I got a call from no:[protected] that I got a courier of Card, I informed him to wait for 10min he said ok, after I reached he said wait ill come he disconnected atleast my 50calls, I got a msg that Parcel had been delivered to some person Ashok, he made me wait for 1hour but not responded.

        I ordered for a product in amazon.in and it was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. Even though bluedart outlet closer than 1.5km from my house they said that i should go to bluedart and pick it. It happens every time!

        And when i reached bluedart there were no one! Everything was opened, i went inside and waited for about 15mins no one came
        Then i took a business card it was named 'R.R.assosiates' and called on a number in it, a lady took the phone and after some time she came from somewhere.
        If i was to steal the valuable products in there, then i could have done easily

        When she came i said her that you should be responsible with the shop and she said 'its none of your business ' how could she say that?

        I was there to buy a product which my auntie . The lady there said 'there isn't any product here may be your auntie have some problem with her ears ' in an insulting way!
        I never had such an experience

        This incident made hate bluedart

        From now on i won't use bluedart. And make sure family and friends are not using!

          We have account with blue dart no. 344654. This is to bring to your kind attention that we are not getting prompt service from your company inspite of booking the courier we have to wait for days for the pickup. Please note that there are important documents or stuff which need to reach to the concern parties on time but due to this kind of poor service from blue dart delays the whole process. Kindly look into this issue asap

            I had ordered one item from Amazon With Tracking Id- [protected]
            My item is received in the Blue dart Kottayam branch from 24th onwards. Till now its not been delivered. I had simultaneously calling theblue dart customer care and Amazon customer care a number more than 10 times for the past two days.Plese see that im not having time to waste like this. As a customer i had paid for this product including the shipping charge. We are not getting any item for free. So we expect the same customer service from you. As a courier service you are supposed to give first priority to Customer service and customer satisfaction?How long you expect me to wait? Calling you for this? See what they are saying is my place is unreachable. How can they say like this. Please check in google the distance between kottayam blue drat to manarcad . its hardly 8 kms from distance and need only 15- 2 mins. And my house is in proper town road side laos. Then what is the meaning of place is unreachable? They are just doing this purposefully. And i dont have time to waste like this. I want yo raise a compliant against the deliver boy and the office boy of Kottayam Blue dart office. They are very rude and arrogant to the customers. How can they do like this? They are just spoiling the name of Bluedart. Please I want my product to be delivered today in my home address. its already 2 days delayed. Im wasting my 2 days calling the customer care of amazon and bluedart. Please im not having time.

            Hope my issue will be resolved today.

              My courier is lying at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Godown (destination place) since two days but its not getting delivered to me. Its my debit card and is o[censored]tmost important for me.
              When I call customer care representative, he instead of providing me with details of dispatch was ore curious about the content in the packet, unable to provide a justification for delay he hung up the call.

                I was supposed to receive a consignment sent through blue dart courier vide awb no. [protected], which was to be delivered on 25th may 2017.

                I was tracking the delivery which was out for delivery and should have been delivered by evening. But to my surprise, at the end of the day the message says “delivery attempted – premises closed.” this is a house address and my house is never closed. Even if we have to go out, the in-house housekeeping staff are always there 24 hours. Yesterday’s situation was, the entire family including me were at home, and i was expecting the consignment.

                Your deliver boy has not called me and has failed to turn-up or was lazy enough to deliver and has given a false reason for non-delivery of the consignment. Neither was i provided the delivery boy’s contact number by blue dart, for my follow-up.

                For your information, i have received 2 consignments in one delivery from amazon at 7:47 am, and 1 consignment from flipkart sent through delhivery at 1:18 pm.in both the instances, the delivery boys called me to ascertain my address and the delivery was made promptly. Apart from that, the mobile number of the delivery boy is sms’ed to me, just in case i need it for any follow-up.

                Earlier too, i had faced a similar issue with blue dart (And it happens only with blue dart) wherein the delivery boy had given a false reason saying the house could not be traced, in-spite of it being very easy to locate being on a prominent main road. After i escalated the complaint to blue dart, by suggesting ways to improve your service and efficiency, mr. Ravindran from blue dart called me and assured me that the consignment will be delivered the next day and such problem will not repeat again. The same was delivered the next day before noon, without any effort.

                I am starting to believe that, no efforts are being made to improve the quality of service other than to give a simple apology and assurances that the same will not repeat again. You have a long way to go in improving the service and restructure the entire system and make it fool proof. I don’t see it happening in the near future.

But nobody came.in the evening i got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. I asked the coustomer care executive about the same but he didn't paid attention towards it and said we will see tomorow. My airway bill no. Is [protected]. Kindly see to it....

                    No one cannot contact me, my chennai parrys branch bluedart courier was cheating, they dont delivery my courier but they took status was premises was closed, they are cheating, they are fraud, i go office no one can give the proper response, one of them was told to complaint head office no problem, kindly send my courier immeditetly, otherwise i take the legal action against your courier, and take tha action to who can tell the wrong status in tracking position.

                    Icici bank send credit card for me by bluedart courier, i still waiting for it, but your courier was updated by premises closed, i was shocked, i go to ur parrys branch straitly iam asking courier man he name was, "jayakumar" he was treated me as very worst he does not give the proper response, he must use the volgar words, so kindly take the action against that person (Jayakumar) is the only fulfill for me, otherwise i complaint to the police station against to thay guy and your courier, and i sure to say i took the case against your firm, i just waiting for your reply.

                        My awb number is [protected]. The expected date of delivery was already over. On blue dart website it has been updated as "customer requested future delivery". I didnt request this!! I infact want to receieve the product eagerly as early as possible! I even sent an email complaining about this to bluedart but still they are reluctant to deliver my product.

                          I purchased a product (Birthday gift) from archie's online store having product id al[protected] which was supposed to be delivered at an address in agartala via bluedart couriers on 24th may 2017. The waybill number for the same is [protected]. On the night of 23rd i incidentally checked on the tracking status of the shipment and found that it's been shown as "consignee's address unlocated/landmark needed". However it's worth mentioning that the address given (Agmc and gbp hospital) is the only medical college hospital within the city of agartala that itself serves as a landmark to other small or less popular addresses. It is also worth mentioning that the delivery agent who supposedly found the address as unlocatable did not try to contact the consignee even once (Number has been provided). Next day i immediately brought up the matter to the bluedart customer care ([protected]) and the customer service executive who attended my call assured me that the product would be delivered by 24th only. But at about 3pm on 24 may when i checked the tracking status of the shipment it showed "undelivered shipment held at location". I again immediately called up the bluedart customer care and informed about the same and once again i got firm assurances. Believing on the professional competence of your reputed courier i waited till 5.45 but still there was no sign of delivery. I again called up the bluedart customer care at about 5.55 pm and i humbly requested the customer service executive to provide me with the contact number of the bluedart agartala regional office as the number given in the website is always unattended but he curtly refused me to provide me with the number and once again gave me only assurances. But the irony is that the product has still not been delivered and it has already surpassed the expected delivery date which was aslo the birthday of my consignee. Delivery date as well as the occasion has been surpassed, i would still request you to arrange earliest delivery of the product and according to me archie's (Cc'd here) should think twice to continue their strategic logistics partnership with blue dart that failed to deliver a product within two days even after the product reached the destination and was hardly 30 mins away from being delivered. If not, do let me know at the earliest convenience so that i can somehow make necessary arrangement to receive the product from the courier office. I hope i need not hear that office has been closed for the day and the product cannot be handed over as the business hours have been over because of a late intimation from your end. I did not want to involve you in the matter but i don't have any other go. If this is the yardstick of your service quality than it is really unfortunate for us, the paying customers.

                            I am Vijayakumar. I have sent some house hold consignments thru the Blue Dart courier services at Indirapuram Ghaziabad, on 6th May, 2017.
                            It got delivered on 9th may at Tamilnadu with full damage.

                            In that package Induction Stove got damaged very badly and had little broken on corner of L.E.D Television.

                            I have also insured this package, Hence I request you to provide the necessary support for insurance claiming of the certain material package.So that I will buy new one.

                              Courier called on my number to dispatch my courier on 23 may 17. I could not pick the call as i was in meeting. When called back and asked for the details to whom did he dispatch the guy started talking rude and saying again and again he called and i didnt pick the call. There are many courier services who will call back and ask for our convenient time to dispatch.

                                My credit card was dispatched from gurgaon on 17-May-2017 and reached Lucknow transit (Gomti Nagar) on 18-May-2017. It was then out for delivery to my home on the very same day, i.e, 18-May-2017.
                                The status changed to "Need Department Name/Extention Number" and then to "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location".

                                I need the shipment ASAP.
                                Please help to resolve the issue.
