Hi,

I had raised the complaint and called also for the technical issue done of book my show. I had booked the 2 tickets for 2 times. First I booked the tickets on 21st and I had received the msg as transaction failed. Again I tried for 2 tickets but the system has taken as 19th that also u received as the failed. After 3 or 4 pm I got the msg as the transaction is successful and the amount has been deducted from my account....

1. I have been a loyal Bookmyshow customer for a fairly long time but I was shocked at the poor customer service that I have been receiving since yesterday.

2. I booked two tickets for " Half Girlfriend" in a hall in Bangalore. The amount was deducted from my account and I received ticket confirmation....

I booked tickicts for two for movie meri pyari bindu at 14 may 2017. Booking process was completed. Payment was detected from bank. But no message given by you. Even there is no booking of tickicts at inox cinema, bhilwara. even payment is not submitted at my wallet. Nd there is no debit at my bank. Give me my cash back or submitted either at my bank or my wallet in app immediately....

I pre-booked Baahubali 2 movie in bookmyshow.com at Monday, 17 April 2017 1.24PM. I did not get tickets for movie. At 26 April 2017 I got message like my ticket is not confirmed and money will be refunded within 15 days. But still I did not get my money refunded. I booked 2 tickets for "guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 (3d hindi)" of rajhans cinemas (Nikol, ahmedabad) for 7th may. I had seen 3 options for show (9am, 3am, 9pm) on bookmyshow. So i booked tickets for 9pm but after payment, show time changed 9pm to 9am. I asked in box-office of rajhans cinemas and they replied to me that we had only one show for "guardians of the galaxy" on 7th may and it was 9am.

I had pre-booked my tickets for baahubali 2 but bookmyshow sent me a apology message saying that they couldnt process the amount so they will be refunding it in 10days. Till now i havent received any refund. Its more than 15days. Bookmyshow is spoiling its reputation like this.
