked them to deliver at the given address at my home, they simply refused, saying that if I want the item then I have to collect it from their delivery point otherwise they would send the item back. When I expressed my inability to collect from their delivery point, they sent the product back. This is highly objectionable and illegal since I am paying online the delivery charges. But it is the audacity of the Blue Dart courier that they don't want to give the proper service and forces the customers to collect the item from their delivery point so that they are not required to go anywhere.

                              It is inform to your delivery boy not attempt to delivery and told fake reason and courier is most highly necessary and my courier dispatched from Chennai 1st July and reached vizag reached 03.07.2017 09.07 am and boy not attempt to delivery to home and told fake reasons also NAD KOTHA road office reception lady same told fake reason.

                              And approached your office but not responded...

                              Your delivery executives doesn't have the proper communication within themselves. Their behaviour is too bad, I told the time and availability to your executive. But they are simply come to my office and make a call that I am waiting in reception. Please tell your executive to change the attitude. Your organisation have good name don't get spoiled.

                                I had a shipment of a PAN card of AWB number [protected], addressed to 81, East Sinthee Road, Dum Dum, Kolkata 30, Opposite to Chicken Centre, recipient name Arpita Saha Patra.

                                After tracking the AWB number in BlueDart portal I found out that the shipment is delivered to some S Mondal whom we don't know to be residing in our apartment or locality .

                                We even tried to contact customer care number, [protected] and also[protected]. But no one provided any assistance and did not bother to receive the phone.

                                Kindly suggest what needs to be done from our end and also take necessary action against BlueDart so that this incidents do not occur in future.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that we had connected two courier packages to Hyderabad at the same time. One with AWB :[protected] was delivered and other with AWB: [protected] was not delivered. After choosing a very good reliable courier service we are facing these challenges. yesterday I called number of times Everybody promised me a callback to give me the status of my consignment. But not received a single call till now. The current package was to be delivered on urgent basis. So we choose BlueDart. But you people disheartened me lot by giving this type of service. My package is taking 48 hours just to be delivered at Hyderabad from Hyderabad since it has reached on Sunday.
                                    We send courier through BlueDart almost every month to Hyderabad. Last thing I could expect from you to please arrange to deliver the courier by today 10am as its important courier for our company.

                                      My 300 /- rs expense to receive my courier from blue dart office ..who will paid me 300 rs...
                                      The person who has delivered has cheated, first he asked for verification and took my sign and delivered without seal. So I returned because he could not cancel. This is a fraud case on blue dart. But no one cares so i thought to cancel the credit card itself. This much only i can provide please go through the ET [protected].
