Reg No - [protected], Booked On - 06.07.2012, Booked At - Mangalore to madurai, From today 09.07.2012 morning to evening i am trying madurai customer care[protected],71,73 - Frist they told me sir your consignment is in balgalore, then i asked when i can get the consignment because its too urgent, he told me that sir i did not know and kept the phone, then i call chennai customer care[protected] , first i heard computerised voice ...according to that i type the number then they connect to the call to customer care executive, they told me sir till your consignment is not reached bangalore , i will check the details and come back to you with in ten minutes and they note down my number also but i did not get any update from them.

I have sent a parcel containing of signed cheques at my home from Goa beliveing bluedart to be best and reliable courier service, delivery man delivered the cheque at wrong address, he himself signed the delivery note. I was unable to track the wrong delivery for 3 days.
i had to block the cheques.This is how bluedart functions.I want to take strict action on this

I got the sms from Bluedart curior service regarding the Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 1976811 on 28 th June 2012. But I didn't get it in my chennai office addr stating that there is no department # or Extn #. I have called the Axis bank CC and Blue dart CC and updated my home address to deliver it. I have called BD CC on 30 June 2012 twice to know the status of the shipment and they confirmed me that i'll get it between 6:00pm to 6:30pm on 30th June itself. I didn't go out for my work and waiting for this but they are simply ignoring or exploiting the customers. very bad communication by BD.

I am expecting a parcel from Gurgaon from my office and they have dispatched the same on 21st of June but still I have not received the parcel. This is the 3rd time you are not delivering my stuff and without any intimation you are sending my shipment back to the senders address without my knowledge.

I spoke to your customer service today to esquire about the shipment they told me that it has not delivered because of wrong address. I am surprised If I am getting all the mails on my home address then why not from Blue Dart.If your office could not reach to me they could have called me for the pickup. I called up you Srinagar office but nobody is answering the calls. I tried the other number which is incorrect.

How could you do this? I can’t believe that Blue Dart is such a MNC and not delivering the promises.Atleast,a call to the customer.

bank send me a courier by bluedart first time it was returned to bank by blue dart , saying no one found on this address, i request bank to re send it again this time i was tracking my courier way bill no is :[protected]. any body doesn't come to my door step and now status is showing that Cnee Refusing To Give Identification .

One courier was despatched from Mumbai to my houe address (AWB # [protected]) via blue dart couriern 11 June 2012 but till now it is not delivered to me, when I checked the ststus on line then it ststes that the courier is back to its origin, Please help me how to get the courier back to my home address. Shipment that was marked as urgent/important was promised a delivery of 48 hours at the time of booking is now not expected to be delivered within 5 days.

We had made a shipment from Hyderababd to Proddathur on 14th June 2012 directly from the Bluedart Madhapur office (not through any agent). We were promised for a delivery time of maximum 48 hours and were charged Rs.350/- for the same. We found both the price very high and the delivery SLA slack given that destination is hardly 350 km away by Road. However, the shipment was important and we went by Bluedart because of the reliability.

Now, when we realised that the shipment is not yet delivered, we enquired with the Bluedart office at the destination. The representative says that the shipment will not be delivered till the next 3 days as they have delivery service in that place only on certain days of the week. For a delivery in 5 days, I could have gone for some other low cost service provider. The 5 days spans over a weekend -- and we could have actually travelled to hand over the package in person in that time.

The response of the people on phone is pathetic. They are not able to offer any alternatives and even on multilple requests have not passed on any numbers for escalation of the issue.

Caution one and all ---- dont dont ever assume that Bluedart would be reliable when making your shipments. It is overpriced, unreliable and has pathetic customer care.

I have been a regular Ibibo customer.I purchased 2 return Ibibo tickets Patna/Delhiand got a Gift Coupon No.ACFC1EF242D of Rs600 of Futurebazaar. I used this coupon and paid another Rs1199 to buy an item, Order No. [protected]. This money and the gift coupon has been digested by Futurebazaar as they save they have delivered the goods through Blue Dart. I have not received anything from Futurebazaar, Bluedart or Ibibo. Futurebazaar says they cannot do anything in this as their records say they have delivered the item to someone, even if it is not me. I did not expect Ibibo, that I have trusted so much in the past, to be a part of this swindling racket. Whoever has played the cheap trick, I am sorry to say, Ibibo has become a part of this. I may have to go to the Consumer Forum because this is total calculated fraud.

I purchase rs 700 homeopathy medicine for diabetes and send that medicine from jaunpur to korba through
Blue dart I send that medicine on 21 st aprail 2012 and pay 120 rs charge he said me the delivery of goods at 4 to 5 days but today 09 june they don't deliver the goods . I call him and said mk ryy medicine not deliver in korba why? They said I don't know and I calling his contact no. but they don't pickup my phone .

My AWB Number [protected] dispatched on 25 th May from IDBI Bank SIkanderpur, Gurgaon Branch. On wesbite, this is shown delievered on 26 th May 2012 but I am not in recipt of this shipment!! To my strangest thought, it is shown on the website that it has been signed by me.

An awful service I would say by Blue Dart, Gurgaon Office.

Today is 1st June, I have still no clue where to go to search for this document.

BLUE DART, coimbatore is really providing a worst service, and not giving importance to the customer's document

Birla has sent me a document last week, without confirming to the customer courier has bee resent to the company again

But document is of large value which i expected to get it on time

No proper reson given from BLUE DART and they are not serious about this issue

This happens for the third time

I was supposed to get a delivery by 28th of may as per the track order of bluedart,inspite of several calls and reminders the product was not delivered
yet and im still not sure how long will this take to get delivered.

I had a lame excuse from them saying the address is incorrect,which doesn't make any sense at all.

I had sent a courier by blue dart on 16/05/2012( from pune to kolkata) but the same has not been delivered till date.Ref no:[protected].Initially they stated that incorrect pin code was mentioned and it will be delivered by 19th or 20th or latest by 21st of may,2012. But the same has not been delivered till date and they are now stating that they are unable to deliver the same as it is out of their location in Kolkata and neither are they ready to refund the charges.
After calling up customer care number of times they have been diverting me to the various numbers of their branch offices in kolkata where no one picks up the phone or the numbers given are incorrect.
There is no co-ordination between the offices , from 3 different places I got 3 different answers, some say that it wil be delivered by today and others say it has been returned to Pune and even the status is not updated.

Please help.

Hi..

The credit card send from the HDFC bank and ICICI bank was not deliver to me. I have call the customer care several times but still i didn't receive it.

I suggest the bank please don't use this courier service. I will appreciate if the deliver the cards by their own, or ask the card person to collect it from the branch.

I would like to lodging a complain against Blue Dart Courier Services.Exebition Road Patna branch for non delivering the confidential company documents which they are holding since last three days.

One of Blue Dart executive Mr Mohan continuously harassing to ask me collect the documents from there office but when I went there one of official told there were no documents holding by them and asked me to reconfirm from Mr Mohan.Again I gave a ring to Mr Mohan but all in vain.He told me that the documents is misplaced and ask me to bring the documents from the source again.

Please suggest what I should do.My Consignment no is.[protected]

I had an expensive consignment that was supposed to be delivered via Blue Dart that is apparently a good courier company. After shipment, I checked via the tracking on their site and saw that it said "Address Incomplete" even though I had given my complete address including house number, street number, floor, pin code, landmark etc. This is when I have received many packages from them in the past at the same address. Shipment has been missing since 05/05/2012 AWB# - [protected] destined for BCD travel Amdocs (corporate customer)whole day we had been trying to speak with Customer care or Different Blue Dart offices in Pune/Baramati but every time we got different answers from bluedart people.
Whole Bluedart maharasthra staff could not locate a shipment which contains passport and resulted in Delayed Travel and cancellation of flights.
