I have registered a complaint on boat on 30th jan 2020 regarding for one side of headset is not working as the headset has warranty of 1 year and ticket no is : 941980
After 2 days courier boy has picket the headset who is from imagine mark (One of the worst courier i had never experience in my life) and on 1th feb i had received an confirmation message that they will deliver my replacement headset by eod but no one has contacted nor delivered the headset, finally on 14th feb i have received confirmation mail that they have delivered my headset which is an big surprising to me as actually the headset not yet delivered to me and when calling to the image market customer care no they had trying to convincing me that they have delivered my headset and finally they had confirmed that they were investigating on it and updated me that they will contact me with 48 hours as expected no one has contacted me and again i had called the image market customer market and when providing the awb details[protected] they confirmed that headset has been delivered to me and again i had updated them that imagine courier services has delivered my replacement headset to me and also i have informed them to drop an email that they are investigating on my issue but the customer guy has not agreed with that and i have asked them then now they will investigate, he said some bla... Bla... Finally i realized that my problem will not resolved as imagine market courier service one of worst service.
I will never buy again any boat headset in my life if they providing this kind of service when registering an complaint for product replacement under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
