I received a msg for my consignment, as per that msg it should be delivered at 13th Oct, but still i am waiting, no one respond on contact numbers, My Courier Was booked on 10th Oct from Bangalore. till tomorrow 6 Pm on website show that delivery on 13th, but right that information also invisible now.
please get it resolve. 3 days maximum time for metro city

    Hello,

    Consignment [protected] was booked on 6th oct and delivered on 13th oct. (Delivery within city)

    Very unprofessional work by blue dart.

    When inquired about my consignment on 10th oct, they replied delivery was attempted on 8th oct but premises was closed. They gave false statement.

    Premises was never closed and no delivery was attempted.

    Even after complaining about it on 10th oct, they promised to deliver it on 12th morning but again delivery delayed. They finally delivered it on 13th.

    Very disappointed with bluedart service.

    I'm in big loss now because of this delayed delivery and false statement by bluedart.

      Item booked on 3rd october and now they are showing "delay caused beyond control", other courier services haven't any issue regarding delivery load so what is problem regarding blue dart. And if they can't deliver a item then why the book the item form its source. Isn't a cheating? Some one is paying you to deliver it by paying you charges and after taking the charges now you saying that i am not able to deliver it. Blue dart should banned.

        The delivery executive called me on 13th Oct'16 that delivery AWB [protected] will be made by 5 pm hence I was available at home during the whole day but when I checked the status on the website it said that the recipient is unavailable hence its undelivered. Blue dart executive put false comments just to come here for delivery. The delivery executive number is [protected].

              I have been trying blue dart toll free number ([protected]) but it says number is changed.

              Called delhi number ([protected]) - no answer
              Called hyderabad ([protected]) - lady picked up and rudely refused to help
              Called bangalore number ([protected]) - no answer

              Their site says the office timings are (am to 9 pm
              I am calling at 11:35 am but not able to reach any of them.

              Very frustrated.

I tried to call bluedart, kolkata but no one was receiving the call. Please do something.

R so careless.my order was prepaid.didnt even contact me aftr it was arrivd at my city place.for 15 days .if i col thm..they were jst ignoring my calls.they dont even knw hw to tolk to there customers..it was my first nd i ll make sure, it ll b my last time wid u.d worst experience..u shuld really counsell ur workmen.i had heard d same complaint from my friends abt ths branch of blue dart..u shuld take some action..it was no less than a harrasment. I used to col thm nd they simply cut my phn nd at blue dart didnt even listen to my complaint properly

                    Address blue dart express ltd, blue dart express limited, c/o mr jayanta dutta, a k azad road, rehabari, location guwahati, i went there evening 12/10/16 but they told me its already here and can delivered it after three four days, i asked the security three to four time to give me there mobile no but they don't give me any response... and i came back... i do not like blue dart... its not a good courier and my second time bad experience

                    Awb no-[protected] i submitted my product for pickup on 5th of oct at your ( BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD, C/OSAFE HANDS LOGISTICS PVT LTD, 393/336/A, INDA, GOVINDA NAGAR) . But i am still unable to find any tracking detail of it. When i call at blue dart no of the picup center the guy behaviour is very rude. Pls elp me with this matter.

If your courier man tried the delivery but it was missed i.e. delivery not took place...so he should give a deliver missed receipt..which was given but without any contact details..so what I am suppose to do with that receipt.It your reponsibilty to get the deliver done. but ur courier man just like ..went away without any responsibilty.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have ordered a laptop and awaiting its delivery by bluedart courier. as per the detail mentioned in the tracking status (waybill number [protected]), it reached my city on the morning of 8th october. and still on 5th day, they havent been able to deliver it to my address which is hardly 4 kms from bluedart office. i have ringed bluedart services atleast 10 times and each time they say that they will deliver it same day. today also at morning, i ringed and i was assured that the product would be delivered today. i kept waiting whole day and now on ringing them againat 345 pm today (12th october), i have been told that it would be delivered tomorrow. when i asked the customer care executive that why was i assured in the morning that the product would be delivered to me today, she started shouting that you are misbehaving with me.
                            I have two questions-
                            1. my courier is in the local office for 5th day. why havent you delivered it to me still yet?
                            2. bluedart isnt providing services free to customers. it is charging enough from customer even more than many other services, so why cant customer ask you for the delay in the delivery? and is asking for reasons for delay in delivery is misbehaviour? kindly go through the call (if recorded by you as many other customer care service do) and tell me where did i misbehaved?
                            I need a reply for this...

                              I request you to please take a necessary action against my way bill number [protected] booked on dated 07/10/2016 which is not delivered to my address till date.

                              I went to blue dart's bilaspur office on dated 10/10/2016 regarding complaint of said way bill and they gave me assurance that i can collect this packet from their warehouse on 11/10/2016. Now i am contacting them but there is no response to my repeated calls.

                                  This is regarding non delivery of above mentioned number shipment which was received at jamnagar which was showan out for delivery at 2.51 PM on 07 Oct 16 and other shipment detail. message of your company service received by me and calls inquired by me datail are attached as word document for your ready reference some calls details as follows which were made on your blue dart courier service no[protected] .
                                  On 07 Oct 16
                                  22.41 hrs and 22.44 hrs
                                  On 08 Oct 16
                                  09.08 hrs, 09.09 hrs, 09.12hrs, 09.13 hrs, 18.21 hrs, 18.23 hrs, 18.25 hrs
                                  On 10 Oct 16
                                  15.51 hrs, 18.49 hrs, 18.50 hrs

                                  My main complaint is that
                                  messages reflecting that customer not available and premises closed is totally fake because I am 100 % available at home since 07 oct 16, these are very irritating messages if customer made available for this commitment.

                                  2nd proof is that for this shipment I inquired many times on your blue dart courier service no[protected] which you can from server or mobile statement detail.

                                  3rd point is that nowdays delivery boy Mobile Number does not reflect on messages which is very convenient for customer waiting since dawn to dusk that when is shipment will come. In this condition customer can not go outside for his commitment in waiting of parcel.

                                  4th if they not in position to deliver items they should give clear cut message that your item will be delivered so on so date and time. I don, t why this type message comes that of not availability to save their skin from company or showing their performance of fast sevice.

                                  5th Meanwhile three other shipment delivered to me on same address between 7 oct 16 to 11 oct 16 their detail as follows
                                  way bill no [protected] on 9 0ct at15.59 hrs and other way bill no [protected] on 11 oct 16 at 13.17 hrs if I was not available or premises closed how could they delivered above parcels and why not way bill no [protected] that also after so may reminders.

                                  I inquired from customer service they told that nowdays delivery man number is not being sent, on requesting that i will contact delivery man number and name, they provided me name and number but i got that was also switched off.
                                  lastly I want to say this is not a complaint but irritation of honest customer and request that further system may please be made more convenient which will be benefitted to company and for customer also.

                                    I had requested a bank statement on ivr and after couple of days i checked with bank on the delivery status. They provided the reference number [protected] & informed blue dart is the doing the courier. I called blue dart & they confirmed it was delivered and person who collected was "rakesh". From 7th i have been following up with them as it emergency for me get those bank papers. Every time i call them they say some one will call back within 30 mins and i haven't received any call back nor update. My question is how can they hand over a bank papers to someone else and not to the person mentioned to. Are they only worried about getting rid of the package or do they take responsibility of making sure the package is delivered to right person.

                                      I am ganesh kengar, Waybill No. [protected], i got mail from snapdeal and blue dart, that my order will be delivered by 8 oct 2016, but i haven't recieved any delivery, also even after taking long followup from Kurla E-tail Team, contact-[protected], i got wrong commitments about delivery. I am totaly disappointed with service.

                                        Hello there,

                                        My name is nikesh khandelwal applied canada visa for my parents. We have got the passport request for the stamp. So, we had courier passport from ajmer to banglore from blue dart service. We were told that passport will be delivered on time mean 24 hours and they took the applicable charges (800 inr) for this delivery. But, the package is not delivered yet. We have to submit the passport to vfs office banglore for canada visa stamp and tickets are already booked from india to canada, travel date is on 25 october. If we don't submit the passport to vfs office on time that will delay the whole process and we will miss the travel date and lose the money (Aprox. 50k inr) of tickets. Also, miss the diwali celebration with our parents in canda.
                                        We suppose to receive the passport on monday and my sister would have to submit the on monday so that she can travel to ajmer to stay with our parent before parent visit to me canada. She also has the confirm ticket (11/10/2016). Not blu-dart courier service people say you will get the passport on thursday because of the festival holiday. We are really pissed of with the service of bluedart. This is the service they provide with high charges.
