Warranty claim replacement un completed

I complain warrenty claim on boat website on 14 July . They accepted my warranty . And send a courrier to return a product . I had been return my product to him . My Airdopes 131, right side isn't working anymore

Hey,
Bhavya this side, being a frequent customer, i purchased boAt Airdopes 131 (Black) recently, there were pairing issues frequently, but now the right side has completely stopped working. The product is still under 1year warranty.
The company officials are requested to take appropriate action.

Wrong replacement of product after warranty claim

I had claimed warranty for my product boat air dopes 433 black. But as a replacement I had got boat air dopes 431 black which are cheaper than my product and are not working properly.
I had complained again but after this I had got the same product which I had hand overed to the delivery boy. Firstly, I had they had repaired it but when I had used it still have the same issues.
The company doesn't have a good customer service....

Boat Stone 1000 speaker charging issue

I am using boat stone 1000 wireless Bluetooth headphone. Suddenly it is having issue with charging. we tried to change cable and other adapter but speaker is not charging. There is no any charging LED showing as well.

Left side Airdope not working

I bought Boat Airdopes 281 pro in August 2021. Recently the left side of airdopes has stopped working. When I went to official website of the company to claim warranty it displayed that the mobile number is not verified whereas I received the OTP from the company itself moments ago....

Wrong product delivered by boat twice after that refused to exchange

I have purchased Boat Data Cable A400 (2 Mtr.) on 06/01/2022 which was delivered to me on 10/01/2022 and the product was A400 (1 Mtr.) and after that I have talked with their customer service team and sent mail with all details and picture and applied for exchange in Boat site. Boat Wearables- Smart Watch

I have bought Boat smart watch in Aug from Flipkart. It stops working after 2 months. Since the, i am trying to reach Boat for a replacement but seems it isnt so easy.

Boat Lifestyle organization has got a link to raise complaint which never takes any complaints but - redirects the customers to the service center that does not accept any exchange, and instead advices customer to go online/website and submit a request for replacement...

I was going to order new boat usb cable for my phone and thought of checking the boat support site for warrenty claim before buying and now If i enter my current pincode 497001 I can't select the city as its locked but I can fill other details normally and when I proceed it says to select city and its not only with cables but all other products...

Urgent: Boat rugby Battery issue, not working

I am facing issue with my boat rugby speaker. For that battery issue I have raised complaint on 13th April 2021 and ticket number is "2253702".
