I had ordered a product worth Rs 9973 from www.Indiaplaza.com through credit card on 11/Oct/2011. Even-though they committed that they would ship it within 5 days, they have not shipped it even after one month. I requested for a cancellation of order on 29/Oct/2011 and they have not canceled the order and not refunding my money yet as on 11/Nov/2011. Now I neither have the product nor my Rs 9973.

I have ordered a Canon ixus 220 Camera on 15.10.2011 and after waiting for a long time it was not delivered till 28.10.2011 and was cancelled on the same day.I was told that it will be credited in 6-7 days but till date (08.11.2011) I have not received the money back. When I call the customer care I was told that it will take another 6-7 days. This delay causes me agony. All the executives I contacted are very unprofessionally speaking. ...

I order for 5 items ( which includes one toy, two pen drives, one Speaker and One wireless mouse) on Online shop of India Plaza on 12th of September. But till now i didn't received wireless mouse . In this regar i logged multiple complaints with India Plaza, but they never turned back. Could you please help me to resolve this.

My experience with online transactions has not been so good earlier and this time with IndiaPlaza it has gone one step further. I am disappointed primarily for 2 reasons. 1. Delay in getting responses and lackadaisical customer support. One should count himself lucky getting through the customer help-desk phone. My personal experience as been a failure as every time I was made to wait at least 5-8 minutes after which I had to hang up. You...

I made an online order for 3 mobile sets which was promised to be delivered on 1st November 2010, but its 9th November still it has not been delivered. When I called them to refund my money they are not processing it. they are not replying to my complaint.
