product order status
I ordered 3 products from shein (The online shopping website). I ordered it on 15th may’18 afternoon and it’s been more than a week and till now i haven’t received my order and also they are not cooperative at all, not even updated order status properly and no number is available that we can discuss the same problem with. It’s mentioned on the site that products are delivered within 5-8 days but it took more time than that. I want you to resolve my problem as early as possible and focus on the information i’ve provided about.

I am having carrier ac 1.5t 3s cacw18ea3w estra which was purchase form your company outlet elante mall chandigarh on 14/06/2017 that time they introduce me with 5 star rated a/c however they installed 3 star rated a/c at my house after installation i was found its a 3 star rated when i was trying to contact with outlet there response was very poor then i logged the complaint to customer care against the complaint no[protected] but response was also zero from your side but anyhow that time i sacrifice with my self for the same. But now 11 months are over and after logged too many service requests to reliance digital and carrier for free service from 29/04/2018 against the complaints no [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected] having many more request no i am having.. But no one comes for service and after i was mail to your [protected]@resq.in on 14/05/2017 but response is still zero and after i had received a call form your executive mr. Yogesh ll no [protected] on 9/05/2018 request for wait 24 hour but after more than 48 hours nothing form side. And this is not new picture for me every time your response was same.
Now i am not sacrifice my self however your company people make me fool request you kindly take your product back and refund my value able money.
Please treat my mail as one week as notice period if you are not able to refund my money back with in seven days from my mail date. I will going to take the legal action against reliance digital...

oppo f5 manufacturing defect

This is with the regards to the oppo phone which was purchased at rt nagar in just connect showroom

On dated 1st march
Products:
1: oppo f54gb (Black) imei: [protected]
2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected]
Value : per unit 19990/-
Reason for the complaint is 2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected] which had manufacturing defect, at the time of purchase which was noticed post 25 days.
The reason of noticing it after 25 days was: it was a gift to my brother who stays at different house and i stay at my inlaws place.
We had a get together after 25 days, we noticed there is difference between both the phones :
And the difference was
Oppo black had finishing touch
Oppo gold has a slight cut which looks like a speaker and my brother was in assumption that it was a inbuilt speaker. To the surprise we realized it only when we compared both the phones.
Now being a consumer, i have all the right to raise this concern and it was raised at
We visited the showroom from the place phone was purchased. It was told to us to visit service center.
When we visited service center, it was told that it was self-damage and washing off the hands from addressing the concern.
And asked to get the video from showroom, to see if it was a defected piece which was handed over.
When we visited showroom, they mentioned they delete the videos post 15days and data is unavailable.
It has been a night mare running aroung from showroom to service center after paing good lumpsome amount of 19990/-
Its not my fault for buying this phone and having to go through the pain. Its an mental harassment and torture.
I would want to raise this to nodal officer to look into this and help in providing the resolution.
Also i want compensation for all the trauma i went through from past 2and half months.
Attaching all the documents for your references. Pls help a way out of this.

On 02.05.2018.
During the course of treatment, some medical tests were suggested by the concerned doctor and accordingly, as per your rules & as suggested by your corporate (Coal india limited) help desk, advance payment of rs.14, 660/= (Rupees fourteen thousand six hundred sixty) was made and the tests were also conducted.
In the meantime, the undersigned came to know that the amount, as mentioned above, should have been as per the special rates (Cgs rates), which are much less than the amount actually paid.
As such, you are requested for arranging immediate refund of the excess amount paid.

Bought one google chromecast 2 from flipkart app on 1 march 2018 and delivered on 10 mar 18 which was not working properly and not upto my expectations.
I requested to return the product on 12 march, but they sent me the replacement and when contacted they told that you please don't accept the replacement and we will raise this with seller and initiate for refund.
After waited for so many days i again contacted the site. The query and reply from flipkart as follows. Didn't recieved any resolution from ur side for return of my this order as it was required to be returned and not replaced.
As per conversation with one of your executive that needful will be done and instructed not to recieve the replacement order.

I purchased newly royal enfield 350cc gun metal grey from m/s jaycee motor at new amritsar on 16 march 2018. I booked appointment for services of newly bike on 28.04.2018 and they given time 11.30 am. I reached before time approx 11.00 am they assured me delivered the bike after completed the services in 2 hours bt in actuall they deliverd the bike after 6 hours at 4:30pm... They wasted my time &over charge ₹150... They told me no service charges will be charged bt they charged₹150
I request to you please look into the matter&resolve the issue as the earliest and return my service charges

dell - business multimedia keyboard
I have received laptop, monitor and business multimedia keyboard from dell through blue dart courier on 08/02/2018 - dell order number[protected]. The key board was damaged and was not operateable and i immediately informed to their sales person based at bangalore mr. Ravi - mobile - [protected]. He asked me to send photos of the key board which i did immediately. Till 7th april there was no reply only assurance that they will solve the issue. Late he asked me to contact and lodge a complaint on [protected]. On raising the complaint i was given [protected] as complaint number and they will speak to factory and clear the issue. They will be mailing me details and i was to attach the photos of key board. But i did not receive the mail. I again put up a complaint online on their web site but there has been no response on this issue.
I am unable to use the monitor with my laptop. Please advice me on this issue. I have patiently followed up for nearly 2 months and not been able to use the monitor.

airtel data service on renewal mode without my knowledge

Airtel has auto renewed data service for 28 days without my knowledge. The amount of 175/- is deducted from my prepaid balance. The customer care representative are so stubborn and rude to me. They do not deactivate the data service. I have data plan for 70 days valid till 14 june 2018 already. Why am being harrassed? I would want airtel to compensate me for the losses and harrassment am facing.

Pepperfry- not canceling order though i called them back immediately.
All online sites have cancel order option. This site cheats. I could not finf cancel order option so I called their customer care. And to my shock he says there is no cancellation on order once placed! I am forced to take it and I asked can i return it and he says not unless it is damaged. This is not correct. Every online site has cancellations... these people are cheating. Pls help. If they are working differently from other aites they better mention in bold when we submit the order that once placed order cannot be canceled. Otherwise how will we wven doubt that this site alone will not cancel Order. I purchased glass mirror now i am worried if it will come in one peice and if it will be as I saw it in the pic. Later when i read reviews many are saying that pepperfry doesn’t take returns as promised... please help

I am an old client of you vide my earlier ticket no: 1314646 dated 12-jan-2014 regarding service problem of eureka forbes vaccum cleaner and thank you very much for the service rendered. Now, recently, on 10-march-2018, i have purchased a smart tv, make panasonic, and model no: 49cx700d. On installing and switching on the tv, we found a vertical line on the centre of the screen. On asking about it, the sales person said that it must be for separating the double pictures or other wise due to non updation of the app on tv or it may go-off after 3-4 days o[censored]se. Even after 4 days o[censored]se, the vertical line has not gone and the same sales person could not get the problem resolved and then we have raised a complaint through him. The sales person had said that, if the problem does n't get resolved, by the panasonic technician, it would be replaced with another piece of same model. After 3-4 days one technician came and opened the back side panel, checked and took some photographs of the panel and sent to the service team. Now they are saying that they will pay back the same amount or asked us to select another model and pay the difference of amount. They are saying that our purchased model is not available and hence, to select another model. Our purchased model is a smart tv and has got 3d, 4k, wifi and net facility available. There is another model 49ex600d, which does n't have the 3d feature and rest all the other features available. Even i was ready to take that model. But they are asking me to pay the additional amount as it is costing more than our model. Request suggest and help me resolve the issue.

The sales person had said that, if the problem does n't get resolved, by the panasonic technician, it would be replaced with another piece of same model. After 3-4 days one technician came and opened the back side panel, checked and took some photographs of the panel and sent to the service team. Now they are saying that they will pay back the same amount or asked us to select another model and pay the difference of amount. They are saying that our purchased model is not available and hence, to select another model. Our purchased model is a smart tv and has got 3d, 4k, wifi and net facility available. There is another model 49ex600d, which does n't have the 3d feature and rest all the other features available. Even i was ready to take that model. But they are asking me to pay the additional amount as it is costing more than our model. Request suggest and help me resolve the issue.

Dear sir / madam, i have purchase the flat on 17/01/2008 shalimar triumph flat no 306 viman nagar plot no 72 property no 0/1/09/01034026 but when i had inquired about paying of property tax but its showing demolished property but actually property is not demolished and i am still residing in the flat and everyone is getting in the society except me and property tax has been paid by the previous owner in 2003 and i had also submitted the application to the main corporation in shivaji nagar and even in the corporation yerawada too but nothing happening just making me round and round as am ready to make the property tax till the time which has not been paid as i had took the submission stamp too from the corporation if possible can u please help me in this matter

I want to complain about the online company ‘ miracas’ i have ordered two dresses on 27 march 2018. They have delivered only one dress. I tried to contact with them but they are not responding. I have already paid for these dresses. My order no. Is :163432. I tried so many time to reach to the company over the email and messages but they dont not bother. I am highly disappoting about the service. Its alraedy been more than 10 days i ordered. I want my order within 1 or 2 day otherwise i have some other legal options as well.

receiving tikona bills after cancellation

We have been using tikona service for more than 3 years and when we wanted to stop the service they are continued to charge us for more than 5 months after cancellation request.
They have filed case against us for non payments. Which we were not aware of and which we did not use at all. They kept harassing us with legal threats.

In feb'18 i received a call from nidhi sharma saying that she is adv and tikona is filing a case agaist us for non payment and asked us to pay 2001rs to stop and cancellation etc.

And after all these bills genearted again for mar-2018 and to stop it they are again asking us for the payment of 744.22
We are really frustrated and tired of asking them to stop the service and end up paying money which we are not entitled to.
Requesting to refund the money 2001rs which we have paid and stopping the service completely.

I ordered Libero Open diapers 160 count, on 1march 2018. They have to deliver it within 15th march 2018 as per the rules. When i contacted the customer care, they are behaving in irresponsible manner. Amazon.in is cheating me. When i further asked they say it will be delivered on 20 match 2018. Amazon.in is a fraud company. I need my order.

landlord violating rent agreement clauses

Took possession of rent house on 8th of january 2018. One family stays in ground floor husband, wife and 2 kids, and some relatives. First floor me and mother.
1. Owner told property has parking space but later refused to allow me to use it freely. He broke the lock that i had put of my parking garage - cum - entrance gate when i went out of station. There is a separate gate and space for use by the other tenant which was told to me by the landlord. But later both the tenants and landlord conspired to not allow me to use the parking space freely and told it is a common space after a week of my arrival. Also sometimes the other tenant will park his vehicle inside and i am forced to park my car outside.
2. Owner has only municipality water connection. No borewell. Water sump pump has common meter and as per agreement owner told the sharing of the bill will be as per number of persons staying in each family. But when the first electricity and water bill came, both tenant and landlord denied the agreement and demanded that i pay 50:50. The access of the water pump is also with the other tenant in lock and key and they use it as per their will and sometimes in the middle of night we have faced water shortage due to this. We have not been provided access to the pump for our convenience. It was duty of the landlord to provide me all the access for things he is charging me for.
3. Demanding me to pay for old damages. Day 1 old leaking pipes and faulty electricity repair charges were demanded. Refused to replace the lights which fused within a week, stating that they were newly replaced. When i asked for the new purchase receipts of tubelights, which warranty period minimum of 6 months is always there, they refused and told me to vacate the house if we are unhappy. Further, on day of occupation, owner told he forgot to bring the bedroom door and almirah locks, but later when he came with a bunch of keys, none fitted. I requested him to replace those locks, for which he said his house is very secure and i don't need to lock anything. Even i requested to fit ceiling fans for bedroom and hall for which he dais it is not that hot and fans not required. He refused to make any replacement or repair or pay for it. I requested many times but he stopped taking my calls or responding my messages and even switched off his phone. I myself have spent for bathroom fixtures etc and washing machine tap connection for which i had to spend around 2000 rupees.
3. During negotiation when i asked about rent agreement and he said he will do it and give me in a week. But later owner visited my house and told about his poor health and that he wont be able to do it. So he requested me to prepare it. He said it will be within rs 400. I made all the expenses and prepared it. He came home to sign it, took the original document and refused to pay the money i spent.
4. Major problem started when ground floor tenants started to park their vehicles in front of my gate, blocking my parking gate-cum-entrance and keeping their gate free. My clothes got torn one day and so i called up owner to intervene. To which owner said it is bbmp area and he has no jurisdiction over it and so they are free to park where ever they want. Itis a daily harassment. Every day 3 to 4 bikes are parked in front of my parking garage cum entrance gate.
5. Owner send repair workers to my home in my absence and without prior intimation when only my mother is at home and who does not understand the local language. The worker calls me from my mothers phone and charges me rs 300 for repair which i have not asked for. He is someone known to the landlord.
6. I paid first month rent on time. At the time of payment for first month rent he raised many objections. He showed his calculation as follows. I took keys from him on 7th january and came to occupy the house on 8th. There are 31 calendar days in january, so 7 to 31 jan i. E (25 days rent). Per month rent is 18500. So he divided 18500 by 30 days instead of 31 days of january month and multiplied it by 25 days. 18500/30 = 616.66 = he made it 617. 617 x25 =15425.
I had calculated 616.66 x 25 = 15416.66 and paid him rent of 15416. He then visited the home in my absence and argued with mother and called me repeatedly when i was busy with office work that i paid him 9 rupees less in january month rent.
It is a 25+years old house as per their claim and that when they lived there was no complain and also no previous tenants had so many complaints and i am the only one complaining.
Now his daughter and wife has joined him in saying that i am harassing an 80 year old man. I have my own health problems and was unwell in february and i even could not go for work. There was a delay in paying the rent by one week, to which they told i should strictly follow the agreement clauses regarding rent payment. 5th is the last day and i paid on 11th.
7. Also he had told me that it is my responsibility to keep first floor and terrace clean and that ground floor tenants will keep ground floor clean. I am not aware of any thing about the ground floor as it is out of my access too. But owner called me up and accused me of blocking the ground floor drain. He told me he got complaints from ground floor tenants about a blocked drain. He told i should call municipality workers to clean blocked drains. He and his daughter accused that i throw leaves from terrace down and because of it the block has happened. There are huge trees around the house and in this season leaves are falling everywhere.in morning if i clean then by evening again the terrace will be full. It is a big space and it is impossible to clean everyday, me being a working person and my mother and old retired lady. Still i pay to municipality workers and dispose those every week. I have been wrongfully accused for no reason. The main reason is the downstairs tenant never clean around their house. And never seen them disposing garbage to municipality garbage collectors from the day i started living here.
Do i have to follow rent agreement clauses when clearly all the other clauses owner has already violated. I have moved in january and now he wants me to move out in next 2 months. I am afraid that at the time of leaving the house they will deduct wrongfully from my security deposit.

I purchased mobile handset from flipkart, Redmi Note 5 - The phone delivered was dead and now, when i registered a complaint, they requested for the technical visit, now the visit was scheduled on Saturday 10th Mar'2018. They rescheduled it for Monday 12th Mar'2018, without the technical visit they rejected the request.
Now, after looking at the status, i complained it again, they have no answers for the same, they again issued a technical visit on 15th Mar'2018. They are not able to resolve the issue, they are just wasting the time. Mobile is such important product which you purchase for your daily use, and now they are not able to answer you, they themselves having loop holes n their company, which they are not able to admit. they are just wasting the time of others.

Now, after looking at the status, i complained it again, they have no answers for the same, they again issued a technical visit on 15th Mar'2018. They are not able to resolve the issue, they are just wasting the time. Mobile is such important product which you purchase for your daily use, and now they are not able to answer you, they themselves having loop holes n their company, which they are not able to admit. they are just wasting the time of others.
Kindly help in this matter to resolve the issue at earliest pls.

sbi card team have not support to resolve fraud transactions under consumer protection policy of rbi circular dt. 06/07/2017

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am the SBI credit card holder since last four years & utilize the credit card limit on regular basis. But some fraudster have make many fraud transactions on behalf of my SBI card ending xxxx xxxx xxxx 5201 on 01/11/2017, during the 10 minutes 13 fraud transactions has been done by the fraudster. I was inform with SBI card team about these fraud transactions without any delay from my side, but SBI card team have not taken any serious action against these fraud transactions. And always taken my several requests vary casually.
I have already lodge a Police FIR vide no. NDD-BR-000293 dt. 03/11/2017 with Barakhamba Police Station, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110 001 & try to follow-ups with all the higher authorities in Delhi, but nobody have serious to take any action against these fraud transactions.
Why the SBI card team have not resolve this matter under RBI circular under RBI/2017-18/15 DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dt. 06/07/2017.
I am attaching herewith copy of Police FIR for your ref. if need any more documents or clarification please revert to me or call me at [protected].
