I was suppose to get the shipment by 4th October which was couriered by 30th September from Mumbai Location.Its an urgent docs and i will be out of station on 5th october.

Very rude and bad behaviour from customer service representative and they dont even bother to find the solution or suggest what will be next course of action.

Really either you change your policy or change your higher procurement team who is taking care of the logistics management.

    Hi

    This is prasun tibrewal. My citi bank credit card has been dispatched by the citi bank and blue dart was supposed to deliver me at my respective office address given.

    My shift timing ends at 3:00 pm in the afternoon so i have specifically informed the bank and your delivery person to deliver me before 3:00 pm in the week days but still i have not received my packet.

    This is a gross concern as i have informed specifically the courier person to deliver me as per my availability as the address is of office but also it has not been delivered to me.

    Please make sure the delivery has been done to me at earliest.

      I have couriered a certificate on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours i, e the very next day as on[protected]. Though i've informed several times that the certificate has to be delivered on or before 30th sep at any cost and paid rs. 550 for just a document. But till now the courier has not been delivered by bluedart. I've called many times though no positive response from their side. I'm really worried about the certificate and due to delay in delivery of certificate a huge loss has been occurred to my brother. If you can't deliver within the time then don't make fake promise and don't charge such a huge amount for a 5 grams of document.

          Pod:[protected]. Its very embarrassing and shame full day because of ths blue dard curier guy. He cme to my place and not ready to give my consignmnet aftr showing my id proof. He is hving full of attitude just left my place wthout handover the courier.in address hara chembers and am inside d bulding showing my id proof he just took his bike n walked out. Its a very bad remark for bluedark just bcz of ths kind if guy.
          He said address is 4th floor n am stamding in grnd floor so he wl not hand it over to me. So i said k cme wl go to 4th floor their only hand over the courier bithe didnt cme just walked out n took his vehicle n left.
          Dont knw whn he do nt have intension to courier it why did he cme to our office and wasted my time?
          Please fired him out of d job which he nvr give good name to blue dark because he does not work. Shows full off attitude.
          Am working in kotak mahindra bank will share feed back to my higher end never opt for blue dart. As courier guy are nt good.

          Ref no [protected] despatched from SBI on 22 September 2016 till 27 September I did not receive my package worst service from blue dart it takes more than 5 day to deliver to metrosations

            Consignee shifted from the given address

            I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on sep 27, 2016 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Additionally, how can finding a big corporate...

              Please refer the above said consignment no;[protected] Booking Date ; 30.009.16 we have spoken your person on 1.10.16 he committed to delivered the cover on 1.10.16 before 2.pm and till 6pm we have not received the cover.
              Today (3.10.16) Morning we have spoken the no:[protected] with Ms.Yasmin and inform them to keep the cover in your local office and we inform them to collect the cover by our self she is also said ok and request us to send the mail but our person went to your local office the cover was handed over to the delivery boy.So far we have not receive the same.We need the consignment on very very urgent. you are giving a very poor service to us and you are not following your commitment.

              I'm yathish from Bangalore i had ordered an mobile on 21/9/16 it was said it would deliver within 23/9/16 but today i.e 26/9/16 still not yet delivered it says consignee not available at location where as here I'm waiting for the product full day... realy bad service of blue dart at least deliver it by tomorrow

                Your delivery boy took extra money of 100 rupees on order no. [protected] from customer. We made many calls to him from the time of delivery but he is rejecting calls. This is not at all fare. Take proper action on him and return back our amount. Awaiting for quick response from bluedart services. You please give a quick response by returning our money of rupees one hundred which your delivery boy has taken extra from us.( customers ) Or else make your delivery boy to recieve our call and return us our money.

                    My indusind debit card has been booked by BlueDart with way bill number [protected] has to be delivered by 29sep2016 but it is not yet.I had enquired with customer care they asked me for land mark i have given that details, but executives caling me daily n confirmed my addrs but from 3 days am waiting for tht but they r not giving delivery of tht .They r saying today tomorrow but not delivered please take necessary action on this.

                      then i tried the toll free no. i was not connected to the customer care executive. i tried twice.

                      then i called the delhi office.
                      the 4 no. which r given here i tried al.
                      2 of them were not available.
                      the other two were unanswered.
                      i dnt knw how these ppl wrk.

                        My brother couriered my cell phone from Delhi to Mumbai with AWB No [protected] on 28.9.2016 and phone was in good condition at that time. I received courier on 29.9.2016, first of all packing was very pathetic and when I open the parcel switched on my phone the touch screen was not working, I was so disappointed.

                        I have faced inconvenience because of Blue dart carelessness.

                        I would like to claim the charges of rs 5000.00 which I have to pay for new touch screen of my cell phone . I am hopeful that blue dart will claim my settlement promptly.

                        I went to Sony service center for my phone inspection and they told me that you need to replace the display and it will cost 8000.00 to 10000.00. Dur to blue dart carelessness this much loss I have suffered. Hoping I will receive my claim ASAP.

                          I had booked a shipment thru Blue Dart courier as per the following details:
                          consignment no : [protected],
                          place of booking: Bhubaneswar
                          Receivers address : Debasis, Chatterjee, Pincess Tower, Faridabad, Sector -86
                          Dt. of delivery : 19th sept

                          After the delivery boy delivered the consignment, we found that out of 5 items booked in the shipment, only 4 were delivered. There was a thin cut at the bottom of the pack thru which someone had stolen the item. We, within 2 minutes called the local office, but no one picked up phone. We spoke to Bhubaneswar person who had booked our shipment, but he was not able to help us, neither he could inform us how we can get our money back. We sent a mail to customer care of the Blue Dart company, but there was no response.

                          We have the packet and also the pic of the packet at the time of delivery alongwith the cut
                          . We want serious action against this misdeed and also want to get the compensation of the stolen item/

                            My package was sent from jaipur to payyanur, kerala. While sendin i filled all forms but then at banglore they r telling some papers r missing. They r not able to give adquate details of papers. It was vry important for me but it is on hold since last 24days. They dont seem to b helping. Firstly while sendin they gave only half info. Due to this i m facing many problms.since the package is of great importance. These 24 days of mine hav gone in vain and the matter is not over yet.

                              I had paid an order by paytm wallet but I don't know that payment was completed or not and my cash did not come back also. pls do favour me tell me all about this transaction. The phone came through blue dart courier and i did payment by paytm wallet.that time my paytm wallet amount decrease by amount of Rs.8999 but amount not submitted in blue dart courier services account. And now i want to know that where is my paytm cash.

                                Blue dart returned my shipment without any relevant reason. One reason they are providing is that address incomplete/landmark needed. I have already mentioned the complete address and land mark as well but when i contacted with the customers care she told me that sorry sir we can't do anything so plz aap fir se order place kar dijiye. I told him that i requested chequebook from icici bank on urgent basis and i need this cheque book before friday but today i saw the status of shipment then it is showing returned.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    The above consignment with ref no [protected] was booked from bangalore on 28.09.2016 in blue dart express by paying rs.310.00 for express delivery on the next day.

                                    I am really surprised that the consignment was sent to hyderabad hub from bangalore instead of mumbai as per the tracking records.

                                    The consignment was booked for urgent delivery and non delivery on 29.09.2016 has put me in financial loss of rs.10000/- for the delay.
                                    I do not know how such carelessness can be committed by your personnel without bothering to verify its destination and sending it to hyderabad.

                                    By this mail, i call upon you to repay the amount of rs.310/- paid as charges besides damages of financial loss of rs.10000/- along with delivering the consignment to me today 30.09.2016 failing which i shall be constrained to take up case in the consumer forum.

                                    I expect a positive response from you immediately.
