Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

I have very bad ecperience on services of blue dart. The product delivered from hyderabad to cuttack takes more thn ten days for delivery. I have contacted their office over phone, made around 40 calls, the office did not receive a single call. A email complaint sent to their main office. Reply was full of false assurace, assuring best service but without taking any step for delivery of parcel. Now people should be careful these private curriors.in my opinion blue dart should chane its name to blue fraud.

I ordered a product (Moto G turbo white) from amazon on 3rd of October and an attempt to deliver the product was made...but due to some unavoidable circumstance I was not there at home, the delivery boy, returned...
the delivery was attempted on 18th October, which was already quite late...since then, i called amazon 4 times and blue dart 2 times for my delivery of the product. The customer care executive of both the companies assured me that the delivery will be made "tomorrow or the day after that"
tomorrow never came...i was assured by blue dart that ill get the product today (24th), no response was there.
This is a total disgrace for the company for disappointing the customer this way.

O i request you please help me that to my product delivery properly systematic company rule. i am still waiting to received my product. please do not return my product.

The worst service i have ever come across. First thing delayed shipment for 3 days and couldn't even deliver after that. When called they made excuse of wrong shipping address when i had receive shipment from the same company. Speed post has better delivery than this stupid only words with no action bluedart service. Should write slow delivery instead of fastest delivery sometimes no delivery also with the most unreliable service.

This shipment was done through express delivery by paying four times the normal amount .i booked it from pune on 21st oct 2016and It was supposed to be deliver on 24th oct but it was not delivered . I mean to say what is the point of paying a huge amount when the service can not be fulfilled.i needed the shipment to be delivered on monday 24th oct but because of incompetence of bluedart, i have to suffer the mental trauma .highly disappointed.

I ordered a parker fountain pen from amazon shopping on 3 October 2016, the delivery date that the product is 17-10-16.after that date i got a message that
(Your package could not be delivered because additional address details are required. Please contact Amazon for next steps),
i booked that to gave a gift, even the date is gone out, , i didn't get the item,
i ordered many things from amazon before and the blue dart give it to the same address, but this time they said about the address issue

AWB [protected] has not been attempted for delivery still .your persons didnt contact me at any point of time. All other couriers from Bluedart has been delivered. Without attempting for delivery, your executives has registered that i am not reachable. Let me know when did they try to contact me. Recently other couriers from Amazon, ICICI bank were delivered to me thru Bluedart. If those things were delivered, why not this. I feel Bluedar is cheating

Dear sir,

As per way bill reference tracking showing that "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery" as on date 15/10/2016 time 16:00. But others product is delivered between 03/10/2016 to 23/10/2016.

So please let me know that the above mentioned way bill reference number could be delivered by today? If not please revert back to me immediately.

False data has been updated in the tracking details that consignee not available. The fact is blue dart has not at all attempt to deliver the order. This is against the business ethics and must be deal seriously.

This is not the first time. Most of the time they do like this.

Commitment to delivery parcel was broken for 6 times in a day. My awb no.[protected] was suppose to be delivered on 22nd oct between 9am to 1pm. I called in morning to reschedule it between 3pm to 6pm. Same was confirmed on toll free number and still parcel was delivered at 1.42pm when premises were closed. I again called up and senior ms. Jenett confirmed that it will be delivered to day by 6pm. I called for not less then 6 times in day and every time it was committed that delivery will take place on same day. Finally i got my credit card on 24th oct'16 due to which i was unable to use on 23rd for shopping and mental agony that i had to undergo is indescribable.
It seems like commitment given by each employee on toll free number was fake and just to drag time till next day delivery.
I have already started circulating this on social media and am taking this matter further with respective agencies as well.

Could you please let me know when do I get my parcel?

Today on 23/10/2016 i got a call from Blue Dart for delivery of item which was i ordered on Amazon. Blue Dart person came to my home and deliver the same but he didnt give me balance change of 200 return and just left the society premises.
Also the measure offence which may call for police also as the person who visited for delivery has given his contact no at society gate as [protected] which is not valid.
If he is providing a wrong no what was his intention to come inside the premises.
Please look in to the matter on priority also in reply please provide the courier persons details who visited my home for delivery.

waybill no is [protected] i ordered trought paytm.today morning he called to me i didn't delevered to your home address and collect your products from my office he said to me...expecially jaggayyapeta worst services in blue dart.everytime i face same problem from blue dart.they are not delivered at home he spoke same answer everytime.remember one thing they were in service sector please talk to customers with polite.

Shipment with AWB No. [protected] was sent from Gurgaon on 19th October and was to be delivered on 21st October 2016 in Pune.
It is in Pune since 2 days and yet not delivered. On contacting the customer care, they said that it will take more 5 to 7 days as we are short staffed. Senior Management is not helping out either. Currently the Shipment is on hold in Parvati Facility and will not be delivered. Tried calling customer care several times, but they are absolutely helpless. Need assistance in delivery of the shipment.

Worst courier service.
Wrong updates and false commitment .
Keeping the goods 3 to 4 days only at warehouse and never try to pickup the phone also so that we can directly collect it from their office / warehouse.
They don't have any importance of TIME.
Pathetic service.
Try to understand two things.
1 you are in service industry.
2 and you are not providing FREE OF COST SERVICES mean you are charging for the service..

I purchased Redmi note3 and two other accessories on 16th Sept 2016 in from mi.com and done online payment of 10, 898.Now its 23nd of OCT and still my mobile is unknown.
Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.Either give my products or back my money nothing else as I am from middle class family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.please do something.

I was not at the place when the courier boy came for delivery, if it is delivered then i need to see some acknowlegment for my courier or else il lodge some serious complaints against ur company about this issue.
