I have purchased a hayate from dwarka suzuki, a-48 gulab baghdad nawada, new delhi during aug 2017 since than it is giving trouble by frequently burning clutch even after 6 regular service still after running a few kms it is stop licking speed and running only 20kmph. They have told me that it was delivered without modification and changed its drum but still facing same problems. Please direct concerned dealer to do needful.

I brought suzuki accress 125 scooter from dealer m/s mrp suzuki location ulhasnagar on 19th may 2019 vehicle no mh05 ec2532 after 5 day itself troubling for droping oil from engine. Went to showroom met the service manager they told me to do not take ride on this situation. Will take a approval to replace the engine from the company it will take 10 to 15 day to resolved. Till now i am not get any responce from dealer and the company i am very irrited to your service.

Now i dont want this vehicle i want my money back. Youare not a serious about your job.

I am Syam.p.j I own a Gixxer bike and l am living in Ponganad, Trivandrum district, Kerala our nearest showroom is in attingal it was closed recently.The one in Trivandrum Gepee Suzuki Pattom is also not providing proper service and the availability of spare parts is very poor.we customers are in so much of trouble it is your responsibility to treat your customers with good service .so please look into this matter very urgently and taken care of it .otherwise Suzuki two wheels will wipe out from customers. I am apologize for buying this scooter, since not proper services and spare parts. The mileage of the scooter was poor after the third service. The indicator is not waterproof, since a month that i didn't get replacing. The digital meter of fuel tank is not working properly. Its also a month i report this. I purchase the scooter with a lot of expectations but i really disappointed it. It is not worth the value i paid for it....

My scooter access was given for general maintenance, brake tightening and speedometer vibrations on 20/5/19. We have shown extended warranty but the refused. I paid charges and collected vehicle on21//5/19. We found scooter is not running smoothly, taken back to service center and they told mechanic is not available. Afterwords two times visited they are unable to take up. Finallyon friday evening handed over for the nextday work. On saturday they tried but could not solve problem. They changed air filter but problem persist. Then changed plug but problem is same. Finally carborater was checked...

Hi, this is bhanu, have a lots of problem regarding my scooty service i have got small problem that my bike sppedometer is not working so i have gave it to my nearest suzuki service ecil they are not at all solving my problem i have given them three to four times again with same issue they are not able to solve, i am not at all satisfied with their work.

.First of all, staff is very rude. They treat you as they are doing any favour to you.
.No matter your servicing is paid or unpaid, they will always treat you in same way.
. For every problem they have only one solution, please get that part replaced.
. No matter, your turn is 1st or last, you will get your bike done after 1:00 pm. So you have to wait there till 1:00pm atleast.
.I would rate them negative point. I don't understand, how such a GREAT COMPany can give service authorization to such a ### people....

Suzuki Motorcycle — suzuki lets scooter starting problem

I am one of the ill fated owner of suzuki lets scooter bought from aly suzuki from thrissur kerala. The scooter doesn't gets started always when you stop anywere. Always we have to kick start and have to be sweaty allover for getting it started. When taken to the showroom they are telling the battery is down and made it charged. The next day same problem. The scooter is having problem with ignition and is only around 5 months old....

I recently bought burgman street 125 on 10 of february from grd suzuki showroom, bhogal and today is 7 of march but i haven't received any of the papers yet. Every time when i visit the showroom they keep on giving me the new date. They also didn't gave me the online bill in which their gst number is present. I'm highly unsatisfied with their service and i don't know what should i do....
