On 22 nd of june in goreagon cinemax.. Theatre.. I booked two tckts worth 158 frm bookmyshow.
The show got cancelled.. And my money was not returned. As i did the online bookng..
So i request you to pay my money back.. As the theatre authorities are blaming you..
I am a regular customer to book my tickts online through booknyshow.
And m highly dissapointed with this.
I think you shud assure your customers that your money is safe.. Theatre authorities are taking there hands off frm the responsibility..
So i request u all to please refund my money back.. Or else will never use this app.. Or site fr any online transactions in future.

    I booked tickets frm this app so it has a offer of buy one get one icici debit card.
    I tried it once it got declined and frm then after 4 hours also it says to try after 20 minutes. The customer care people are worst calles them thrice and mailed them for 5 6 times.
    Still try after 20 minutes.
    So i kept on calling and emailing hence mo reault. I waated my whole time in this rather i would slept my day out.

    On 24/06/2017 I have booked 4 tickets for vanamagan film in Pondicherry by using my credit card... But I received message your txn is failure from book my show... So I tried 3 times.. all failed... But today I got msg from credit card .. From my card 3 times have been debited for Rs.538 each... Plz rev the same
    Me and my friends are trying to rate and review a movie in bookmyshow but thier is no increment in voting count.. So many friends are voting still not able to see the increment in voting count

        Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

        Since online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

        Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

        Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

              On 4th june 2017, morning at 9:12 am i booked the tickets for movie named sachin running at the theatre : vivek cinema, bioara for show at 3:00 pm, we were leaving 35 kms away from the theatre then we reached to the theatre at 2:30 pm.
              When we reached theatre, movie : sachin is not running in the theatre, and we were totally shocked.

              Bookmyshow : this is not expected that your site is allowing us to book tickets but movie is not running in theatre.

                I had booked a book my show e-gift card on 2-june-2017 at 2:13 pm. According to the details mentioned on website, the card was to be delivered in 90 minutes. I asked the card to be delivered to my email id itself since i had to take a printout and give it in the evening at a party. I paid full amount and receive a mail with order id inv[protected]. I did not receive the card till 3:37 pm. So i called up customer care and was told that i would get it in 2 hours time. I called up again at 6 pm and the executive said that it gets delivered in 90 minutes and checked again. She then started saying that it takes 8 hours for the card to be delivered. Afterwards she assured me that i would receive it in another 30 mins. I requested to confirm it via email. I received an email at 6:23 pm saying that it would take 30 minutes to deliver the card. The complaint id is 4098738. It was very important for me to be able to print and give the card that day itself. Now the importance is lost. I want refund of my amount.

                  Book my show site is a bull #### site please use other sites which are cheaper then book my show .

                  They have rubbish staff and they are just making money by fooling innocent people.

                    I am srinivasan, i have prebooked bahubali 2 tamil via book my show for inox madurai. I was very eager to see the film. So i prebooked for reservation on[protected]. On 26.4.17 bookmyshow said we will intimate via sms after reservation has done. Last minute they just delivered apologise to me for not booking. Amount also not refundef. How this is correct.?

                    I cant tolerate their disobedience. I am very eager to see the film from best theatre and comfortable seat. So i have booked 7 days before. I have spent rs. 960 for prebook ticket. Dont do this type of wrong commitment to viewers like this incidence. I was so shocked.

                    Reverse my full fund which was debited from my account. Is this correct manner. Worst behavior.

                    Now i so vexed for their wrong commitment.

                    Any way they are loosing their brand name for wrong assurance.

                    Refund amount of rs. 960 is very easy to them. But they are creating wrong image. Dont do this incident again to anyone.

                        Money deducted from account but didn't get movie rockets

                        I (Umesh bondre) was booking 2 movie tickets from bookmy show. 225 rs. Deducted from my credit card account after providing all info reg. Cards. But it showed "cinema did not respond for some reason & we could not book your tickets." even i tried to get my money back by signing a my wallet but i could not sign in for the same due to technical problems.                         Ticket has not been booked but amount deducted from axis bank. After getting confirmation of non booking of ticket i have again tried to re-book the ticket but again transaction failed but i was charged so total 2 times amount has been deducted.

                        In case of any issue with payment gateway please try to write the same on your site, this will cause less problem to your customer and also it will affect your service.

                        Now please refund my total amount asap.

                          I booked 6 tickets for a movie in Forum Mall, Chennai (25/12/2017) through online transaction my booking was failed but my money is deducted from my account, I tried to book again 2 times but my booking was failed and the amount is deducted 2 times each time (Rupees 996.15 ) so 3 times is 2, 988.45 is debited from my bank account, I didn't get any notification regarding the refund except the refund ID (#5176769) email id given while transaction is [protected]@gmail.com and phn no [protected], I need a quick response for my refund

                            I had raised the complaint and called also for the technical issue done of book my show. I had booked the 2 tickets for 2 times. First I booked the tickets on 21st and I had received the msg as transaction failed. Again I tried for 2 tickets but the system has taken as 19th that also u received as the failed. After 3 or 4 pm I got the msg as the transaction is successful and the amount has been deducted from my account. The show is at 2pm. So I tried to call from 7am then I got connected to the call at around 10 am. I had informed her that unfortunately it was taken as 19th so please cancel that 2 tickets. I haven't went to see the movie also as I am working. So I requested for refund or change for the dates to next Sunday. But no response when we call and says will call and won't receive the call. Worst response from Book my show.

                              Hello,

                              This is to provide some customer feedback for Bookmyshow :

                              1. I have been a loyal Bookmyshow customer for a fairly long time but I was shocked at the poor customer service that I have been receiving since yesterday.

                              2. I booked two tickets for " Half Girlfriend" in a hall in Bangalore. The amount was deducted from my account and I received ticket confirmation. However 9 minutes later I received a SMS saying the following : " Your transaction has failed. Please initiate a fresh booking. In case you were charged, the amount will be refunded to the source of the Payment within 7 working days." Booking id WFMG3MS ; booked through [protected] at 19.49 hrs. Transaction failure SMS received at 19.58 hrs.

                              3. I tried to initiate the transaction again about an hour later and again amount was debited from my account, confirmation received followed by a transaction failure notification via SMS. Booking id WPMM969 booked through [protected] at 21.44 hrs; transaction failure SMS received at 21.53 hrs.

                              4. I immediately called your helpline but had to hang up due to extremely high wait times.

                              5. I wrote an email with booking id and ticket details but was informed that your team's could not locate my transaction.

                              6. I have spend a lot of time following up with various people in your helpdesk and escalation desk today including sending camera shot of the sms and bank debit SMS on email but your people refused to acknowledge the sms sent saying that they were unable to read the same.

                              7. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service received today and frankly do not intend to be a customer in future.

                                I booked tickicts for two for movie meri pyari bindu at 14 may 2017. Booking process was completed. Payment was detected from bank. But no message given by you. Even there is no booking of tickicts at inox cinema, bhilwara. even payment is not submitted at my wallet. Nd there is no debit at my bank.                                   I pre-booked Baahubali 2 movie in bookmyshow.com at Friday, 28 April 2017 10.50 PM . I did not get tickets for movie. At 29 April 2017 I got message like my ticket is not confirmed and money will be refunded within 15 days. But still I did not get my money refunded.
