Rebooked tickets after transaction failed in bookmyshow, tickets moved to default date 15th of december, instead of 16th december (I missed checking it, but app should have moved to previously selected date?)
Have raised request to bms, but get response can't be changed because of policy.
This is totally unfair guys. Can some one from bookmyshow management and pvr help look at this urgently.
Star wars: the last jedi (Imax 3d) (U/a) on fri, 15 dec, 2017 9:20am at pvr: kotak imax, vr bengaluru, whitefield road (Audi 03), seats: platinum-m1, m2. Please carry your cc/dc card which was used for booking tickets.

Dear BMS and PVR,
Escalation team member (Ronston?) from Bookmyshow contacted and helped me to get tickets rebooked on Saturday and also got the food booked reassigned to Saturday.
Truely appreciate all the help and effort taken up by the members.
