I sended my courier from greater noida to lucknow awb no. [protected]..and they said that it will be delivered with in 2 working days but after 5 days they didn't deliver yet ..if you can't deliver why you said you will deliver just say no..why you are making tool ..wrost experience I have ..I go with other couriers but I'll never go with blue dart..making fool

    My parcel # [protected] was out for delivery on 2nd October and for past 2 days I am receiving message that delivery failed due to incomplete address. How could this be the case when I have received my other orders? The toll free number [protected] is a joke. Pathetic service is what my verdict is.

      Dear service provider,
      I recieved courier from amazon shopping by bluedart courier company, which they refused to deliver giving silly reason of box size is big which was barely 1.5ft*1ft.
      Due to some reason i have to return this product, shopping company informed me that courier person will pickup the courior, but after calling many times they refusing and neglecting pickup. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

        It has been more than 30 hours than the expected time of delivery.
        Spent extra money for express delivery and spending more and more money to call the customer care and track down the status. Everyone is clueless and keep on telling the same status again and again. Making false promises again and again. The address was marked as not located, whereas no call came to the provided contact number while trying to locate the address.
        Every time i try to call the kamothe blue dart hub either the number keeps on ringing or is disconnected by someone.
        Are there some frauds out there? They should be answerable to every customer.
        Really skeptical if my courier is in safe hands or lost or stolen somewhere?
        The package valuation is more than rupees 10000.
        Is this the kind of service for what we pay extra?
        Really feeling helpless on their service and coordination.
        Please please help.

              It’s very shameful thing that blue dart courier service is so poor.
              We are facing a lot of breakdowns due to unavailable of the above mentioned courier. Neither any positive reply found from your toll free no. Even, they are speaking very rudely as like untrained people and using 3rd class language when we are asking the delay reason of delivery.

              Is it your best courier service?
              Is it the way to handle customers, how you can trained your feedback persons (Toll free no. Attended)? Have you taken any medical fitness report of the employee before appointment of your feedback team?
              Is it our fault using your courier service?
              What’s about your commitment of expected date of delivery?
              Who can bear the loss of our breakdowns?

              Need your positive feedback and also need to deliver this courier on top most priority without any kind of delay at our cite.

                      I have an complain for that i have to receive courier but again and again i am receiving a message mentioning for delivery attempt. if they are attempting a delivery. than they should give me a call . i had called them several times but no response. And i tracked on the site but there it is mentioned that inappropriate address. if they are messing me it seems they already have my number then why can't they call me.

                          I have tried to contact several times may be hundred but they did not respond. i tried the other no. i.e.[protected] . a lady picked up the phone and said she can't help any way behaved very rudely. the time was 14:30 on[protected].one of my important bank card is to be delivered to me. i tried their customer service [protected] but it is not reachable any time.
                          where we will complain . no one is there to listen even there had office employees are not responding.
                          at customer's end there is no solution at all.
                          please do the needfull.

                            We had booked courier on 27th Sep-2016 & today is 5th Oct-2016, till the time courier not delievred at the given location, we regulary follow up with Juliat, Any, Jeneth, Ashish, everyday comes new guy on call, & again we are started our story, we completly fed up with the Blue Dart, & they are saying today will deliver, but at the end of the day, no one answer any thing
                            In future we will not suggest Blue Dart to any one

                                  I got my order on 3rd october from shopclues. But i already paid for that product through bank. It means the product was a prepaid one. But than also the courier boy took 100 rs from me. I forgot that it was a prepaid product and i gave 100 rs which was the cost of the parcel. But he didn't rejected the amount. His number was [protected] and my waybill number is [protected]. So pls adjust my money which i accidently gave. But it was a mistake of the delevery boy too. He must have a responsibilty about it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been following up on my package with the customer care excutives for 2 weeks almost and still, it has not been delivered yet.
                                    I have provided everything they wanted. It's ridiculous I'm having a bad time just because the delivery delay. They keep updating the AWB number with the same update i.e. "Need department & Extension Number". They get out for delivery and in the evening they updated with same comment above.
                                    I asked whether I could come at your address and get it delivered. They denied and when I asked to update my home address (Old one which was given is no longer correct I reside somewhere else now) they denied. I understand that's confidential but you have to somehow deliver my package to me. I want resolution on this, an immediate one.
                                    If you don't have details about department name and extension number then you should not have come out for delivery and if you come out then whom are you gonna deliver my package to?

                                    I'm still providing here the details. Please take a look at and do the needful.

                                      My Credit was shipped from delhi on 27th september, still I haven't received. I am located in bangalore, my cosignment address is Office address, which is located in Nandini Layout. I checked the webportal using the tracker ID it said, No Such Consignee At The Given Address. So I had to run to the Peenya Branch to get more info, the rep said I cannot give you the Consignment, because you do not have your office ID. I was fine and said please deliver it to my office address at 6pm & I gave a proper landmark. Today I checked the tracking portal of Bluedart it says Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed also the consigment transferred to Basaveshwaranagar Branch. Now what I should do? Go to Basaveshwara nagar Branch or Peenya Branch or they will find and submit the consigment within the given time or send it back? I'm worried such a worst service I have ever seen. Why do they run a company like this, when they don't have an Idea how to run it.

                                        My package is not delivered by jorhat branch of assam, inspite of my home address is within 1km range from the local office. They have falsely remarked about my incomplete address to the sender because blue dart had been smoothly delivering other product in last six months to the same address. My address is complete in all respect even a blind man can easily find, why not your super smart delivery man fails. Kindly enquiry and do the need full.
