While enrolling, planet spark guys Sahil Suri and Md Danish promised to have same day refund in case of discontinuing of classes at any point for any reason. But now they are not even responding in proper manner. Himalaya and Umam Khan are not responding to my messsages. neither they are picking my calls. it is almost $1500 stuck with them. course content were too subjective and not at all suitable for toddlers of 6-7 years kids. they promise for practical classes which is zero in real. Even teacher pronouncing was very poor as far as english is concerned. so finally I decided to cancel my enrollment and demanded for refund. They are not trustworthy or if someone does not trust my message, better enroll once.

My kid didnt enjoy it, had to cancel the course. Now they are making me beg for the refund from past 2 months. They dont keep up any of their commitments.
They will send their CEOs letter stating " same day no question asked refund", but there is no gaurentee until you get the money back and 100 people will call you 100 times asking the issue and to join back.
I also contacted CEO Kunal Malik on Linkedin profie, explaining my issues. Now he has blocked me.

All are buch of scamsters, Think before you enroll for this scam.

We have paid fees for 3 months, but they have provided classes for 1 month only. They promise to provide further classes after complain, but they are fail to fulfill their commitment. They are Scammers. They are Scamming so many people. Strict action should be taken again such institutions.

I joined the company 24th may 2022 i work for 15-20 days manager ashish terminate me without any reason he pressure to work whole night thats impossible at last he terminate me they promise to pay the salary by 10th of June but now HR Sweta stop responding to my emails and Ashish Manager not responding kindly take strict action and direct them to pay my pending dues they harras me mentally during the working Manager use to harras me mentally and at last he terminate me on a single text

it's a hoax, they make you do two jobs by giving payment of only one . We all applied to be a teacher but they make us telecallers. Most of the times booking are fake and parents say they have never booked a class . About money, how can you earn 40k if you get only 1 or 2 genuine bookings of a day. You can earn hardly 5 thousand from here
Please don't fall for this I still regret wasting my time I have not even recieved my monthly payment from them

Very toxic work culture. They clearly don't respect the shift that you opt for and instead make you work more than the hours you choose. They don't provide you with students. You have to be like a sales person and keep on calling clients for a booking. They ask so much money from the students after the free demo session, that nobody is willing to join regular classes. And then they keep on pressurizing the teachers saying they are nit doing enough. So when the teacher resigns, they say the payment will be cleared within 45 days. It has been more than that and my payment is still not cleared. Fraud Company.

All the Hr's of this company are rude ..they calm to solve ur issue but are just shouting, screaming and misbehaving...pathetic manpower.

Ms. Tripathi connected with me yesterday for a demo class...I filled up the aptitude test and the demo was scheduled for today 11.15 am...during to some medical condition at home I informed her I will not be able to take the demo class..on this she said I am cunning and did all this for the 5 slide ppt on adjectives...
I am teacher for past 15 yrs and I do not need any ppt for teaching a simple concept like adjectives...
Pls train ur representatives first how to talk to ppl and then contact.

I enrolled my daughter for their classes course in the end of January 2022. After two months I realized that it's good for nothing, so I talked to their personnel to cancel the course in April. They said that the course will be canceled in April itself and henceforth was no longer taking the classes .From the very first day it was decided that the fee would be deducted only when I pay it, it would not be automatically deducted from my account. However, from May 2022 without any reason the EMI started deducting and I was not attending any of their classes. I called them hundreds of times and sent many emails to them but no response has come from them, they always say, " They are working on it", the same excuse. It's June 2022 and I again get a message from Eduvanz that money will be deducted from my account again in a few days.They are working in an incompetent and irresponsible manner.
She has taken only 16 classes but I have made the payment of amount Rs 16000/-
So, according to your course cost per class cost is Rs 560/- . That means 560 × 16 = 8960/-
Whereas I have already made a payment of Rs 16000/-
So, I should be getting a refund of Rs 7040/-
Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and do the needful. And make sure no more money should be deducted from my account.

I expected that they all will hold true to the assurances that they all made and give me my refund.

Started the Class for My son (60 days ) and 2 daughters (60 Days) separately & I paid more than 5000 AED to avail these online classes
Till the get the fee paid to them they were very sincere to follow all day and night to grab the money.
Once the online classes started the instructor is not showing up for classes on time all the time we have to chase them.
More than 5 family members of teacher died to bunk the classes, Internet not available, Sunday is off in India, WIFI have issues, all the silly unprofessional reasons they have to bunk the classes.
We are not getting the proper classes & it's not going at all based on Syllabus & Teacher is not taking the classes properly mostly she is changing the timing & mostly we are reminding her to start class & always she is starting class by 15 to 20 min late. I have raised the complaint & even called to Planetspark.
The counsellor not responding to complains, simply they started this business to loot the public money.

This is my ticket no .64916. Planet spark is cheaters place. they looted my money and not refunding. they took 36000 Inr of mine . its been 7 months and no refund. Umam khan is the person who is incharge of my ticket. when asked she was rude. 420 case should be filed on these cheaters along with umam khan.

Raised course cancellation in April. I have discontinued the online education with planet spark since mid of April but they have still charged us for the month May. Have been sending repeated emails but no one responding.

Very pathetic platform. Don't join these type of platform

I am been poles to post for refund of my unattended classes of daughter Aarushi. Seriously they are not insane and not humans. From past 2months literally begging for closure. They simply dragging.

Planet spark harrasing us by not refunding the money even we paid the 1550 $ amount upfront .

I have been requesting them to refund for more than 2 months but they are not responding.

Dear Public, never ever join in Planet Spark. No.1 cheating company I come across on recent days. Very soon you will come to know through news channels and from authorized media channels. They are not taking classes regularly after 30 classes approximately. You will agree to pay for 145 classes or whatever the number of classes. Especially the counselor or coordinator will do continuously follow-up and making you to join by giving EMI options, etc. After few days, they start neglecting you as their work is over and never respond your messages and won’t attend your call. If you give complaint about classes are not happening and no prior intimation, etc. they will not take any steps forward and even they won’t attend your call and never respond your message. It’s completely planned to lout your money in a professional way. Don’t think it’s a professional company, and they won’t cheat on kids education, etc. That’s what they do with a teamwork. Your perception will be completely wrong.

When Teacher is absent you will get informed initially. After few classes they never inform you and never come back and obviously counselor will not respond. My counselor Ms. Ritika Singh is worst among the worst. They are not taking responsibility for what they said. They simply connect to another person to answer and keep silent. But no one will answer. Very difficult to reach customer care than mobile broad band services. Even though if you reach customer care, you can’t reach right person to get details. Always common answer they will give that “Teacher will call you / counselor will call you / admin person will call you”. But you will not get call, that’s 100% sure. I got many names from customer care executives (Shilpa, Shivani, Purvi, etc.) who handle my complaints, as classes are not happened, and refund also not given. After so many days follow-ups and shouting on them, they connected me to Geetha, Lakshay Khattar, etc. They are another trained cheater. 1 or 2 mails you will get as common replies, “we are checking your details and get back to you shortly”. After that you will again do follow-up. But they never reply.

When you ask for refund, 200% you won’t get it. Because their moto is to cheat public and stressing you to make so many calls and you will leave after getting tired. They will common give CEO letter saying “if you don’t want to continue, you will get your money back on same day without delay”. After 2 months of not getting classes, I asked for refund. I couldn’t reach them and tried for another 2 months. So 4 months over. But I didn’t get my money back and they stopped classes also. They never respond your emails and calls. SO YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY COMPLETELY. YOU WILL BECOME FOOL BY BELIEVING PLANETSPARK.

Decision is yours. If you really care about your child future, forget about Planetspark and try for good educational institutes who will not cheat your money and train kids properly. Write me if you have any query [protected]@gmail.com I will respond

I had enrolled my son for this program (165 classes). After 40 classes teach was changed. There is no proper LMS tracking system to track the progress of the kids. They go with some excel sheet that is never updated by teachers on time. The classes are marked as attended even when a teacher was not assigned when old teacher left.

I was told about no questions asked refund policy. However due to challenges and poor quality I had asked for a refund more than 2 months ago and I'm still chasing them for the refund.

Even writing to the founder Mr. Kunal has not yielded any results. So I would highly discourage people from taking up this course for their kids. Do not fall into their trip.

I need the refund for the classes that are not attended and terminate the funding from Eduvanz (their financial partner).

On May-02 Planet spark had collected 8250 as 2 month subscription and e-mandate for 78375.00 which supposed to be distributed over 21 months and starts from 3 month, however planet spark submitted 3rd installment on May-07 even before classes were started

after following up with the team planet spark representatives said they will refund and start classes immediately but the never did anything and stopped responding since May-12

initiated refund request but they are not responding to calls/e-mails
even i had sent e-mail to planet spark founders still there is no response

We still don't receive a proper communication from Planetspark & Now i know that, there is no proper records with them about the classes & the syllabus offered and agreed. This is just a money bribing firm I belive.

I had enrolled in planet spark for excellence course and paid the amount and all of a sudden they changed the teacher and schedule without informing us, While joining the course they promised us for the refund if we don't like the class o due to any reason, they had agreed for refund for not attended classes.

so i requested for refund and its been almost 4 weeks for now, and no response from their end. They have just turned blind eye on us.

I saw an advertisement from facebook regarding this organisation and made my kid sit for a trial class. The trial class was good and the feedback shared by teacher was also relevant.
Thereafter, a counselor connected and made us to sit in a video counselling session and heavily said good about my kid like he is one in a million, he is brand ambassador of PlanetSpark. Thereafter, at the end they insisted on first payment of 9000 and...

Not refunding our money

Respected Sir,
This complaint is on planetspark for the following reasons and I am demanding the extra amount they have debited from my bank account as ECS even after we stopped taking classes and cancelled. No official communication from them why they are debiting amounts from my bank account even we have stopped taking classes.
Here is the summary of points why I am giving complaint on them.
1. They are auto debiting ECS amounts from my debit account after we have discontinued. This is unethical and this comes under fraud as they should not send ECS to my bank account even after we had stopped taking their classes.
2. I had paid completely for the months for which my kid had attended classes. Their counsellor Prathik who is point of contact to me mentioned they will charge amount on monthly basis but did not mentioned any other way as they are saying now.
3. I have call recording of that conversation with their Counsellor which was happened while enrolling for the classes.
4. While enrolling, their councilor put two options for making the payment. One is debiting from credit card and the other is ECS which is auto debiting from bank account. He took all my personal ID cards saying for the sake of ECS process but without informing or giving any detailed information they have opened a loan on my name with third part company. This is legally not at all acceptable and the same I told to their councilor.
5. From the beginning there are no official communications from planetspark side but now after I have discontinued they are saying that their charges are per class basis and not monthly basis. This was not communicated to me while enrolling. I have proof for that as I have recorded that call.
Below I want to give detailed steps from beginning how planetspark had proceeded in my case.
Our first interaction with planetspark started somewhere around 3rd December 2021. On 4th December 2021 I had interacted with Pratik Bhosale who is the Senior Academic Counsellor of planet spark. As per his conversation monthly fees will be Rs 3500/-. And For the first month mentioned to pay extra Rs 400/- for documentation processing. So I have paid Rs 3900/- through UPI ( Gpay) to the mobile number [protected] given by him.
He explained to me about their curriculum design. He said clearly there will be 4 classes per week and then explained related to the payment details. Here counsellor did not mentioned they will charge Rs 556/- per class and based on this the amount will be divided and collected from us. For monthly payment he kept two methods Infront of me. One is paying through credit card and the other one is ECS which is debiting automatically from my bank account. I have chosen the second option ECS and as per his request I have shared all my personal ID documents through whatsapp. Again here there is a conflict. With these documents planetspark opened a loan on my loan with third party Eduvanz organization. But they have not at all informed about opening a loan on my name and then for that I need to pay monthly through ECS.
Related to this loan process I had argued with counsellor how they can open a loan account on my name without informing and taking my approval for the sake of ECS. But he has no proper answer to this.
MY kid has attended classes starting from 14th decemebr 2021 to till 20th March 2022. And even in between we did not have completely 4 classes all these weeks. I have paid completely for these months.
Now suddenly when we had stopped taking their classes they started saying their charge is based on per class bais, which was not at all communicated to me while enrolling. First of all from planetspark from beginning there are no official communications its only happens talking to their counsellor.

Finally I am asking planetspark to return back the extra amount they have debited as ECS from post March 2022 and stop this ECS process as I cancelled. If this continues without hearing my words I will go for legal procedures with all the evidences that I have.

Eduvanz is charging every month of 4550/- via ecs. We have discontinued the online education with planet spark since end of March but they have still charged us for the month April & May. Have been sending repeated emails but only false promises.

I have been trying to get my refund of inr 3571 since the month of jan 2022 have done several follow ups via email and calls but of no help.

Now my credit score is taking a toll, have a look of message I received from Easysalary... Why is this unprofessional behavior? What is my fault? I see just one fault that is trusting the commitments made by planetspark spocs first your teachers are not rendering their job properly then if I want to withdraw myself from planetspark then I have to just keep on messaging and following up with you guys.

who is smart and professional enough to either abscond from class Or appear and then tell it's my anniversary I can't take class, I am at poor network place and so on then having the odasity to keep on marking my child s attendance for 30+ classes.

I advise the team at planetspark to do not harrass parents like me who join you with hopes of skill enhancement of their ward then end up being baffled by your teachers and admin guys.

I am totally frustrated and stressed out and in lot of trauma because of this planetspark.

Planetspark looted us. they lured us to join the course and took almost 36000 and when we asked for refund they are not returning our money. they told if we dont want we can discontinue the course anytime and we get the money back to our account. Its been 6 months we discontinued the course. many calls and emails. even after that they are not returning our money. they say that we will get call in 2 days. everytime they say that. once they mentioned it is done. we will get the money back in few days in march. but that still did not happen. i am tired. i am not a working woman. my husband paid the money when i insisted. now me and my husband are having clashes because of planetspark. i am in lot of trauma.

I enrolled in a course for my kid during the month of APR 2021 and we took 100 classes.

For 100 classes the payment would be INR 58182

I paid through 11 EMI[protected] per EMI).
I paid through payment link - 12422

So 50336+12422 = 62758 which means I paid 4576 extra to the planet spark they have to refund my money back.

For that the executives who are working there are dragging and never sortout this issue for almost 80 days..still they are saying after 24 hrs and dragging a lot to get my money in this pandemic situation...they are not at all giving escalation points..poor response. I need my money back..if there is anyway kindly help.
