Dear bluedart courier,
This is from ryan overseas, we do the online business with paytm, they provide bluedart courier for pickup our pack, but lot of times we got breached, today we have the urgent orders on bludart but they didn't take our package, they told mail has n't received, so we can't able to dispatch our package on right time, what is the reason for that issue, we have totally scheduled 9 orders, but they took only 1 order. Please place the orders to customer on the right time, also i here mentioned the awb tracking number and order id for your reference, please clear the issue as soon as possible. Thanks

Can't go outside to took the parasol i told him pls come inside nd handover me that parasol but he denied he said it's too hot i can't come if i want your courier then come to outside.. It means i have to go for 1km from mine flat to societies gate.. See what is this.. Which type of people you given a job.. Bad service of blue dart. Very disappointed..

With reference to the above subject it is with great disappointment that i have to file this complaint that your delivery boy misbehaved and manhandled my office staff.
At around 3:30 pm today i. E. 4th june, 2018 your delivery boy came to our office for returning a document which was due to some reasons not delivered. It is human nature that i would certainly ask the reason for the non-delivery and my office staff did the same to which your delivery boy replied very rudely and started misbehaving stating, ”if you want to sign then sign or else i am leaving” and started abusing my office staff to which my office staff also responded to which your delivery boy starting manhandling my staff and threatened my staff. I contacted your office and it came to my notice that his name is ajay.
I have been dealing with blue dart for past 10 years and i have never seen such misbehavior ever. Today your staff is misbehaving; they might even start beating up people in future.
I would be certainly taking this issue to your higher authorities if i don’t receive any satisfactory reply from your side.

At the same address my all courier deliver and blue dart says location not found worst service it is at the time of deliver if your agent call once to customer for know a address if not found.

Post service is better then blue dart add gov document received at the same address

Very worst service from last 4 days no action on this ‭i call this number from last 4 days[protected]‬ buts executive not answer properly also gbn answer rudely n disconnect call from your end please check and resole it on urgent .

I don't know why these people don't call the customer if they can't find the address.. My address is as simple as even a illiterate person can locate easily... How a postman find my address easily because they take there job seriously..

Delivery is worst never on time and customer service is soo bad that they don't talk . They are like if you haven't received it yet what should I do. Go to hell whatever they don't care. And packages get damaged they didn't handle it carefully

I am wasim ahmed siddique my way bill no [protected] i have shipped this item on 26/05/2018 from mumbai to hyderabad the day it reached hyderbad hub aviation i have requsted for return the item to origin for some reason its been more than a week i havent receive it yet. I even called customer care continously for 4 days but all they say is that you will get the product tomorrow to origin. Yet i havent receive the product from hyderabad

This is aravind chota make and i have a delivery on this name with a waybill number [protected]. I suppose to get my delivery on 28th or 29th of may but unfortunately i haven't received it yet. Regarding the same i tried to contact your customer service number i. E[protected] to get it but these guys are just keep saying that i will get it by tomorrow or today everyday, everyday they're giving me the same answer but no result and i also tried on +[protected]Pimpri branch) the phone is ringing but no one is picking my call. This totally ridiculous, please let me know whether are you guys real doing your job seriously or just making the customer fool? Everyday i tracking my delivery status and they're updating it as consignee is not available but this is not the fact!!! No one has came to my address more called me on my number.

I wanted to raise a complaint, my awb number is [protected]. I spoke to one o[censored]s executive on friday and she committed that when the delivery executive will reach my office for the courier delivery he will call me on my mobile number but the same did not happen. Again i spoke with one o[censored]s executive on saturday and she was not interested in helping me.

Kindly provide me the senior level escalation desk email id or the contact number were i raise my concern as i cannot see anywhere interested in helping me.

My previous awb number for the same parcel is as follows:

I need a proper response why there is a delay in delivery of the parcel.

Kindly raise a necessary complaint.

I booked Fastrack men Watches, very cheap quality product and i order women's watches also but your courier partner Blue Dart people without intimating me straight away rejected the product. Even mens watches are personally collected by me after two to three times visiting their office. After receiving i am happy for not getting women's watches.

Blue dart Office which is in vita city in Maharashtra is not working properly.
They are not giving delivery to home. 2 time my checkbook and debit card come from Mumbai and they do not give it to me and return it directly. because of that, I face some problems.

I have ordered on paytm.. The delivery boy called up for delivery. As i'm on work he said he wl deliver the order by evening. So when i called him he is rejecting my call. He kept my mobile no in block list. I raised a complaint in paytm. After few days i got a call from blue dart with mobile no [protected]. Saying that she will refund the money. So i waited. And now i dnt get any refund n she is not lifting n cutting my call. Iam greatly disappointed with your service. I want my money back

Also your himatnagar office reply me, this courier not delivered to you it is not my resposibility to delivery this courier to you, it is responsibility of customer care office.
This is answer of my courier. Pl guide me what will i do my office pay both time money to you but i not get my courier means your courier service for accepting money not give service.

When asked, the reply was the same like connectivity issue, non availability of courier person and finally now it was instructed to me that to come and collect the parcel if required.
I didn't expect this from your courier service.
Your support is the worst.

I has booked a new mobile phone of mi red me note 5 and value is rs. 11999 on dated 25th of may 2018 i have getting messege from mi to confirm. I has tracked my parcel day by day bu when the parcel reach blue dart nagpur office the parcel had no delivered from last two days. And i have no call from two days. Only call before two days at 7.09 p. M. On 31st may 2018 after that no call and not delivered my parcel yet. All big companies use your courier for sendig their products but your staff's this attituede can make some problems to big company's costumer.

The shipment is not being delivered deliberately. No one has called me from last 2 days and directly marking status as consignee not available. You have delivered my other shipment this week without any issue and now for this shipment you guys are not getting address. It's the worst courier service. This is 3rd mail i'm complaining but still no one have responded!! Pathetic service. I assure you to take this issue to your management.
