Ifb washing machine, model - senorita sx 6 kg 1000 rpm is not functioning. Complain given since 1st september for non - functioning of washing machine and the complaint is yet to be resolved. Tkt. Number reference with respect to complain is [protected]. Water not coming inside the washing machine. The service personnel came, checked the washing machine, estimated the repair and went back. But as on date it is yet to be sorted out. Also sometimes it was malfunctioning.

    Full description of incident: i have recharged my airtel digital tv 6 month subscription with rs 3251 on 28th august based on offer displaying in my account which is showing recharge for rs 3251 for 6 month and 30 days free. Kindly refer screen shot in attached word document.
    However after my call with your customer care executive he mentioned that offer is no more valid. I regret to mention that this is something a customer cannot expect from brand like airtel. Its a misleading information displayed on customer account and even the recharge is also completed successfully without showing any message if in any case offer is withdrawn.
    Also instead of rs 3251 they have charged 3361 plus not getting benefit of 30 days extra as per the offer.

    My recharge of rs 3251 is purely based on information shown in my account and i would expect the same benefit. My request you to please help in resolving this conflict with airtel as i am chasing with them more the 2 weeks and have not received any solution on this matter. Every time when i follow up they simply said that your complaint is forwarded to concerned department.

      Hi Team,

      I have taken new ‘You Broadband’ connection as on 31-Aug-2018, Plan: ‘YOU BLACK PANTHER 6000 GB 6 MONTHS’ and paid 2915. (Relations Ship# CC259639, Receipt Number: NHMP[protected])

      From 31st August onwards, they didn’t provide Modem/ Router and I called these agent team and your customer care more than 36 times.

      But no use, no proper service then, I requested for 100% refund because from day one I didn’t receive proper service and they didn’t provided Router / Modem.

      Note: I didn’t sign any document and no where it mentioned that Refund is not possible. As per ASC 606/ IFRS 15 section without Customer satisfaction any organization can take money from the Customer.

      You broadband team is saying that, we cannot give any refund because this plan is like that but, I didn't sign any agreement.

        I got a call from LG Service center Pattambi, he said that I have to bring the LCD to there for repair. But it will be huge cost for me. I trusted in LG brand a purchased all the items of your brand and in my belief my friends also purchased the LG products. By this issue my friends blamed me and it was shameful for me.

          I am surendra a prime member of amazon. I have problem with two orders.

          1. Moto e5 plus mobile.
          I order a mobile moto e5 plus on 10th aug, and product was delivered on 11th aug. The product was defective so a replacement request was created on 14th aug with guaranteed delivery date 16th aug. I was clear all data on 16th morning as the product was our for deliver on 16th, but around 5pm i received a message the product was undelivered due to unavailability of customer, that was fully wrong, even i had not received any call from courier agent. I called to the courier agent (Mobile no provided by amazon) and he told me the packet is not with him. I called customer care several times but they told false promise to me every time. On next day 17th aug the product was again not delivered. On next to next day i received a sms that the product is out for delivery, i again called the courier agent to confirm that he has the packet or not. He told me the product must be deliver by 3pm today. Till 7pm my product was not delivered, i again called the agent and he told me to come to a place that is 1-2 km away from my house to collect the mobile. I was without phone since last 3 days, so i collected the phone from 1-2 km away.

          2. Gamme polycarbonate 36 cms multi children's luggage

          Date: 6th august 2018

          I ordered a kid’s trolley bag from amazon on 6th of august 2018 as a birthday gift for my 5 year old niece whose birth date was on 12th of august 2018. As a prime customer i was expecting the gift will reach on or before 12th august; but the actual story of delayed product delivery starts here.

          “neither my product is delivered till now (26th august 2018) nor i am able to cancel; because of amazon policy”

          After 12th august when my order was not delivered, i decided to wait till the expected delivery date which was 18th of august. I was repeatedly giving commitment to my niece that her gift would get arrive on or before 18th august.

          Date: 16th august 2018

          Courier location on 16th august: champa (Chattisgarh)

          Delivery location: tamnar (Raigarh, chattisgarh)

          Distance between champa to raigarh is 200 km

          On 16th of august, gati courier (Who is allocated by amazon for product delivery) updated the tracking status on their site with false statement that “unable to deliver the product as the customer was unavailable”.

          But the truth was that the product was far away from the actual delivery location i. E.in champa (200km away from the delivery location) and also courier people didn’t contact us even once. After calling to the courier people whose number was sent to us via message. He updated us that gati don’t send the courier to our location.

          My question to amazon is,

          If gati courier don’t deliver the product to our location then why amazon accepted our pincode and started processing our order? The tracking details for this order in amazon clearly show that the product is still in champa location. Now you can imagine the above statement by gati courier service is false.

          We complained this incident to amazon customer service repeatedly but they keep on proving false promise and finally they neither took any strong action against gati courier service for their false update nor was our product delivered. They make me believe that they will take action against courier company and also the product will be delivered on 18th august 2018.

          Date: 18th august 2018

          The expected product delivery date arrived but still the product is not delivered yet. While checking in amazon website the order tracking details still shows the location as champa.

          I again called the amazon customer service. They told me that amazon people final product delivery date is two day plus the expected date i. E. The product will be delivered on 21st august. They also committed me for the same. As i have no other option i accepted this new date commitment of amazon.

          Date: 21st august 2018

          As 21st is the final date and also i was believing that amazon committed me to deliver it on today i was fully confident about the product delivery and so i called my niece that your gift will reach by today.

          But the product was not delivered so i called amazon customer care and they told me that your gift will reach by tomorrow and also they confirmed me that they call me in morning to update the same.

          Date: 22nd august 2018

          I didn't have any call from amazon so i called them again. Now the product price on site falls down by rs 250 than the price that i had purchased. I again called the amazon customer executive but now their tone gets changed. They talked to me very rudely and the statement was also totally changed. They first try to force me that this was your mistake that you didn't pickup that call on 16th august 2018. After clarifying all the doubts to the customer care executive. They finally accepted that this is a courier company mistake. Now they told me that as an amazon policy only two options are there either replace or refund the product and also they forced me to accept one. When i deny for choosing any one option; then they finally disconnected the call. Immediately after the call, i got the message that the product is replaced and will reach on 3rd september and the courier company was also same (Gati courier).

          I again called the amazon customer care. Now the customer care executive told me that the product is replaced with your permission.

          Finally i decided to cancel the order (As i was mentally harassed by those people starting from the amazon’s cc executives to gati courier services and i did not want to go through the same procedure in a recursive manner); but the customer care executive told me that this product can't be cancelled now as this order is reinitiated at their end and if i wish to cancel the i have to call gati courier services to cancel and refund the product to amazon then only amazon will accept/start/allow cancelling the order. What rubbish!!!

          We created the order using amazon; we should not be bothered about gati or any other courier services. It’s amazon’s responsibility whether to accept/reject/cancel the order based on entered pin code.

          When i forced him to do the cancellation, the customer care executive told me that he has initiated the cancellation but it will take 14 days more to get my money back. I had no other option so i accepted his proposal.

          Date: 26nd august 2018

          When i checked the order detail this still shows that my product is not cancelled. Instead of taking action against the courier company (Gati courier) amazon again provided the same order to the same courier company (Gati courier).

          Now i am unable to cancel the product also.

          My niece birthday was totally spoiled with false commitments. I also wasted so much time by contacting the amazon customer care people by phone and emails. My order is still not delivered and also i am not able to cancel my order.

          As a prime member customer i and my family were given above mental harassment benefits.

          Thank you amazon for such worst services that you provides to prime member customers and the way you cheats!!!

          I had never taken loan from Fullerton India and they had put my PAN No. in defaulters. Due to which I am not able to get any loan for bad civil score.
          Complaining continuously no action is taken.
          They had accepted their mistake but not remove my PAN No. From defaulters.

              I am sarbjot singh from amritsar. On 18 august i had generated my ediig id edg32519a. I called mr simranjeet singh for details and requirement for id and he send me details like aadhaar card, pan card, bank details and registration fees 7080. Today i open the id and start bidding and i saw that there is icon "you have no permission", when i called simranjit singh an[censored]jjwal for that matter they demand 30000 for that, they did'nt clarify me when i called him for activation of id. It is a big company with no rules and regulations. I have all recording and chats in which he did'nt mention 30000.
              So, its my humble request you to please help me to refund my 7080 because i have no use my id. It was registered 3to4 days ago.
              Please help me to refund this 7080 inr back to my account. Please take hard action against this ediig company as soon as possible.

                Bought a brand new onida 43" tv through flipkart on 2nd april 2018. After 3 months in 3rd july we found display is not working properly and raised a complaint with both onida and flipkart on 12th july 2018. Flipkart replied as they can't do anything after 15 days of replacement period so asked us to check with onida, the service executive from onida visited after 2 days on 14th july and checked the tv and informed us that the display got repaired and needs to replace. We were asking how come in 3 month of time such issues will happen, there is no response from him. But today august 15th still there is no response from the service team, even if we call n ask about the status their response is like they don't have the spare so once it arrives they will come n fix. For more than 45 days we were sitting idle without watching tv after paying 28k bucks for this. How come a product will be sold without spare availability.
                Policy purchase on 16/07/2018, now i want to withdraw this policy want refund, but hdfc denying to refund the same.

                          From jan, 2018 till 02/08/2018 airtel had deducted following amount from my main balance :-

                          6. Mastipack - rs 49/-

                          Total. - rs 497
                          Airtel without ant rhymth or reasons had deducted the above from my main account balance for offering the above services. Though i had requested to stop these services to airtel via messages but till date airtel have not refunded the deducted amount.
                          I hereby appeal before your condumer forum to help me the airtel to refund rs 497/- (Deducted amount) in my account for the ends of juctice.

                            They charged rs. 1199 as a security deposit which will be refunded (They said) and mentioned nothing about anything else. They said they would get my account details on the work completion day to pay me the salary. However, on the payment day, they charged me rs. 8999 as a "file charge". I trusted and paid. They further asked me to pay gst of rs. 16985, only then i would get my payment. I refused to pay. Totally i paid rs. 1199+8999= 10198 please help me get my refund of rs. 10198 + pay for the work i have done.

                            Note: there is no option for attaching pdf for me to attach their emails.

                            I called and demanded my money they said i will get my rs. 10198 within 10 business days. This is the 6th business day and i haven't received any reply from them even after emailing them thrice.

                            Exelon India have cheated me a lot. The persons there are looting in the name of data entry work from home job and once you give them completed work, they will mail you showing salary and incentive and then start demanding various charges like get, file charges, then keep on demanding but will never give you any salary and incentive and after looting, they stop responding to calls and emails. The persons operating as looters are jhanvi shah, Ronith Agarwal, S K Malhotra, who promises once you make the payment, you need not pay even a single penny more and salary Will be transferred to your account within ten minutes but ten minutes will not end and another demand will be made.

                                I have bought an Apple airpod from an dealer located in surat. I found him on olx. He showed me product over a video call and pics of the same and said he will sell apple airpods in 5000. I gave him 300 advance through PAYTM as rest payment had to be done cash on delivery. Once i recieved delivery i paid it and checked the item, which found to be a dummy airpod set. I tried calling that person but he is not receiving my calls and not responding to SMS even.

                                I have all conversation details on whatsapp and his contat details along with address. Please assist me with the recoevry of payment. thanks in advance.
                                Don’t think that you will get your money back. I have been also contacted by these same fraud people. The number through which they contacted me was [protected].

                                I am also attaching the Aadhar and pan they sent me. I hope this helps you guys..

                                  I was supposed to receive a refund amount of rs 76.50 from 1mg.
                                  I was informed that the refund was initiated on 19th June, 2018. But I did not receive any amount in my bank account. On contacting them, they told me contact bank against the refund IDs provided by them. But the bank said there is no such amount. Please help.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am trying to get my mobile number reactivated with Airtel. As per TRAI rules, i came to know that there is a 15 days grace time to reactivate it on the same SIM. I called Customer Care support but there is not much help. Since I am abroad, I asked my brother to visit the Airtel Store and get it reactivated by submitting the document. They were so unprofessional in dealing with customers in first place and they sold the SIM as postpaid within 15 days of grace time i have. The Airtel Store i am dealing with is in Anna Nagar, Madurai(Manager - Jagedesan). Would you be able to help with this.
                                      I am so frustrated talking with Customer Care support of Airtel. Even a 5 year old can give better answer than this support people employed here.

Vu 43d6545 from flipkart six month ago and warranty of products is one year and last week my led tv screen was broken without any hard touch i am so upset and call to customer service he send his engineers to my home he is said to me a replace with new screen panel and it cost is 16250rupees its too costly and my products is under warranty and now they say after replacing your new screen panel old screen panel will not given back and actually if i can pay for new panels old panel is my property but company says old panel will not your property it is cheating by company

                                          We have taken cashless insurance from sbi general insurance in which paramount health services is tpa. The policy was started from 26/04/2018. After few months my father was admitted to fortis hospital in gurugram for brain stroke on 5/06/2018.
                                          We processed our claim through paramount health services through the hospital on 06/06/2018 but they were asking for documents again and again and we have provided them all necessary documents of hospitalisation till 07/06/2018.
                                          They also asked for no history of bp and diabetics and we have provided them the document from the doctor. Still they rejected our cashless claim without any reason. We have suffered a lot as policy was given so easily and we were fare in each and every documents but they were just putting us in pain. Kindly take strict action. I have heard about akosha complaint forum and i also expect from you to help me.
                                          I have all copies of necessary documents with us.

                                            I would like to inform you that the we have bought a new ac on[protected]. It is not working properly. It sometimes give warm air and do not colling speed as other acs have. Its auto start is also not working properly. It does not start itself after power cut. And its temperature is also changed everytime we off it. We have set it every time.

                                            Even after many complaints the problem is not solved yet. Firstly it had been complained on their toll free no. And then we have sent some emails but their is not response yet. We are given the phone no. Of bsm and asm but of no use. No repair has been done till now although we ave complained on[protected].

                                              Then my payment was deducted and the bill is still in processing situation on freecharge.
                                              I had done 2-3 time complaint to freecharge care but they only reply me through mail that your bill was successfully paid and due to some operator issue it shows processing state.
                                              I had complaint them again and again but they only reply me same that bill is paid.
                                              But if bill is paid then why it shows processing.

                                                Would like to bring into your notice that Flipkart is not ready to repair my 32” Samsung LED. I requested several times and there has been no action from their side. I am being mentally harassed by Flipkart agents.

                                                I bought the product on 24th October 2016 after reviewing the complete description. There was a warranty of 2 years. However, the product has some issue with the sound system and it need to be repaired immediately.
                                                At the time of purchasing, the invoice had not the warranty written on it. I, then, contacted the customer care and they sent me an email describing the warranty period. Attached is the same email for your reference.

                                                I have been talking to these people for last two months. I have been completely harassed by them now. They are denying to give me warranty while I have the proof for that.

                                                Warranty proof is attached.

                                                I need my TV to be replaced and need compensation for the time that I have wasted in speaking to their customer service.

                                                I purchased product from a site which name is Whakky.com. The product quality is very worst, i had complaint to CCE in that company, the department is misbehaving with me, and says that "BIKA HUA MAAL VAPAS NHI HOGA"

                                                      I was supposed to board tan air india delhi to jaipur flight which would make me reach at jaipur airport at 8 p. M. For my air asia flight to kuala lumpur whose etd was 10:50.

                                                      However due to delays air india landed jaipur at 10:15 and by then i had lost all the time to board my next flight.

                                                      Despite me telling the air india people at both the airports about my onward flight to kuala lumpur, the crew kept telling me that i will be able to board the next flight without any hassle.

                                                      I am currently stranded in jaipur for a day as the next flight is same time, a day later. I have had to spend inr 32k for the new flight and even spent additional fees to a hotel for a stay.

                                                      I expect air india to compensate me for all additional expenses, not to forget the mental breakdown and panic i went through.

                                                            Service provider company you broadband has cheated customers with policy of 24 hours. They are close the customer's internet between 23 hours and always told your internet is in working within 24 hours but they can’t realized about 23 hours without net what customer can do? This is very bed policy form service provider you broadband. So many times it is happened with me. At present my internet is not working from almost 22 hours. There is no call or message from service provider. Please do needful to help customers. Thanking you.
