Tickets were booked for the movie iitefaq in the pvr cinema at orion mall panvel, navi mumbai. The card details were added and the payment was made. Once the money was cut from the card but as soon as we tried to check the booking, a message flashed on the screen showing that the cinema or the theater has cancelled your tickets. It has 15 days but the money has not been refunded. Kindly help!...

I have tried to book a movie ticket through bookmyshow mobile app on 12 november 2017 at 00:15 for the movie ittefaq my debit card has been debited for the amount of ticket but i didn't got ticket booking confirmation instead i got a message from bookmyshow that the transaction was unsuccessful i want total refund of the amount deducted from my account.

bookmyshow refuses to reschedule my booking

I booked tickets today on their app to watch thor with my friends. The booking was supposed to be done for saturday nov 11. On my first attempt when i had selected date correctly, the payment transaction got declined because of wrong card details. When i rebooked the tickets, apparently the date defaulted to today which is the 10th. I was not careful enough to check that as i expected the date to remain same. And no where in the booking process...

During the first phase of conversation he talked to me very politely but after sometime he talked very rough and used a very misbehaving voice which i didn't like at all... We thought to cancel /postpone the date. Surprisingly, there is no option in the app and book my show was not supporting this in their customer facing business model. If it not addressed with proper reason, we have to reach to consumer forum/any governing body....

I booked tickets for unnadi okkate zindagi movie through book my show. The tickets were issued for[protected] but the actual date of release of the movie was[protected]. I have raised a ticket request for this. I have been charged and there is no response from their end nor the refund for my amount. The show time waxs at 7:20 and there is no update though the ticket was raised.

To my surprise and disappointment, when i redeemed the f&b coupons at the counters, i was handed small size popcorn worth rs 50 and pepsi worth rs 75 against the pre-booked f&b coupons.br...

my savings bank a/c debited by rs 400/- on 19.09.2017 but my wallet is not credited

I had send an amount of 400/- from my sbi a/c through internet banking. My a/c is debited and my wallet is showing zero balance. The transaction particulars are as follows. I've been waiting for refund of my amount from past one month but there is no such one.

I booked 4 tickets in ansal plaza but the place where i booked is vaishali nagar in gaziabad and i wanted to book in palam vihar gurgaon... The show was at 7:30pm in vaishali nagar and we went to ansal plaza in palam vihar at 7:30 pm in screen 3 but another movie was going on there... So we came back... Sir on 18/9/2017 we booked two movie tickets for an english movie in mirag cinema bhilai chattisgarh. But unfortunately after the movie was screened for just five minutes electric supply went off and the screening was cancelled. An amount of 4057/- has not been refunded by bookmyshow for a cancelled event after multiple calls/emails/follow-ups. They promise to help us in the refund process everytime but no action has been taken so far. Please take action against this company since they are just cheating us, nothing else. Havent seen a company more irresponsible and fraud.

I'm complaining as it was saying tickets were unavailable

I am feeling really bad to file a complaint against you and i restrict me from doing that as i am a great fan of indian cricket and the tickets for the lone match in guwahati this year between india and australia 2nd t20 were shown unavailable on the bookmyshow app on my account but tickets were available at that time of rs 500 for student as i am a student of cotton college.
I am hurt very much with your act....

wrong ticket confirmed

I was trying to check my voucher of 1000 rs on book my show in the main while random tickets for random date has been booked for 2 people cost of 500rs...

When i called the customer service the lady was rude...

This is bug difference when it's comes to customer service of india and us. Canada.

I shame to say that by doing is small tricks in system to give trouble to customer is wrong.

cash not return

A transaction of 184 rupees was made from my account but my ticket was not booked and cash also not returned.
So please give my money back.3 times i made transaction to buy 2 tickets. I want to buy tickets by using debit card through bookmyshow. But everytime my transaction failed but money was reduced from my account. So i request you to solve my problem....

Hi Team,

This is the second time, that I am facing the same error, and hence resulting in loose of my one time offer.

Today I tried to book two tickets and all went good till the last error occurred saying : Failed to book Tickets.
