After 3 months i went to close this account and they said after 6 month they can close account as system will not allow to close account before six months. We again went after 6 month then they said due to technical issue we can not close it right now. They said you can close it from anywhere in hdfc bank. When i went again to close this account they said we have to pay 5000 rs as account is in minus. I met manager and he said just give us 2500 and we will close your account. Just to hide their mistake they r giving waiver. I am not going to pay a single penny and i want to close that account. Please help. They are doing fraud as my company was in vijay nagar and they have opened account 20 km away from office so that we can not go to the bank.. Please help me to close this account. We have gave application to close this account but they have missed it and now they are asking us to pay money.

Hi team,
I have ordered vivo v9 pro in deewali festival going on from 1 to 5 november. It was supposed to be deliver by 5 november, delivery boy did call me on 5 november at around 7 o clock i was out of home so i requested him if he can deliver it on 6/11/2018 that is today he commited that i will reach you today morning by 10:30 am.
But today i see my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated.
I gave call to amazon customer service today morning by 11:05 am, one of official commited that we will replace your order and will give you followup call in 2 hours, but instead have not called me, eventually i only called them at 4:00 pm to get the status but i heard from them is we cannot replace order now because refund has been initiated, if she would have called me iwithin the time frame then she could have done replacement order.
Senior official are helpless and cannot replace an order although they admitted it was not my mistake but still i cannot get the order.
It show extreme carelessness and unprofessional aattitude of that delivery boy and the customer support team.
It is total loss of money and time to me i waited for so many days to get this deal now apart from getting order in time customer service people have clearly stated that you cannot avail the benefits now as deal time is closed.
With the help of your forum i wanted to escalate this case so that it can be heard someone from amazon team of higher designation and give me my order at discounted rate.

We had been facing network issues since 4/5th september and so we complaint to airtel network team on 19th september when they informed us about their networking issues being prevailing in our area since some days back and they are working on it for resolution an ask us to wait for some time.
We again and again followed up with them but did not get any resolution and on 27 september our services got stopped due to non payment of bill cycle 4th aug to 5th september. After which they asked us to do the payment for continuation of servives but since their network issue was still persisting we ask them to cancel our connection and waive off the bill as we were not able to using its services. Still they did not take any action.
On 5th octobet another bill got generated and we were again asked us to pay the bill but network issue still going on. We even did not used a penny of its services since 5th september so why they are asking for payment. Today we made the payment for the bill of 4th august to 5th september but we are not liable to pay for bill of 5th sept to 12th october. We write the mail to airtel for cancelling our connection amd waiving off the bill but they are not waiving off and instaed charging till today 12th october without giving any services.
Please help us to get waived off the bill of 5th september to 12th october. We can't pay the bill for the duration in which we have not used it.

I am unemployed engineer searching job, i received a message from naukri site from this number [protected] (Samir) as per his terms i paid 3000/- first then he asked me to come for an interview in haldia (West bengal) in 1 day. When i asked him that its not possible to come from mumbai in 1 day as instant train was not available. Then he asked me to get telephonic interview for that he was asking me 2000/- extra. I denied to pay. I said him "you didn't mention such condition in terms & condition"
I asked him i wont attend an interview refund me my 3000/- now he is not giving my refund. Please help me to get my refund sir i am totally depressed by such fraud. I am expecting help from you. This all were happened on 6th october 2018. Many more complaints are there on google about such fake racket. I came to know this late. You can think how person can go from mumbai to haldia in just one day. He purpously did that as he knew no one can afford such long journey in short time. Remedy to this he was asking me for more money. He should have mentioned in his terms and condition regaring this which he didnt mentioned. I have enclosed his terms and condition.

I bought flat in noida extension in 2010 till date builder is not handing over flat. Now to my surprise he declared that he has no money and that if we want our flats we do it with our money and also pay him 10% admin charges to help in completing project. When he has already taken around 95% from all buyers, how will it be possible for us to complete project in terms of building external, internal & complete amenities in the project like swimming pool, park, road, club house. I need your help in either getting my flat from builder built with same specification he has committed or refund full property value paid to him along with total interest paid till date to bank & compensation on the money if invested somewhere else for at least the period delayed by him.

A senior citizen visited the bank for last missed installment payment of consumer durable loan. He was sent ot nizampura branch. He went there. He was sent back to old padra branch. (Not sure how do the treat the senior citizens) (Lack of customer service)

Monday, september the 24th, 2018:
I went with my father to the same bank to deposit the check. And the lady gave me the same poor response. I then needed to inform him that i already spoke to thhe customer service team and they told me that i can submit the check at any branch of hdfc. She again denied. I called up the customer care and the executive spoke to the lady at hdfc bank. She asked some silly questions and the csr replied her that you do not need to go into any portal for this check. Simply collect the check. (Lack of knowledge)

Someone called me up and his script was (In gujarati): i am calling from hdfc and you have one installment unpaid. Where doi send someone to collect it?
I really got frustrated and told him to get his system updated and check my status and call me back.
In the evening i got an sms for unpaid amount.
Tried registering the complaint on hdfc bank but unfortunately they do not have any appropriate option to choose for such complaint.
Would highly appreciate if you may get this redirected to concerned manager at the bank and also to higher level persons to share such a poor service experience.

A senior citizen visited the bank for last missed installment payment of consumer durable loan. He was sent ot nizampura branch. He went there. He was sent back to old padra branch. (Not sure how do the treat the senior citizens) (Lack of customer service)

I went with my father to the same bank to deposit the check. And the lady gave me the same poor response. I then needed to inform him that i already spoke to thhe customer service team and they told me that i can submit the check at any branch of hdfc. She again denied. I called up the customer care and the executive spoke to the lady at hdfc bank. She asked some silly questions and the csr replied her that you do not need to go into any portal for this check. Simply collect the check. (Lack of knowledge)

I got cheated by a fraud mobile company advertisement in newspaper.

I request to the Akosha team for help in refund my hard earn money. The whole matter escalting below:
Two weeks ago I ordered rokea mobile on 5 September 2018 according to the advertisement it has best offer on Rajsthan Patrika newspaper on 5 September and i called [protected] and reserve this phone and i paid amount of Rs. 2855 Through CASH ON DELVERY (that I keep the receipt) And when I finally received it’s not working since delivered no functionality of touch screen even bettry discharge very shortly.
When I called customer care helpline to lodge the complaint and it took me several time to get through. Also when I connected it took more 20 minutes o[censored]seless and insensible conversation for return this handset.
I hope this letter will be helpful for many others viewers.

non refund of double bill deduction

On 4th of september, i went grocery shoppong at big bazaar, serampore. The bill amounted to rs 1315.47 and i opted for sbi card payment. The balance got deducted from my account but apparently they did not receive the amount. I was told to pay cash and said that the deducted amount will be refunded in my account. Consequently, i have made double payment and till date, the deducted amount has not been refunded as told by the big bazaar sales manager. I have approached them thrice at the expense of my time, energy and auto fare but every time they would say they will contact me. Today is 23 september and till now i have not received any communication from big bazaar. Please get my money refunded. I have attached the bill and the bank statement with the deduction.

Hi, hereby i'm attaching my order id numbers so that it may be beneficial to you while taking up my issue with Amazon. The promised pay money for my books is different and what they credit is different if asked for queries they say its shipping charges + tax etc..but still that much deductions i don't understand. Hereby i'm attaching you a handwritten copy of my orders which have been sold and the amount for which it was sold...but ultimate credit balance to my account from their end after all deductions is Rs.650/- ...what about the waiting for one and half months for that and the mental trauma what they have given i want them to bear some more extra charges.

Oppo realme1 mobile purchased last month on 9th august. Just after a few days, there were lot of heating problem and time lagging problem and there are certainly high possibility of any mishappening like blast due to its heating nature. I did purchase there 6gb ram and 128gb oppo realme1 variant so that there should not any hanging issue but even than it is completely let down. After much an effort contacted realme1 service and sent my mobile to there ahmadabad center at following address:

Even now it heats like an iron and everybody around me get worried that it could blast anytime. Please help in.

bigbasket fraud ways of minting money

Bigbasket was once a great online grocery site. But now it had started making fraudulent means of making money by splitting the bills above 1000 in two or more so that they gain money through unscrupulous means. These frauds now need to be reported to police officials as customers are getting cheated every day. Guys i would request all of you not to buy anything from such fraudsters. Sreedhar reddy from backend team is telling that he had waived of earlier delivery charges after split order as an exception. Why so if that was done earlier why not now. It is a basic duty of an organisation to inform customers regarding such invoice splits and not start deducting delivery charges as an when they require. Rules that are to be followed needs to be followed but these fraudsters are minting money by breaking their own rules. Guys please dint buy from them. There are many better online grocery sites to bet on.
