builder not refunding the money

I bought a [protected]@bangalore from arunapanchami in april 2017.in dec 2017, builder came up with a new project on same plot for building villas for corporate event which i denied to provide my consent and asked for complete refund on dec 17 which he agreed on jan20th but never gave the date for actual payout.
As per the new plan explained to us was about making villas by paying additional 8 lakhs which i should had given on lease to the company for next 8 years for 10k/month.
After multiple followup and discussions, a date is given as may 10th on which they would pay the amount but i have completely lost the trust on them as they never kept their commitment so far.
Please help me getting back my amount.

builder sold shop claiming it to be 95 sqft /actual size small. no maintence, only infilated charges

Bought shop from bestech gurgoan shop on 23 march 2010, in the allotment letter it is mentioned 95 sqft but no floor plan or map is given actual size of shop very small, they also have a sister concern as a maintenance company name parkview facilities, for maintenance, but they do not prove any service, the whole building named centre point is bestech india pvt lts/babylon builders pvt lts, some times later[protected] they build a washroom above my shop, which is leaking, and i have seepage in all my 3 walls, from 2014 onward, but after lots of complains and with your help reference no #1304144 they, for some time repaired which was actually a eye wash, later the seepage re appeared, and my tenant was harassed, because of which they left once again after some so many complains and many years of showing the property to around 100 prospective buyers and tenant, now in jan 2019 once tenant has come, when ever the seepage re appeared i had stop paying for maintenance, and have told them to settle the accounts in feb i cleared all pending electricity bills, but once they en chased the 2 cheuqes, they have cut the electricity for my shop tenant has send a complain, and ins tread of settling the inflated maintenance bills where n service was provide and all my complains were ignored, they are blackmailing me to pay 67000 inflated bills i would like to file a complain to consumer court and take compensation of losses incured from 2010 to 2019

I recieved wrong product from myntra instead of two product ordered worth ₹3000.
I received a torn jeans without brand and tag.
They are not returning my money saying that they want barcode which be inside the package, which i did not receive. At time of receiving i got myntra package with invoice on it and torn out jeans inside. Even the package didn't look tampered.
Its myntra responsibility to enquire about this thats its mistake at their end or courier provider
I want my money back. As a student ₹3000 matters a lot to me. Please help me in getting back my money.

wrong notice received from bank end even after paying emis without any delay

I have received a notice from tata capital financial services, stating that i have taken a personal loan from tata capital financial services and failed to adhere the terms and condition of the loan agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time.
But the fact is i am paying the emi amount on time without any delay till date..
I want to clarify that, no repeated request, reminder or any personal visit done by any executive from tata financial services at my place.
How can one send me a notice if the emi amount is autodebiting from my account through ecs payments.?
I asked tata capital executives to verify the documents from their end, current month also the amount has been debited from my account without any discrepancies.
Please find the attached notice received from you for your kind perusal.

unable to get my money back from flipkart

I ordered a kid cycle to flipkart on 18th Feb. against order number OD[protected] on prepaid basis for amount of Rs. 2484.
I recieved that product on 20th Feb. and i keep that box as it was because I bought that item for gift purpose.
On 10th March I gifted that item to my relative, who are located at Nakodar, and yesterday they called me and abuse me to provide that poor quality gift item, then i asked them to share the image of that item, when i saw the image then i got shocked, because that product was of Rs.1000 worth only.
Then today I raised my complaint to Flipkart, but they refused my complaint by saying that you are out of return policy now.
So need your help to get my money back from flipkart or to replace that product at Nakodar only.
Photos of both the products are attached for your ready reference, i.e. what i ordered and what i got.

I have ordered a asus fut fx504 gaming laptop price inr - 57990/- on 5th of march 2019 and the same got delivered on 6th afternoon at 12 pm. After opening the box we found nothing there only 2 prices of stone kept in box. We have also complained to amazon and as per them they need 5 days of investigation time to give the result. The last date of investigation is 13/03/2019. Please help me as it's a fraud of huge amount. I am uploading all the details.

I have recently applied for an internship which was related to hr management.
The company asked for a sum of rs 2500 which was later negotiated and rs 1500 and the money was sent through google pay.
But on the next day the company asked for more rs 1000 and assured to return the money back. When i denied and asked for the money i. E., ₹ 1500 and told that i was no more interested in the company. The person in charge was really rude.

Introduce myself as s. Kailasnath, a senior citizen of 76 years of

I was charged a sum of rs.2500/- for the tatasky hd set top box +1
Month free subcription by mangalore dish care vide their receipt
No.386 dated 15.02.2019. I wrote to tatasky ([protected]@tatasky.com) on 16.02.2019 to let me know whether the charge iseasonable since i saw online charge of tatasky hd set top box is rs.1600/- including one month free subscription.. I did not any reply from ttasky. Yesterday i got a call from represenative tatasky who said that the charges is only rs.1600/-and that i should get back the excess amoiunt paid by me.
Today i wrote again to tatasky asking for cancellation of connection for the reasons mentioned in email which is reproduced below;-

But they charged me on mrp and taken about rs. 1, 610 more from my side..
I am contacted several times regarding this issue.. They not bothered about this thing...

My Mother sent me a gift(parsel) containing a pair of branded sports shoes, a new track suit and an old branded jacket through Trackon Courier private ltd. From Rohtak, Haryana to Pune, Maharashtra. And gave the same to theur centre at Rohtak on 14th january 2019 vide tracking no. [protected]. While checking on site the last update is showing that this consignment left from Delhi airport hub to pune hub on 16.01.2019 at 04:16 AM...
Several time my sister have visited their courier centre as well as their headoffice to get the correct position of the parsel but everytime they postpone or make excuses.. and now they are not even ready to talk... and saying the parsel is lost nd they won't even bear any cost for that.. its really frustating now. Please help in such matter..

We booked 3 tickets for the play 'Aladdin' worth Rs. 15000 on the 13th of Jan'19 for the 2:30 show. These were booked by me as a gift for my friends birthday.
we reached the venue and we were denied entry altogether, apart from that the staff was rude and hostile and no help was granted. the authorities were rude and misbehaved.
we had no option but to buy another set of tickets for the 6 pm show and paid another 9000 Rs.just so that we could watch the show. since after that, we have tried talking to customer support and they outright deny the incidence and won't agree to compensate
Even worse when i told them that I am complaining to Police or consumer forum they misbehaved and started talking rubbish.
Even at the call centre, there was no response and they denied saying no such instance took place
I want them to compensate for my tickets in full amount and also for the mental trauma caused to me and my friends

I had book a membership on my name Poonam Bansal in your total waste package on 8th July'18(Sunday) at your old office (Ansal Plaza) where I'd meet Mr.Shehbaz and made the payment of Rs.30, 000 from my credit card.
And for the rest amount we had swept a different credit card of HDFC bank and wanted to choose EMI option but, after few days we got to know the EMI option is not available on that card even after requesting the bank for the same.
So Mr. Shehbaz told us that he will talk to a different bank representative who will help us to get some other bank Credit Card with EMI option and since that days I am continuously coordination with Shehbaz but never get any solution and still my Rs.30K has been paid for no use to your company.
I have never seen such pathetic services in my life where customer is calling and coordination again n again but not getting any response from company. So, I do not want any services from from your useless company and want my 30K back.

I contacted dish customer care regarding the implementation of trai guidelines and they cheated me by saying that the new guidelines would come into effect from jan 31.. While in the trai website it clearly mentions that the order has come into effect from december 28 and avoid last minute hassle before 31.. At the outset i would like to introduce myself as s. Kailasnath, a

In a rented house.
I bought godrej 7 kg. Washing machine-eon allure from amazon vide
Their invoice no. Ka-sblc[protected] dated 11.02.2018 and the same was
Installed on 24.12.2018 by mr. Gurudatt ballal - your mangalore
Serviceman.
The machine stared to make loud sound during drying/spinning and i
Called the serviceman and he did make some adjustments to
Stabilize/steady the washing machine. I had taken all precaution to
Spread the cloth evenly.
However the machine continued to make sound. I had to stop operating
The machine in the middle.
I therefore called the mechanic who used to service my earlier
Whirlpool washing machine for 14 long years. After detailed inspection
/ adjustments to stabilize/steady the machine he also found that the
Loud sound continued to occur. He suggested that there is an inherent
Fault/defect in the machine and suggested that i should return the
Machine and get a suitable replacement.
In this connection, i would to like mention that the whrilpool washing
Machine gave us 14 long years satisfactory service only with some rare
And minor problems.
I bought the godrej washing machine only to support our indigenous industry.

No any authorised person from resolution team contact us & record over feedback before cancel our request. Refund full amount i. E. Rs 15999/- or make replacement.

On 6th dec '18 the product i receive was a defective phone with shaky screen and hard touch screen. I immediately inform the matter with flipkart. The replied tat they will send the technician. The first person visit was not a technician, he just came to do a survey and write down the problem of the phone. And he dint event touch the phone. His name was sumit das.. But next day when i called flipkart, i got to know tat a report has been submitted saying tat the problem of the phone has been resolved and everything is fine. So i explained then everything. Again they were ready to send a second technician. But the technician never visited yet.. I called flipkart and asked them to replace it with a new one as it was defective product from the day 1. But they r refusing to replace the phone. Saying that the seller dont want to replace the phone..

Corporation bank (Margao-goa branch) sb a/c [protected] as on 23/09/2018 corporation bank debits inr 5000/- for amount withdrawn on 13/10/2017 as per passbook entry. This led to twice debit (Inr 5000/- *2= 10, 000/=) against one single transaction for atm withdrawal done on 13/10/2017 when money was withdrawn and debited during successful atm withdrawal. Again on sept 23, 2018 bank debits second time inr5000/- for same transaction which needs to be reversed.
