Hello team,
I ordered one photo frame on 25th feb on printvenue and they promised me that frame will be delivered before 3rd march but still when i checked my oreder the item is showing under progress only. I dropped so many emails and i tried to reach on call as well however they are unresponsive. Before placing the order i checked with them and confirmed that i need the frame before 5th march.
Now they are not responding my emails.

Listen. Mere mobile par is comppany ka ek recharge offer aata hai jisme mujh se kaha jata hai aagar aap 199 ka recharge karate hai to aapko 28 days ka 1.4 gb 3g/4g data perday data pack and unlimited incoming+outgoing+roaming and 100 sms aapko diya jayega to mene 04 feb ko recharge karaya hai recharge ke turant baad sirf ek ghanta mene internet use kiya hai uske baad mere perday ke 1.4 gb data bekar ho raha hai. Mene 3 baar complaint karnne ke babjud bhi company meri problem resolve nahi kar rahi. So please help me.

airtel broadband service (080 4215 7559) not delivered as per promised speed

Hi,
I upgraded my broadband service from 16 mbps to 40 mbps more than a year back. I would have frequent disconnections and low internet speed for which i had to complain every other month. Every time i complained, they would send someone home even though i insisted that there may be an infrastructure issue and somehow close the complaint. The issue would appear to be resolved for 2 to 3 weeks and reappear again after which i complained again and the cycle would continue.
The most recent episode of my complaint cycle started on 20-jan-2018 when i wrote to [protected]@airtel.com. This time, i received a reply from [protected]@airtel.com promising to look into my problem. On 2-feb-2018 i received a reply that the problem would continue if i didn't downgrade to 24 mbps as my address was more than 880m from their distribution point.
My contention is that this is breach of faith bordering on fraud on the following counts -
1. Airtel offered me the service when they were aware that they did not have the infrastructure to support it
2. They have supposedly provided me with a service that were incapable of providing for more than a year, for which i paid every month
3. Till now, they have never accepted that there was any infrastructure issue in spite of my raising the possibility every time i complained
4. They never informed me that the infrastructure was incapable of supporting the service offered to me and i have reasons to believe that they would never have informed me if i had not complained.in effect, they would have fraudulently continued to offer me a service they were incapable of offering, charging me for the same.
I want airtel to give me a timeline for upgrading their infrastructure to be able to provide me promised service. I also want them to compensate me for not being able to provide me the promised service from the time i upgraded to the 40 mbps plan till date and till the time the infrastructure is upgraded appropriately.

I am a. Navin prasath ([protected]) ordered a antique oval sofa (3+1+1+2) seater bill no 2607 &2609. They promised delivery in 15 days maximum 3 weeks. Till date 07/02/18 the product is not delivered so i asked for refund of advance rs 5000 paid on 04/11/2017. They are not refunding my advance and not responding to calls made from my number.

suspension of 8 numbers without any genuine reason

We are using vodafone corporate plan since november 2017 and there are 7 numbers under the plan. We had recently ported to vodafone after submitting all the necessary documents and procedure to be followed. Also our monthly dues have been cleared time to time. The problem is vodafone is suspending all our numbers every now and then it has happend on several occasions with reasons being unknown to their own staff when spoken because of which our work suffers. When we make any complaints they have been diverting us to ten different numbers and people who in turn never pick our calls and there is constant false promises given. We have made innumerable calls and sent innumerable emails to various vodafone ids but no help. They dont take time to suspend our numbers and when it comes to again starting it they take 24 hours and more. Even when the phones start they dont solve the problem and this is happend 3 -4 times. Phones not working during business ours is harming our work and reputation.

Sir i brought my sony mdr-xb510as on headphone zone in phoenix mall, chennai. Now the mic and remotes are not working. As i went to service center in chengelpet the told me that my ear phone has an damage (Rubber around mic). But it has been wraped out automatically within an month... Then how its my fault when i dont teared it?... I want an replacement for this earphones because i bought it for 2500 but not used even for 10 months also.. They told 1year warrnty but neglecting with silly reasons

I was purchase whirlpool fridge in 2013 rupees 10000/-. Now the fridge is not working and the fridge is under warranty. I call whirlpool customer care no. He telling me the fridge in not under warranty and only compressor in warranty. But at the time of purchase the fridge warranty is five year. Now he telling me the extra charge of visit to be pay. My quotation is this if the compressor is in warranty then why i pay visit charge.

unexceptable notes from pnb atm.
Hi... My name is gagan and want to state that i have withdrawal a sum of rupes 3500 from pnb branch atm sector 28 chandigarh on 9 th jan 2018 at about 4 pm. Withdrawal amount is configured as 6 notes of 500 and and 5 notes of 100.
Now ishu is that one note of 500 is teared and fixed with cello tape.
As it comes in my notice i went to near by pnb branch (Kharar branch). And ask to mr. Head cashier to change the note but he denied to chang the note by saying that you have to go to same branch from where you withdrawal the amount.
As i lives in kharar punjab its hard and not easy for me
To visit the same branch from wher i withdraw amount
As i am suffering from unusual harrasment.

I placed an online order to samidirect.com on 26 th december for a nutritional product in good faith and confidence that it will be received within a week or maximum 10 days but it is now 13 days passed but no clue of when it will get dispatched. Pathetic service, no intimation or track of whether the product is dispatched or not. Wandering how samidirect is going to carry on its business with such a poor service base.
Wake up company officials, networking business is not done in such a manner. I was willing to order some more products, but now i will give next thought to my future orders. The competition is rising and various other nutritional brands are coming up with quality and service. Now i don’t feel like recommending it to my friends, relatives and colleagues.

A postpaid connection i. E [protected] is/was on my name. To migrate from postpaid to prepaid, i submitted required application form and required documents with due payment to vodafone outlet of connaught place in the middle of the month of january, 2017. After that a new sim card has been
Provided to me and direction was given that new sim card is to be used after closed the old sim. After submitting migration requesting, my vodafone sim was unused till now. New sim card bearing no. Is[protected] 61489 sy.
After two months, it was noticed that the old sim was not closed and the monthly bill was being debited from my credit card as smart payment as the month of feb 2017, rs. 77.72 and march 2017, rs. 113.86 had been paid from my credit card as smart payment.
In this connection, i mailed on 08.03.17 to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and 15.03.17, 16.03.17, 18.03.17 and 7.7.2017 to /vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com as service request number[protected]. I stopped payment for bill from april, 2017 with request to disconnect that post paid number. I also informed them that i am posted out of delhi as service in nia, govt of india.
The sim is not closed till date and bill is being received in every month with adding previous bill with late payment charge rs. 25/- or rs. 50/-. It also mentioned that the sim is not being used totally from the middle of the month jan 2017 to till date.
They always directed to me to go a outlet centre of delhi and submit documents etc for disconnection or migrate the sim. As i posted in north east region of india, i have no need to go delhi near future. It is not possible to go delhi only for sim card purpose. I am able to send documents to them by mail or by post and payment on line to disconnect the connection. One more request that the payment should be ride off or negotiated because i am not using the sim at least.

Without properly studying a unsatisfied and unjustified reply has been delivered to me. I submitted my present 03 contacts number to calling me. You was not tried on my mentioned numbers except [protected] to avoid me as a unresponsively as stated that switch off.

In this connection, i am stated that i have no any fault. I completed all formalities for migration my postpaid number to prepaid number by visiting vodafone store. As a prove i am keeping the new sim which had been provided to me for prepaid purpose.
Therefore, i again request for migration my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid connection at the earliest and refund all amounts which was claimed after completing all formalities for migration to till now.

A postpaid connection i. E [protected] is/was on my name. To migrate from postpaid to prepaid, i submitted required application form and required documents with due payment to vodafone outlet of connaught place in the middle of the month of january, 2017. After that a new sim card has been
Provided to me and direction was given that new sim card is to be used after closed the old sim. After submitting migration requesting, my vodafone sim was unused till now. New sim card bearing no. Is[protected] 61489 sy.
After two months, it was noticed that the old sim was not closed and the monthly bill was being debited from my credit card as smart payment as the month of feb 2017, rs. 77.72 and march 2017, rs. 113.86 had been paid from my credit card as smart payment.
In this connection, i mailed on 08.03.17 to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and 15.03.17, 16.03.17, 18.03.17 and 7.7.2017 to /vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com as service request number[protected]. I stopped payment for bill from april, 2017 with request to disconnect that post paid number. I also informed them that i am posted out of delhi as service in nia, govt of india.
The sim is not closed till date and bill is being received in every month with adding previous bill with late payment charge rs. 25/- or rs. 50/-. It also mentioned that the sim is not being used totally from the middle of the month jan 2017 to till date.
They always directed to me to go a outlet centre of delhi and submit documents etc for disconnection or migrate the sim. As i posted in north east region of india, i have no need to go delhi near future. It is not possible to go delhi only for sim card purpose. I am able to send documents to them by mail or by post and payment on line to disconnect the connection. One more request that the payment should be ride off or negotiated because i am not using the sim at least.

Without properly studying a unsatisfied and unjustified reply has been delivered to me. I submitted my present 03 contacts number to calling me. You was not tried on my mentioned numbers except [protected] to avoid me as a unresponsively as stated that switch off.
Once again, i explain my complaint to you to solve the problem to avoid complicacy in future.

I submitted a valid photo id proof, a valid address proof etc. With customer information form duly filled by me. I also paid all dues at that time as demanding by store. Recently, the matter has come in my notice that the migration of postpaid vodafone mobile number [protected] to a prepaid account has not done in spite of all completion as required and monthly bill has been generated as postpaid connection and debited automatically from my credit card as smart pay system.
In this connection, i am stated that i have no any fault. I completed all formalities for migration my postpaid number to prepaid number by visiting vodafone store. As a prove i am keeping the new sim which had been provided to me for prepaid purpose.
Therefore, i again request for migration my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid connection at the earliest and refund all amounts which was claimed after completing all formalities for migration to till now.
It is also requested to arrange a call on my present numbers only (I) +91 - [protected] (Ii) +91- [protected] (Iii[protected]. I shall not be available on vodafone no. [protected]. So, you don't try to call on [protected] like previous to avoid responsibility.

a postpaid connection i. E [protected] is/was on my name. To convert from postpaid to prepaid, i
submitted required application form and required documents with due payment to vodafone outlet of
connaught place in the middle of the month of january, 2017. After that a new sim card has been

recently, the matter has come in my notice that the old sim is not closed yet and the monthly bill is

He only transferred rs. 20000 in my account through neft and denying for remaining,. His company is a subsidiary of cdl (Chandel dreams limited). Though, no issues are with cdl as the same was registered from sep 2017 but mr. Awnish kumar dubey, director of xcybernetcis technologies is liable to pay not only to me but to four employees.

It is clearly shown you both are washing your hands from this issue.
1. I bought policy from policy bazar in sep and supplier was kotak and policy bazaar promised me that i will free road assistance. If you dont believe check your call records, you team called me many times @ [protected].
2. I called many times to get the voucher for free road assistance, i was told that request has been sent and you will receive voucher with in 1 working day.
3. After so much of follow up i have not received any call/mail
4. One day my car broke down and i called policy bazaar to get the free road assistance number they told me to call to kotak.
5. When i called kotak they issued me voucher. Pfb. Voucher was starting from 11dec and issued on 08th dec.
6. I called local mechanic, they charged 1500 rs to drop my car at home, please refund me and inr 1500 and let me know if my free road assistance is activated.

I have filed a divorce case, with alimony, through a lawyer in november 2014. Later the lawyer filed another case on my daughter's name for claiming marriage expenses, for which she collected rs.2.5 lakhs to deposit in the court. All i want to know is that, is there any process to deposit money in the court for a petition to be filed for marriage expenses?

Hi booked an online package to Bali through Make my trip for rs. 42200 The day I gave full payment, same day volcano erupted in Bali and airport got closed with so many people stuck there on airport. I was a solo traveller, reports said volcano will eruot again (which actually erupted again) so on precautionary basis and because on this disaster I requested them to cancel my booking with full refund cos of this natural disaster ..which they did eventually and also in mail they said I will get refund too. During one of the sakaal furniture expo, i had ordered on the spot sofa from stall owned by m. S instyle interiors, pune. Total cost was around 36000rs
Immediately paid 10, 000 rs as advance through debit card on 22nd dec 2014
Rs 8000 was paid in cash on 25th dec 2014, when their person came home for measurement of sofa.
After that after numerous follow ups, discussions, nothing has moved and still neither the sofa is delivered and nor the money 18000 rs has been returned back,.

Only one contact person by the name dilip bhai is still active but always keeps telling that he will give the money back.

Flipkart shared the supplier's name and offered help to resolve the matter with the sale. Seller spoke to me once and blocked my no, assuming he's been a history-sheeter. Since then i've been following up with the flipkart. Instead of taking actions against such sellers. They are thriving on the portal. To my surprise.
