I got a message saying "your shipment from citibank is dispatched through blue dart awb [protected] will be delivered by 08-may-17". But it is 9th already and i haven't got the product. Also when i try tracking, it is showing as "undelivered package held at location" i haven't received any calls from delivery personal also. Please resolve this issue asap.

    Hello there

    Blue Dart should either shut their courier services in the Srinagar City or they must change the Management working in LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE.
    My consignment was not delivered on time despite several call reminders to their office. The management is so rude that hardly any one bothers to even reply back. They either put the call on hold or just disconnect it right away.
    Despite all this experiance, i choose to have a patience & waited for their self concious to realise of what thay are doing.
    lastly i was surprised, when i got the sms saying, " Delivery attempt failed due to the in correct address". My Consignment is having 100% correct address along with the working contact number [protected]. I decided to check the online status, it shows the same status, "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I use to do online shopping most of the time. I never faced such a problem. I always get my consignments on time at the very same address.
    The reality is that, they don't want to deliver the consignment coz either they had tempered with it or they have just lost it. If that was the case then they should have tell me frankly about the actual problem. Now they are misleding the Blue Dart Express by updating the status by "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I still believe that Blue Dart Courier service is a professional company. At the same time i am disappointed with the way i had a an over all pretty bad experiance with Blue Dart Express.
    Now i don't expect that this consignment will be delivered at all, coz now aftering writing this complaint. They (LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE) will do all they can in order to hide the reality.
    Hope Blue Dart Will Take A Serious Note So That Other People Won't Face The Same Problem Again.

      @BlueDartTweets Cont.. AWB: [protected]. I have been always facing problem with bluedart courier that my items will not be delivered in time or even they don't attempt to deliver the items to my address. I am staying in Bangalore only not in some Jungle. I would like to know the reason for not delivering the items to the following address /area. For the above mentioned AWB, the status says that pin code is wrong. I would like to know how the folliwing pin code for the following area is wrong. When other couriers are able to deliver the items to same area with pin code mentioned thereof, why not bluedart courier.? If you don't want deliver the item to the following area, why do you accept the item?

        I have applied for a Trust PAN card in Hyderabad on 10 March 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status today, I got the following message:

        "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13 April 2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 23 April 2017."

        Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Blue dart website to track the status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 25th April 2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one from Bluedart came at my door. I was available on those days.

        Thus sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me the PAN Card at the earliest.

        Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched by Registered/Speed Post on 11-May-2017.

          I ram kumar do hereby register my complaint regarding non receipt of pan card sent by the department through blue dart courier way bill no. [protected]. Shipment arrived at your indirapuram service centre on 2nd may 2017. I have called indirapuram service centre from past 4 days and also told them nearest landmark to my home but till date i have not received the courier. The courier is urgent for me. Such type of service is not expected from blue dart

            Hello,
            As I am out of India for a short term work, my sister received a call for my courier which was sent to our old address.
            As she was in a meeting, she was not able to get information with regards to the courier tracking id and also the caller's name. The called claimed to be calling from Bluedart ghatkopar office and asked my sister to collect my courier from the ghatkopar office.
            When my sister visited the bluedart office, the bluedart employees denied of any courier on my name and asked her to leave. This happened twice once with my sister and the next day with my mother.

            As I am abroad, I am worried that my courier which will have important documents might get miss placed or lost. I would request Bluedart to kindly provide me with the courier tracking id or help me track the status of my courier

              I have a shipment shipped through Bluedart but it is being delayed everyday with false excuses like Consignee out of station, address unlocatable.
              I have received one shipment from them the same day without any problem but they are not delivering the shipment with

              The service center doesn't pickup the phone and the shipment is not being delivered please help me.

                I am waiting for my VISA documents which were couriered to me VFS global (Delhi to Kanpur). The shipment was supposed to reach(IIT Kanpur) by 8th May, 2017. I was waiting for these crucial documents as the site said "Shipment Out For Delivery" for the whole day. I was not contacted by anyone and now it says "Consignee Refusing To Give Necessary Identification".

                Even the helpline was also not very helpful. I have a train tomorrow evening, and in case I do not receive the shipment before then, I will suffer huge loses (financially and otherwise). I have been put in a very helpless state because I am not even being allowed to pick the shipment myself.

                So in conclusion, they are not contacting me and letting me know the true state of the situation and I am being asked to not do anything myself. Now I wish to know, who would be responsible for the loses I would incur due to such a pathetic service.

                  Today i went to blue dart, vimanagar office as my shipment # [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 6/5/2017 but i didn't receive any call regarding this. I have rented my flat and currently i'm staying at mumbai, i had to travel from mumbai just to inquire about my shipment as the customer care number wasn't in service and when i was there i received (Faced) following service
                  1. The person asked what it was i told him that i am expecting bank documents, the person spent half an hour to find my parcel and then said shipment contains bank docs we can not give you here, you will get the parcel at home address even after showing him all my documents and id cards, a message, driving licence, passport etc. And telling him that i have shifted to mumbai. He was like, stay at given address to get the parcel.
                  2. I asked for the manager, mr. Vinod wadmare, employee id : p16354, he was having the same rude and casual behaviour it was complete waste talking to him, he also suggested in my case "get your documents from bank only"
                  3. When i asked why i didn't receive any call, he said we can't call each and every person.
                  4. Found no complaints registere when asked.

                          Blue dart from last two months captured my credit card and not delivering to me. They directly saying that they will not deliver my card on my address because I didn't provide door number. But my delivery address is my office address and there is no door number. Please help me on this. Many times I called to Blu dart but they are not receiving my call. Today I called them and they are talking very rudely and just saying that they will not deliver my card to my address.

                            I have ordered few items from flipkart but blue dart team at talaja(364140) is denying to deliver the same at my billing address at Bhavnagar distt & teh talaja ( GJ). Your courier boy said we do not deliver items in your location kindly collect the same from our office with one ID proof. They do the same with everyone i guess this branch of blue dart do not have the delivery boys.

                              I ordered washing machine from flipkart and the expected delivery was on 3 to 5 may 2017. The shipment has arrived at blue dart office and on tracking it, it is showing that the shipment is out for delivery but they are not delivering it from 3 days.
                              When i asked them why they are not delivering it they replied "we dont have vehical to deliver it".

                                  I have ordered few items from amazon.in but blue dart team at una (174303) is denying to deliver the same at my billing address at vpo chattara distt & teh una (Hp). Mr. Mohit is working there under mr. Dikshit and he said we do not deliver items in your location kindly collect the same from our office with one id proof. They do the same with everyone i guess this branch of blue dart do not have the delivery boys.
                                  Please ask them to deliver my items at my mentioned address. These kind of blue dart agencies are spoiling the name of blue dart. Why dont u take the feedback from people at una that how much poor are they in delivering things.
                                  Kindly make sure that my items which they have recieved from amazon would be delivered at my address.

                                    Why delivery guys are not aware popular address like cantonment, even your one o[censored]r branch is there? They make me to come long way to pick them to show my house.
                                    Delivery guys dropped parcel in ground floor itself but my house is der in 2nd floor. Amazon promised delivery at doorstep, why you delivery dint delivered at door step?
                                    I m really not happy 🙁🙁🙁

                                      This is with regards to my credit card consignment [protected]. This was expected to reach me on friday (03 may 2017) but till now it has not reached me.. I called up blue dart customer care around 2-3 times. They even confirmed that the shipment will be delivered to my office address.. But till now, it has not reached me.

                                      There is no communication from the delivery executive or from the customer care executives. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

                                        I have to book a consignment for karikurai (Chennai) by bluedart on 02nd may 2017. The consignment is booked for urgent basis and they will inform to me that it will delivered by 04th may 2017. But till now the consignment is not deliverd to the mention address. Inside the consignment my admission form and the last is today. If its not deliverd by today then i have to loss my 1 year. They will not correctly inform for the consignment.
