Sir,
This is regarding non delivery of above mentioned number shipment which was received at jamnagar which was showan out for delivery at 2.51 PM on 07 Oct 16 and other shipment detail. message of your company service received by me and calls inquired by me datail are attached as word document for your ready reference some calls details as follows which were made on your blue dart courier service no[protected] .
On 07 Oct 16
22.41 hrs and 22.44 hrs
On 08 Oct 16
09.08 hrs, 09.09 hrs, 09.12hrs, 09.13 hrs, 18.21 hrs, 18.23 hrs, 18.25 hrs
On 10 Oct 16
15.51 hrs, 18.49 hrs, 18.50 hrs

My main complaint is that
messages reflecting that customer not available and premises closed is totally fake because I am 100 % available at home since 07 oct 16, these are very irritating messages if customer made available for this commitment.

2nd proof is that for this shipment I inquired many times on your blue dart courier service no[protected] which you can from server or mobile statement detail.

3rd point is that nowdays delivery boy Mobile Number does not reflect on messages which is very convenient for customer waiting since dawn to dusk that when is shipment will come. In this condition customer can not go outside for his commitment in waiting of parcel.

4th if they not in position to deliver items they should give clear cut message that your item will be delivered so on so date and time. I don, t why this type message comes that of not availability to save their skin from company or showing their performance of fast sevice.

5th Meanwhile three other shipment delivered to me on same address between 7 oct 16 to 11 oct 16 their detail as follows
way bill no [protected] on 9 0ct at15.59 hrs and other way bill no [protected] on 11 oct 16 at 13.17 hrs if I was not available or premises closed how could they delivered above parcels and why not way bill no [protected] that also after so may reminders.

I inquired from customer service they told that nowdays delivery man number is not being sent, on requesting that i will contact delivery man number and name, they provided me name and number but i got that was also switched off.
lastly I want to say this is not a complaint but irritation of honest customer and request that further system may please be made more convenient which will be benefitted to company and for customer also.

    I had requested a bank statement on ivr and after couple of days i checked with bank on the delivery status. They provided the reference number [protected] & informed blue dart is the doing the courier. I called blue dart & they confirmed it was delivered and person who collected was "rakesh". From 7th i have been following up with them as it emergency for me get those bank papers. Every time i call them they say some one will call back within 30 mins and i haven't received any call back nor update. My question is how can they hand over a bank papers to someone else and not to the person mentioned to. Are they only worried about getting rid of the package or do they take responsibility of making sure the package is delivered to right person.

      I am ganesh kengar, Waybill No. [protected], i got mail from snapdeal and blue dart, that my order will be delivered by 8 oct 2016, but i haven't recieved any delivery, also even after taking long followup from Kurla E-tail Team, contact-[protected], i got wrong commitments about delivery. I am totaly disappointed with service.
      Hope my complaint will consider on priority and delivered asap.

        Hello there,

        My name is nikesh khandelwal applied canada visa for my parents. We have got the passport request for the stamp. So, we had courier passport from ajmer to banglore from blue dart service. We were told that passport will be delivered on time mean 24 hours and they took the applicable charges (800 inr) for this delivery. But, the package is not delivered yet. We have to submit the passport to vfs office banglore for canada visa stamp and tickets are already booked from india to canada, travel date is on 25 october. If we don't submit the passport to vfs office on time that will delay the whole process and we will miss the travel date and lose the money (Aprox. 50k inr) of tickets. Also, miss the diwali celebration with our parents in canda.
        We suppose to receive the passport on monday and my sister would have to submit the on monday so that she can travel to ajmer to stay with our parent before parent visit to me canada. She also has the confirm ticket (11/10/2016). Not blu-dart courier service people say you will get the passport on thursday because of the festival holiday. We are really pissed of with the service of bluedart. This is the service they provide with high charges.

          The item with way bill no [protected] has not been delivered on my office mailing addresses. Your tracking portal update is saying that your delivery boy was there and i did not receive any call despite my mobile number been shared.

          Tracker update is asking for name of department and extension which is baseless.

          I want you to deliver the item without any delay on below address

              My parcel way bill no [protected] holding at tezpur from 04 oct 16 and updating out for delivery, entry restricted area... They never cntact me till now and tezpur hub not attending tele calls. I tried to find their location but the peoples saying they changed their office. I get parcels throuth dlue dart previous month too.. On the same adrees. This is the first time you disappointed with out any attempt.

                This is to be drawn under your kind consideration that I am a journalist in electronic media and My bank send me my Credit card through your courier and it is arrived on 9 oct 16, as per website courier tracking but I still did'nt got it because courier boy Mr Pankaj Joshi demanded me petrol allownce to provide me home delivery services but when I refused to give than He told me that your consighnment shall reversed therefore when I contacted on local gwalior office on phone no:[protected] of blueDart courier where Mr Abhishek Pick the phone and told that why don't you provide him comfortableness fee of petrol allowance because I will not give your consignment even if you come to my office and also after being show your ID and address proof, and all means of verification.you can't do anything to me & my courier boy. we have very low salaried employee.

                So, my request to you that please raise this matter to the seniors and take some strict action against them and make your image more clear and wide.

                        I am really fed up with the blue dart kolkata, they every time intentionally delayed the delivery on false pretext. If blue dart could deliver way bill no;[protected], [protected] & [protected] and many others way bill no in my same address, then how this area become prohibitted & restricted for delivery.
                        The worst courier service in kolkata, i faced many times and i have to contact serval times to customer care to get delivery.

                        Bluedart is such a worse courier company, that even not contacting with me, they returned the consignment back on the false ground that i did not agree to accept it. Since i already paid in advance why i will not accept it.Am i mad ?

                            I have booked two shipment from Amazone in same day last week, but the mobile phone which was booked for giving a present to wife in festive season, was not delivered.I have checked that the same was connected to respective service centre and i have also spoken to Mr Jugal for giving me delivery for this, but they have not scanned the same and not delivering it to me, in such case, buying such product is useless due to the casual approach of blue dart which is not tolerable, pls assist to get early delivery.

                              Employee # 101229 picked up two packets for out station delivery yesterday. neither has he come back with the change nor has he let me know when he will return with it.
                              my bill was for rs 660 and i gave him rs 1000.
                              secondly, he came with neither pen nor stapler. i had to provide stationary for his work.
                              neither a thanx or any word. he left while speaking on the fone to somebody else.
                              he came without giving a prior call to check availability.
                              this is the first time with blue dart i have seen such unprofessional behaviour.

                                Chanchal blue dart today called me at 12.05pm to collect my courier from the office itself with in 5pm otherwise they will send it back. I was out of station, so i requested them to keep my belonging till next week when office will open.                                   A courier has been sent by nsdl via blue dart awb - [protected] on 6th oct 2016 received at their lower parcel mumbai 12.55pm.
                                  To be delivered at manpada thane.
                                  It took two days to come to their manpada office.
                                  Today 8th oct it left for delivery around 11 am. Delivery address is about 10 mnts walking distance from their office.
                                  I have waited to receive it. Around 5pm when track the courier i found it is mentioned that because the door was. Which is dam lie no one came to deliver.

                                  They just cheat by blaming customer.

                                  Next time if any one wants to send courier think twice before sending it by blue dart.

                                    Hello team, i was supposed to get my parcel delivered to me on 6th october ref awb: [protected], which got delayed and rescheduled delivery was confirmed on 7th, unfortunately they didn't deliver it to me on 7th also, for which they said that it would be delivered on 8th oct. All this promises were false, now they are committing me that it would be delivered to me on 10th october, i have the verbal recording of each and every commitment that were made to me promising the delivery. It is a bank parcel which was supposed to come, i had to fly abroad but could not book my ticket due to the non delivery of the parcel. Its ridiculous. Please make them understand that service industry doesnt go well in this manner.
