your pimpri(pune) office kept my parcel for more than two weeks.
I called the office almost 5 to 6 times.
but they dont send the parcel to my mailing address.
& finally it goes return. this is very irritating for me.
your customer care responses is too bad.

it was my important parcel.

I just booked a heavy weight iron through amazon and they used to deliver through blue dart. My product was delivered at my home town on 07.10.2016 and those blue dart guys updated natural calamity is going on here mean while every thing is fine. When we just call amazon they go e is the blue dart number and when we called them a bastard blue dart representative picked the call and he was an bengoli and told that i am the head over here. By language he was a bengoli and what he thought we guys are fool. He was a mere call attendant and he is saying that he is the bleady head of the place. Whether blue dart head use to pick customer calls i don't know. It's my request that before shopping through amazon please make conform that whether they send through blue dart or any one else because they delay the delivery unnecessarily and if you ask then they tell why the hell you bought from amazon and why are you calling us. Call amazon. When you call amazon they ask you to call blue dart. This bleady thing you have to continue and they make you fool and cheat you. Please don't get fool and avoid amazon and blue dart. My amazon order detail number is[protected] and my blue dart awb number is [protected]. It's my request that please avoid blue dart. They are the worst service provider and their bengoli peon treat as their owner. I have the recording and if needed i will give it as a proof. I will file a legal case against them.

Some one call me from blue dart last day n he told me today ill recive my parcel but yet i didnt recive. I track my parcel its showing incorect address how its posible. Plz help me how i get my parcel... Awb.[protected].

I received message, email and online travking details that shipment will be delivered today. But it has not been. I waited whole evening for the shipment and was unable to do my outside works.

Local courier persons on phone kept tellimg to wait at home and my package will be delivered.

This is a total lack of professionalism by bluedart. First the shipment was wrongly diverted to delhi after that no details were shared about whereabouts of package.
I lodged a complain on customer care of bluedart.

I got an email from bluedart customer care also that the shipment will be delivered today.
But it was not. I wasted almost 5-6 hrs of my precious time because of these false promises of bluedart.

Hi bluedart team,

I had ordered one toshiba pendrive in e-bay on 06th oct'16 and was shipped via docket [protected] ot my temp. Official address, and i got an call from[protected] and they need to confirm my address (Nungambakkam). At last i requested to change of address to my permanent official address (Triplicane), my order was redirected after address changed by docket [protected] and it was shown delivered to egmore on 08-oct'16. But actually i didn't receive any package on such date, kindly confirm now where the product is? And please help me to deliver it soon.

As per your online track consignee not available on 15/10/2016 & same status on 16/10/2016. Yesterday is sunday & i am full day present at home so what basis you say i am not available at home.

Today also available at home & waiting for delivery (Special for delivery take leave from office). So please humble request you provide delivery on today eod.

Kindly look in to this & do the needful.

I am a customer of sbi credit card.

Sbi card has informed me on oct 7, 2016 via sms that a parcel has been dispatched through blue dart awb no.[protected] on 1-oct-16 at my mailing address at uttam choudhury (c/o reserve bank of india), 15, netaji subhas road, kolkata 700001. till date, that is after passing of more than 15 days, the consignment has not received by me. today i make contact to your [protected] and a person gives me a reply that due to "no entry" by police authorities, it cannot be delivered today. however, i have seen so many other couriers are giving delivery in front of my office.

i was order on amazon for my laptop battery and shipped from bluedart courier but my parcel was shipped in 24 hour and parcel recieved at location loaction from 9th sept but still bluedart not delivered the parcel and they add comment in tracking that i refused to accept parcel but they didmt come and even they not call me to confirmation... and before this they update that landmark not mention address incomplete. but i...

We are really sorry to inform that mr. biswajit vide mobile number [protected] has a very unprofessional approach towards the clients & customers. the number we found from google and after calling several times the person picked up the phone and rudely said that i cannot help you by any means and asked to contact customer care. when asked he said his name is biswajit and if we need we can go ahead with a complain against him and he gives a damn to that. we called from lenskart.com tollyganj store kolkata and our company is a regular client of yours and we certainly not deserve this kind of rude attitude and unprofessional approach from bluedart. we are suffering a lot since 3rd october 2016 regarding the pathetic delivery. there are a series of pending orders which are showing a bluedart kolkata hub and few belongs to shakespeare sarani hub where we called up for an inquiry regarding the deliver status and where we received such a annoying and insulting approach from mr. biswajit ([protected]). i need a proper explanation on the same. please respond to us in email - tollyganj. I order laptop from paytm and they said it has been sent from blue dart courier. But i didn't get my parcel still now. And the parcel guy not receiving my phone too. The courier guy called me at saturday but due to absence of me in my address he said he will send on sunday but still i am waiting for his reply.

Third complaint [protected]. feedback twice in site which is of no use. got message on Oct 12 that shipment will be delivered. Now I got a message that it's undelivered as premise is closed. I didn't get any call or message from the delivery person. I tried to contact 24hrs Mumbai number but no one picked. I need the shipment today itself ie Oct 16.

Hi, This is to inform you that my Blue Dart Parcel AWB no.[protected] was has not been delivered to me despite multiple calls and follow ups.The status on the tracking page mentions that my Parcel was Delivered to me but fact is no one called me and ask me to collect the Parcel, Not Sure to whom it was delivered, Very unprofessional service from Blue Dart. Please help me by getting my package back to me safely.

Msg sent on 12 Oct that it will be delivered on 12 Oct but still not received. Calling to the customer care service is also painful since no number is really working toll free number is also not working... will never recommend this courier service to anyone

My courier not delivered to my address.i am at my room nobody from blue dart came to my house but in status shows that premices is lock.nobody came to address and updated that premises is lock.its a fraud activity done by bluedart executive against my courier.
He cant calls me a single time also when my premises is lock.its not lock.the bluedart executive is telling a lie.

This regarding my consignment no - [protected] (bluedart). it has been more than 9 days since my product has arrived at the nearest hub but they have not delivered the order. when i called the customer care, instead they wanted me to go to their office and collect the courier. i have already written a mail which they replied but nothing has happened.
it is really frustrating

Sir, mam, i oredered item from Amazon and Snapdeal gave the address correctly and your courier can't deliver the item in my location..while tracking it says out for delivery but afterwards it says address incomplete they don't even call me... the delivery boy conversation is so rude they say to come to office to take the item..kindly see this issue as fast as possible..thanks.

It is highly unprofessional behavior on the part of bluedart. since last 2 days the courier person is updating as address not located, landmark needed. and since last 2 days I am contacting bluedart updating landmarks and phone no . the courier person is not even calling to confirm the address nor anything. THIS IS HEIGHT O[censored]NPROFFESIONAL BEHAVIOUR!!!I needed the courier on urgent basis...this is how BLUEDART works!!!HIGHLY disgusting!!!

Doc no [protected] dt.13.10.16 not reached destination sector 51 Noida till thid time. S.k sharma mob. [protected] refused to talk and was rude .Mahesh Awasthi mob [protected] informed that flat was stated to be locked which is not possible as i am contacting every 30 minutes for arrival of parcel. Please locate and arrange immediate delivery as the addressi has to carry it to Kolkata tomorrow.
