Fraud on the name of Blue dart courier

Sir I have lost my 1 Lacs rupees due to blue dart courier.I had received a call from a person who told me that I am from blue dart courier, there is a courier for you which have been deactivated. To activate you have to pay 5 rupees only.I think 5 rupees is not more so I decided to pay.He sent me a link by clicking on that link four details (Bank name, Mobile number, amount and upin) have been entered and submitted by me. Product not received but in tracking it was shown as delivered

The product which I was supposed to receive I didn't receive yet they
are showing that the product has been delivered.

When ever I purchase the items from Amazon as well as flipkart, my local delivery agency do nor deliver the parcel at my door step. They call from office and ask to collect from their office. If we do not go to the office then they send the item back and update the status delivery attempted. But they dont do. Last week I had ordered from Amazon and without any call or delivery attempted they made my order cancel. This was [protected]

      I shipped tea from Siliguri by bluedart against waybill no. [protected] on 25 Sept.21 and delivered on 15 October (20days ) which inam sure not on time delivery . When it was delivered it was all damaged . Therefore in want company compensate for good worth rs. 11228

            Shipment#[protected] was expected to arrive on 12-OCT-2021. However, neither representative didn't reach out to me in any mode nor they made any attempt for delivery. Now, I could see the latest status "Return to Origin At Shipper's Request" without even my asking consent.

            Can you Pls look into this?

                  The parcel was supposed to delivered to Chennai on 11th October 2021 . Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery.

                      Consignee's address incomplete/incorrect

                      I purchased graphics card on 30th september. Eta is 9th october. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached guwahati, and is out for delivery on 11th october, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                      This morning I received a message telling that my shipment was delivered.But unfortunately I haven't received it. The receiver's name mentioned in the message is unknown to me.
                      When I tried to track the shipment, I was surprised to see that it has been delivered in some other state.
                      How can you be so careless with confidential bank documents?
                      CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP?
