They took my order i paid it in advance

Super daily is not refunding my balance in e wallet. I have rs 1080 in super daily wallet and requested them to refund on 31st march 2020 but its 11 days they have not refunded.

On inquiring, they are just giving lame excuses that refund will be processed in 6 to 9 days but nothing happens and they close window chat abruptly which shows their arrogance and ill intentions not to refund money on time.

Due to the corona issue, the lock down is essential and hence i resorted to stay back home and get everything online. So many companies have mushroomed now due to the demand. One such company is the supr daily. An app is also present to download and use it.

I paid 2540rs for one month milk delivery but until now, i have not received a single packet from supr.

My name is chandrashekar s from begumpet, hyderabad. The customer care reps as well as the senior managers seem to be having negative attitude and rudely talk to customers like me even though i have paid the entire amount for 1 month in advance.
When i called the customer care rep. (At least i had to call 3-4) times as the milk was not delivered today 23-sep-2019, i was told by the first rep. That it would be delivered within 30 mins...

The service provided is not satisfactory as its not as good as we were led to belive. I had multiple times transactions/goods reverse billed.as they were not done by me.

And also I was promised that a supr complimentary bag will be provided once we start subscription, and I had followups multiple times regarding the same, but there is no response from their end.

Expect prompt response atleast now....

I made a payment of rs 2024 on 4 march 2019 for the subscription. But the amount is debited from my account two times.
Till now the amount is not refunded back.
They are saying that the payment gateway will be responsible for the matters of this kind.
My icici bank is also not taking any action on the same.
Now my amount is stuck in the middle of nowhere and nobody is helping me out....
