    Booked ticket for 14th dec 2017 16:45 show for fukrey returns but got confirmation message and mail saying it was booked for 13th dec 16:45 which is ridiculous... The day of booking was 13th dec @16:50 pm and by the time the ticket was booked show already started. I can see several customers having this issue and multiple complaints related to this, something for sure has to be wrong with the website... Bookmyshow should look into this issue, correct its website for any bug and address customers on this issue.

    They should have a proper mechanism if a customer loses money because of their sub-standard tech.

    I had booked 5 tickets on Dec 20 2017 At 8.05pm for velaikkaran movie and it was unsuccessful . It showed an error occured and after 40 mins I again tried to book 8.43pm but again it was failed . Both the times money was debited from my bank account (Rs598+Rs748). I have not received any refund till now.

      Rebooked tickets after transaction failed in bookmyshow, tickets moved to default date 15th of december, instead of 16th december (I missed checking it, but app should have moved to previously selected date?)

      Have raised request to bms, but get response can't be changed because of policy.

      This is totally unfair guys. Can some one from bookmyshow management and pvr help look at this urgently.

      Star wars: the last jedi (Imax 3d) (U/a) on fri, 15 dec, 2017 9:20am at pvr: kotak imax, vr bengaluru, whitefield road (Audi 03), seats: platinum-m1, m2. Please carry your cc/dc card which was used for booking tickets.

        I purchased 4 tickets. Booking id : w922j6j. Sun, 10 dec 2017, 4.40pm. At tivoli cinema (Extreem).. Seat no : gold upp - j1, j2, j3, j4... I had gone with family for weekend enjoyment and we saw only first half of the movie,, after that some technical fault came to the show and w waited more than one hour.. But after we came to home with harrasment.. So i m requesting u to refund my amount asap...

            The bmscoco offer on book my show website states by 2 tickets and get 1 free. But when i went to apply this offer it was only 50% discount on 3rd ticket.
            Later while talking to customer care executive, they replied that the caption is only for advertising and the t&c explains that discount is only 200 or 50% only on 3rd ticket.
            So here is the complaint:
            The offer says buy 2 get one free.
            The about offer says buy 2 get one free.
            And somewhere in the hidden tabs its written that discount is only 50% or 200 only on 3rd ticket.
            How can i ever get 1 ticket free by buying 2 tickets?
            How can this kind of false advertising be allowed?

            It is really disappointing and trust breaking from book my show.

              I decided to give the bookmywallet option a try on bookmyshow app on the 24 nov 17 at 1915 hrs approx.. I recharged the wallet with rs. 500/- via sbi net banking. The amount got debited from my account but did not reflect in the wallet option of book my show. The transaction reference number is igackxzhn0 for rs.500.0 on 24-nov-17 19:13.

              It is requested that necessary actions be taken and the rs 500 amount be credited back to my sbi account or book my show app.

                I made transaction for tickets of film secret super star on 22nd October of Rs 155.40 but the tickets were not booked.
                In second transaction tickets booked.
                But for first transaction the tickets were not booked.and yet almost after a month the amount been not credited to my sbi bank account.
                Although several times I contacted book my show for this refund whose reference number is 4815549.but yet the problem been not solved.
                So pls rectify the problem as early as possible

                  I was trying for booking show of sullu 9:35 in cinepollis surat but after using the elite offer and seats locked it's not procces for tikects I need tickets or my offer back it's not good they hold my call from last 20 minutes no one is responding they should at least respond how they can help us further future we won't trust any mediator platform
                  I was booked two ticket for the movie of Firangi, Ticket was not booked but amount was debited from my account.
                  It happened twice time with me

                    On 17/11/17 i was trying to book two tickets of india vs shri lanka 2nd test match which is going to be on 24th november to 28th november at nagpur. Firstly i tried to pay by my fathers debit card o[censored]nion bank. It was showing unsuccesfull... Then i tried to pay by my sbi net banking... It was also showing unsuccesfull to book. When i checked... Both time, the transacting was happening, rs. 521 was debited from union bank account and also rs.521 was debited through sbi net banking to big tree entertainment pvt ltd.

                    The resolution i am expecting is the booking confirmation and the match tickets as well. Also the refund of extra paid money of rs 521 to my sbi account

                    Pls do take the suitable action as early as possible... I want to enjoy the match live!

                    I was book online ticket dated[protected].28 pm for firngi movie relies on[protected] and my booking for date[protected] in smruti cinema nagpur but my booking I'd is wrong so pls return my cash 203 rs

                    Every time i open bookmyshow app it shows " something went wrong. We cant reach our servers at the moment . Please try again later. " I have been receving this for the ast 3 days. Kindly solve this issue. I even reinstalled, logged out, logged in and few all stuffs.

                      Tickets were booked for the movie iitefaq in the pvr cinema at orion mall panvel, navi mumbai. The card details were added and the payment was made. Once the money was cut from the card but as soon as we tried to check the booking, a message flashed on the screen showing that the cinema or the theater has cancelled your tickets. It has 15 days but the money has not been refunded. Kindly help!

                      Whatever ticket we want to book ₹200 or ₹500 or some other rate is displaying only the 1st date of the match day .There is no Clearly written that 200 will be a 1day ticket or 500 will be a 5 day ticket.It is written that 1 ticket will be used for all 5 days, so it means that i can use my 200 ticket for all 5 days .Isn't it ?

                      I have logged in to my account but the payment time comes then it shows that login or pay now.And in pay now option there are only two modes of payment net banking and PayPal.I am using lyf wind 6 phone Android version 5.1.1 and also I am using the latest version of bookmyshow

                          bookmyshow refuses to reschedule my booking

                          I booked tickets today on their app to watch thor with my friends. The booking was supposed to be done for saturday nov 11. On my first attempt when i had selected date correctly, the payment transaction got declined because of wrong card details. When i rebooked the tickets, apparently the date defaulted to today which is the 10th. I was not careful enough to check that as i expected the date to remain same. And no where in the booking process...

                          Recently i talk to the customer care executive mr. Manzoor... During the first phase of conversation he talked to me very politely but after sometime he talked very rough and used a very misbehaving voice which i didn't like at all... I experienced very bad feelings during this conversation. I think he should know how to talk with the customer... I think a valid accountable person should look after this issue seriously and should observe that the customer should treated well because we haven't call the customer care for time pass, we called because we experienced some problem and if the customer care executive behave like this than sorry we have to stop using your application

                            I have booked for 6 movie tickets (Booking id : wwfkrtz) along with f&b - tickets:rs 900/- and f&b:rs 1800/- on incorrect date. I have immediately called up book my show to have the booking rescheduled to next date. I was told that it is not possible and whether i come for movie or eat snacks or not doesnt matter that i will be charged. How can refund be not possible at least for f&b as it has nothing like booking. This is definitely amounts to cheating. I request you to refund total amount as i have reached out within 10 mins after my booking with a request of re-booking for next day and was blatantly refused. Please help.

                              We have booked 5 movie tickets of cost around inr 1200 (Booking id wn7xn99) but unfortunately 1 of the person felt sick and we were no more in a position to enjoy the show. We thought to cancel /postpone the date. Surprisingly, there is no option in the app and book my show was not supporting this in their customer facing business model. If it not addressed with proper reason, we have to reach to consumer forum/any governing body.

                              We certainly do understand the expectations of our valued and esteemed customers and we really strive hard to live up to their expectations.

                              Being ticketing aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas/Organizer and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy

                              Dear team, I tried to book 3 Ticket from book my show without login (book my show).
                              From using [protected], unfortunately when I was my visa debit card payment failed and I quit the website but after some time., 15 Mint, I got message from my bank rs. 218.4 deducted using card swipe.
                              How I get my payment refund/back.

                                Please refund my rs 398.76 for the three secret superstar movie tickets booked for sunday 29/10/2017 for 4.30 pm from cinewonder thane. I had booked 3 tickets on 26.10.2017 at 11.57 pm online. I didn't get seat confirmation. I have got only this message, your transaction is is still in process.                                 I had booked tickets for a movie and bookmyshow refuses to cancel and refund my tickets. The cancellation is done even at the cinema theatre then why not on this middle man website. Their description and way of booking is also confusing and inadequate.

                                  I booked tickets for unnadi okkate zindagi movie through book my show. The tickets were issued for[protected] but the actual date of release of the movie was[protected]. I have raised a ticket request for this. I have been charged and there is no response from their end nor the refund for my amount. The show time waxs at 7:20 and there is no update though the ticket was raised.

                                    I booked tickets online on book my show for 8 pm show of golmaal again movie on 26th oct at roxy theatre, opera house. On the book my show website, i also chose to pre-book food & beverage (F&b) for a pop-corn & soft beverage combo worth inr 170.
                                    To my surprise and disappointment, when i redeemed the f&b coupons at the counters, i was handed small size popcorn worth rs 50 and pepsi worth rs 75 against the pre-booked f&b coupons.
                                    My complaint is against this cheating by book my show where they promise f&b worth rs. 170 which actually turns out to be of cheaper value when you endorse the coupons at the cinema hall counters. I would rather not book any f&b online and would save my money by buying directly at the cinema venue.

                                      I had booked04 tickets for the golmal again movie at rajhans, surat on 27.10.2017 via bookmyshow.com. Booking id - rjcs1883114

                                      By mistake, i inadvertently selected the date 25 october instead of 22 october. Upon confirmation of the same, as soon as i received the email confirmation, i realised my mistake and called bookmyshow as well as rajhans cinemas within 5 mins of the booking confirmation. Both flatly refused saying they have no olicy of refund, cancellation or rescheduling.

                                      This is a highly unfair, inappropriate and unjust policy. Its a human error, can happen...
