I have ordered kurta which is rs.499 worth. Shocked to see a small piece of clothing inside the package by that time i have paid cod.

On opening the packet I got a very cheap material not even worth Rs 100. When fist time i used nattashi i thought that it is a good company. When l ordered one saree. They have done two mistakes. First they have done a late order. Second they have given a wrong saree. I have ordered 3 full stitched kurtis from this site but i received complete different unstitched material. My order number is 61173. I have raised the return and refund complain also but no actions has been taken by the company. Have done many mails to the company also but they got unanswered. Please help. I actually was going through dresses but when i tried to put dress in cart it automatically shown that they received the order and it will be delivered soon.
I mailed them to cancel my order but they did not do that. When my order came i did not get the dress which was ordered but i got a cheap material saree.
I mailed them about return and refund but did not get any response.
It's really pathetic.

I ordered 2 kurtis with nattashi.in website on 05/10/2018.. The order id no. Is 65011.

I received the items on 10/10/2018 and the payment was done through cash on delivery. But when i opened the parcel, i realised that i am cheated badly.
They delivered 2 sarees which are used ones and also damaged here an there.
When i searched their website, no contact no.. But email id is there. I sent a mail to them for refund....

I'd placed an order (Order no.62299) for a western dress and my order automatically went to cod.
I was not even able to cancel it, or contact their customer care number.

I have place an order (Order no-43912) for stitched kurti. But they have send unstiched damaged material. I tried to contact them through the mail i'd they are provided in their web site. But there is no response even after continuous remainders. After filling the return format, i received the message that, refund will be processes in 10 days. But no response even after 25 days....

They delivered wrong item. I mailed then in the adress provided. Tried to contact the customer care number couldn't access it . The didn't yet initiate the return process and refund for the same. Inspire of raising the complaint no action has been taken.

On 28/08/2018 i have placed an online order of 1 no. Of evening gown worth rs. 699/- which was delivered to me on 30/08/2018 vide digital enterprise express but in the said packet i have received a waste cloth piece of saree.in there website i have applied of return & refund menu & put all the necessary details but still no refund received in my account......
