Because bluedart service is 3rd class service...

        My shipment dispatched from Chennai on 24th Oct 2016 and reached Cuttack on 26th Oct 2016, but still it was not yet delivered at the address.

        Even I went personally to the Cuttack Blue Dart office to collect the shipment but they refused to hand it over and till now it is not yet deilvered

          Dear Sir,

          Kindly note that my courier ID no - [protected] is not being handled properly. It was supposed to be delivered by 21.10.2016, We got a call on given contact no to understand the address and then the person assured that he will delivery next day. However he didi not delivered rather placed a input as landmark not located. Then again i called Amazon to request delivery, we got a message that no one avaialble at delivery place, although it a home our family is always around. For past three days i tried to call "[protected]" but no one picks the calls, also your help line no[protected] is not assessable.

          My only humble request is to deliver the product ASAP as we have ordered it for a specific event, delay will defeat the very purpose o[censored]sing blue dart service.

            My consignment no:[protected].
            My courier was dispatched on 14.10.16. After a couple of weeks also i didn’t get my courier, so i track pod details by online on 21st oct’16 & i found the status consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed & they held shipment. So i take the address from blue dart website.
            Then i try to get there directly, after that only i found that, that is the fake address & there is no such place in kavundampalaym. Then i try to contact in the mentioned telephone number & that has only voice message to call toll free no which was unavailable (Note: nearly i tried all there nos in coimbatore all are having voice message only).
            In their tracking page they have some feedback option for the selected shipments so i send the contact details to them but still no response. So i send a person to blue dart head office on 24th oct’16.
            First they are not response properly then they told shipment will deliver that day itself & they gave a telephone no which was working properly. On that day evening they call us to come & collect the courier some other places because they have distance problem. When i refuse that they keep on mentioned in their website that my address is un locatable.
            Still i not get my courier.
            My address is available in the main road & just next to the bus stop only. If they have any problem in address why don’t they call me. My no is mentioned in that cover also.
            When we go there we already informed them we are available only 2 days. Purposely they hold the shipment 2 more days & call me @ 9pm. I don’t know which courier service is working on that time. Now i’m in my home town for my diwali holiday & i will return back after a week only. But now they call & ask me collect immediately otherwise they will return the courier.
            I don’t know they are servicing us or customer need to service them.
            This is very poor service & peoples in coimbatore branch are very worst fellows.

              I booked a pvc adhar card that to be delivered by bd at dhakuria, kol-31. But the shipment has been arrived at bhawanipore and also it shows the status that consignee not available. Pls fix asap.
              Waybill no [protected]. Whereas the address i did put there is dhakuria kolkata-31, then what it is doing in bhawanipore! Pls fix, it is very much urgent.

                Despatch of package 20 days back from hyderabad to reach at cuttack, odisha but not yet reached. surprisingly when i read reviews same type of issues are found in large numbers showing clearly deliberate neglect of the courier company. the package contained very important things which i need urgently. but due to so much delay i had to face problems.

                    I ordered a desktop CPU which reached the Blue Dart Kochi office before the said date and I didn't get any intimation regarding the arrival.
                    When I enquired in the Kochi office on the expected date of arrival, they said they already returned it to the seller.
                    First of all in Kerala, Blue Dart does not have door delivery, so the basic step you need to take is to contact the recipient and ask to collect rather than having them guess the time of arrival.

                    It is extremely disappointing, time consuming and frustrating to have a delivery service flaw their service in this manner. Kindly do the needful to make sure the parcel reach back to where it belongs.

                      I have ordered the usb cable charger from amazon for which i have given my home address in malik bagh wanabal rawalpora, srinagar. I have received the call from baghat courier office mpbile no. [protected] and told me to collect the courier in office as it is out of delivery area. I just wonder how could it be out of delivery area when early of this october month i have received two courier from baghat courier office in home, please note the tracking numbers of which they deliver my parcel in home, the tracking numbers are [protected] and [protected]. All i want to tell there is one old delivery boy who always makes problem to customers and sometimes warn if you didn't collect we will send the parcel back. I have paid the courier service for my parcel so i should receive it in my home. Please also try to take some action against your courier boy, he should know how to talk with customers. Thank you

                        I am sure that you are already aware of your poor delivery circle so i thought to give you more broader vision to look into your problem.

                        I have ordered a Cheque book from my bank (HDFC) and they choose you (Blue Dart) as their delivery partner (well pity for my bank), i got message on 10/26/2016 that the AWB # [protected] is sent to your address via Blue Dart and on the same day i got a call from Delivery boy from his cell phone number, as i was in office i guided him to the way of my home so that he can drop the cheque book their but what a human he was he did not went to my home and updated the status as No one was available at home. i mean WTF? is this why you call your self the best courier services?

                        I called your center multiple times and non of the lines were answered, is this how to actively answer to your customer inquiry ?

                        i ordered that Cheque book for a reason and if it did not can mt me then i am going to Sue you in Indian Court for my loss, i have all the evidence with me and i am going to share that in the consumer court.

                        That's all i had apart from one thing which is that because my bank have you as their partner i am soon going to quit them as well @HDFC

                          This is for your information that one item Airway Bill No.[protected] was to be received at my residential address SRINIKETAN APPT FLAT NO F2 BHATTACHARYA PARA, N/L RATH BARI, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, 700154. on 22.10.2016 and as per your tracking record and email from senders it is confirmed that the item has been delivered to me on 22.10.2016 at 10.20hrs. But fact is that till date I have not received the item.
                          It is further surprising to me that as per your record that shipment out for delivery from your garia hub at 10.17 hrs on 22.10.2016 and same has been delivered to my address at 10.20 hrs on same date which is practically impossible because the distance between your garia hub to my residence is more than 2Km.
                          Please look into the matter immediately and do some needful other wise i have no alternative except to apple in higher forum.

                            I applied for a ICICI Credit Card which was supposed to be delivered at office address Unitech, Salt lake by Blue Dart Courier Service .Neither I was called any time of the day when the shipment was out for delivery I checked the status and found that it was returned to Origin (Delhi ) as per shipment tracking status

                              Worst service by blue-dart courier. They are doing very care less job to deliver our goods. I have not received my product which i have order through myntra.
                              Its a very big issue they are taking 20 days to deliver a product. My suggestion you should close your service. Because you are not satifying our need and not delivering goods in time.

                                HDFC had sent credit card via Blue Dart on 12th Oct 2016 which I received today after several complaints both to HDFC as well as Blue Dart. It thus took TWO weeks to come from Chennai to Bangalore! Probably Blue Dart is using 'postal runners' still used by Indian Posts in remote areas!

                                I at last got through Blue Dart by phone yesterday was assured by the BPO guy at Blue Dart customer care yesterday that he would get the manager to call me to apologise after finding out what was the problem for the delay. He too was clueless about the delay. They had not attempted delivery EVEN ONCE although the online site it said it had tried on the 15th of October! Obviously a lie! I was very worried as I thought the card had got into wrong hands.

                                The BPO guy also said that due process had not been followed as they had not even attempted a second delivery. I requested that the courier phone me on the mobile to ensure I was at home which he didn't do before landing up today. Even the local couriers who charge 1/10th of the Blue Dart rates do that!

                                I am so shocked at this poor service and the stress I had to go through continously phoning both HDFC and Blue Dart - no one even bothers to pick up the phone in the latter or it is continously engaged. Even HDFC has a poor phone system for this day and age. I think that there is something for HDFC to continue to use Blue Dart when they don't care about customer service. HDFC should use DTDC or Professional couriers as they are far superior. Or perhaps they need to divide up the work between more courier companies as it may be too much for one to handle in bulk.

                                I want an apology from someone at Blue Dart for stressing me out so much and wasting my time and energy! I'm still waiting for the manager to call.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I am having a courier from my bank, due to wrong address it has not been delivered to me. But yesterday i went to their belapur branch office and ask them to deliver my courier on hand on delivery. I showed my id proof to prove that i am the desired person and i need it very urgently. But they told me that its a bank document and they cant deliver to my hand.

                                      So i went to the branch office and inform the issues faced me at courier office. The bank employees also told me that, they should hand over the courier when i show my id proof.

                                      Unnecessary they are holding my bank documents. Their communicative language also so rude. Please provide me a solution.
