महोदय मेरा सामान आया अगर मेरे घर का पता नहीं मिल रहा है तो कॉल करना बनता ह लेकिन आपके लड़के पता न मलने पे ना कोई कॉल नहीं करता न दोबारा आता है देने न ढूढ़ने की कोशिस करता दूसरे कोरियर वालो को पता मिल जाता पके कोरियर वाले को नहीं मिलता महोदय जब सही से नहीं करना है तो क्यू आर्डर लेते है और नो कोई फ़ोन नंबर लगता जो लगता भी कभी कोई उठता नहीं कॉल कभी महोदय ये तीसरी बार ह इससे पहले मेरे दोस्त के साथ ऐसा हुआ सामान वापस कर दिया बिना कोई जानकारी के

Description of the complaint:
I have booked two orders on 08/08/2022 and today it is 22/08/2022. The products are not delivered and the contact number provided in the invoice does not work. any number that we see on the internet are not been picked when i called several times.
I don't understand how can they do this much fraud under government supervision, everyday thousands of people come to visit the location and they just believe the stores just because they are run by govt but at the end when they realised the truth, they got cheated by the stores.
There is no solution for this?????

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just suite them a complaint through Consumer court to get proper resolution against you complaint. Some of the courier franchises are doing like this as they asked customers to collect the parcel from their office instead of delivering goods / consignment at consignees door step. We must fight against this.
