I had booked 5 tickets on 27th april through net banking sbi with reference no.[protected]ch80824417 and transferred to[protected] a sum of rs. 1034/- (5 tickets in executive class). But to my surprise their was no message for tickets confirmation. So i request you to kindly refund this amount to my sbi a/c no. [protected] in the name of modern wheels.
Hope for early settlement.

Hey my friend actually booked 2 tickets for avengers infinity war film, on 25th april 2018. The show we are about to watch is today ie.28th april 2018 morning 10:15 am at tivoli theatres hyderabad. Neither he nor me received a mail or sms confirming the movie tickets. I am annoyed with this late response from the team of book my show. Please look into it and help me solve this problem as it is kind o[censored]rgent.

I mistakely placed my ticket on Saturday instead of Sunday, and when i realised it and i am going to the BMS website i see there is no option of cancellation even you cannot change date. Even by using paytm i saw a cancellation process which is only a payment gateway and this site is intentionally make for booking tickets of movies and so many things and not take a look towards customer problems. It is very shamful thing for a marketing factor where you don't look through the customer problems. I never use BMS in that case and also say to my friends to not use it, until they do not add a cancellation process. We are happily give some charges in case of cancellation instead of convenience fee which. I m requesting to take a look towards my problem. I m attaching a pic where booking id is showed of my tickets, and expected a rapid action from BMS and if they are not acted it automatically showed how they are cheap and their selfishness.

I just booked the movie ticket through bookmyshow app and bymistake i selected the combo option as well and when i made the payment i recognised that i had ordered the combo as well and it cost me hell lot of money due to which my account has gone to minimum balance.. Then straightaway i called bookmyshow support centre but nobody picked up the phone and i was in queue from last half an hour.. I again called bookmyshow and i was again made...

As per my understanding, tickets were booked up coming movie avengers infinity war... With confirmation msg.. Mail and watsapp received... With record... But suddenly... Today i received a msg saying due to price card change the transaction which was done 2days back has been cancelled... With no compensation.

Kindly look into this matter

Offer was 1 ticket free with icici debit card but after booking when i did not received refund, i read conditions and then came to know it was for specific type of debit card. this is bad you should have said specific type of card in offer.
i am cheated.

it should have clearly said for which debit card this offer is and instead it used catchy words for icici debit card.

Hello i am unable to book avengers infinity war 3d tickets for monday show time in allahabad city, uttarpradesh. While booking only friday saturday and sunday options are showing which is almost full. I want to book monday show in english. Kindly inform me by mail or sms as soon as the prebooking starts for avengers on this monday. I think in bms allahabad some error had been occurring all time because when some seats shows that they are booked latter shows that vacant. Please remove this bug too. Thanks.

Upon reaching the venue, i was told that they did not receive the content yet, although booking was available on bookmyshow app.
I had to leave work early and had to travel a long distance to get to the venue. They told me they will provide a seat for the next show which was at 10:45 pm which was not possible for me.

I demand compensation and refund for this issue asap

I booked my show in movie time pitampura on 17/04/2018 when i bought tickets then manager forced me to purchase combo of pop corn and cold drink before purchasing tickets and misbehaved with customers there is no running a. C no fans and no water no clean toilets and many other discrepancies in this hall kindly make necessary arrangements to make customer satisfied...

With due respect i would like to inform that the booking i d sych[protected] seat no c1, c2 balcony on april 16 2018 at surya cinemas nedumangadu trivandrum, was for newly released film mohanlal, through book my show app. Above film was booked on april 16 morning itself. But was informed that the show was canceled when we reached the theater. Without the timely information about the show cancellation our time and fund was explained purposely...

Have booked a ticket for mantra mall for black mail movie. The amount was deducted from my credit card by the ticket was not confirmed. I need the tickets to be confirmed. I booked 3 tickets for 7th april saturday for grubfest and got confirmation for 8th april. When i called back to get the same cancelled bookmyshow team instead of helping me out or resolving it for me straight away refused it

Trust me this is my worst experience ever and will never consider using bookmyshow again.

Just gives me a clear idea about the company, they just want money in their pockets.

Or inshort loot money from people

I hope they anyhow pay for such behaviour. Am really frustrated

Till now no amount has been deducted in my net banking account, but getting the ticket booking to my mail id looks something anonymous.

Management of book my show should look upon to this issue immediately

Last thursday (March 29, 2018) i had booked two tickets for a preview show at wave noida for the film ready player one. The show timing was 6 pm, and the seat numbers i booked were k4 and k5.. We reached the multiplex about 10 minutes before the the show, and were told the show has been cancelled. I asked for a refund of the ticket booking amount, which was rs 421. The guy at the hall paid me around rs 60 less, saying something about the remaining amount being deducted as internet booking cost or something like that.
That sounds like outright fraud. On one hand book my show is meant to be all about online booking, and claims to provide the luxury of booking tickets sitting at home, and avoiding the queue at halls. On the other hand, if i book through book my show, i stand the risk of being cheated of cash and lose money.
In fact, this is the second time in succession that i have had a bad experience with book my show, within a matter of weeks.
I am seriously thinking of not using this service again. Better to book directly on the website of the halls.

I had booked two tickets for baaghi-2 movie at lakshmi theatre tavarekere. I had paid through paytm a sum of rs 361. The booked seat no are a10 and a11 in diamond class for evening show. The amount had deducted but i did not get any confirmation sms or mail for booked tickets.

I booked 3 tickets from book my show on 4th march for the function of "zee marathi gaurav kalecha award 2018" wherein celebrities like bhau kadam, priy darshan jadhav etc and rs 2000 per head was charged for the same.in reality, it was local program organised by local organiser which was named as "maharshtra rajya purskar sohala" and no where zee marathi name was highlighted. Also in entire prog only local artists performed and neither celebrities were present nor they performed. It was function of giving awards to pune based celebrities.
By using nsme of zee marathi and famous celebrities organiser misguided us for booking of tickets.

I just booked movie ticket on Book my show and in hurry i booked for today 29March instead of 31 March. Within a minute of booking ticket i called up customer service and told to reschedule or cancel my ticket as per their comfort but they directly refused to help saying information is sent to PVR within a minute. Very poor response, not at all excepted. They should check atleast if customer is regular on your sit/app.

I booked movie tickets through bookmyshow at k star mall movie theatre as it was showing all of the back rows sold out (They have done this in the past at this theatre). Afraid of being stuck with seatsin the very front i booked through them. When i got there i realised all those seats in the back were empty. They do this all the time at this theatre. And its not just a couplep of rows either. A huge chunk is blocked.

Have have booked tickets for saturday 12pm show (24. March.2018) in tivoli theater for the movie pacific rim uprising on bookmyshow. The seat number were gold low h19, h20... Bt they didnt let me sit on those seats, and told to sit some other place, then y do they let us book those seats at the first place if they cant...

Second thing,

The movies timing was 12pm. Bt the movie started at 11:30 am only...30min early?

You bms is providing us absolute poor service ever. I desperatelly wanted only 1 ticket of mumbai indians vs chennai super kings match. But when i opened the bms app on 14 march 5.28 pm there are 2 miniutes early tickets are available and u guys said the tickets are available on 5.30 pm on time. So why the tickets are available early? And then i select the match ticket and going to buy the ticket. But my payment processing had some problems. And it's all about bookmyshow server problem. Your site is crush on that time. Thats why i can't buy ticket. And when i call customer service they said sry sir lots of people are buying tickets so that's why the problem are happening. So it's your problem u have do something for this so people can easily buy tickets in any time.
