Regarding byju's

I have taken byzu's subcription for my child. They gave me some study material with one tab. After some day o[censored]se tab got unserviceable. I complained in byzu's customer care. They told me that they have despatched a new one a month ago.. Still I didn't get that tab.. Firstly they are giving me refurbished one.. Still not reached to me and customer care are not giving any response.. Plz help

Laptop provided me 1 year 1 month old
I bought new laptop from reliance digit zirakpur on 28 August 2020. I was getting issue of warranty then I talked to HP customer care then I knew power supply complaint already registered on this laptop and its open first time July 2019. Now I am in trouble

Flipkart cancelled the order without information
Hi,
I Lalit Dewangan placed an order in Flipkart.
I ordered AC on 13th April.
I used my credit card for it.
In my area lockdown started from 15/16 April.
I was waiting for my order. Before credit card bill generation o called customer care to confirm whether they can deliver the product or not. They said they will do today 7PM or 9PM. This ans I got 3-4 days back to back. During this time credit card bill with 1st EMi came and I paid that. After few days Flipkart cancelled the order without informing me and refunded only base price (deduction of No cost EMI).
So I wasted my 20-25 days in tracking the order.
So much energy.
And 500Rs extra.
Now customer care is not giving proper resolution, without proper resolution they are disconnecting the call.
I want my money + extra compensation because I trusted Flipkart and wasted so much energy.

I need help to resolve this issue.

Subject: Emergency Damaged parts Replacement car no TN22 DY 2700
Renault team,
Kindly note that I have enquired car mechanics and all of them told that the engine sump is made with (cast ) iron in most indian cars to suit indian road conditions. That is simple standard followed by most indian car manufacturers like maruthi, Hyundai and TATA to avoid damage or puncture to sump when hit by stones / potholes / speed breakers .
The reason to choose cast iron is because it will only get dented and not get punctured unlike how it has happened now in triber.
I have been driving 18 years and sometimes hit by stones or potholes or speed breakers, only small dent will be formed when cast iron is used and will not get punctured like how it has happened now with triber.
This is because of triber is using Aluminum or some alloy which is substandard in nature or atleast thickness should have sufficient enough to withstand small potholes/stones on the road. With what confidence can I use this car for another 50 thousand to 1 lakh kms. Even after the repair?
The Renault design team should have looked into what other indian car manufacturers have used for sump.
This is definitely a design flaw in choosing the wrong material for engine sump or thickness of the present material is also not sufficient keeping in mind to indian road conditions.
I feel bad why I chose to buy a foreign built car which has failed terribly in designing a car without considering terrain topographic road conditions according to indian roads.
My humble request is to change my cars engine sump by company service dealer and also strongly suggest to Renault team to analyze & change the material used for sump in all Renault cars to be manufacturered in future.
When I took the car delivery on 5th May the km reading was 65kms. On 8th May i took my first drive to SP kovil the car ceased. The car was towed and taken to Chennai Kattu pakkam service station.
After inspection they have shared photos of puncture on the body on gear box. I have been driving 2 models of TATA cars (indica -TN07AX0573 & indigo-TN22BE 2822) for past 18 years driven more than 1.5 lakh kms. How come within 70 kms this car got damaged on 3rd day itself with a big hole on its shell. I have never seen a such a substandard material used in the manufacture of engine/gear box. How can I use the car next 1 lakh kms when it gets punctured for stones on the Road. Request to kindly replace the defective part. It will be of great value to retain the image of Renault in servicing the customers needs .

On 12th april 2021 i took a take away from Domino's and when i opened the box of burger pizza there was a cockroach in it just beside the burger. I tries contacting the customer service and i even mailed them but no response till date. This is a serious hygiene issue someone can fall ill due to this. i got a big phobia of cockroach and this happened with me. Please help me with this issue

I have Purchase Eureka Forbes water Purifier on 1 Mar 2021, Installed on 3-4 March 2021. Start facing issue, it stop working just after 15 days of installation. Now it's more than 10 days water purifier is not working. After so many complaints, company cannot repair or replace its product.

But they're telling already you are member so renew it why you apply new connection said sales person so I paid amount of rupees 1414/-. on 9th March paid online. Then they says with in 24 hours technical people called you they said. But nobody called me till now.
After 4 days I contact another sales person. He says leave the old connection. I give it new connection so you paid 1767/- rupees for three months next day I will arrange technician

Everything like call records, and payment receipts both, WhatsApp messages, sms, mails Everything I have proofs. I will attach everything sir

Wrong entry of mobile number

Since last fifteen years we ( around 06) customers of idea cellular services on the name of SVM central public school under sri shastha educational society Khammam of Telangana state. Our average bill is around Rs[protected] per month
At present we got Rs 15801/- bill generated date 03/01/2021for january 2021
After going through the bill details via e-print I got to know that an ISD call for 93 minutes duration is made from the mobile number [protected].
Providers additioned one new ISD number to one of my group members number charged around Rs 10920 and Rs 240/- on 09/12/2020 two times
We have never ever mentioned to or intended to put any of the numbers of this group in a package which allows us to make ISD calls. We do not know this number or any details of this number which has been dailed. It must have accidentally added into our phone bill. We have been using this Idea services since last 15 years and never have gone through such disturbances regarding anything.
At this juncture we approached the service providers for clarification in Khammam there is no proper response and unable to answer
We made a complaint also to the Vida phone idea ( VI) corporate customer care by email on 25/01/2021
Personally my complaint also recorded at office of VI cellular providers office Khammam on same date
No response from them
Due to this we again placed a complaint as reminder on 02/02/2021 and 11/02/2021
But we didn't get any response or mail from them we also tried to approach the customer care of VI but customer care number is not proper and nobody giving response
On This is the first ever time and we hope you will find a solution and clear this problem. You can also check Bill details of last few months that has not even exceeded Rs.3000. But this time it is very unusual to find such a big amount. I am mailing you the Picture of the bill details we printed. Please try to file a complaint against them and resolve this as soon as possible.

Kia cars defects.

I bought a Kia Seltos from Frontier Kia Gurgaon. When i take that car to my home in morning, I find that front glass shield of car is broken. When I contacted to the dealership, they didn't give satisfying answer. My humble request you to please take care of this matter in priority. I bought two cars from you & both having same problem. We have subscribed the BYJUSC course for our Son. Their mentor tell us that if this course is not suitable for you then you can cancel the subscription after trial of 15days . When we go for cancellation they accept our cancellation request & they create a cancellation ticket. That ticket No:17502828. But their account people disturbing us frequently for EMI payment. But other side our cancellation process is going ON.
Again yesterday 07/02/2021 they automatically debited Rs.6000.00 against the EMI. the transaction ID: UTIB[protected]
They are not authorized for auto deduction of amount from our account.
Request you kindly resolve this issue for refund of our amount.

I am complaining about fraud done by UBER
On 22nd december 2020, i booked a cab from my home to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, while booking it showed me cash of ₹418/- but on reaching airport driver asked me ₹1484/- so, i called customer service so they told me it is showing ₹418/- but now you pay ₹1484/- the difference amount will be refunded. Early morning i was not having that much cash so i paid through UPI (phonepay) to driver's account. As he only told me to pay like that only. And now company is not refunding me my amount. Also they dint provided me proper bill. The bill amount idls ₹58/-.

My isp named Truenet broadband located in Darjeeling, West Bengal is irresponsible for the speed as per the package I recharge with. Ive used pack from Rs600 and above. I just use 1 mobile, no pc, nothing else. Rs 600: 6mbps pack would give me all i wanted but no, i jumped to 750: 10mbps, yet no speed, i now have jumped to 900rs: 20mbps. yet no speed. I would not have written this but my money is going to waste. I used another isp: Versatile broadband which had incorrect behaviours of employees and the service was worse. I jumped to this present network Truenet and its been 5 6 years, leaving the hostility aside it is giving a poor speed. Its been months givin less speed as promised. I cannot do my work properly. I tell them but to no avail. Now after tellin them, they say i will be shifted to another server. So this means i pay Rs900 for this slow speed. No1 here in Darjeeling is complaining about the services here. They r working on their own leisure. Please i request u team to correct my current broadband issues: Truenet Broadband.

Damaged product delivered, no replacement made and not ready for refund
We bought a chair from Royaloak Furniture, Mysore Road. The product was damaged, the technician was unable to assemble and raised a complaint to Customer Service. No Complaint no. provided to us. After our followup received the complaint number. Even after repeated calls to the showroom, email to CEO and CS, still no date as to when we will receive the product replacement. The CS team just cuts the call when we are still talking to them. We don`t want the product because of the service provided, we want a refund.

This is for your information that i have preserved my baby's stem cell with cryoviva on 20.06.2017 and have deposited 10000 INR.
i have also given post dated cheque of 27500 INR and money got deducted. But after 3 years they are calling and saying money not received and they need bank statement. I have told that my account is closed and i am unable to provide bank statement of 3 years before.
Due to their carelessness i want to withdraw stemcell preservation and want my money back.They are calling again and again for money again after 3 years and irritating my wife. Kindly help us

I ordered a saree worth Rs 2010 from wildcraft (shipment no: 194436, order ID:[protected]. The order was delivered on 2nd October 2020. The same day I tried to return the product as the product is of poor quality. After following all the steps to return the product through the website it says an error occurred please try again later. I have tried to reach customer care via the number provided on the website, but the calls remained unresponsive.

Hi sir, I ordered sparx sandals in flipkart and received on 18-sept 2020, they sent slippers instead of sandals then i returned it and asked for refund, they picked it up on 22-sept 2020.flipkart promised that amount will b credited on 1st oct but i didnt get any refund of 710/- in my account.I spoken to flipkart, they are saying that amount is credited to my account if not approach to bank.

Since few months my outstanding has just kept on increasing. i pay the EMI regularly buts despite of it coming down its just increasing.

Finally, after getting tired of follow up with them, i paid the wrong outstanding on 23rd sept and the mobile banking showed as outstanding 0.
but i knew these cheaters and fraudsters, so i wrote to Md about the sams showiing the snapshot that my outstanding is 0 and now dont add any absurd charges.
and ALas, today i see 2700 as pending.

This is with reference to above mentioned subject and loan account number. My loan was sanctioned in december 2015. Please note that i have closed my housing loan account number [protected] at sbi, sola road branch, ahmedabad by fully paying the loan along with interest on dt.20.01.2020.
Further on closer of my loan account, i have requested the concerned branch to handover original documents of my house to me. On receipt of the request letter from me, i was informed by the concern officer of the bank that i have to further pay charges on account of non-mortgage of property against housing loan which is additional 2% interest.
In this regard i want to inform you that i was not called by the bank for mortgage of property against housing loan. I was informed that i will be communicated in advance by the bank if at all i need to mortgage the property. But till the date of closing the loan account, bank has not informed me about the same. Now at the time of demanding handover of original property documents bank is asking for charges against non-mortgage. Please note that if it was already informed to me that i will be communicated from the bank about mortgage procedure which is not done by the bank then how far it is fair to demand such charges from me now at the time of demand of my original documents of house. Bank should have informed me about anything which is important so that at last i should not get in trouble. If at all bank had informed me that i am supposed to mortgage property against housing loan, i would have processed for the same.
So i am not supposed to pay any additional charges now considering above facts. Kindly release my documents of house property.

Hello sir, i would like to bring to your notice that i had fixed deposit with hdfc bank, one day when i visited the branch the representative from hdfc life approached me and told me that instead of keeping fixed deposit with the bank you buy this policy, which will give you yearly 15% return and told me that you can withdraw your money anytime you want and even at the end of first year when i found that instead of giving 15% return there reduction in my capital of almost 30%, i told them to cancel my policy, but as you know their representative again asked me to not withdraw the money instead continue with the policy as by second year you will start getting return on the policy. So i trusted them and let the deduction happen from my fixed deposit account. Now that due to covid-19 i do not have any job in my hand and no income to survive, i asked them to refund me my remaining money, they are telling me that you cannot do this, instead you will have to pay the installment. Now that i need money to satisfy my hosehold needs and pay my bills, i wrote to them to refund me my money back so that i can meet my needs. Below are the emails that i wrote to them, but they keep on insisting that you pay your instalment instead.

This is last time i am writing you this email, otherwise i will be left with only one option of going to grahak suraksha for this matter. I request you to refund me my left over money rs. 73880 since it is a loss of over 30% in my principal amount. Instead of giving a return of 15% per year there is loss of 30% in two in years in my principal amount.

I bought the product (Soundbar & projection tablet) of rs. 799+990=1789/- from online site "theglobalcart.in" on dt 07/08/2020, but after investigated online, it seems site is fake and i sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com (Mentioned id given at site for contact us) for cancellation of the orders and refund the paid money but getting no reply yet, and even got the mail from [protected]@gmail.com for order confirmation.
I have all the evidence regarding this (Attached), and i made payment online by using payment gateway "razorpay".
Request - kindly help me to cancel the both orders (No delivery yet) and return/refund the above mentioned amount.
Orders details are as -
