I was there so long time but nobody was there to give a response

My Waybill No: [protected], Reference No: 2354RID090317S04533

It's not delivered at my address still(Guagaon, Sec-53). Yesterday's status was "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address at 10:18 AM 14-Mar-2017" and Today its undelivered shipment held at location!!!
I dont understand whom do i contact, as i have even sent a mail through you website but i have not got a mail or a call back, but unnecessarily put the status as undelivered shipment held at location without any intimation. Please take action ASAP.

Please be informed that i have not received the draft in which the sbi cards sent to me on 8th of march 2017 with reff #[protected]. I have revived the call from your office regarding the courier on 11th of this month. Now it been four days.
Kindly put your attention because have value loss for each days delay.

Dear sir, at so may times it was found that the management at blur dart sangli do not deliver our parcels at school address:the principal, takshila school, south of shree datta mandir, 100 ft road, sangli - 416 416. The management even delay the information for receipt of parcels at their office. If it is not covering area, should not be accepted at booking only.

On 9th of March 2017 my employer had sent my laptop with accessories including my sun glass in my laptop bag from meera road mumbai by blue dart courier in domestic priority to new delhi on 10th my nephew received that bcz I was not in delhi the bag was packed with thermocouple at same place after checked them . on 12th night I opened the bag and found that my laptop Lcd has broken and corner side of the laptop is broken . Due to this I m unable to do work on this laptop. Imidiate you I tried to contact but phone not connecting.
Requesting you kindly clear this matter and inform me otherwise I ll take legal action against blue dart

I asked delivery person to come delivery by 3.30 pm but for nameshake hr came by 12.00noon and did the same on second day and now my parcel returning.. Very worst delivery made by delivery person

I want to try to get help of Bharuch Blue Dart Express for to get proper advice regarding delivery of our passport, We tried for an hour on phone but no one is receiving calls, when we went their office we found that the In charge was playing game on mobile phone, i stayed there for 20 minutes, phone was contineously ringing but he ( Mr. Imran ) didn't respond the same, there was a board behind it advising customer to give his feedback, when I asked for the same book he simply gave me a blank paper, told that this is our customer complain book

Got a call from the calicut office ([protected]) asking for the address, saying that it was hard to pinpoint the delivery location seem to be very irritated, could understand, so i called him back and gave all the details required for the delivery, again spoke back very arrogantly saying that it was a very large area(though i gave him the full details), couriers, posts do get delivered to this address. Just don't understand what the big fuss is. There's no one there who could go to the office and collect it.

Please do advise your employees to talk properly, i know it could get frustrating in line, by this doesnt make sense.

I regularly receive goods without any hassle in my Chandmari, Guwahati area by every courier but not Blue Dart. Every time they have the same story that the came to the premise but could not find anyone and ask me to collect from their office.

Sir, .I have applied for icici credit card which have to delivered today 10-03-17.
but i did not get it or not received any call as well.
and i also received a message on 9-03-17 that bule dart said we were unable to find your address but it has been updated with my bank.so please check it and update me because i am frustrated by it..so please ..
and the address is house name-rambeer, house no-524, gali no-2 mamura sector -66 noida up 201301..

I have booked one consignment to GUNTUR, Andhrapradesh, from one of your branch at lakdi ka pul, Hyderabad, Telangana State on 08.03.17 at 8 pm with consignment NO:[protected] and charged Rs.350 for that cover.
But we found that it has not delivered to the destination.By tracking on your web site it is showing that consignee refused to take that parcel which in fact not true.
We have worth of 27.76 lakh documents in that and we are going to loose that for not reaching to the destination.at your pick up point also that person behavior is not good.
I have tried to call every possible no you have given but no number is working.
How can you justify me.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is with regard to Waybill No. [protected].

This shipment was supposed to be delivered on 04-Mar, but it could not be delivered since my residential premises were closed.

After getting the above information, I called up Customer Care (6-Mar) citing the issue that since I'm an employed individual, I'm available at my residence only till 10.30 am in the morning or after 10 pm in the night with the request to get the shipment delivered as per the timings above.

I also dropped a mail to Customer Care citing the same issue and also providing an alternative address (my office address) where the shipment can be delivered at a more convenient time since I'll be available at my office premises.

In both the above cases I was promised that somebody will get in touch with me to discuss on convenient timings for delivery of shipment and get the shipment delivered ASAP.

Since then I've been calling up Customer Care citing the same issue and requesting the Local Delivery Centre to get in touch with me so that we can discuss on a convenient time for delivery of my shipment, but in vain.

Please note the status below:

04-Mar - 17.08 Attempted delivery, premises closed
06-Mar - 13.47 Attempted delivery, premises closed
09-Mar - 14.37 Attempted delivery, premises closed
10-Mar - 09.02 Returned to Origin at Shipper's Request

I fail to understand whom should I talk to and where should I reach to get the shipment delivered which happens to be documents that I urgently need for official purposes. I've never come across such inefficiency and bad service from a courier company before, a reputed one like yours the least. Its better not to charge customers for delivery of shipments if your delivery centre is incapable of doing so, it will lead to use of resources at both ends more productively and better use of time.

Please address this ASAP.

The courier delivery guy from blue dart called me from +[protected] and asked me to come down to my office premises gate to collect the card. I had reported sick and was not in office premise.
Asked him to wait for 10 mins and he made a big issue out of it. And he was also not present at the spot when i had arrived after 10 mins. And he had deliberately not answered 9 calls from me.

PATHETIC ATTITUDE and LACK OF SERVICE!!!

My parcel with way bill no "[protected]" is not received by me till now.While connecting to the local no for bhubaneswar they have informed me that the shipment has been wrongly moved to kolkata.

The same has been dispatched from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 7th march.Ideally i need to get it by today.

Requesting you to kindly help as it is very urgent

My name is praveen, recently i ordered a perfume via online it was supposed to be deliver through blue dart
I didnt receive any product but in the tracking it was showing as it was deelivered.

MY order no is START[protected]

Tracking id is [protected]...

Consignment vide way bill no.[protected]. Booked at Bhubaneshwar on[protected], Providing assuarence by verbal consent to deliver the Document Positively by 07.03.2017 at Kolkata as the documents is very urgent .
Regrat to say that Consignment not Deliverd at kolkata till[protected] till 17:40hrs. and more regrat tosay that no support was initiated by customer care after several request.
Finally suffering very much for poor service of Bluedart Corrier Service.
