Blue dart executive came to deliver my product & call me to confirm my address but after long time waiting he did't deliver and mentioned status that is incorrect address. After that i have called to him many times but did't received.
Really i am very disappointed with blue dart service.

Dear sir,
I have not received my parcel vide subject awb no since 4th may 2017. Although i got a call from mob no-[protected] since 12.42 pm on 4.05.2017. But unfortunately i could not receive this call. But, when i tried to call in this no at 1.12pm (About-20 to 25 times), nobody took my call. I am very much worried that my parcel returned. Pl help sir.

Courier person called me and told me to come at courier point. when i reached, he already left. when i called him him, he told me is on move and come by 13:30. but did not come and also did not respond to my call in afternoon.

I have sent an courier from pune to Bangalore. They said 100% will be deliver within 15hrs but still I didn't receive my courier after completion of 20hrs. Please don't play with customers and don't give any wrong commitment. I felt today your service is very worst and your executive person doesn't know how to speak with customers.

I had purchased a mobile from shopcues on 27th april 2017 and on the 29th of april it was dispatched from gurgaon via bluedart courier service. My tracking number is[protected]. Its been a week and still i have not got my product delivered to my address.
As i tracked my product i came to know that my product is still in gurgaon.
I had contacted a bluedart office near my residence and when i gave them the traking number they told me that the product yas not left gurgaon yet and he also commented that the product has not been shipped at all.

And i also want to request bluedart to not to ruin its reputation which has already got buried deep down.

I am from Axis Bank and one of my customers courier is pending with your Nashik Road office from last 4 days i continuous following your persons but no body is going to deliver, My customer Mr Rahul Bhatt and Mr Piyush Bhatt is our big customer and very important for bank, and your person is lying that he went for delivery on 28 April,

Please do the needful on urgent basis or i ll go to higher authority, , it has to deliver today only,

Way bill no. [protected] pan card wrong delivery of some one and i m complaining for same from 2 may but till time not resolve

So kindly collect my pan card and see postal code 841428, name, address on shipment and delivery today any how.

I didn't get the credit card shipment from Axis bank.but i got message stating that product is delivered to someone called Reji on[protected]
My Airway bill number is [protected]

Awb -[protected] -I have not received my mail from bluedart and the reason shows incorrect address
.My address is absolutely correct and Blue dart has delivered multiple mails to me in the past to the same address. The last correspondence I received was in April from blue dart at the very same address so I cannot understand why it is showing incorrect address.Please look into the matter as I need the Correspondence asap.

Credit card was to be delivered on 29th May. The delivery person did not saying that he could not meet anyone.

I feel it was false since all o[censored]s were here the whole day and there are three bells in the house to contact which if he had done, we would have picked the courier.

Blue dart delivery person perhaps find delivery to individual not .so important. You have a name in big companies but I find that I would avoid.

Please accept the complaint and do the needful as these are not becoming of an organisation with reputation.

This is with regards to my credit card consignment [protected]. This was expected to reach me on friday (28 april 2017) but till now it has not reached me.. I called up blue dart customer care around 5 times. They even confirmed that the shipment will be delivered to my office address.. But till now, it has not reached me.

There is no communication from the delivery executive or from the customer care executives.

I am totally pissed off by now. Expecting instant revert before i take this matter to public.

My credit card came to my place with your delivery person (Blue dart), i had shown my addhar card and he took snap of my aadhar card but he is not given the item he took back theat item i dont know which type of delivery person you guys are maintaining.

Was your person try to use my card? Otherwise why he took my aadhar card snap he is not replying my words and he escaped from that place.

Dear Sir,
I have send courior from Hyderabad To Agra. But it is not delivered yet in 96 hour but Blue Drt says it delivers in 48 hours. When I track it on net it is showing that Consignee's address incorrect/Landmark not indicated. I indicated every thing as address, landmark, consignee's contact no. But they are not able to make contact to Consignee. I know there may be few probs. but When delivery person have any doubt then make contact to Consignee. But who cares about it they don't think urgency of it. They do only their job. I did not hope so.

This is very frustrating the person who came to deliver also did not communicate properly and now i can not reach to office as well. Kindly call me on my given number as soon as possible.

I have apply for pan card, it has been dispatched from respective office through blue dart and i have track same on the website of blue dirt, my pan card not delivered yet. I tried to contact local delivery office the number show on the website of blue dirt, but they returned the pan without being tried for delivery & neither have contacted on my registered number on parcel.

Today is labor day. My office is close. I go receive courier by self.. My office just near RDC bluedart office. He did not give my couier.. I have my personal I'd. He did not give my courier. I get poor, misbehave & abuse kind of language... Please take action for him... He is negative for company.

This is with reference to blue dart shipment no : [protected]. This parcel has my credit card which has been sent from hdfc. Since 19th april, blue dart has been sending me messages that they tried to deliver my shipment, however since i was not available, they could not deliver. However i would like to highlight that this is total nonsense since no one came to deliver. I called up blue dart customer care three times and requested them to deliver on the specified date at the specified time, however no one responded or came to deliver. All they do is take down the complaint and do nothing to resolve it. This is the worst courier company i know if. Companies smaller than blue dart are more efficient and serve better. They also offer better customer service than blue dart,

I inform to seniors of bluedart express your customer care staff communicate very badly with customers on phone not provide the proper information one south indian lady spoken very badly this is very ridiculous and from last 4 days your field officers unable to deliver my parcel due to the short address of mine just because of banks error but address is traceable . for all such kind of bad services i face the problemm so I request to seniors of bluedart kindly look through the matter . and please don't send the parcel I don't needed because i am going to cancel the request .
