I got a call from bluedart office phone number[protected] at 1:00pm. It was regarding my company's "odm entertainments" important documents.
The concerned person confirmed the address and asked me how to reach the address. I told him the exact location and gave him my alternate number also. He said that he will contact me in case of any help.
But till now i have not received any courier or any call from your side.

My way bill no is [protected]. Courier returned undelivered without contacting. And the sms i received is 'courier undelivered '. I had also called him for wait for me i vl collect my couirer. But still they return my courer. Its a worst courier service i have ever seen. Its urgent couirer for me now i will have to w8 for 20 days. If he/she faces some problem in address he/she can contact me but they had not some done any thing like this....

As we know about blue dart status, customer satisfaction service is best.in ratnagiri we receive and we courier many more thing. Now day we reduce over shipment.in ratnagiri the manager dont speak improper manner. Please give training to manager how to treat customer and response.
So many customer not satisfied due to manager conversation....

Today 05-sep-2016 i was informed that it will be delivered by eod (6:30pm). I called around 10-12 times to the customer care and they (Tarun, shakeel, ajay, etc) assured me sir it will be delivered. Since it was working day for me and only because of this courier i took a leave and was at home whole day waiting for it. It came as a shock for me that status got updated as "recipient not available...

Ref no [protected] 29.08.2016 shipment arrived from noida sector 63 & arrived in hooghly serampore 31.08.2016 but till now 05.09.2016 that courier not received.This is complitly mental harrasment.Custemer care says that it will be take more time.They are nothing to do.What kind of service please help me from this type of harrasment.No body can reply after that....

My company (Diagnosearch PVT Ltd have an account with blue dart).
I have an urgent courier to be pick up from my home on 5 Sep 2016.

I emails the, m then called them & then emailed again to a senior person.

But no one came for the shipment.

This i try to call on t their customer care and they picked up my call twice and disconnected after listening the issue.

This is the worst...

The courier shipment boy has not delivered package to the mentioned address, instead he called me to collect shipment at different destination.
After arguments on phone, i told him exact address location which is mentioned on envelope, then he refused to delivere package and said i wont be giving you this package unless you come at xyz destination.

I am Calling from last two weeks for My POD against way bill number : [protected]. Every time they said you will receive it within 24 hrs to your e-mail-id but not happened as they said.
I need POD very urgently so its request you to send as early as possible.

AWB [protected] courier returned undelivered without contacting. And the SMS I received is 'courier is undelivered due to address issue' but HDFC has done my address verification. If HDFC executive can reach my home without any issue then why not Blue dart if he/she faces some problem in address he/she can contact me but they had not some done any thing like this. This type of service was not accepted by the BLUE DART and HDFC....

My request number 7062160 for axis cardit card. I received a msg that it will be delivered within 72 hrs. Today 03rd of aug 2016 whn i called blue dart custoner care it was informed me on ivr that card will be delivered at 1.30pm which did nt happen again. I called up blue dart courier they said thier representative called me n i did nt answer the call which was a wrong information. This is the second time which happend with me with blue...

My reference no. is [protected] for TULSIANS COST ACCOUNTING BOOK bought from Amazon is getting delayed . The book should be delivered by sep 03 2016. It has not reached until now. As the book is used for examination purpose please deliver the product at the earliest....

The consignee is receiving couriers in this address regularly. The landmark and the contact number mentioned in the address. If the delivery boy is unable to find the address, then he should call the consignee. I am not happy with the service. I have sent the parcel through blue dart as it was very urgent.

A package with ref no. [protected] was booked to be dispatched on 3/8/2016 and for your information the parcel is neither Received nor dispatched. And this is all because of the negligence of your employee named Ankur with contact no[protected]. I want my parcel to be dispatched on the first working day from now and strict action to be taken against the employee who facedown your reputation....

Today, one person called me regarding my shipment, I told he I am not there immediately he cut my call. again I tried 10-12 times, however he not received also not call back the number is - [protected].then I go to vimannager office regarding to know my shipment details because currently I have worked on EON so its near, that counter guys told me your shipment is not in our area go to hadapsar. then that guy given to me number - [protected]...

I am job person and i have a one courier from rbl bank bht blue dart courier service is very bad 1stly their staff is nonsense and not pickup any phone and after delivery boy or girl said 2 my family, he she cant deliver another family person . Why ? And m going to blue dart office and cant give me my parsal.my tour was cancle and also loss, please i request close this company and cancelled there licensed....
