Sir,

I ordered 7 feb 2019 universal bike body cover by shop-clues, but after i known by my mistake wrong address by pin code, after i try to return and cancel the orderd but no link show for return and cancel, or no response by shop-clue and blue dart. I already paid by debit card, no refund, many problem faces everyday.

There are 2 items to be delivered. The address was my office one, as my office is closed on saturday there's no one to accept the delivery. On saturday 16 feb evening at around 7:30 i got 2 sms saying my order is delivered. When i checked using the online tracker, there it says delivered to self. As there's no one in the office to confirm i waited for monday to check if it really delivered. On monday, when i inquired with office front desk/reception there's no entry for saturday deliveries in the log book. How can you guys deliver items without checking a valid id? And how can an item be delivered, when there's no one there.

I ordered a combo of fossil watches but i got delivered a combo of fastrack watches which is of poor quality and i want the amount to be refunded.
The watches seems to be not genuine and of no use. I didnt ordered the brand which i got, it is completely different.
Kindly revert back and address my problems.
So please consider this as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that i have paid rs 2000 to the delivery person with respect to a order number [protected] payable (Rs 1023) delivered on[protected]:50 pm

In return i received only rs 970 from the blue dart delivery person. The remaining 7 rupees is still pending.

Please try to refund the pending dues of 7 rupees within (24 - 48) hours or adjust 7 rupees with current [protected] order number payable (Rs 1870) which is going to be delivered in my home on 20/02/2019.

We applied for visa in american ambassy delhi and we had choose premium service for delivering our passport back to our home with all fees (Rs 500) of courier was paid at the time of booking. American ambassy has sent our passport through blue dart courier no [protected]. At the time of delivery courier at our address, the courier boy has again charged rs 500 to deliver that passport without giving any receipt, said receipt will be mailed to you on your email. He said if we not pay the amount, he will sent courier back.

How this a courier company smartly charge double amount for one courier.

We have also mailed this complaint to visa aplication centre given on courier docket.

Item is not correct that juice blender is not working nd not sure it's make juice in that electric juicer. So please return back nd refund my amount. Compliant means what rey don't have sense wht 350 words.

Delivery boy do not come to our premises and wrongly write in delivery status that premise is closed at that time he call me to collect from him from his address.Delivery boy behavior is not good. And also I can't get Mobil that day it is most important thing to me.delivary don't do their job properly and respectly.I want that take right decision for it and sand my Itam soon.

Hello,

Purchased a xiomi phone on 13th feb afternoon. Writing this on 16th feb 9:10pm after much annoyance.

Expected delivery date : 14th feb

On much follow up on email, on 16th the tracking details got updated. Recieved a message that the delivery would be attempted on 16th. Am home since then awaiting the delivery man to arrive.

At 8:30pm. Website reads : delivery attempted premises closed.

How is it possible? No door bell, no phone. Now tomorrow i have a commitment and would be travelling, so the house would be closed anyway.

I have bad experience on 3 levels that company needs to look into.

1) it took 3 days for package to reach from ahmedabad to vadodara. (Even a normal courier service provider, delivers next day between these stations.
2) no updation on the delayed schedule if its late, by when would it reach. We are left to wonder about the whereabouts too for 2 days.
3) lie on the attempt of delivery. Delivery not attempted yet updated as attempted and premise closed.
4) no phone call from the delivery boy to even confirm that he has attempted the delivery. I buy quite a lot from online shopping, and delivery boy always gives a call if attempted and not delivered.

We have our schedules and commitments too, and can not keep waiting and adjusting our travel schedules and availability to the convinience of courier companys time.

This is absolutely not expected from a company like bluedart. Absolutely unprofessional handling.

I don't understand why bluedart hired worst delivery guys, when i was checked my order waybill [protected] reference no : [protected], it is showing out of delivery at 10:40 am but after 05:08 pm, the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, i am still at home at that time. When i tried to call bluedart basheerbagh contact number [protected], its not working. They couldn't even provide delivery guy number and delivery guy couldn't call me either. What should i do.. Where can i get my order??? Without proper communication.

Service of bluedart naranpura, ahmedabad, branch is pathetic. My credit card was dispatched via bluedart by the bank, further, the bank has requested blue dart to call and check availability of customer. I never received a call from the delivery boy.
I called bluedart customer care (I have never seen such arrogant and belligerent costomer care executives) and wrote emails to bluedart, but to no avail.
I was at my home, no attempt was made to deliver the card and fake status was updated on the website.
Whenever i receive a message from bluedart, i get headache as i know i will have to climb everest to receive the courier.

Hi,
I want to complaint about blue dart couriers location srinagar jammu and kashmir.
Our courier waybill number #[protected] reached srinagar hub on 14th feb 2019.
We contacted them to ask when will the courier reach.
They confirmed it will reach on 16th feb 2019.
Today morning we again contacted to know at what time will the courier reach.
Firstly the told it will reach we will let you know.
But then they ignored all the calls.
We tried to contact them from different number and everytime they cheated.
1. They told it will not reach you today, the delivery boy has already left. They started talking very rudely.
2. After another call they lied that the courier has not reached in srinagar however it was clearly visible by the tracking number
3 they say to collect the parcel from office.
4 they talk very rudely and cut the phone when the person is still talking.
The courier service in lalchowk srinagar has been cheating people from very long.
It is very much visible from the review on google about blue dart srinagar.
I request you to kindly look into the matter because it's high time the way they speak to customer.

The watches i ordered is different than the delivered once. It is very horrible. I am vedy disappointed by this purchase. I want to return it as soon as possible. I request yku to do the needfull and i want my payment back as soon as possible. I hopw you will do it. Thankyou.

I m riddhi vasara... I have ordered fossil watch set and i got bad quality some fake fastrake watch and now i don't want this... I want to return this and want my refund. Plz let me know the procedure of return policy and do needful. As i got very unsatisfactory product.

The watches i ordered is completely different from which i got so how can i return my order and get my money back. Reason : i had ordered fossil women watch combo set worth 1500 but the product i have received is really worst. It's not even worth of 50rs. Fake website giving local products and cheating customers.

Comments : I have placed an order from Shorpkart360.com of Women Fossil watch set-12, however I have received completely fake product of fast track that is also of very cheap quality. Take your product back and refund my amount.
I will also right a similar complaint to Fossil and Fast track company as well.

Hi i've received a order by blue dart all the watches are fake and and worth 100 and they charged me 1499, even the pictures shown in the ad were diffrent, please stop his payment and let him suffer. Even the adress he gaved is fake and spammed many other people i had a word with the person whose adresses they have mentioned in it he told that many of the people hace ordered the same thing and are calling him for the fake name they have registered.. Please help us from this spam bluedart or give me the number of seller so that i can launch a fir.
