My husband booked one room in Brown town Resort, Hyderabad, on 22nd January 2023, but due to some priority work, we requested to the resort to cancel the booking on 23rd January 2023 because on the website we were not able to cancel it.
For cancellation, we reached them multiple times and finally they confirmed that cancellation is done on 25th January. 2023.
(While booking we by mistake wrote the incorrect email id, but the mobile number is correct. We asked to update the email id for the reservation through email, but they neither correct it nor respond to that mail.)
They did not send any update on phone regarding cancellation.
It's been 15 days since the cancellation but there is no update on the refund from the resort side. We tried multiple times and cooperated with them regarding their timeline but till date they are just passing the days by giving multiple concern person contact detail. These concern persons never respond or call back.
Again, on 6th February 2023 I reached out to them, and this time one lady promised that she will only be there of communication and asap she will get back. As usual she also stopped responding by just redirecting to their digital team, which never contacted me.
I am writing a complain here because they do not have any information regarding the refund, and they are showing arrogant behavior also.
I paid 8043 rs for this booking, and as per their policy they have to refund full amount if the cancellation is done before 48 hours. I did not get a single penny from their end, hence i want full amount refund within doable timeline.
