We booked tickets through bookmyshow for 31st evening. We paid around 20000 and booked ticket for bashin next madh iceland.
After reaching there we got to known that it was shady place with cheap crowd, entry ticket was not required, no food, now drink no sheesha was available. We had to fight till 12 am. The coordinator kept telling us that our person is arranging for drink n food but no one did anything. We asked to refund money...

The tickets for a movie were booked on 1 january 2018 for pvr logix city center mall, noida, uttar pradesh, india. The coupon given by book my show for subway offered a discount on the 6' bread and beverage. The beverage mentioned in the terms and conditions was specified to be aerated, canned or pet bottle. I was very dissatisfied, due to incorrect show time which did not updated properly, as booked ticket shown 11.03 am, but actual show time was 11.30am, this was not acceptable, as we are useing this portal for saving our valuable time, but they were not properly served so please do helping me regarding this

Dear sir, i was booking a movie ticket on bookmyshow around 1:00 pm (29 dec 2017) for watching a movie"tizer zinda hai" on elphinston cinema (Seat no. F17, f18) on 31st dec 2017 for show time 12:15pm. During payment money was debited from my account (Transaction detail - othpg[protected] bookmyshow mumbai) but booking was not confirmed. So i want to refund my amount into corresponding bank account....

I have booked a vip pass for ola sunburn 2017 through book my show and they have delivered the general access ticket and when asked for solution they are asking me to exchange the ticket at the venue directly.

On the day of event i know there will be a huge rush and it wont be possible and i have to follow up with them. I paid for home delivery and it has gone waste....

I booked a movie show (Tiger) on 22dec, and got coupons too. I choose one offer from subway and went to grab that offer but after reaching their, they denied (Malviya nagar), than i visited another subway at raja park. The response of the people was the same, they to denied to give me that offer and gave a explaination when i asked the reason that i have talked to the owner of book my show... I bought 2 tickets for isl match 3.12.2017 @ kochi on 2.12.2017 from bookmyshow through online. With confirmation i got message you can collect the original ticket from the "box office" at stadium showing the confirmation. While i reach stadium there was no "box office" or ticket counter i can collect the originals. No body is aware of how to collect the online ticket. I lost my money...

I booked 4 tickets in the platinum 5000 rupees for the above concert held on 17th december vide booking id bbsm002nqyfchu.
It was the most poorly organized event that i had ever been to. The placement of food stalls within the concert area was the worst possible arrangement with people getting up to buy food throughout the performance and vendors walking in and out of the rows and aisles shouting out their wares through the performance....

We booked for 3 tickets for mca movie 1 day before but after we reached theatre they said they cancelled the online tickets and after some time they said we came late for that reason they refused to give the tickets. I have used this offer for booking tickets on book my show site but i could not get the appropriate in formation......

Booked ticket for 14th dec 2017 16:45 show for fukrey returns but got confirmation message and mail saying it was booked for 13th dec 16:45 which is ridiculous... The day of booking was 13th dec @16:50 pm and by the time the ticket was booked show already started. I can see several customers having this issue and multiple complaints related to this, something for sure has to be wrong with the website... Bookmyshow should look into this issue,...

Rebooked tickets after transaction failed in bookmyshow, tickets moved to default date 15th of december, instead of 16th december (I missed checking it, but app should have moved to previously selected date?)

Have raised request to bms, but get response can't be changed because of policy.

This is totally unfair guys. Can some one from bookmyshow management and pvr help look at this urgently.

I purchased 4 tickets. Booking id : w922j6j. Sun, 10 dec 2017, 4.40pm. At tivoli cinema (Extreem).. Seat no : gold upp - j1, j2, j3, j4... I had gone with family for weekend enjoyment and we saw only first half of the movie,, after that some technical fault came to the show and w waited more than one hour.. But after we came to home with harrasment.. So i m requesting u to refund my amount asap......

Rs from my debit card without any reason while making a payment in bookmyshow when check my passbook it's shows helppay services this is way you collect amount from your illegally from your customers

The bmscoco offer on book my show website states by 2 tickets and get 1 free. But when i went to apply this offer it was only 50% discount on 3rd ticket.
Later while talking to customer care executive, they replied that the caption is only for advertising and the t&c explains that discount is only 200 or 50% only on 3rd ticket.
So here is the complaint:

I decided to give the bookmywallet option a try on bookmyshow app on the 24 nov 17 at 1915 hrs approx.. I recharged the wallet with rs. 500/- via sbi net banking. The amount got debited from my account but did not reflect in the wallet option of book my show. The transaction reference number is igackxzhn0 for rs.500.0 on 24-nov-17 19:13.

It is requested that necessary actions be taken and the rs 500 amount be credited back...

I made transaction for tickets of film secret super star on 22nd October of Rs 155.40 but the tickets were not booked.
In second transaction tickets booked.
But for first transaction the tickets were not booked.and yet almost after a month the amount been not credited to my sbi bank account.
Although several times I contacted book my show for this refund whose reference number is 4815549.but yet the problem been not solved.br...

When i went theatre i didn't got ticket bcz the theatre...

On 17/11/17 i was trying to book two tickets of india vs shri lanka 2nd test match which is going to be on 24th november to 28th november at nagpur. Firstly i tried to pay by my fathers debit card of union bank. It was showing unsuccesfull... Then i tried to pay by my sbi net banking... It was also showing unsuccesfull to book. When i checked... Both time, the transacting was happening, rs. 521 was debited from union bank account and also...
