As per massage from Blue dart parcel having AWB#[protected] is delivered to Pujjari on 28/09/2021 about 2pm.
But I have not received any parcel from blue dart on above said date and time.
Please let me know whom you have delivered it what is his contact number.
Hopping you will solve this issue ASAP.

    Blue Dart Delivery Agent Vikas (as per true caller) called me on Wednesday 22, Sep 2021 late evening for the address details and according to him he is new to that area so he told he will come next day, but next day instead of delivering the package he marked it as "Consignee Not Available" and when I called him he told it is raining here so he will come tomorrow.
    But today is 25 Sep 2021 and my package is still not delivered. br...

        Dear Concerned,

        It is very sad that your person shown or updated wrong status which is delivery attempted and premises closed.
        I and my family available at this address 24*7 as this is our residence, no one attempted delivery for the subjected Waybill, I was waiting whole day to receive the materials after receiving the msg that it was out for delivery.
        So, pls fix this type of issue there should be a manner i[censored]ndelivered then pls take your responsibilty that yes we could not deliver today, do not show wrong status.
        This is second time we have faced this type of issue and then also I wrote this kind of suggestion.

          This complaint is regarding the blue dart service in portblair, to the pincode 744101. I have bought multiple orders to that particular pincode...and numerous have been delivered. But sometimes for no reason, me even without getting any phone call from them in the provided phone nmbr, my address is declared not reachable . Despite reaching the destination pincode and blue dart office, I am not being given door delivery, which is very annoying.

          Today I was supposed to get the parcel with AWB nmbr [protected]. Instead I got a msg saying the provided address is not reachable, as I complained to u above. I also did not receive any phone call from the office in Port Blair.

          I request you to please look into this issue!

            I ordered the product ( bell bottom) from Meesho on 13 September 2021 and on 17 September 2021 delivery boy delivered the product and when I opened the order I found that there was no bell bottom instead of having an old and used jeans. I called on number mentioned on the bill but the call owner said it was fake. I called blue dart delivery boy he said it's not his duty.So I called Meesho customer care they asked for bank details. Then I dropped an email to blue dart they replied with sorry but when I asked how I exchange my product they haven't reply me yet.

When i call to customer care they said it will deliver tomorrow and today they told me the reason in delay was heavy rainfall but there is no rainfall in moga. Your employers are great lier. From last 3 days my parcel location is moga, punjab.

                    1. Please refer Tracking ID no[protected].
                    The consignment was booked on 10 Sep however same has not been delivered thik date.
                    2. The delivery agent has called my guest on 15 Sep from his mobile no [protected] and insisted to come and collect the items from him. My guest asked to deliver the items to her door step as payment was made for door delivery. The agent has rudely replied that "APKO LENA HAI TO YAHAN AAKAR LO NAHI TO MAIN NAHI DOONGA". To this my guest firmly replied that as "payment has been made for door delivery hence same to be delivered to my house else I will complain" . The delievery agent rudely replied "AAPKO JAHAN COMPLAIN KARNI HO KARO ...AB AAPKO SAMAAN EK HAFTE SE PAHLE NAHI MILEGA". Now when I checked the online status of my delivery it shows failed delievery however no one has made any attempt to deliver.
                    3. Firstly I want my items to be delivered on utmost priority. And then I want action against the delivery agent. Actually this type of people wrongly portray bad image of your reputed company. This is my first worst experience of Blue dart. If my problem does not get solved I may have to opt for other options available with me which as of now I don't want. Hence, Please take strict action (other than routine sorry or as per our policy we have cautioned him) and intimate me.

                      I used to called up customer care in which i usually informed that my goods is in transit. some people told me it reaches Kona ware house Kolkata while other told me its in transit from Bangalore to Kolkata. It was despatch on 6/09/2021 from Bangalore in which nobody can inform me the consignment location till today i.e 17/09/2021. Iam so worried. Please help

                        Blue dart never deliver at doorstep as they claim. Staff is nonsense and put call on hold or block number. They return parcel and ask customers to come to city to pick parcels instead of deliver at proper address. Very poor service .

                          Hi Team,

                          In my life one of worst experience in bluedart courier. Today morning I got one product. In that time parcel look like good. Once I opened the parcel. There only available in the product in that parcel without box and that product look like old(used product may I guess). So I called thought mobile and asked to that courier guy in that time he told one shocking news. I was sent wrong parcel to wrong customer. So that customer was opened your product and box is missed . So that's why I manually packed myself and then send back the product to you.

                          This is the good way?? My parcel how can that courier guy packing manually?? It happens some time but when he sending the parcel to me just tell the truth for iam receiving time??
                          Once he got money he went and then after I called to them in that time he told everything
                          Actually it is big cheating

                          I want full refund amount and want justice. How much soon it possible to resolve this issue.

                              I have a grievance/ complaint against the COD related to the Waybill No [protected] which was delivered to me on Sep 14th, Noon.

                              What I was expecting was an Educational Solar Power Robot Kit of Worth 1500 Rs.

                              but to my agony, it was a robot car worth Rs. 300.

                              When the vendor called me for the delivery address, they confirmed that there is a Return policy for a week .

                              Could you please share the contact number of the vendor. I need to raise a complaint against blue dart to have a joint venture with some fraud vendors.

                                  Saharanpur blue dart wale mujhse personal problem rakhte hai kyoki 11 September ko mera product delivered hona tha but unhone nahi kiya fir msg kiya ki 13 September ko kr dege fir nahi kiya fir raat mai msg aaya ki address complete nahi hai agar address complete nahi hai to pahle kaise product delivered kiye hai blue dart ne maine customer care mai call kiya unko wha par address confirm kraya to wo bole aaj working hours mai delivered ho jayega but nahi hua shipment number [protected] hai ab bol rahe hai ki apka product wapas bej dege ye kya baat hui agar nahi delivered krna hai to koi baat nahi mujhe hi bta do mai hi saharanpur khud jakar le luga bhai but ye service acchi nahi hai please help me.

                                    My package was due to be delivered on 11 sep but I did not get any call from the delivery boy, later the status showed that my address was incorrect even though I've provided the correct address. The next day i registered my complaint with CUSTOMER care and they assured me that by the end of the day, I'd receive my product. To my surprise, the delivery boy did not call even once and later updated the status as address incorrect. It seems the delivery of my order is subjected to whims and fancies of that ### delivery guy who thinks he is doing a favour by delivering a CUSTOMER's package. Why are you recruiting such a***les and why is my order getting delayed indefinitely?

                                      I ordered a product from POP IT OUT website, which was supposed to be delivered today, 13th Septemeber 2021, but has been delayed by giving the reason that the "CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE/LANDMARK NEEDED."

                                      I gave the same address that I give to Amazon, Flipkart and other similar websites but I have never experienced this kind of issue.

                                      My Blue Dart tracking id for the product is [protected].

                                      I hope this message reaches Blue Dart and they act up on it asap, further I shall also give my address below.
