We had booked courier on 27th Sep-2016 & today is 5th Oct-2016, till the time courier not delievred at the given location, we regulary follow up with Juliat, Any, Jeneth, Ashish, everyday comes new guy on call, & again we are started our story, we completly fed up with the Blue Dart, & they are saying today will deliver, but at the end of the day, no one answer any thing
In future we will not suggest Blue Dart to any one

Pls deliver this courier by today & thanks for your good job like this

    I received a call to confirm the address from abhishekh [protected] i informed him to call my friend rubina [protected] as she stays their. He called her and told to collect the parcel from the main gate she told please bring the parcel up.
    Ince then he is not receiving the call. I also tried many times but still there is no response. I am disappointed with blue dart. The order details are below. Please help us to get the parcel.

        I got my order on 3rd october from shopclues. But i already paid for that product through bank. It means the product was a prepaid one. But than also the courier boy took 100 rs from me. I forgot that it was a prepaid product and i gave 100 rs which was the cost of the parcel. But he didn't rejected the amount. His number was [protected] and my waybill number is [protected]. So pls adjust my money which i accidently gave. But it was a mistake of the delevery boy too. He must have a responsibilty about it.

          Hi,

          I have been following up on my package with the customer care excutives for 2 weeks almost and still, it has not been delivered yet.
          I have provided everything they wanted. It's ridiculous I'm having a bad time just because the delivery delay. They keep updating the AWB number with the same update i.e. "Need department & Extension Number". They get out for delivery and in the evening they updated with same comment above.
          I asked whether I could come at your address and get it delivered. They denied and when I asked to update my home address (Old one which was given is no longer correct I reside somewhere else now) they denied. I understand that's confidential but you have to somehow deliver my package to me. I want resolution on this, an immediate one.
          If you don't have details about department name and extension number then you should not have come out for delivery and if you come out then whom are you gonna deliver my package to?

          I'm still providing here the details. Please take a look at and do the needful.

            My Credit was shipped from delhi on 27th september, still I haven't received. I am located in bangalore, my cosignment address is Office address, which is located in Nandini Layout. I checked the webportal using the tracker ID it said, No Such Consignee At The Given Address. So I had to run to the Peenya Branch to get more info, the rep said I cannot give you the Consignment, because you do not have your office ID. I was fine and said please deliver it to my office address at 6pm & I gave a proper landmark. Today I checked the tracking portal of Bluedart it says Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed also the consigment transferred to Basaveshwaranagar Branch. Now what I should do? Go to Basaveshwara nagar Branch or Peenya Branch or they will find and submit the consigment within the given time or send it back? I'm worried such a worst service I have ever seen. Why do they run a company like this, when they don't have an Idea how to run it.

              My package is not delivered by jorhat branch of assam, inspite of my home address is within 1km range from the local office. They have falsely remarked about my incomplete address to the sender because blue dart had been smoothly delivering other product in last six months to the same address. My address is complete in all respect even a blind man can easily find, why not your super smart delivery man fails. Kindly enquiry and do the need full.

                I was suppose to get the shipment by 4th October which was couriered by 30th September from Mumbai Location.Its an urgent docs and i will be out of station on 5th october.

                Very rude and bad behaviour from customer service representative and they dont even bother to find the solution or suggest what will be next course of action.

                Really either you change your policy or change your higher procurement team who is taking care of the logistics management.

                  This is prasun tibrewal. My citi bank credit card has been dispatched by the citi bank and blue dart was supposed to deliver me at my respective office address given.

                  My shift timing ends at 3:00 pm in the afternoon so i have specifically informed the bank and your delivery person to deliver me before 3:00 pm in the week days but still i have not received my packet.

                  This is a gross concern as i have informed specifically the courier person to deliver me as per my availability as the address is of office but also it has not been delivered to me.

                  Please make sure the delivery has been done to me at earliest.

                    I have couriered a certificate on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours i, e the very next day as on[protected]. Though i've informed several times that the certificate has to be delivered on or before 30th sep at any cost and paid rs. 550 for just a document. But till now the courier has not been delivered by bluedart. I've called many times though no positive response from their side. I'm really worried about the certificate and due to delay in delivery of certificate a huge loss has been occurred to my brother. If you can't deliver within the time then don't make fake promise and don't charge such a huge amount for a 5 grams of document.

                        Pod:[protected]. Its very embarrassing and shame full day because of ths blue dard curier guy. He cme to my place and not ready to give my consignmnet aftr showing my id proof. He is hving full of attitude just left my place wthout handover the courier.in address hara chembers and am inside d bulding showing my id proof he just took his bike n walked out. Its a very bad remark for bluedark just bcz of ths kind if guy.
                        He said address is 4th floor n am stamding in grnd floor so he wl not hand it over to me. So i said k cme wl go to 4th floor their only hand over the courier bithe didnt cme just walked out n took his vehicle n left.
                        Dont knw whn he do nt have intension to courier it why did he cme to our office and wasted my time?
                        Please fired him out of d job which he nvr give good name to blue dark because he does not work. Shows full off attitude.
                        Am working in kotak mahindra bank will share feed back to my higher end never opt for blue dart. As courier guy are nt good.

                          Consignee shifted from the given address

                          I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on sep 27, 2016 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Additionally, how can finding a big corporate...

                            Please refer the above said consignment no;[protected] Booking Date ; 30.009.16 we have spoken your person on 1.10.16 he committed to delivered the cover on 1.10.16 before 2.pm and till 6pm we have not received the cover.
                            Today (3.10.16) Morning we have spoken the no:[protected] with Ms.Yasmin and inform them to keep the cover in your local office and we inform them to collect the cover by our self she is also said ok and request us to send the mail but our person went to your local office the cover was handed over to the delivery boy.So far we have not receive the same.We need the consignment on very very urgent. you are giving a very poor service to us and you are not following your commitment.

                              Your delivery boy took extra money of 100 rupees on order no. [protected] from customer. We made many calls to him from the time of delivery but he is rejecting calls. This is not at all fare. Take proper action on him and return back our amount. Awaiting for quick response from bluedart services. You please give a quick response by returning our money of rupees one hundred which your delivery boy has taken extra from us.( customers ) Or else make your delivery boy to recieve our call and return us our money.

                                    the other two were unanswered.
                                    i dnt knw how these ppl wrk.

                                      My brother couriered my cell phone from Delhi to Mumbai with AWB No [protected] on 28.9.2016 and phone was in good condition at that time. I received courier on 29.9.2016, first of all packing was very pathetic and when I open the parcel switched on my phone the touch screen was not working, I was so disappointed.

                                      I have faced inconvenience because of Blue dart carelessness.

                                      I would like to claim the charges of rs 5000.00 which I have to pay for new touch screen of my cell phone . I am hopeful that blue dart will claim my settlement promptly.

                                      I went to Sony service center for my phone inspection and they told me that you need to replace the display and it will cost 8000.00 to 10000.00. Dur to blue dart carelessness this much loss I have suffered. Hoping I will receive my claim ASAP.
