They have terrible customers service.
When you will call them, they will speak in a very rude tone.

Never go for blue dart
Always late in delivery
If there is any problem in finding the address, then they will never call you, instead they will send a message stating "the product could not be delivered"

Worst experience with blue dart.

I m sending a parcel on[protected] via blue dart office Address- Sitamarhi (BIHAR) PIN - 843302.

But my packet is not delivered
Aprox 1 month 8 days time spend but not any response from bluedart office (Sitamarhi)
I m totly disapear with bluedart Sitamarhi,

The courier boys are miss behaving with aged peoples.

Since 28 Oct I'm getting daily SMS that my return pickup will be collected today. But unfortunately none of none blue guys has called me.
They are updating in the tracking details that package is not ready or premise closed without calling me.
Even yesterday(1 nov) they called me to check whether I'm able to to office or not. I said I'm available in office after that they did not call me and updated in the tracking details that package is not ready.
I'm getting frustrated by the blue dart courier service

My amazon reverse pickup order no[protected] had a awb number no [protected]. but due to negligence of bluedart hosakote team the awb number got exchanged to [protected].. the product reached somewhere else and the new awb number was not updated to amazon. so because of their negligence and waste service my refund was not initiated.. bluedart hosakote team is the waste service provider.. please check on this issue as customers are facing a lot of problems

My packet status was shipment out for delivery on 28th oct. On 28th oct i was at the place of shipment. But no one was came here still status was updated that consignee not available. Today is also packet status is shipment out for delivery but still i have not received any call nor my packet. How much time i have to wait.

Sorry but i am very bad experiencing with blue dart.

For diwali my company has sent a special gift to use in diwali which has been despatched from oct 20th 2016 but till now i have not received.

My way bill no [protected] i send the courier on 26/10/206 delhi (munirka) to coimbatore they told me courier charger is rs 900 i give you them he said fast delivery time on 28/10/2016 when i check the courier tracker expectations delivery time 31/10/2016 but still not delivery the courier blue dart courier is worst courier service then i got blue dart mettupalayam (coimbatore) branch contact number [protected] i call to more then 50 times but no one pick my calls so don't send the courier from blue dart

I received a message from blue dart stating that the package is out for delivery. but packet was not delivered i called up customer service after two days and they told me that in address floor is missing. the address mentioned was 100% complete and correct. alright maybe they had a problem in finding the address. they could have called to ask where exactly it's located? now it is about 10 day gone and still my packet was not delivered. pls not not courier any thing with blue dart as this is the worst couier company i have ever seen

I had worst experiance of my life with blue dart.my win no.[protected].
delhi to darbhanga
they wud have sent it to patna then darbhanga, but they sent to kolkata, then patna and still i dont recieve my package
in delhi they promise it will reach within 2 day, but i had a present as diwali gift, but u guys service sucks.
darbhanga office no always off, not rerachable.staffs are not even helpful.u dont care about people and situation.
i m never gonna use again

I bought a gas oven through snap deal. The consignment arrived Erode on 26.10 .16.The way bill no is [protected].I am given to understand that the delivery boy made efforts to deliver the same.I regret to inform you that no such thing happened.The delivery boy is well versed in telling lies.Further to rub salts on my wounds, The supervisor supports the delivery boy.This is the third occasion I am facing this problem with Blue Dart courier.I have bought so many things on line.It arrived safely by other couriers, where as Blue Dart fails every time.I dont see why consignments are shipped through them Very unreliable indeed and the irony is that the charges are higher than any other courier service.Delivery boys and supervisiors are on the same page, then how can one expect good service.I called the supervisor today at 12.15 pm and he assured me that it would be delivered.Another lie, I hope the management conducts an enquiry and takes action against the guilty.

Regret to say the services of blue dart is continuously downgraded. Mostly saturday when delivery has to be
Delivered they do not make effort to serve the items and make fabricated message like
Consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed, not traceable. Three times i have faced same problem.
When all courier service and postman found address without any difficulty, how the delivery boy not found.
He is simply enjoy holiday on saturday and fooling their seniors.
Today i also way bill no [protected], same stupid service serve. Nobody to ask the delivery boy why he is not
Call to customer if found any difficulty. My experience is also that delivery boy will say that customer not pick up
Hone or, busy but superviosr never take their call details if either they call to customer or not.

I also complaint same to amazon and other online website and the seller about blue dart service.

Dear Courier Carrier,
Mine (Zorawar Singh) and my father's (Karan Singh) consignments, a total of three consignments with waybill number : [protected], [protected] and [protected] have reached jammu but to harassment of customer two of these three (waybill number : [protected] and [protected]) have been attempted delivery in the air because the courier boy never contacted on the given contact number and the reason cited was "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" while I have provided the Landmark i.e. : "Bhagwati Haqiqat School".
You are cheating with both seller and consignee and moreover, harassing consignee. If not then tell me the following:
1. Why no call have been made to consignee when delivery was attempted?
2. Why can't your courier boy, if "Consignee's Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" call the consignee for instructions to his address?
3. Why if you can't deliver the product on the given pincode like ours (181205), you take the consignments.
4. Even if somebody calls in your local hub your representative won't give proper explanation for your worst service which even add to harassment of customer.
5 You are falsely updating that "Consignee's address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" when you are not even doing it. It means you are blaming customer when fault is in your service.

So stop harassing the customer and don't take order what you can't deliver, otherwise if you and your service keep harassing customer then one can go to forums like consumer court for your false claims, false updating on site and mental harassment of customer.

Yesterday in the morning i received a message from blue dart stating that the package is out for delivery and it would be delivered in a few hours. I kept waiting till 7 pm it did not show up and at 7:30 pm i received a message stating that the address is insufficient. The address mentioned was 100% complete and correct. Alright maybe they had a problem in finding the address. They could have called to ask where exactly it's located? Okay fine, i understand they were probably busy. So i thought i should make the effort of guiding them. But they never picked up. Called at least 7-8 times and they did not pick up.

Today again i received a message in the morning stating the delivery will be attempted. I again waited till 7 pm and 7:30 pm i receive the message stating "premises closed". This is disgraceful from their side with false statements when the delivery was not even attempted.

But a courier company didn't come to my given address for the delivery and didn't even call me for the purpose of delivery . They didn't deliver the product to me. Mana jab buledart courier ka toll free number par call ke to muja pata chala ke mara jo courier ana ta wipis ja chuka ha. Or ab mana buledart courier ka landline number par call ke koe phone nhi uda raha ha.
