Shipment dated on 17th of October still not delivered to the delivery address. As it as an important medicine, you should give it your priority to deliver it as early as possible. It's been 12 days since the dispatch of the package. Kindly deliver my package with in today.

My packet was delivered on 24/10/2016 from noida to lko.

Packet out for delivery on 27/10/2016.
On 27/10/2016 & 28/10/2016 packet could not delivered with the reason landmark needed.I called up on this no [protected] belongs to anil tiwari blue dart office lko gomti nagar mithai lal chauraha branch.
This person do not know how to talk with the customer
job responsibility on taking salary and going back to home apart from that i do not know if do something else even he do not have any information about his company where he works for. Very arrogantly he said your no is switched of & your address is wrong.

I have a valid address proof how can some one say like this is a wrong address.
Do he has any proof ? if not the how did he say?

can any one from blue dart company can tell me if the phone no is not reachable then pact can not be deliver however on the same address i got my 2 credit cards of the same company from the same courier(blue dart)& same branch.

Then why did you deliver the packet last 2 times?
tell me the valid reason for the same?
else take some necessary action against anil tiwari.

I am available for my place, but your deliver states i am not available my place, this is show your poor serves. And this parcel is important for me.
This is your fault. And you say our currier is come and i not available so give me a detail a who person com for a deliver. Because i am available my deliver address 8am to 9pm. So give me a right information for this problem.

The product was out for delivery from 27th october 2016 and still not delivered. it's been two days. estimated delivery date 25/10/16.
Bluedart tracking no. / waybill no. [protected]. contacted asonsol bluedart courier service, both their numbers are not working. bluedart customer suppoer is also not helping out.

They have been very irresponsible and uncooperative. the google reviews on their center has also been terrible enough.

I purchased Redmi note3 and two other accessories on 16th Sept 2016 in from mi.com and done online payment of 8999.Now its 28th of OCT and still my mobile is not reached to me.

Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.Either give my products or back my money nothing else as I am from middle class family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.please do something.

I am the consignee of the above consignment. Though the above consignment arrived much earlier it is being withheld since 22/10. It appears that it was reported on 22/10it was not delivered as it was falsely reported that i was not available. Same thing was repeated on 23/10at 3pm.. Though another consignment no [protected] was delivered to me at 3pm. Today i also received a sms that it will be attempted but i only received a missed call at 17.58 who represented that he is your representative but he refused to come to my place and asked me to come down to hiroshima park to collect the same. I told him that i am a cancer patient and can not move as it is a bit far and he then refused to deliver the same. I am suffering for the delay and reserve my right to claim damaged for delay. My order is not deliverd to me and when i am check order status in bludart offc Hisar that the bluedart courier Men asked the product is deliverd to AMAN (i do not know this person) and when i ask some questions to this bluedart men that they was angry to me and use the baad wording

As per the information I am shopping online products while the product is delivered through the blue dart courrier they are asking to come office of blue dart courrier while the procedure is to deliver at proper address.
So please take action as soon as possible regarding the delivery of product to the proper address/location as mntion in the product.

I have a delivered from hp that was expected to be delivered within a week an now blue dart is giving reson that flight has been delayed because of diwali festival it will take more time an on the contact number when i talked to customers service agent, she was arrogant with her talks and treated me very rudly
I think blue dart should close their company because they cant handle with their businesses and blue dart charges money to talk to customers service agent isn't worth . They sholud a toll free contact number

This complaint is against Bluedart. It has been twice I received message "delivery unsuccessful as they couldn't locate the address".

I have provided complete address, landmark and as well as my phone number so i could be reached whenever they attempt delivery.

What kind of "attempts" are these, where only bluedart cannot locate a simple address, whereas all other speedpost/flipkart/amazon/snapdeal - all reach on or before time.

This is fraud - by updating the status as "out for delivery" and "failure to locate address". There have been no attempts made and customer is just being fooled.

I want the parcel delivered by Friday Oct 28th, else this complaint will be escalated and spread across social media, for people should know what Bluedart delivery is.

My shipment arrived at the local hub on 19th oct and after waiting for delivery i was compelled to write to you on 22nd oct. You assured me 5 days ago that you have informed the concerned delivery station to contact and deliver the shipment on priority. Today is 27th oct. Nothing has happened yet. This is how your people follow your instructions???
On phoning no one picks up/ when i write the mail bounces and i get the message

Hello! What is the update on my delivery

Hi, I have checked my order status as delivered on your customer care but I was not at my mailing address yesterday, I don't understand how can you people be so careless and handle my order to someone neither have I received any message from your company for confirmation of order delivery.
I want this to be sorted ASAP else a strict action will be taken against your company.

My question in Hdfc bank plz send me new card and new courier service no bluedart .

Courier service . courier boy miss behaving.

My shipment dispatched from Chennai on 24th Oct 2016 and reached Cuttack on 26th Oct 2016, but still it was not yet delivered at the address.

Even I went personally to the Cuttack Blue Dart office to collect the shipment but they refused to hand it over and till now it is not yet deilvered

Suggestion: Either recruit efficient staff at the Cuttack Blue Dart office or close the office itself. Hopeless service from Blue Dart.

Dear Sir,

Kindly note that my courier ID no - [protected] is not being handled properly. It was supposed to be delivered by 21.10.2016, We got a call on given contact no to understand the address and then the person assured that he will delivery next day. However he didi not delivered rather placed a input as landmark not located. Then again i called Amazon to request delivery, we got a message that no one avaialble at delivery place, although it a home our family is always around. For past three days i tried to call "[protected]" but no one picks the calls, also your help line no[protected] is not assessable.

My only humble request is to deliver the product ASAP as we have ordered it for a specific event, delay will defeat the very purpose o[censored]sing blue dart service.

My courier was dispatched on 14.10.16. After a couple of weeks also i didn’t get my courier, so i track pod details by online on 21st oct’16 & i found the status consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed & they held shipment. So i take the address from blue dart website.
Then i try to get there directly, after that only i found that, that is the fake address & there is no such place in kavundampalaym. Then i try to contact in the mentioned telephone number & that has only voice message to call toll free no which was unavailable (Note: nearly i tried all there nos in coimbatore all are having voice message only).
In their tracking page they have some feedback option for the selected shipments so i send the contact details to them but still no response. So i send a person to blue dart head office on 24th oct’16.
First they are not response properly then they told shipment will deliver that day itself & they gave a telephone no which was working properly. On that day evening they call us to come & collect the courier some other places because they have distance problem. When i refuse that they keep on mentioned in their website that my address is un locatable.
Still i not get my courier.
My address is available in the main road & just next to the bus stop only. If they have any problem in address why don’t they call me. My no is mentioned in that cover also.
When we go there we already informed them we are available only 2 days. Purposely they hold the shipment 2 more days & call me @ 9pm. I don’t know which courier service is working on that time. Now i’m in my home town for my diwali holiday & i will return back after a week only. But now they call & ask me collect immediately otherwise they will return the courier.
I don’t know they are servicing us or customer need to service them.
This is very poor service & peoples in coimbatore branch are very worst fellows.

I booked a pvc adhar card that to be delivered by bd at dhakuria, kol-31. But the shipment has been arrived at bhawanipore and also it shows the status that consignee not available. Pls fix asap.
Waybill no [protected]. Whereas the address i did put there is dhakuria kolkata-31, then what it is doing in bhawanipore! Pls fix, it is very much urgent.
