The person who supposed to be delivered vide Ref.No.EV[protected] on 29th April, 2017 telephoned me at about 3.20 am when I was busy in a urgent meeting. I told him pl. come at 4.00 pm. When I contacted him in his Mob-No.[protected], he used rough language and I feel as if I am working under him. Pl.take immediate action for delivery of my above Ref.courior

On 28.04.2017 i received a call from [protected] and confirming my availability at 4-5pm for delivery against AWB#[protected]. I received a call at around 6:05pm. The person refused to deliver the consignment at 10th floor (my office address) citing probable delay in lift. He insisted me to collect the consignment from ground floor of my office building. When I reached his suggested spot for consignment collection, i found the man hal already left and disconnected calls that i made on the same phone number.
Later i discovered that he has indicated my non-availability as a reason for non-delivery of the said consignment.

I request Blue Dart authority to strictly instruct delivery personnel to reach the prescribed address for consignment delivery.

I was expected a courier from blue dart with awb number # [protected] but the guy called Mr. Babu with the contact number - [protected] was not ready to wait for 5 minutes for me to come and pickup the courier. he said that - go and complain i will not wait. kindly take action against this guy.

I had 2 couriers sent from Axis Bank Hyderabad to my residence address in Bangalore. I was expecting it to be delivered in a weeks time. After waiting for 2 weeks I called Axis and checked. They gave me tracking no and found that the courier has been returned due to unable to find address. However I did not received any calls from the courier guys to verify address. When I tracked the couriers (No - [protected] / [protected]), I found they have been returned to Axis Bank Hyderabad with reasons stating as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". This is utter irresponsible on behalf of Blue Dart agents as the documents expected were very important to be submitted to bank here in bangalore. When complained over phone the agents have the audacity to say that 'you can go and complain against us'. Such irresponsible and nonsense behaviour is unacceptable from Blue Dart and its agents. One of my friend also faced same issue and the agents dared him to complain. The agents name is babu and his mobile no is [protected]). Please do something to ensure this doesn't happen again as Blue Darts as a courier & logistics company is at stake.

Our material was booked on 22nd April 2017, but till now we have not received the item. When checking with your office at Thrissur Kerala, they are unable to give us a delivery time.

I would like to know why it is taking so much of time. Our work is held up because of your unwanted delay. Please speed up the process and deliver materials asap.

I am monika sharma from govindpuram ghaziabad, this mail is regarding for miss behave & not delivered the my product (Product no. Awb[protected]) from blue dart side.
Today i have received a call from blue dart he talk to me that govindpuram is not our service area and if you want your product than you can collect from blue dart raj nagar branch with a id proof otherwise we will return back your product.
In evening i visited at their office rajnagar, then they asked for a undertaking and an authority letter. When i said that i dont have that letter then he asked me for 100rs bribe.

They do not deliver the package to my location so i went to their office so they were talking rudely and said come after 2 hours and after when i came they said we cannot give it today. I told them that i will be out of town tomorrow but they did not gave me the package. I am very disappointed with the service and after paying the big cost of product, we are not able to get it. This is very bad.

I have a highly strong complaint regarding delivery of an item from the delivery courier office of Bluedart Express, Dhemaji Branch, Assam. In this case, the item(order no [protected] from Mi India) to be delivered to the distinguished personal has not been delivered in due time and when the consumer went down to the shipment office, he found that the courier package was already opened and the authorized product was missing from the package. This is very shameful act committed by the Blue Dart official of this respective branch. So as a consumer i have the right to file a strong complaint regarding this matter and i request the higher officials to take necessary actions as soon as possible please.

Dear Sir, I should say the point of communication is completely unsatisfactory. Today is the 3rd day and I am yet to receive my shipment. Blue Dart expects a customer to sit by his phone waiting for the delivery guy to call. If I am unable to answer the delivery guy on time then I have to call the customer service which is really not helping. If I call your delivery guy it asks me to call customer service. Its like a Merry go round with no results. I understand you guys are a ISO Certified company. Please improve your communication errors.

Delivery guy don't know the location. I repeatedly asking them to call [protected] and ask for the location. Dalkhola is not a big place where you cant find a location. My WayBill Number is [protected].

Please take stick action on the same.

The worst experience with bluedart

As you can see below, the shipment of tracking no. [protected] is still pending because of the worst service from blue dart. I would have called at least 10 times to blue dart but still people are taken for granted without understanding the importance of the card to an employee who is out of station for office work.

I need to get product from blue dart couriers but, I didn't received my product by courier boy but Tracker showing Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. Please look in to this. My AWB is [protected].

And also let me know when i receive my product, previous also same experience i faced and now too. so make proper track on courier department and deliver on time.

I had booked a DD in citibank and they sent it via blue dart. but the DD was not delivered to me and when i called citibnk they gave me tracking number, when i checked with blue dart they are telling the person who delivered is on leave from 3 days and they are not able to tell me the where about of the DD.

I had apply for pan card. But still i not received it.
Delivery boy delivered it on wrong address. When i asked him that address where you delivered, he said that"i forgot that address".
This is unacceptable answer. I think he lie. Pan card is very important for me.
Whenever i called the nearby blue cart service centre the call is busy.

Call is always busy & not received.
Please take serious action.


Blue dart aurangabad[protected]

My card has been dispatched at 17-apr-17 and till today (26-apr-17) more than 3 delivery guys called me and asked me my availability in my office and never came to deliver the courier and updated the status unable to deliver the package to the receiver. When told i am present at my office address they either deny to deliver or do not call back to deliver the package after even agreeing to deliver at the office address.

My axis bank chaqe book delivery date is 21 April .But still not received yet .where is my kit I don't know .It's also urgent for me .When u any resion contact me on this no

Person delivering refused to come to my office & forced me to come in common area (Ph: [protected]). When I reached there, he left for some other delivery. On contacting him, he started talking rudely and asked me to wait there only, otherwise he said "I[censored] will not wait, I will say you don't want".

I am highly disappointed by the person who was delivering. I will ask American Express not to use this service further if services are not proper.
