I have made over 25 orders in the last few months on Amazon, and this is the first time it was shipped using Blue Dart. And for the first time, the delivery has not happened, with the reason being provided as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed"!!

None of the other deliveries made by the other delivery services never had a problem with my address. And it is not that I live in some remote place which is not present in a map. I live in a large apartment complex with over 500 apartments, which is 200 meters from Outer Ring Road in Bangalore, and the best part - it less than 500 meters from a Blue Dart branch! And even if you do not know the area, it is easily found on Google Maps, if you have a bit of common sense.

I got a call during noon from an unknown number while I was driving and I called back as soon as I got out of my car. I got an automated message which asked me to contact Blue Dart customer care - no text messages or any information about the number to contact. I found the number on the internet and gave a call and the status message was that the shipment is out for delivery. I also spoke to the customer care agent to be sure and he informed me that he will contact the delivery person and ask him to contact me again in case of any issues. He also promised me that the item will be delivered before the end of the day.

I waited the whole day, and in the evening I get a text message which mentions that the item is undelivered due to address related issue. On checking the AWB tracking link, it shows the message "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed", which is a pathetic excuse for not wanting to do your job on time!

I call the customer care and a very rude lady named "Sujatha" makes it a point to inform me that it is my mistake that I did not answer the call when the delivery agent called me. Me calling back soon and the other customer service agent informing me that it is still out for delivery does not matter to her at all. On asking why the address is not reachable and what further info is needed from me, no answers! Apparently it will be delivered again later and suddenly they have all the info they need to deliver the next day.

I asked why the address could not be located, when it is so close to a Blue Dart branch, she said that the delivery happens from a warehouse in Whitefield and not from the branch near my home (the location of which she clearly knew, even without me telling her). Then I asked why someone couldn't find it on Google Maps or with a simple search online, her rude answer was that they cannot provide GPRS phones to all delivery people and that I should have picked up the call when they called! How can someone be so rude on customer care and still be working there, is completely unknown to me. I told her that everyone doesn't need to have GPRS phone, if the manager at the warehouse can Google and provide the address, she retorts back with the statement "the managers don't do the delivery"!

I am not sure what I am more frustrated with - their careless attitude towards delivery, or their absolutely pathetic and rude customer care agents! I do not understand how these people can call themselves a logistics company, if they cannot find such a big apartment complex in the middle of a city like Bangalore?!

How do they work? Send some vehicles on the road without any addresses or directions and hope for them to find it by luck? Can't they even give info about the delivery locations to the delivery people, before they load the item onto the trucks and is sent out for delivery?

Absolutely pathetic service from such a large player and simply the worst and absolutely rude customer service! Never again would I use their services and I would request Amazon as well to stop using Blue Dart for future shipments!

Nothing was done by the company specific to this request. Another delivery person simply came for the delivery on another day, without even reconfirming my address - proving that they never had a problem with my address! Pathetic service, all over.

I have placed order on amazon on 2nd december . I got message from blue dart on 7th december that you wiil get delivery today. but i didn't get any delivery not any message or any call from them. I wait
for 3 days, after three days i call on blue dart customer care number. they replied that tomorrow it will be delivered . but nothing happened . after that i call them daily and they reply tomorrow will delivered . this process continue for 5 days and one they said that we tried for delivery but customer is shifted other place . I said myself customer and I don't shifted anywhere . I also said them every time that if your delivery boy face any trouble to find my address than he can call me for help i have already given my mobile number. but after this much followups I don't get my parcel till today . now I want to get my refund but I can't find any provision for this anywhere on amazon or blue dart . so please help me to get my refund back of Rs.2690 . please help me to get my refund back
I ordered an item on Amazon which is shipped through blue dart. Today evening I received a message as item delivered but it is actually not delivered yet. Tracking Id is [protected] .

    On 8th of may the package has reached my location as per the details given in the blue dart tracking website. But today it is 15th of may which is already a week & i have not received the package yet. No one from the courier company contacted me. I have been staying in the given address for more than 25 years now. But the response given is "no such consignee at the given address".

    I contacted the Customer Service on 13th of May during which a representative assured that the package will reach me by today. But I am yet to receive it yet. There was no connection made to me by any of the delivery agents from 8th of May till today. I do not have any delivery person's contact number too. There are even name boards displayed in my home which is a clear indication that I stay over there. (In case the person has actually visited the address). Just posting some random delivery status is not good. The management should do something about this.
    As I would not be available at the mentioned location for a while, please do cancel my order as of now.

      Surprised about ur negative delivery,
      No body reached at address and ur feedback is no recepent at address.
      U wasted my more than 15 days and no delivery made.
      After long discussion with Ur Customer care regularly and lined up the location,
      Also Taken leave from my office on 13may, awaited whole day at my address neither any delivery man reached at my given address nor any call received from blue dart, and finally my parcel returned.
      I am very upset with such kind of cheating

        This shipment is for HDFC Bank. I called cusotmer care but got an automated message but was not able to connect with a human.

        I even mailed to bluedart customer services email [protected]@bluedart.com. but there is no reply from last two days.

        Now their customer care number is also not getting connected.

        I even visited my nearest bluedart physical office but they refused take any of my query and behaved rudely.

        I dont understand whom do i contact.

        Please call me and inform whether i will be getting my card or not.

        I am from Australia.
        I bought some gifts for my brother on 4th August and that company posted my gifts through blue dart .But my order is still undelivered to my brother. when I track it says undelivered shipment held at the location from 4 days. when I contact to blue dart no one answers my call I left few emails but no answer.
        I am very disappointed with this service. I have no idea whom to speak about this matter.

                I am awaiting a urgent courier from Bangalore. It did come yesterday but the delivery Guy landed up without confirming the time, and I wasnt present for the same. TO day he called up and told me that he can come t the same time only, when I would be out again.

                Can we sort this out pls.

                Earlier also due to the same reason one of my parcels had to go back .

                The only option left for us us to stop any transanctions with Bluedart in future.

                  Your delivery boy does not want to work he was 200 meters away from my house and was insisting me on coming there and receiving the parcel and when I said to him to come to my address he replied that he will send someone else tomorrow so if I do not do as he says he will return my parcel seems like he pays me and it's my duty to go and collect it the number from which he called was [protected] and my blue dart tracking number is [protected] please insure that he does not do this again

                  so far there is no call or person who came to deliver my product so i called blue dart and spoke to sarnendu dey about the same and he said that he will look into this and my courier will be delivered by 05/13/2017 and it can not be done today what a shame its a very small city and it can be done in 15 minutes
                  well now blue dart sent me the message that my order was delivered at 16.22 and the message was delivered at 8.48 but I did not get anything of that sort in fact the message says that i received it which is a false information so I called amazon since that is the place where I bought the product from and I spoke to Amit there and he assured me that it would be delivered on 15/05/2016 to me now I do not think that blue dart is taking the complaint seriously and doing anything about it so I think some strict actions are supposed to be taken against them

                          My mom's pan card named chandrawati has not been delivered to me along two month. This is very important document. Your courier person name - jaaved from sikandra agra (Up) branch. This person is not delivered my document. I contact with him but he is not replied to me. And this person delivered my document in wrong address. Then that blue dart agent call me today from some where to come and get your pan card. But when i reached there he goes away.                           Service is bad they will not call before delivery, if door closed they will take it back without intimating customer . no updated till we call and ask if courier is not received

                            I would like to bring to your notice that your delivery agent is giving false information again and again. We were at home for all day on 6th May on which your your first delivery attempt failed. On May 8th again my wife was at home all day and still it says that the delivery attempt failed. On May 9th again the same story was repeated. All these are clear lies. On May 8th, after the second delivery attempt failure I called the Bluedart costumer support centre and they assured me that this issue will be taken care of but still nothing happened and the same story was repeated again. I even asked the customer support guy to inform your delivery agent to give me a call when he is coming but still I haven't received any calls from your delivery agent at all.

                            I hope you will take the issue seriously.

                                I got a message saying "your shipment from citibank is dispatched through blue dart awb [protected] will be delivered by 08-may-17". But it is 9th already and i haven't got the product. Also when i try tracking, it is showing as "undelivered package held at location" i haven't received any calls from delivery personal also. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                  Hello there

                                  Blue Dart should either shut their courier services in the Srinagar City or they must change the Management working in LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE.
                                  My consignment was not delivered on time despite several call reminders to their office. The management is so rude that hardly any one bothers to even reply back. They either put the call on hold or just disconnect it right away.
                                  Despite all this experiance, i choose to have a patience & waited for their self concious to realise of what thay are doing.
                                  lastly i was surprised, when i got the sms saying, " Delivery attempt failed due to the in correct address". My Consignment is having 100% correct address along with the working contact number [protected]. I decided to check the online status, it shows the same status, "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I use to do online shopping most of the time. I never faced such a problem. I always get my consignments on time at the very same address.
                                  The reality is that, they don't want to deliver the consignment coz either they had tempered with it or they have just lost it. If that was the case then they should have tell me frankly about the actual problem. Now they are misleding the Blue Dart Express by updating the status by "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I still believe that Blue Dart Courier service is a professional company. At the same time i am disappointed with the way i had a an over all pretty bad experiance with Blue Dart Express.
                                  Now i don't expect that this consignment will be delivered at all, coz now aftering writing this complaint. They (LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE) will do all they can in order to hide the reality.
                                  Hope Blue Dart Will Take A Serious Note So That Other People Won't Face The Same Problem Again.

I have been always facing problem with bluedart courier that my items will not be delivered in time or even they don't attempt to deliver the items to my address. I am staying in Bangalore only not in some Jungle. I would like to know the reason for not delivering the items to the following address /area. For the above mentioned AWB, the status says that pin code is wrong. I would like to know how the folliwing pin code for the following area is wrong. When other couriers are able to deliver the items to same area with pin code mentioned thereof, why not bluedart courier.? If you don't want deliver the item to the following area, why do you accept the item?

                                      I have applied for a Trust PAN card in Hyderabad on 10 March 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status today, I got the following message:

                                      "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13 April 2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 23 April 2017."

                                      Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Blue dart website to track the status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 25th April 2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one from Bluedart came at my door. I was available on those days.

                                      Thus sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me the PAN Card at the earliest.

                                      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched by Registered/Speed Post on 11-May-2017.

                                        I ram kumar do hereby register my complaint regarding non receipt of pan card sent by the department through blue dart courier way bill no. [protected]. Shipment arrived at your indirapuram service centre on 2nd may 2017. I have called indirapuram service centre from past 4 days and also told them nearest landmark to my home but till date i have not received the courier. The courier is urgent for me. Such type of service is not expected from blue dart
