The item with way bill no [protected] has not been delivered on my office mailing addresses. Your tracking portal update is saying that your delivery boy was there and i did not receive any call despite my mobile number been shared.

Tracker update is asking for name of department and extension which is baseless.

I want you to deliver the item without any delay on below address

      My parcel way bill no [protected] holding at tezpur from 04 oct 16 and updating out for delivery, entry restricted area... They never cntact me till now and tezpur hub not attending tele calls. I tried to find their location but the peoples saying they changed their office. I get parcels throuth dlue dart previous month too.. On the same adrees. This is the first time you disappointed with out any attempt.

        Sir,
        This is to be drawn under your kind consideration that I am a journalist in electronic media and My bank send me my Credit card through your courier and it is arrived on 9 oct 16, as per website courier tracking but I still did'nt got it because courier boy Mr Pankaj Joshi demanded me petrol allownce to provide me home delivery services but when I refused to give than He told me that your consighnment shall reversed therefore when I contacted on local gwalior office on phone no:[protected] of blueDart courier where Mr Abhishek Pick the phone and told that why don't you provide him comfortableness fee of petrol allowance because I will not give your consignment even if you come to my office and also after being show your ID and address proof, and all means of verification.you can't do anything to me & my courier boy. we have very low salaried employee.

        So, my request to you that please raise this matter to the seniors and take some strict action against them and make your image more clear and wide.

                I am really fed up with the blue dart kolkata, they every time intentionally delayed the delivery on false pretext. If blue dart could deliver way bill no;[protected], [protected] & [protected] and many others way bill no in my same address, then how this area become prohibitted & restricted for delivery.
                The worst courier service in kolkata, i faced many times and i have to contact serval times to customer care to get delivery.

                on 12.10.16 Bluedart has tracking result that"Consignee Refused To Accept".They did not came to deliver, there is no question of refusing to take delivery, as they did not come for delivery.The worthless, liar company

                Bluedart is such a worse courier company, that even not contacting with me, they returned the consignment back on the false ground that i did not agree to accept it. Since i already paid in advance why i will not accept it.Am i mad ?

                    I have booked two shipment from Amazone in same day last week, but the mobile phone which was booked for giving a present to wife in festive season, was not delivered.I have checked that the same was connected to respective service centre and i have also spoken to Mr Jugal for giving me delivery for this, but they have not scanned the same and not delivering it to me, in such case, buying such product is useless due to the casual approach of blue dart which is not tolerable, pls assist to get early delivery.

                      Employee # 101229 picked up two packets for out station delivery yesterday. neither has he come back with the change nor has he let me know when he will return with it.
                      my bill was for rs 660 and i gave him rs 1000.
                      secondly, he came with neither pen nor stapler. i had to provide stationary for his work.
                      neither a thanx or any word. he left while speaking on the fone to somebody else.
                      he came without giving a prior call to check availability.
                      this is the first time with blue dart i have seen such unprofessional behaviour.

                        Chanchal blue dart today called me at 12.05pm to collect my courier from the office itself with in 5pm otherwise they will send it back. I was out of station, so i requested them to keep my belonging till next week when office will open. BUT sorry to inform u that i had to send someone to collect my article.though it was clearly mentioned landmark.

                          A courier has been sent by nsdl via blue dart awb - [protected] on 6th oct 2016 received at their lower parcel mumbai 12.55pm.
                          To be delivered at manpada thane.
                          It took two days to come to their manpada office.
                          Today 8th oct it left for delivery around 11 am. Delivery address is about 10 mnts walking distance from their office.
                          I have waited to receive it. Around 5pm when track the courier i found it is mentioned that because the door was. Which is dam lie no one came to deliver.

                          They just cheat by blaming customer.

                          Next time if any one wants to send courier think twice before sending it by blue dart.

                            Hello team, i was supposed to get my parcel delivered to me on 6th october ref awb: [protected], which got delayed and rescheduled delivery was confirmed on 7th, unfortunately they didn't deliver it to me on 7th also, for which they said that it would be delivered on 8th oct. All this promises were false, now they are committing me that it would be delivered to me on 10th october, i have the verbal recording of each and every commitment that were made to me promising the delivery. It is a bank parcel which was supposed to come, i had to fly abroad but could not book my ticket due to the non delivery of the parcel. Its ridiculous. Please make them understand that service industry doesnt go well in this manner.

                                  I was received call from one time only.they try to deliver unrelated to my pin code area 600113 and updated as pin is wrong. 600113 is taramani my area pin code, however bluedart persons try delivery to egmore area. Already 3 times i was facing issue with bluedart.

                                    I received 2 messages on 5th Oct'16 stating the product ordered from Amazon will b delivered on 6th Oct'16. It was a gift and I was appreciative of Blue Dart for sending me a sms in advance regarding the delivery.
                                    I was appalled to note that not only was the product not delivered but there has been no communication from Blue Dart on it's lapse for non-delivery.
                                    Called the Helpline number today and the executive informed me to call up on 13th Oct'16. She could not tell me as to when the delivery will be done.
                                    It is supposed to be 24X7 hours helpline, and this is what customers are told on inquiring about the status of the delivery. I find the dealing of Blue Dart extremely unprofessional and callous. Surely, the services of customer care and delivery products are pathetic. Would appreciate if a concrete date can be provided regarding the delivery.

                                      Consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed, my expected date of delivery was 1st october 2016 but still i'm not get any single call from dc or care center
                                      It's be fine but when i called to customer care no:[protected] agent named mohd. Tapas picked the call, he was talking like causally, i think he forget that he working in a customer service dept. But its is very ridiculous when he said ha re yar
                                      And i'm already sent a mail to [protected]@bluedart.com but still i'm not received any revert mail or any apologies mail

                                        I am a very dissatisfied customer as i did not received the courier and the status updated on bluedart website (Tracking page) was, "no such consignee at the given address".

                                        The first message on my phone that i received at 07/10/16 11:55 am and since then i was continuously tracking on the site however at 11:28 pm last status was updated no consignee at given address.

                                        My waybill # [protected] showed me the whole detail when it was out and since then i never stepped out of my house just in case the delivery boy might come any time however i received the packages from flipkart and amazon without any hassle but no one came from blue dart.

                                        I want a strict action to be taken by you as it happened with me in the past with blue dart earlier. I believe these guys just update the statuses and relax there enjoying there talking to each other. This is what the perception has been created just because of there lethargic nature of doing work.

                                        Nobody called me, not even a single message from even the company and even on monday (03/10/16) i've received one package from blue dart with same address details and it was delivered and yes i received a call as well from courier man that your parcel has arrived and i am outside the given address. I said wait i am coming downstairs to collect it.

                                        1. My question is how come blue dart courier was delivered on monday (03/10/16) and failed to deliver it on friday (07/10/16)?

                                        2. Is it not your responsibility to call the customer if you are unable to find the address?

                                        3. How other vendors are able to locate the address & deliver the packages and when courier guy from blue dart comes he is unable to deliver the package as the addressee does not live there?

                                        4. The package that is supposed to be delivered is from rbl bank (New credit card), i just want to ask blue dart courier guy that are you questioning bank that without residence verification they have issued a card? Is it like they have issued a card to a person who don't live there?

                                        5. Do you have some kind of tracker to track the guys who goes out and deliver the packages to the customer? If no then i want to know how company (Blue dart) can claim that courier guy went to the customers place and there was no customer by that name mentioned in the package?

                                        If you think that you can question me if i was there at my residence or not then i must tell you in advance that where i live every one knows me and those people will tell the truth that i was there all the time and some one from blue dart came or not.

                                        Please check back from the staff of your organisation on how they can resolve this issue and i want an apology from the staff or confession that he never went out to deliver the package at my address.
