I am available at giving address but they has updated the status as no such consignee at the given address, even they didn't connect with me to guide the direction, Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life

My Zara Order with blue dart tracking id "[protected]" on the name of "Jyoti Jamwal", address " #545/1, sector 41 A, Chandigarh" has been delivered to some person in Malout.

It's been 10 days, I am continuously following up with blue dart team but nothing is happening. It's a prepaid order from Zara which has clothes of my daughter.

Your Blue dart people has delivered the order somewhere in Malout to some other person without even verifying his address or identity proof. How can you guys deliver a order with the name of Jyoti Jamwal to someone else at some other address.

Such a poor service by Blu dart, do you guys harrass your customers like that. Do ensure to get my order delivered to me at this below mentioned address at the earliest else I am going to drag blue dart to court.

When ever I purchase the items from Amazon as well as flipkart, my local delivery agency do nor deliver the parcel at my door step. They call from office and ask to collect from their office. If we do not go to the office then they send the item back and update the status delivery attempted. But they dont do. I shipped tea from Siliguri by bluedart against waybill no. [protected] on 25 Sept.21 and delivered on 15 October (20days ) which inam sure not on time delivery . When it was delivered it was all damaged . Therefore in want company compensate for good worth rs. 11228

Shipment#[protected] was expected to arrive on 12-OCT-2021. However, neither representative didn't reach out to me in any mode nor they made any attempt for delivery. Now, I could see the latest status "Return to Origin At Shipper's Request" without even my asking consent.

My bluedart waybill is [protected] but they did not give me .They said in the status that address is mismatch without even contact me.how they said if they didnt find the address they can contact me. The parcel was supposed to delivered to Chennai on 11th October 2021 . Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery.

Please help me get my parcel delivered asap.

I purchased graphics card on 30th september. Eta is 9th october. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached guwahati, and is out for delivery on 11th october, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

I couldn't...

This morning I received a message telling that my shipment was delivered.But unfortunately I haven't received it. The receiver's name mentioned in the message is unknown to me.
When I tried to track the shipment, I was surprised to see that it has been delivered in some other state.
How can you be so careless with confidential bank documents?
CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP?

Parcel booked from Chennai to Patna (Bihar )on 25th September 2021 but not received till date... neither any reply is coming nor tracking updation has been done after 1 st Oct 2021.
