I am Naga sri currently I am living in Latvia. on[protected], I have sent a courier from E-pasts with a reference number RR[protected]LV to Pottur, Guntur to Mupparaju Venkata rao. And E-pasts staff informed me that it is delivered through blue dart courier services, so yesterday I asked my friend to call Blue dart and enquire about the delivery and he called [protected] and they asked to pay 10rs through PayTm or google pay due to COVID 19, to deliver the courier. And when my friend offered to pay they asked only the courier owner should pay them and they are speaking only Hindi my father don't know any other languages except Telugu and he doesn't how to use Paytm or google pay please help me with this issue it is an important document which I sent its really urgent for my father to get please help me with this.
