I requested to deliver shipment after 6PM on 28th Mar'17, but they didn't attempted to deliver. Moreover they update status as address incorrect by 4:35 PM itself. Its purely unethical and delivery boy not performed his duties properly.

Your delivery guy has delivered a parcel sometime back.
My daughter attended him.
Your delivery boy was asking unnecessary questions with regard to her name.
Like what it means, how, from where... Etc
I do not appreciate this approach and request your people to remain strictly professional and ask unnecessary questions that is not relevant.
I was actually trying to look out for a number where i can speak to someone but in vain. Also i did not get any option on your custoner care ivr where i could speak to your advisor.

I have a courier with Docket No- EV[protected] . The courier boy came to my room and went out as the room was locked. Then he called me standing at the traffic red light, 300 mtr far from my room. I told him my wife was somewhere near my room, ans has opened the lock after calling her. The courier boy asked me to send her to him to the traffic red light to collect the courier. Is the service standard you maintain at Bluedart. Do you want my wife to go to the red light carrying a baby to collect the courier. I told him the door has been unlocked, but he answered me that he will only deliver the courier at the traffic red light and went away. Please let me know. What we should do to receive a blue dart courier. We should stop working and sit at the home all day to receive a courier.

The complaint regarding delivery issue. I suppose to get my courier on January 28th 2017. when i called to my concern person in my university they said your package has come back to university. this courier people not even called me and they them self assumes that they called me, but i didn't get any call from blue dart courier. this happened twice in a 2 months. today accidentally i checked with customer services they said your courier is in your local area, when i check the tracking it shows "Consignee's Address Incorrect." package is received today itself, but they didn't even called me and mark it as a wrong address. I personally went to the courier office and found my package.finally i got my certificates after 2 month.and those are folded .this type of treatment has faced by blue dart in my local area. this guy in local area don't even know anything about courier services. this happened many times to my friends in my local area(WANAPARTHY, TELANANA, 509103). I sincerely request to Blue dart to change the this contract holder who has the contract in WANAPARTHY. arrange someother people who can read manage the couriers perfectly.

The courier boy called me and asked me to come a a near by place to collect my Pan card. He refused to come to my the courier address to deliver the packet .His mobile no is [protected]. He came from sec 63, Noida office .I am try to call him but he is not picking the phone .

Return reason: Product(shirt) is totally different in design and colour.
Shirts are very bad colours and quality.
So i was return the product and
I want refund my money....

My waybill no : [protected] & reference no :[protected] shipment was reached to bluedart by 24th from chennai card processing center. And on 25th march 2017 i was supposed to recieve the shipment. I was eagerly waiting for the shipment that i will be recieving by 5pm. But as usual i dint recive my shipment. And by 7 pm i was checking the shipment status, i was shocked to see that it was marked as recieved thats too in my name dhavl.
But i havent recieved any shipmnet from the courier person nor i got any call.
Bluedart has cheated and seems they might have tampered my shipment and used my icici card.

I have to fight for the same at redressal forum.

Very shocking and stagnant service i have ever experienced.
This is third time i am experiencing this kind of issue from this low grade company

I am a standard chartered employee and received a call from yr delivery boy for my shipment on 21 march i received a call from the delivery boy, for handover the shipment, but due to some family problem i was in hospital and asked the delivery boy to ship my courrier at my house in spite of office, on 22 march,
For that time i am folllowinv my shipment, and in online data it is showing house locked, where as i am available full day at my home,
And i am trying to contact the delivery boy but he is not picking my phone, yesterday i call the delivery boy about shipment, he told me that the delivery boy is left for shipment you will received soon,
I did not get any call,
And in online tracking system it is showing house locked,
My house is at ground floor,
Easily to find and traceable,

Please take strict action or i will complain to the higher authority and other department related to this,

Still i am trying the delivery guy no but he is not responding,

My waybill number is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to reach on 24th of march 2017, but the delivery boy called me and saying that my address is wrong. I am staying in that address from past 10 years. I get all my consignments on this address only. On tracking the consignment, it shows address unlocatable.
Delivery boy used abusive and non-tolerable language. I need an action immediately against him.
I request all the shippers to not tie up with blue-dart.

Mu courier bill no-[protected] should be delivered yesterday only at my home address, but it gone to my official add, I've called to cust care and they have been confirmed me that it will be delivered to my home address today.
But now I've got the info that it will be done by tomorrow.

The AWBill # is [protected] and it has reached Kolkata Rajarhat Service Center on 16th March 2017. My address is absolutely traceable and I am receiving all the courier here but BlueDart is mentioning that they are not able to track the address which is not true.

The guy called me and said that he will deliver the courier on 23rd but he did not turned up. The servise of Blue Dart is horrible. Can you guys deliver the courier to me ASAP.

Blue dart courier gaya (Bihar) contacted me for address guideline. He called me near from my home about 100 meter distance, i have given exact address to deliver document but he said i will not deliver in your area and start arguments and return back.

Lastly he said come to my office then i will give you.

Worst service ever...
I came to know that I have a delivery coming up today on 23.03.2017 at 12.30pm, so inspite of medical urgency I managed to remain home to receive this delivery from bluedart. But what a reckless and casual approach from third rated 'bluedart', I was amazed that till 3.00pm also no delivery is made, I tracked it through the link but to my surprise it was already mistake on the AWB updating that 'Consignee not available'.
I immediately called on [protected] helpline, but only a casual sorry was delivered and I have to stay back again at home till 5.30pm to receive this delivery. They don't show even the gesture that we will arrange a delivery again and immediately. Inspite of no mistake from my side I urged and pleaded to reschedule delivery today itself.
It's better bluedart you run a local courier service instead of claiming itself to be a professional courier company.
How do we trust that the contents of the cover are safeguarded and not duplicated.

I got the parcel already a day late and when my colleague told him that i am coming with my id in 2 minutes i arrived in 4 minutes to be precise.in the meantime he was about to leave by giving a sorry card, when i asked he said i waited for 3 minutes more and i have to deliver 250 letters more. I cant wait for every customer for 2 minutes.

My awb was [protected]. You can track the delivery guy i guess. These people let you down blue dart. I am thinking that indian post people are friendly and its a huge comment when someone is saying government body is better than private company.

Consignment with AWB [protected] was booked from Jodhpur to Pune via BlueDart on 20th March 2017. We are asked to pay Rs 450 in the name of fast delivery as we were promised that delivery would be made by 5pm, 22nd March in any condition.

It is 3pm now @ 23rd March 2017 and there are no signs of delivery whatsoever. I spoke with customer care multiple times and they assured that delivery will happen on priority but more or less they all have misguided me.

I was supposed to submit the documents today somewhere and the deadline has now crossed . What is the use now of courier.

Is BlueDart just a brand and nothin else. I tried reaching Viman Nagar office via there landline but they do not recieve calls. I have tried to reach them more than 100 times now.

What kind of professionalism is this. Is this how the customers are treated.

If BlueDart can deliver the conignment today I will be the most happiest person on this earth today.

Fraud persons they showing that no such a person in consignment status but am in home again asked other couriers delivering they saying no such a person worst and waste fellows delivery persons

I need to get courier from HDFC Bank through blue dart. i received a phone call from [protected] at 4:04Pm dated 21/3/2017 informing that i have a latter, are you in home? i said my wife will be home so please delivered. but he did not come to my home. and also he did not ring to me ( because i did not get any call). From yesterday i called the customer care no ( [protected]) and they promised the latter will be delivery today but still now i did not get any latter. Today a phone call came from this no: [protected] and said that your address is not their, i so confused its my own house. Its very poor service.

So please please please do something
