Not paid salary and travel allowance

I am v g krishna. Sankabattula. I worked in srichatanya school as reasoning faculty from dec 2017 to 16th may 2019. I am not working only one branch nearly 10 branches day wise. But paid only 18000 and travel allowance.in the month of march 2019 i selected in railway group d exam and physical fitness exam on 30th march so i taken leave for 7 days with permission and atteded fitness exam but unfortunately i am no t selected for fit ness exam. After that my health condition is bad. But iam also come and do the job with honestly up to may 16th2019. After may 16th i informed to head office and resource person i releave from the job due doctor suggest to take rest for two months. But sri chaitanya organization paid only april month salary and not paid march month and may month and 6 months travel allowance also. I am asking so many times to co coordinator and resource person and academic head of chaitanya but not respond any time so many times reply will be see next time or no chance give your money and some times not lift my number and two times come to office but not responding my issue. Total two months salary and 6 months travel allowance total nearly 50000 is pending my humble request is to send my total pending amount.

Regarding bertolli oil
Hello team,
This is to inform you that i have purchased a bertolli olive oil today 25th july, 2020 and i found hairs floating inside the seal packed bottle. This was about to be consumed by my 3 yr old kid at home, what would have happened if this was consumed.
Please look into the matter seriously and let me know the outcome, they need to be punished with hefty compensation. I will be filling a case in consumer court too.
This is not at all expected by brand like bartolli, i need straight answers from them and demand a compensation for the same...
An urgent revert will be appreciated.

Poor quality of Bosch washing machine
Dear sir
I purchased your brand washing machine in month of November 2019. We used this up to last week of march 2020 up to that machine worked well . After that it nor worked properly. It takes water automatically when the machine in switch off condition . We used Samsung brand washing machine for the past 25 years. But this time we tried your brand since Bosch best brand on the world . We shocked your machine works well only 4 months and got repair. We purchased the machine under installments still we are paying EMI. We are in mental stress after machine under repair . We haved your people, but they directed us to contact service center . Due to this Corona issue no service person allowed in our community . We are struggling very much . We request you kind arrange to replace the repaired one, before purchase we trust your brand is good superior quality than Samsung, we lost our trust on your quality of product and I don't know what quality check done on your product production.
We hope and trust you to solve my issue and replace the repaired one

My self sohan lal a/c no-[protected] sbi costumers of sbi deewana, branch code 05167. On 06 march 20 an amount of 14858 debited from my account in fever of sbi life insurance policy no. [protected] and this life insurance policy not belongs me... Same amount also debited previous year in march from my account but after completing i received back... But every year how this possible... My branch said that amount debited for sbi life insurance policy... But i don't have any policy...... I also talk to my home and sbi regional office nagaur (Mr. Abhishekh and mr. Gurudayal) many times... Both said that your amount credit very soon... But its about 4 month that my hard earned money goes to hell..

one way cabs canceled trips amount not refunded

I had booked two trips thro oneway cabs fm pune to mumbai airport for travel on 15/03/20 n 16/03/20 but had to cancel both bookings on 15/03/20 itself dur to my onwards flights cancellation due to icorona virus closures. I was assured full refund on phone as well on email but regrettably until today they have not refunded my both trips amount of nearly rs 1750/- each (Abt 3500/-) inspite of numerous tel calls and mails as few mails are attached

I ordered a product from amazon that was not working properly with order no.[protected] and returened the peoduct. After 15 days of retuen amazon not provied my refund nor any detail about returned product. Its very hassel to call back and back to customer care support. Amazon also block my customer care support. Its very bed experience with amazon india. You are requested to look into the matter and process my complaint. So that refund may be peocessed as early as possible so that i will so other product.

pan not updated in fdr and tds being deducted at double rate

Dear sir,
That i have four fdr with pnb model town pathankot punjab. I also have savings account and loan account with the same branch. That i had noticed two years back that tds on interest is being deducted but not reflecting in form 26as of income tax. After enquiring with the branch manager, i was astonished to hear that pan is not linked with the fdr.
That the said fdrs were made after debiting my savings account with the same branch and the concerned person had obtained the requiste documents and signatures with the fdr form. Moreover, every bank has a customer id and all the data is available in the customer id.
Further, without complaining i approached the branch and gave my pan details to the manager and asked him to update for f/y 2017-18 and 2018-19.
That, the branch manager gave me form-16-a on 28.10.19 for filing my income tax return and assured me that the form 26 as will be updated in a short while. After several reminders it was not updated.
Further, for the f/y 2019-20 it is also not updated and form 26as is not updated.

Dissatisfaction of services of mi xiaomi
To whomsoever it may concern,
Kindly refer to the subject cited above, it is humbly stated that i am a regular customer of the xiomi india and have bought many electronic appliances either from your offline store or online in the past. Recently i have bought mi tv described on invoice as "mi led tv 4a pro-123.2 cm full hd android tv ' from amazon.in for inr 29, 999 order dated 10.11.2018 with order number[protected] having invoice number sdeb-68227 dated 10.11.2018.
That the tv model described above was under the warranty period for 2 years and is still in continuation under the said period. It worked in good manner for around 1 year from purchase but has started giving trouble in its proper working as some dark cut lines are on the display whenever we turn on the television.
That i tried to reach the customer care department for resolving the issues. However, i was not satisfied with the after sales services as the customer care executive did not showcase any interests in dealing with the issue and was making mockery of my concern. After continuous requests to the after sales service executive, they find it correct to send one technician to look into the problem. However, the technician tried to make an escape from his responsibility by making vague statements and trying to impose the burden upon us for the bad performance of the appliance.
That as stated above the appliance was under warranty period and was in good case for the replacement of the product. The technician failed to do the need full and left the case as it is. Also the technician took back the new model of the appliance along with him knowingly that it was the fit case of replacement.
That the action of the customer sales executive and the technician was insulting and beyond expectations. It is apparently clear that the company takes their customers for granted and does not showcase any seriousness in redressing the grievances. The case cited above is fit for"deficiency in service" under section 2 (1) (G) of the consumer protection act.
I think defect in the product might be some manufacturing defect which mistakenly passed the quality check process and therefore giving trouble. I know you are in this business for many years and xiomi is the most trustworthy company when it comes to electronics. I, therefore request you to kindly replace my mi led tv so that my trust in the brand name will not be shaken. I am enclosing the copy of the invoice of purchase of the product for kind perusal.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 10 days before seeking help from the consumer forum. Please contact me at the address or by phone mentioned down below.

online fraud on olx for used car of 1 lac and 10000 rs

I saw an advertise of a used swift vxi car on olx of year 2017 make and red color. I contacted the person for deal, the person gave me a phone number to share details of the car and trapped me to transfer deposit amount of 2500 which he told will be refundable. He stated the car will be couriered by army courier service and in wake of gst and insurance he trapped me to transfer the amount of 109000 rs. He did not deliver the car and is also not refunding back the amount, the amount is transferred on 26/04/2020 to the person identified as janak kumar gautam and army delivery boy sanjay singh. 2. Sanjay singh - [protected]. These two people have posed as army person, showing their fake identity cards. We have been cheated of the amount and they are still active on olx. I am expecting full refund of the amount.

I purchased a phone on flipkart in november in which i was supposed to get cashback on payment made by debit card. There was nowhere mentioned in the terms that i'll get the cashback on 29th feb 2020 as it was instant cashback offer. Well i contacted customer care services many times and i contacted them again after 29th feb but it's 21st march today and i still haven't received the cashback. This is very frustrating. How can we trust what they offer. I've lost my faith in flipkart. Everyone doesn't have time and efforts to do what i'm doing. I'm sure they fool thousands of their customers with such act.

Processing fee :- inr26530/-
Tenor :- 72 months
Mob. :- 17 months
Interest paid as on date :- inr354137/-
Principal paid as on date :- inr388081/-
They also taken credit shield insurance if i remember correctly.
Now i want to close the loan and been writing to them for the waiver of foreclosure charges of inr98780/- for the past 40 days and not got any positive responses. I am treated badly and they always send one automated mail and not bothered to call me to understand my difficulties. No one made an effort to call me or reply to me with their proper name and contact numbers. Response mails received from generic mail id’s and looks like the communication is one way only. (I am keep on writing to them)
Because of their delay, inr26320/- charged as interest additionally. Also next instalment is coming up on 5th of feb 2020. I need an approval to waive entire foreclosure charges on the basis of prompt payment reward, paid processing fee, already paid 47% as interest component out of total amount paid as on date. Also request for the interest refund due to delay at their end. Every time, i made an effort to call them and spend close 20 minutes to 40 minutes on the call and they are not bothered for anything.
In short,
1. Foreclosure charges of inr98780/- to be waived off.
2. Interest amount of inr26320/- (40 days interest) to be refunded.
3. I want close the loan today, 1st feb 2020 and want them to process the loan closure immediately and stop presenting the 5th feb 2020 ecs for feb emi.

Dear Ashoka I had used your services long back in 2012 when I had a ATM swiping frawd and you helped me to get my money back. Today at around afternoon hours I got a call in which the individual said that my issue is resolved however till now am not able to see anything. The screen showing its deactivated and I need to recharge. I have already 182 rs in account then also am not able to see. Please do some needful I wish to slap these companies looting our money and providing nothing in return.

I had ordered a lehenga from josh india site on 22.11.2019 making payment of rs. 1749/- n it was delivered i n 27.11.2019
Due to cheap cloth i had to return it
N i returned through speed post consignment no. Eo[protected]in on 30.11.2019.
It was delivered to them on 4.12.2019 at 15hrs.
Before returning the lehenga i talked with yheir giving mobile no. I. E.[protected].
The boy was talking, assured me after they got the return lehenga they will refund my paid money.
When the lehenga was deliveredd to them on 4.12 2019 again i called that number for confirmation.
The person confirmed too for getting that parcel.
He assured me to pay back my paid amount except their n my shipping charge i. E.300
It means i had paid 1749/-
I vl be refuned rs.1549/-
I mailed them my bank account details to get my money
But it is sorry to mention they till date i. E.16.12.2019 they didn't not refund the money

Siggy is using my email to create orders for other customers. I informed the support team but they are not taking any information. Please request them not to misuse my email. It is fraud. Every time the person creates a order a new recept comes to my mail and it the order details are with my name.

I have placed an order for a mobile phone from Flipkart on 2nd Oct'19 Order id: OD[protected], product Vivo Z1Pro (Sonic Blue, 64GB). At the time of placing an order, Flipkart app shows me the delivery date of 7th Oct'19. Today is 7th Oct'19 and I still don't have my order. I spoke to Flipkart and they are asking me to wait till 14th Oct'19 and app shows the same delivery date. Flipkart customer support team says, due to high orders their delivery partner is taking time to deliver the product, but it's their (Flipkart) responsibility to delivery the product on time if they are advertising on the app. Flipkart customer support executives are very non-professional and disconnect the phone on face. I asked them to transfer the call to the superior twice and both the time they kept the call on hold and disconnected. I also requested them to contact their delivery partner and check for the expedite of process. They clearly declined my request and repeatedly telling the same thing to wait.
Here, I kindly request the team to please take this complaint and Flipkart is not working as advertised.

I am receiving regular bills from mseb and paid on time without any delay. I have received bill of sept'2019 of amount of 35000. I was surprised and little afraid by getting this kind of such bills. I was in trauma for 4 days.
Later i had contacted my nearby mseb office which is in sector 35 kharghar but thay told me that i was getting average bill for last 6 months. They were not in condition to explain what is average bill? Who requested for average bill? How would i know this is average bill? Why you not sent correct bill but average bill.
Thay sent me to another mseb office which is in sector 12 kharghar. I visited 3 times but nobody answered my query and forcing me to pay whole amount of 35000. I have raised an online complaint on 2nd oct'2019 but not got any answer yet. Thare is mr. Patil who always busy in meetings. I am little worrying that, what i will do if that discontinue my electricity?
Please do something you are my last hope. I can not pay 35000 as this is very big amount for me and i am not responsible fir this also. It mental harresement for me and my faimily.
I would also like to declare that if anyhing happens with tme during this period than only mseb will be responcible for that.
