Placed an order one month back said will get delivered in 30-45 days. Mailed to cancel the same after 2 days of placing the order but did not receive any reply from eitherbside, mailed on 31st oct for a reply or filing a fraudry case under consumer form received mail delivery that snogtrend.com could not be found.
Request for fast delievery or immediate refund or else lefal actions would be taken....

I have ordered a handbags, which cost rs.299 on 27th september. Till date i didn't receive the products and any reply from them. Now there website is also not working. They cheated us. How could i complaint against them. Pls help me regarding this. They should not cheat innocent people anymore. How could i lodge a complaint against them. There is no any contact details too n the mail i'd also bouncing back. I paid them through paytm site....

Order for handbags was placed via ORDER #4898 on September 24th, 2017 through the website snogtrend.com.

Neither the product was received, nor was there any response regarding any inquiries made.

Now even the website has vanished completely.

I have ordered a set of handbags for free but paid the shipping charge of rs 299 to www.snogtrend.com. i neither received the product nor any mails regarding the product delivery. I didn't note down the order number or reference number given by cc avenue but i do have the order number given by snogtrend. It is #5154. I want my money to be refunded to my account. On 26 september i had placed my order for hand bags and i have paid rs.2000 but haven't received any information n now the site is also not opening please help me to get my money refunded. Snogtrend is an online website for shopping fashion accessories... They lured many people by giving fake advertisements on facebook about their free bags for which we have to pay shipping charges only... Someone is intentionally running this site for looting money and by giving attractive advertisements in social media. It is a big cyber crime. Immediate action required....
