I had ordered for 2 titan raga watches worth rs. 12219 and instead they have sent me a wireless speaker of rs. 300, i had raised the issue on same day of receiving the package and they said that will look into the case and refund my amount but after a month of follow up, they have rejected my request and the customer care executive named shubham saxena is speaking very rudely and saying that they can't refund my amount and also making false allegations on me itself, please look into issue and get my money back, please.

I am not receiving any mail from your end and also you people are not trying to call me also, you are simply saying that you tried to contact me and got disconnected because of language barrier, i can give my call records to prove that you people never tried to contact me, i am getting only fraud calls from your end saying i am selected for luckydraw and need to deposit money in your bank account, other than that, there is no genuine call and also the courier person has contacted me about your fraudness, don't try to fool me by saying that you have investigated, right action will be taken with the help of judiciary, don't worry

    1) 28 july 19 i have subscribe amazon prime member rs 499₹ for 1yrs under scheme of youth vodafone & the same time i was having subscribe for one month amazon prime due to this 499 plan was denyed to activated for your side & it's was told money will refund with in 2 day but still i didn't received amount,
    2) again i tried youth plan on 30 july 19 due to congection in network payment completed but further not process. I have also payment throw paytm.
    They have confirmed that amount transfer vodafone. But still i have not received the amount neither membership confirmation.
    Total amount is 499 + 499 = 998 ₹
    Kindly look in to the matter seriously & do the needful.

      On dated 21 august, i have purchased vivo s1 from hot spot durga puri, delhi shahdara, on next day i have clicked some pics which i have found red color in all pics and all pics are not good in clicking. I have visited customer care center for the same and they told me this is error in each phone having red color in all pictures.

      Further the screen color are getting fade.

      There is quality defect in company product and hot sopt denied to take as retrun.

      Need your help to deal with this.

        Hello.. I purchased a saree (Worth rs. 999) from sareecal.com and they sent the very poor material different saree. This has happened with many customers and when i called sareecal.com customer care they were asking me for google pay details and pin. So it seems to be a bigger online scam and fraud than just looting people by sending the wrong low-value product. Customer care number is not answering any calls after my first call to them. This scam needs to be stopped as if people start sharing the bank details... It could lead to bigger problem.

              digi purse by union bank of india

              Digi purse is wallet by "union bank of india". I used it for a couple of months for doing recharges (Dth, mobile), postpaid bill payments and money transfers. Still, i have rs 6017 in my digipurse wallet. All of sudden without any information they stopped all the above services. Now my amount is struck in the wallet from the past 8 months which i am unable to utilize. Kindly help in this regard.

              Hi akosha team,

              This is the complaint regarding the airasia team. We have booked flight with airasia on 13th july 2019. While doing check-in improper seats were assigned to us and we clicked ok. I called airasia team, they have put our call on hold for long duration and were focused on charging extra money for any seat. They have not transfer the call to the seniors even after repetitive reminders. At last the call center person told me that there seniors shall call us on 12th july at 9 am as there office timings are from 9 am to 9 pm. Since morning i have-not received any call from there team. This airline is completely unprofessional and money minded. Kindly help us to assign proper seats and take action against this airlines.

                  I have worked with Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a software engineer. My employee id was 50564.My date of joining was september 2006 and Date of Relieving was 13 March 2009. But later Satyam Computer Services was take over by TechMahindra.
                  But Now for a Background Verification TechMahindra gives a report that My Date of Join and Designation is different from what they have given in the experience certificate from Satyam Computer Services Ltd.
                  Please help to file an RTI to know the date of joining and Designation in their database and why it is different from the experience certificate given to me. I am very much sure that the experience certificate is correct.

                    This is very disgraceful to say that, coca cola product is not a safe product to drink. Really i was a fan of a coco-cola products but now after this incident happened with me, i really made my stone mind not use these products which is very harmful to us and am forwarding these in social networking to avoid of drinking such kind of products.

                    My complaint is, i had purchased 2 per containers of Maaza last two days back i.e on 12th June 19 from a local super market for my kids. one was drank by younger kid and one was yet to drink by elder one. He asked to me punch the straw into container and asked me to take one sip and give back. i had punched it and made one sip but i didnt get any drink from the straw, i thought there might something struck in the straw again i pumped air in straw and again tried sipping, again same results found. later i sipped very aggressively then i found something coming out from the per container. Its very horrible to see and i dont have words explain whats that stuff is? really god saved my kids from this. You have to stop producing such type of products and stop selling your products. I have all the proof with me and am going to large the complaint against this product in FCI. These products are not safer and not hygiene. these kind of products will kill innocent peoples and kids. i need full clarification of this complaint with compensation . Am attaching the images of the same.

                      I have ordered a pizza on 25th of May'19, order# 282 which was received late and also not hot as promised by the site.

                      As my order was prepaid via Paytm with Transaction ID: [protected] I asked them for refund as it was late delivered so firstly they said it will be returned back in 7-10 days, and when it didn't happen I called again then they said it will happen it 7-10 working days and I shall see the refund on 10th of Jun'19.

                      Today I talked to them again and one more time they are checking with the concerned outlet.

                      why am I asking for my money like a beggar when the product wasn't delivered up to the mark.

I m fine with it may due network issue he might not able to connect with me but my address is correct i got lot of delivery on the same address but he cancelled my order.. And zomato chat support person abhay is not giving me refund.. He as per the process i can't get refund but why.. I did not get the order then why should i pay..

                            I have unfortunately bought a koryo ac (1 ton) from hometown jp nagar 2nd phase, bangalore on 16th may'19. But in few days in less than 3 weeks, the ac stopped cooling and i asked for a service repair or replace the product. They (Koryo) told me that i will be charged even though it is under warranty. After many calls and arguments with the customer care, i finally agreed to pay for the service of rs 900 to the technician thinking that one can't argue with the #.

                            One guy came and put some gas into the outdoor unit and the ac was working fine for couple of days and i paid rs 900 to that technician.
                            After few days (In 5 days) the ac again stopped cooling and again i called the customer care. This time the customer care told me that since the ac has been installed by some third party and not from koryo the warranty period of the ac is not valid and i have to pay for each and every service.
                            I told them that how i will get to know that the ac is installed by third party because hometown was raising request to koryo for the ac installation. I actually even received messages of the service request for installation from koryo customer care. And the technician told me that they are from koryo.

                            I told these things to the customer care but they are not understanding simply because they are #.
                            I thought that i am wasting time so wanted to put a consumer case against koryo and hometown separately or together based on your suggestions.
                            I want a full refund along with the installation amount i paid and also, compensation because of the mental assault both koryo and hometown as done to me.
                            Could you please let me know how should i proceed with this case?

                                  1. I was a account holder as well as credit card holder for over 15/20 years
                                  2. The formalities and customer care executives were quite good initially
                                  3. Service started deteriorating slowly and one way correspondence started
                                  4.in the sense, you listen to their demands and ultimatums, rather than sorting customers complaints.
                                  5. I was fed up of their behaviour and surrendered my card in oct2017, by submitting my grievances in the authorized format.
                                  6. Total dues was rs.33, 000/ (Approx) including oct'17 billing.
                                  7. During sept & oct'17, credit card statement had some amounts were debited to my account, which i had not authorized.
                                  8. I settled bills by paying rs.30, 000/ as final settlement and raised a query to the unauthorised debits. I also surrendered my credit card at the same time.
                                  9. My message, cheque for the amount and card was received by their staff at chennai office. Courier receipt was enclosed. They encashed the cheque, which proves that my payment, my query and my surrendered card was accepted by them.
                                  10. There was a long lull and only in march 2018, they sent me a reminder saying credit card outstanding was rs.3540/including non payment charges etc. I immediately replied to them that there was no mail or correspondence from them in this connection not clarification of the dubious amounts.
                                  11. Then i mailed them about the problem and marked copies of my mail to mr. Debjyothi datta, who is a special officer assigned to solve such complaints. I doubt wether there is any such officer for attending to complaints. Secondly the mail id of the officer doesn't exist.
                                  12. Mr. Parag of the bank regularly sends reminders but doesn't talk about irregularities in the accounts or customer complaints. Even this has been brought to his attention.
                                  13. Finally after getting fed up of reminders, all the mails including my replies were marked to ombudsmen of hdfc appointed by reserve bank. No response from this party either.
                                  14. Now i receive a mail from bank asking me to clear rs.8500/ towards credit card dues, including non payment etc. Etc. This reached me on 20th april 2019. Not a reminder, it's a threatening that legal action is being insisted against me for recovering rs.8500/. But no clarification on unauthorized entries. Reply sent to credit card division, chennai, mr. Debjyothi, and also ombudsman, hdfc, bangalore wing.
                                  15. Card surrendered in oct2017 and chennai office received on 1s t nov2017. No customer complaints, no explanation, no calls etc.
                                  16. Meanwhile i lodged a complaint with their complaint wing. Case registered 7464785 and remark came as a reply "it has been responded and closed" hdfc bank.
                                  17. All my messages to their various reminders is stored and time and again sent to all concerned. I can also present it now, if needed.
                                  Now i feel i have gone thru their torture for this paltry amount and would like to lodge my complaint with the consumer forum. Of course the amount is small. Grown from 3500/ to 8500/. Mainly o[censored]nauthorized sums and late fee and non payment etc. But banks can't take each and every customer for granted and threaten with legal actions etc.
                                  I would like to go thru the procedure and file a consumer case and also demand for compensation for all the trouble created. Totally negligent staff behaviour and non existing officers.
                                  Please advise. And also let me know where to submit my mails and surrendering letter to hdfc cards division.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I haven't received my order for a cake, which was to be delivered yesterday between 11 pm - 11:59 pm, i ordered it yesterday from www.winni.in at 7:48pm (Order num [protected]) since yesterday 11pm the order is out for delivery, i have paid the money (Txn#[protected] in advance and now no body is picking up the phone, nor is anyone replying to my messages, just fooling around with people's emotions.
                                    Not good at all, this is a complete case of negligence and malpractice, people with such fraudulent behaviour shouldn't be allowed to run a business, and on top of that their company's logo says"winni-celebrate relations" funny though, they are good at spoiling relations.
                                    Please look into the matter, as i have a right to seek compensation, i am also writing to cyber crime for the same.

                                      I have purchase a roof water storage tank of m/s sheetal of sheetal group of companies from new gaba sanitations located at mahavir nagar delhi-west on 18/03/2014. The dealer provide us a warranty card of company with his stamp for the period of 10 yrs. But the storage tank was leaked from few days and we registed our complaint on company number as well as dealer. But no action againt our complaint has beed done. Complaint number is no. 19050133.                                         I have purchased the subjected item from amazon on[protected] and received the very third class and poor quality product, which worth 2778.44/-. I have paid by debit card.

                                        Upon received poor product, i initiated return with amazon which is never attempted. No any update till today. I further claimed for refund which not approved by either the seller or amazon. They have never contacted me. Just provided me low quality product and cheat me. Pls help me to return and refund process. This order is under return policy which is not followed by both the seller and amazon.

                                          My vehicle duster under gone service at bagaria motor private ltd, parkcircus, kolkata.ac fan belt was changed. The vehicle stopped running on the way to burdwan without giving any indication. Then the vehicle was brought to smsg automart pvt. Ltd. Where the vehicle was checked and stated that engine of vehicle was damaged due to damage of of its timing belt, which is subject to change after run of 1, 20, 000 km. As per company schedule. The vehicle had run only 69, 000km. Smsg automart provided me with an estimate costing rs.3, 0, 996.00. Since, cause of damage of the engine is damage of the timing belt and serving of the timing belt will be needed after further run of 51, 000 km as per company schedule. Hence, you are requested to kindly arrange to undertake necessary repair of the vehicle free of cost.
                                          I am enclosing here with serving bill of bagaria motor pvt. Ltd. And estimate of smsg automart pvt. Ltd.

                                            1. I was a account holder as well as credit card holder for over 15/20 years
                                            2. The formalities and customer care executives were quite good initially
                                            3. Service started deteriorating slowly and one way correspondence started
                                            4.in the sense, you listen to their demands and ultimatums, rather than sorting customers complaints.
                                            5. I was fed up of their behaviour and surrendered my card in oct2017, by submitting my grievances in the authorized format.
                                            6. Total dues was rs.33, 000/ (Approx) including oct'17 billing.
                                            7. During sept & oct'17, credit card statement had some amounts were debited to my account, which i had not authorized.
                                            8. I settled bills by paying rs.30, 000/ as final settlement and raised a query to the unauthorised debits. I also surrendered my credit card at the same time.
                                            9. My message, cheque for the amount and card was received by their staff at chennai office. Courier receipt was enclosed. They encashed the cheque, which proves that my payment, my query and my surrendered card was accepted by them.
                                            10. There was a long lull and only in march 2018, they sent me a reminder saying credit card outstanding was rs.3540/including non payment charges etc. I immediately replied to them that there was no mail or correspondence from them in this connection not clarification of the dubious amounts.
                                            11. Then i mailed them about the problem and marked copies of my mail to mr. Debjyothi datta, who is a special officer assigned to solve such complaints. I doubt wether there is any such officer for attending to complaints. Secondly the mail id of the officer doesn't exist.
                                            12. Mr. Parag of the bank regularly sends reminders but doesn't talk about irregularities in the accounts or customer complaints. Even this has been brought to his attention.
                                            13. Finally after getting fed up of reminders, all the mails including my replies were marked to ombudsmen of hdfc appointed by reserve bank. No response from this party either.
                                            14. Now i receive a mail from bank asking me to clear rs.8500/ towards credit card dues, including non payment etc. Etc. This reached me on 20th april 2019. Not a reminder, it's a threatening that legal action is being insisted against me for recovering rs.8500/. But no clarification on unauthorized entries. Reply sent to credit card division, chennai, mr. Debjyothi, and also ombudsman, hdfc, bangalore wing.
                                            15. Card surrendered in oct2017 and chennai office received on 1s t nov2017. No customer complaints, no explanation, no calls etc.
                                            16. Meanwhile i lodged a complaint with their complaint wing. Case registered 7464785 and remark came as a reply "it has been responded and closed" hdfc bank.
                                            17. All my messages to their various reminders is stored and time and again sent to all concerned. I can also present it now, if needed.
                                            Now i feel i have gone thru their torture for this paltry amount and would like to lodge my complaint with the consumer forum. Of course the amount is small. Grown from 3500/ to 8500/. Mainly o[censored]nauthorized sums and late fee and non payment etc. But banks can't take each and every customer for granted and threaten with legal actions etc.
                                            I would like to go thru the procedure and file a consumer case and also demand for compensation for all the trouble created. Totally negligent staff behaviour and non existing officers.
                                            Please advise. And also let me know where to submit my mails and surrendering letter to hdfc cards division.

                                                Hello team, i have made purchase from gianey's worth 4650/- on 16/4/19. I have asked the sales person to show me a piece matching with my desired color. Sales person said, "sir you can choose any pieces and i will change the scarf of your choice, just get me a color of your choice and i will change it to that color". Now when i visit the shop with my desired color, the shop owner and sales person change their words and say that i would need to get a color cloth as well and they will just stich it for me, which was not inoformed to me earlier. Now both changes their words and the purchase is still with the shop owner and they still deny of their words. Please help me get this piece delivered with the actual color combination of my desire as the shop owner promised.

                                                    I have been using a cloth dryer of lloyd make for last four years. It is now no more in working condition as the rubber belt used to rotate the drum has broken. A complaint was lodged with the company in november-2018 to replace the damaged part. After vigorous persuasion with the company i was informed that the belt is not available with the company and my complaint can not be attended to. Since then by machine is not working and the company lloyd electrical is not taking any action for replacement of damaged part for last 5 months. Kindly take suitable action in the matter.

                                                    I'm credit card k had charged over limit charge...

                                                    However I had not used card over the limit.

                                                    Yes bank is charging GST on Interest amount.

                                                    I have to close my credit card.

                                                    Please intervene and solve my issue ..

                                                        Jaisa ki main apko batana chahunga ki maine apne atm card ke liye form submit kiya tha before 4 month toh mera atm card mere pass tk nahi ayaa phir uske baad before 2 month maine customer care per complaint ki mera atm card nhi ayaa hain phir unhone meri complaint note ki or after 3 days mere pass meri branch balkeshwer colony agra se manager ka call ayaa unhone bola ki aap branch main akkr form duwara se submit kro uske baad atm card a jayega theek main 30 mar 2019 ko again form submit kiya uske baad main 9april2019 ko branch gaya toh mujhe mr. Surendra ji ne bola ki apka form idhar udhr kho gaya h again submit kro.

Toh apse nivedan hain kripya meri request ko accept kro or jald se jald solution kro.

                                                          I hemco art jewellers done two times remmitance against import from s c bank on 31 st dec 2018. They charged me unnecessary 4000+4000=8000 rs and 26 +26 = 52 dollars to my client. Mr mitesh savla done my remmitance work and promise me to refund me in 4 working days total amt 11700. But still i didn't get my refund back. I also complaint higher authority by mail but they just passing time requesting you to look after this matter and resolve as soon as possible
                                                          It's amazon is showing that your order is out for delivery but not reached my home yet tracking I'd of my product is[protected]
