I booked antman and wasp at inox dahisar today. I selected seats B20 21 22 and 23
At that it was showing available. When i got confirmed tkts they gave me B31 32 30 and 29. I never book corner seats. When i called them mailed them they told me no solution for u as we cancel tkts only for our superstar customer... Crap. They looted my Hard earned 1500 as my family is annoyed they dun want corner seats and no one is gng now. So bookmyshow hats off to u for no solution.

    I tried to book ticket and try to avail 1+1 ticket offer using my icici coral credit card, i always get stupid errors and i end up paying full amount. Moreover for visa blockbuster offer it has been disabled by bookmyshow to not to get discount benefits. Even if i tried to also will receive some annoying error or excuses.

    Tried contacting bookmyshow customer service regarding same they will replay as please attach screenshot for the same so as to resolve this issue. Once replied them with screenshot then their will be no reply. Such a worst and pathetic service from bookmyshow.

    There is nothing wrong with my card.

    I already mentioned in the comment its not about visa infinite programme offer.. Itz VISA BLOCKBUSTER WEEKENDS OFFER. I tried with that card still i was not able to avail the offer. Card bin range is 471246..

      I booked the tickets for sanju at rassaz mira road for 10pm show for 30/6/2018 on 29/06/2018
      Email [protected]@yahoo.co.in and the money was deducted from my sbi account of rupees 246.96. The reference number for bigtree entertainment pvt transaction is igadvxefh9. I need my money back asap. This is not done at all. Please refund the money. Your customer service is really bad. No one is picking up the phone as well on both the landline numbers. If i don't receive my money back i will go on your facebook page and post a public complaint over there since i see so many o[censored]s facing the same issue. I won't wait.
      I have book movie tickets on 12/06/18 by my credit card but transaction failed and amount 420.80 deducted in my credit card. I have received sms from your side for refund but still not refund any amount in my credit card... Please check and confirm me... Urgently

        On sat, 16th i booked ticket for jurasic world for 6.30 pm show at muruga theater, pondicherry. First i booked seat nos e10 to e7 (4 tickets) the booking id muth[protected]. Amount debited but i didn't receive any confoirmation. Hence i booked 4 more tickets for the same show vide id no. Muth[protected], for which also i didn't receive any confirmation, but i took snap shot. Due to the untimely confirmation i paid twice.
        Hence i kindly request you to reimburse rs. 738.40/- immediately

        I have booked a movie ticket on 28th June 2018 bookmy show transaction failed payment of INR Rs. 523.80 recd.. The money will be refunded back to payment source within a maximum of 10 working days. But to till date no refund of my account.

          If you are a superstar customer, you can cancel your tickets under ‘My Profile’ Terms and Conditions apply. We now also have a cancellation feature available for a wide range of cinemas wherein you can get back 70% of your ticket amount if you cancel your tickets 4 hours prior to the show time. You will see this option under the cinema name while booking your tickets on the app/website. A cancellation for rest of the cinemas is currently unavailable. However, the good news is that we are in process of on-boarding these cinemas to enable the cancellation option for you.

            I have tried to book my movie ticket on 09.06.18 at about 8 p. M. For 2.55 p. M. Show of 10.06.18 at pvr mani square, kolkata. Tried two times but both times i have recd message for transaction got failure after completing payment procedures of rs. 1591.50

            Third time i have booked my ticket after 1 hour & the same has been booked.

            Surprisingly i have recd message from my sbi credit card on 10.06.18 at about 10.38 p. M that my account has been debited for rs. 1591.50 & agains same message recd at about 10.48 p. M.

            I can't understand when both the time, transaction has been failed than how you can charged me after 24 hours. Please refund rs. 1591.50 x 2 at my credit card account immediately & confirm

              I booked ticket for kaala at 2 10 pm show on 8th june in pvr phoenix market city, whitefield, bangalore. I booked my ticket using desktop. I was in an assumption that i had the message and mail from book my show. When i went there i checked and i had the confirmation number in my google calendar. With that i checked in the box office, the box office person told me that 2 10 pm show is cancelled and no kaala movie screened in that mall. I asked how about my online ticket and they said me to contact book my show. Called book my show and told that i have been informed in box office that show has been cancelled. I even checked in book my show if shows are showing for kaala in pvr phoenix for that day. There were no shows showing. I called book my show customer care and gave all the details, after couple of days they are coming back saying that show wasn't cancelled. I lost complete faith in online booking of movie tickets and doubt to use book my show again

                Hello this is literally very annoying and pathetic services by bookmyshow,
                As today i have tried to book 2 tickets for bdw for 3 june show, but when i get the tickets on it showing 2june, i again tried to book ticket. This time it book for 3june..
                I registered a complaint on bookmyshow that it wrongly booked for 2 june 12pm, as the time is already 11.30 not possible to go their and i even can not gift anyone as their is no time left. But they simply denied it, and say we cant not do anything.
                If you are running an industry then you should at least try to help them out, you you can not gift refund the extent the timing then.. They simply denied for the services.
                Is this kind of service they are providing to their consumers.

                  Bookmyshow has been sending me emails for quite sometime now informing about all the 50% discount offers they are providing if i use their app or website to book movie tickets. Offer codes like "funtastic" and "cutting" have been sent to me via email repetitively. My complain is whenever i try to use those offer codes i am unable to. Once i enter the otp bookmyshow sends on my phone the app shows that user is not eligible for this offer. I would like to ask why this happens every time. Is this a problem of the app because if it is so then such a big company like bookmyshow should really look into this because this doesn't at all suit their stature. If it is not then i would ask bookmyshow to stop sending me offer codes because it is pointless since i cannot really use it.

                      I was trying to book for avenger infinite war 4d show at 10.20 for 24th. It was initiated at 10.11 and payment to my card account has been affected at 10.17 for 10.20 show on the same day and payment was through. Message received has been mentioned here below. This is a bug in the program being run by book my show. Because of this i lost an amount of rs.1452/=. On telephoning to book my show customer service they were not helpful to me. How can a booking can be accepted for 10.20 show at 10.11 and payment is also successful? I request you to intervene and get back my amount.

                      The bookmy show team blocked my gift card and I lost ti because of there inefficiency to provide me a quick resolution.

                      They took a long time to speak to me and do nothing over the phone, just sending emails andkeeping me on hold.

                      The rep on the call started getting hyper as she did not have any solution to my issue.

                        Bookmyshow team is so bad and worst that if my bank would have delinked the offers with them then i have no incentive to book the tickets as paytm is far far more better.

                        I have sure shot quota of 3 tickets of buy 1 get 1 for which what cheating bookmyshow does it that when you apply the card details it deducts the usage of offer but the app will crash or the payment will not happen and your transaction will go for a toss. Now again you will try to apply, it will say that you have utilized your attempts which should refresh after 20 minutes as per what their mails claims but it has never ever got refreshed and they considered it as used and charges the bank for that and give customers nothing in return.

                        Leaving the customer helpless as they dont even respond, how much you plead or request that this your right given by the bank which these cheats and frauds are utlizing without providing the offer to customer.

                          Bms ticketing services has technical glitches all the time. Money was deducted from my account and ticket not booked. There is no local customer care. There is mumbai number and when i tried reaching that number there is no proper reply, there 100 people before me in the queue. Why this business is encouraged when it is looting people using faulty technical ticket booking system. As a customer now i am left with no clue how to get my money back. Indian railways had removed services tax but these fellow collects a premium as internet handling charges.

                          This product should be properly scrutinized as it has lot of defects by which they are cheating customers.

                          I got a confirmation ticket from bookymyshow.

                            I have made a payment to bookmyshow of rs. 296.10 from wallet [protected]. Tnx id[protected]. I haven't got my e tickets but the amount is already deducted from my e wallet. It have booked 3 tickets of deadpool 2 movie at jaya: lake town. I want my tickets or please return the deducted amount. They displayed a massage showing that transaction is failed.

                              Today I bought 3 tickets and by mistake I bought it for today instead of Saturday, then instantly I called to the customer care and tell them about that, but they said they have no such provision to cancel a ticket. My question is there should be a provision for cancellation, please take care of my request, I do agree that there must be a terms and condition but absolutely they cannot deny to cancel a request.

                              Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

                              Since online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

                              Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

                              Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

                                I had booked 04 tickets through book my show in m2k rohini, delhi vide booking id - wsp 9675 for dated 05.05.2018 and language of the movie was selected hindi. When the movie started, it was found in english. Due to which we did not watch the movie. The matter was complain to duty manager. It was advised by the duty manager that you may leave the show and the amount will be refunded to you by lodging a complain on book my show. The complain was registered on the same day. But no action have have been taken till date. Kindly do the needful at earliest.

                                    I have purchased the ticket of jaya multiplex, barasat confirmation was shown in my desktop but no massage forwarded to my mobile or email. I took only tpin no shown in my desktop ie 4425. But counter refused to provide me the ticket without mobile massage. They denied to contact you or supply customer care no. My account is debited but due to your fault i was harrased and was compelled to purchased fresh ticket. Kindly refund my money and correct your site for promt massage to customer mobile. You

                                      Ordered chicken pizza online and got veg pizza.
                                      I was very hungry and i ordered online specifically to get non veg. It's unfair..

                                      U guys don't allow outside food.. And i have to pay more and i still don't get i want.

                                      Doesn't the online order one day before give time to get the orders right?
