Blue Dart Courier service is very poor & courier boy is liar, I m available in office till 6:30 pm 21-Oct-2016, but he mention I m not available, I ask for the concession but no response from there side.

The courier from Bank last three days, first day they contacted and inform, after I try to contact person he not attend the call.I went to branch office Coimbatore, they not replying properly and got SMS from bluedrat time schedule of delivery courier, I replied the message but no response

It's very useless service and delivery people.

Further do not send courier in this cargo blue dart

Worst worst worst courier service in the world... they r delivering parcel to me since 2/3 years and now they say that they don't can't locate my address how strange and how dumb is that ? Are all the people in blue dart service or wat? (M talking about agartala blue dart) worst service they offer almost all the people in agartlaa want this bluedart to be vanished .. bloody good for nothing...
My order no.[protected] is still not delivered to me saying that my address is wrong well let me tell u lazy people that my address is not wrong its the only address where all other couriers deliver my parcels its only u who shows tantrums bloody inefficient workers, dnt pick up any more parcel we don't want u .

Worst service of BLUEDART .No communication with customer and update as address wrong. . SUCH WORST SERVICE.

Shipment REN [protected] was sent to me by Idusind bank through blue dart but I don't Reseived that shipment till now my bank send me massages for delever it 18/10/2016.
It is a debit card if it will delever to any other person & he misused it then you will be Responsible and I will take leagle actions against you.
You send. Me delevery mans name & mobile no.& P.O.D. as soon as possible to me by mail.

Worst service, those people not responding phone call properly. If you don''t find address please call customer mobile no and ask him. Please don''t place your own status in your record please don't do that.

When i called the customer care (Contact Number:- [protected]) they are not talk respectfully and not helping us and not giving us any detail related to the package as we wanted to know our delivery track they were using very bad language with us the date and time of our call is (21/10/2016 time 4: 38) i dont remember the lady name that is why i have mentioned the date and time.So Please take Strict Action against The Lady or else I will Leave a negative Remark For Bluedart.

Very pathetic service of Blue Dart. I had 5 previous bad experience with Blue dart. But I told Nothing. Few days ago (12th Oct. 2016) I ordered an item from "Snapdeal" and Snapdeal sent the item within 6 working days. But Blue dart holding up my item since 3 days. I called Blue dart customer care for several times, but They were unable to solve my problem. But today, when I am going to track my Item with my AWB no. It showing that "Consignee...

I want to complaint of courier boy which had returned all courier to blue dart office without distributed parcel, when i came to blue dart, some one told that he(courier boy) had returned all courier without distributed .on website it showed "Consignee not available" or landmark not available" how is it possible ??

I recently ordered something from paytm which was supposed to get delivered by tomorrow but it has not been. This has been the worst experience I have ever faced with the courier companies :

1) your customer care number is not valid..it does helps me in connecting with any of your guys.
2) the order # is [protected], and when I try tracking the order every morning it gives me out for delivery and at the end of day it gives me ramarks as need extension and the department name..don't you guys have this much courtesy to call me when I have given my number.
3) none of your team member has ever tried calling me or informing me that this is the problem we are facing. I have registered e-mail I'd as garima.[protected]@yahoo.com, but no intimation received by you
4) Is this the way you guys are operating ? Can't you just call the person and get the relevent details. My order was pretty urgent and I need that.
5) if it is not delivered today I think I will have to go to another level of escalation, because this is highly irritating for me, all day I see it is out for delivery, I try tracking but I receive no call and then at the end it says we need this and we need that..

The delivery person came to our premises and returned back without handing over the delivery or calling back for address clarification. Later they quote that the area is not serviceable, and collect it from our office which is 70 km far. If it was so, then how did he reach our premises in the first place? The fact is that BLUEDART has serviced the same area in several occasions in the past. This shows highly negligent and irresponsible behavior on their part.

I had three orders to be delivered to me in raipur with waybill number [protected], [protected], [protected] from eBay. At first it started showing that it has incomplete address even after I had provided full address. Many orders are delivered with same address daily to the same address even from bluedart and you are saying that it is incomplete address after that I called you updated the address again with more details and asked to make all the items deliver together and updated phone number and specifically asked to contact me before delivering it so that there will be no problem. But there was no call. My phone was reachable all the time and the status remained same of one incomplete address and then sent back to seller, one order was delivered somewhere in maharashtra and one was delivered to me. So please can you tell how you are unable to deliver other two when I had updated address provided two numbers and you were able to deliver only one. All three had same addresses. I am going to file a complaint against bluedart in consumer forum for wasting my time, mobile balance and my efforts done to contact you. The call was done at 13th of October at 7.19 pm from [protected] for 8 min 35 secs and the other call was on 15th October for 1 min 52 secs.

Waybill Number : [protected] had 10 boxes. But bluedart delivered only 9. They are not delivering the 1 remaining box. Probably they lost it. They are not responding to mails and complaint over customer care number. I dont kn ow how to get my box from them. I have paid them full in advance. I have the waybill copy.

I book my item from MI store which is shipped on 15 oct.2016 but after 17 oct. I cant track my order

Delivery boy did not come to my address yesterday, however he has mentioned consignee not available but I was in my house all day for accepting the product.

I would request you to remove such employees who do not visit to customer address and mentions consignee not available.

My waybill no [protected] for what i have selected 1st flight services and i have been told that it will be delivered before time, but instead its not been delivered even after the scheduled time, although the package is there at the centre from 3 days just 10 mins from the destination.and now also they are saying that they cant commit for the delivery. Worst courier services. I suggest everyone not to choose blue dart, as u ll regret later on

The matter discussed at [protected] but no proper reply for quick delivery of document has been conveyed. rather the executive concerned misbehave.
Please try for delivery of document immediately as the matter is very urgent.

This is to inform that till now we have not yet receive the consignment [protected] dated 07.10.16 no. Of cases 43. Despatch from delhi to kolkata.

Please let us know what's the matter for non-receive of consignment as soon as possible.

Sir my order no [protected] reached una on 10/10/2016 but they didn't deliver.
Now i am waiting from 1:00 pm to blue dart office. My courier is reached but they are not given till now.
I am very very upset and not satisfied at all for blue dart service. I will never order my any order through blue dart.
Kindly help me.
